Claims (8)

  1. 結晶内部において、少なくとも1軸方向に進むに従って、フォトニック結晶を構成する屈折率の異なる物質の構成比が、周期長一定で徐々に変化するように構成されたフォトニック結晶による光学素子。
  2. 結晶内部を光が進行するに従って、結晶軸に対する光の進行方向が所定の変化を生じるように構成されたフォトニック結晶による光学素子。
  3. 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光学素子を用いた分光装置。
  4. 結晶内部において、少なくとも1軸方向に進むに従って、構造が徐々に変化するように構成されたフォトニック結晶を用いた分光装置。
  5. 請求項3又は請求項4に記載の分光素子であって、分光の対象となる光が前記フォトニック結晶に入射する方向と、前記1軸とのなす角が45°以下とされていることを特徴とする分光装置。
  6. 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の光学素子を用いた集光装置。
  7. 結晶内部において、少なくとも1軸方向に進むに従って、構造が徐々に変化するように構成されたフォトニック結晶を用いた集光装置。
  8. 請求項6又は請求項7に記載の集光素子であって、集光の対象となる光が前記フォトニック結晶に入射する方向と、前記1軸とのなす角が45°以上とされていることを特徴とする分光装置。
