Abstract

【課題】配光が自由に変えられ、反射板の形状をフラットにできて梱包容積も小さくなり、積載効率のよい直管形蛍光灯器具を提供する。
【解決手段】器具本体１０を備える。前記器具本体１０の下面側に配置する長尺な反射板２０を備える。前記長尺な反射板２０にその長手方向に沿った一対のミシン目２２を形成する。前記各ミシン目２２をそこから手で折り曲げることの可能な強度の折り曲げ線とする。前記各ミシン目２２に沿って折り曲げそれより縁側の区域を傾斜させる。

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は笠付形蛍光灯器具の反射板の構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来技術の反射板の形状は、長尺な反射板の長手方向に沿って両側を同様に曲げることで蛍光ランプの光を定めた方向に反射させる形状となっている。
このため器具の配光は一定であり、器具取付後に配光を変えることができないので部屋の照度ムラの解消や部分的に床面照度を明るくしたい場合等は器具の取付位置を変更しなければならない問題があつた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の目的は、前記従来技術の問題となっていた問題点を解決した器具を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を解決するために、反射板の形状を一定ではなく任意の形状に曲げられるように長手方向に沿って一対のミシン目を設けたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施形態を図１、図２、図３を用いて説明する。これらの各図に示す器具は、器具本体１０、反射板２０、ランプソケット３０より構成しており、反射板２０の長手方向に沿って一対のミシン目２２を設けている。
実際の配光制御の方法としては、器具の取付前又は取付後に反射板２０のミシン目２２部のところで曲げることで制御できる。
このため、器具の取付位置を変えることなく自由に配光制御ができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、配光が自由に変えられる他反射板の形状をフラットにできるので梱包容積も小さくなり積載効率が良くなる。

  1. 器具本体を備え、前記器具本体の下面側に配置する長尺な反射板を備え、前記長尺な反射板にその長手方向に沿った一対のミシン目を形成し、前記各ミシン目をそこから手で折り曲げることの可能な強度の折り曲げ線とし、前記各ミシン目に沿って折り曲げそれより縁側の区域を傾斜させたことを特徴とする直管形蛍光灯器具。
