【従来の技術】
例えば、特開平11−070947、特開平11−227801、特開平11−310248、特開平11−310276、特開平11−349013の自立型包装袋は、いわゆるドイパック(登録商標)形態の包装袋であり、前面部の両側縁と後面部の両側縁とが合掌状にサイドヒートシールを施され、立体的開袋状態にすると二つ折りのボトムガセットが平面状に展開して船底形の底面部となり、前面部と底面部の稜及び後面部と底面部の稜にヒダを備えていて底面部を隠す形態である。
なお、特開平06−286758、特開2000−153852、特開2000−272634の自立型包装袋も、底部がドイパック形態と同一の包装袋である。

特開2000−185740、特開2000−229646、特開2000−309345の自立型包装袋は、袋が扁平状態に製袋され、前面部と後面部と側面部と底面部を有し前面部の端縁と側面部の端縁とが合掌状にサイドヒートシールを施され、又、後面部の端縁と側面部の端縁とが合掌状にサイドヒートシールを施され、立体的開袋状態において前記サイドヒートシールの下部が底面部の側縁に来て水平方向に延びている。この自立性包装袋は、前面部と底面部の稜と後面部と底面部の稜にヘム(折り癖)やヒダがないので、はっきりとした底面部が区画されておらず見栄えが悪く自立性が悪い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本願発明は、上述した点に鑑み案出したもので、帯状に三枚重ねとなるように折り返して該折り返し部分の内面同士を接着してなるヒダを周面部の少なくとも下端に備えて底面部を隠し、ヒダに皺が発生する惧れがなく外観が綺麗なヒダが得られ特にヒダとしての独立した外観を呈さず周面部と一平面を形成してタイトな包装形態を感じさせ、ヒダ部分の完全密封が確保され、自立性を有しない形態から自立性を有する形態に容易に形態変更できて、各種被包装物に合わせて吊るした状態、積み重ねた状態、又は自立させた状態のいずれの展示方法の選択ができる自立性包装袋及び包装体を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】

【発明の実施の形態】
本願発明の第一の実施の形態にかかる自立性包装袋及びその包装体を図1を参照して説明する。
図1(c)は、自立性包装袋P1aを示す。図1(d)に示す包装体P1bは、図1(c)の自立性包装袋P1aを用いて自立性を有しない形態に包装した包装体を示す。図1(f)に示す包装体P1cは、図1(c)の自立性包装袋P1aを用いて自立性を有する形態に包装した包装体を示す。
図1(c)の自立性包装袋P1aは、図1(a)に示すように、袋の上下方向(矢印Yの方向)に対して直角方向に延びるヒダであって包材下部が包材上部の内側に来るように帯状に三枚重ねとなるように折り返してヒートシールにより該折り返し部分の内面同士の重なり面が接着し外面同士の重なり面は接着していないヒダ2を、該ヒダ2より下側部分が立体的開袋時に底面部を構成する関係寸法となるように有する包材1を用い、図1(b)に示すように、該包材1を例えば平行板(図示しない)に一巻きにして水平断面がループ状になるように曲成して袋幅の略中央で包材両側縁1a,1aを突き合わせ(製作の精度上0.5〜2mm位の隙間が空いてしまう突合せも含まれる)、突き合せ部分の内面側に延伸フィルムの両面に無延伸フィルムを積層してなる両面ヒートシール性を有する接続テープ3を当てて外方からヒートシーラー(図示しない)を押し当てて、包材両側縁1a,1aと接続テープ3をヒートシール接続して扁平筒状とし、続いて、図1(c)に示すように、下端にボトムヒートシール4を施しかつヒダ2よりも下側の底面部を構成する部分5の両隅に斜めシールであるコーナーヒートシール6,6を施し、さらにコーナーヒートシール6,6の中途に立体的開袋時に該斜めのヒートシール部分が二つ折りに折れやすくなるためのプレス押し筋7,7を付与し、余分の両隅三角部8,8を切除してなる。
図1(c)に示す自立性包装袋は、図1(d)に示すように、袋下部に自立性を持たせることをしない扁平のままで、上端開口を開いて被包装物(図示しない)を収容して上端開口を閉じてトップヒートシール9を施し、吊るし孔10,10を穿ち、開封用の左右一対のノッチ11,11を設けて自立性を有しない包装体P1bとすることができる。
図1(d)に示す自立性を有しない包装体P1bは、吊るして陳列するのに好ましい形態、及び、段ボール箱内に積み重ねて収容するするのに好ましい形態である。
そして、図1(d)に示す自立性を有しない包装体P1bは、前面側と後面側のヒダ2の下側に指を掛けて互いに離間すると、図1(f)に示す自立性を有する包装体P1cに極めて容易に形態変更できる。詳述すると、前面側と後面側のヒダ2の付近を互いに離間することで、第一段階の形態変化として図1(e)に示すように、ヒダ2より下側部分5の中央部5aが平面展開しかつその両側部分に三角耳5b,5bが前後方向に起立してプレス押し筋7が三角耳5bの外側の立上がり基端に来るので、各三角耳5bを外側に倒す力を軽く加えると第二段階の形態変化として各三角耳5bが倒れてヒダ2の内側に隠れるように容易に折り畳まれ、もって、図1(f)に示す、自立性を有する底面状態になる。
従って、店内に吊るされるか又は棚に積み重ねて陳列されている図1(d)に示す自立性を有しない形態の包装体P1bを消費者が購入し、開封する前又は後に、図1(e)に示す形態を経て図1(f)に示す自立性を有する包装体P1cに極めて容易に形態変更できる。他方、店員が、図1(f)に示す自立性を有する包装体P1cとして棚に立てて陳列することもできる。包装体P1cが自立性を有し上端が切り開かれることは、被包装物が液体、粉粒体、その他流動体であるとき、あるいは、ばらもののお菓子類であるとき、あるいは電子レンジ加熱食品であるときに好ましい。
なお、給袋充填包装機において、図1(c)に示す自立性包装袋P1aの上端開口を開きかつ底面部を図1(f)に示すように平面展開して自立性を持たせた状態で被包装物(図示しない)を収容し上端開口を閉じてトップヒートシール9を施し、吊るし孔10,10を穿ち、ノッチ11,11を設けて、図1(f)に示す包装体P1cとして段ボール箱に詰めて流通・運送しても良い。

本願発明の第二の実施の形態にかかる自立性包装袋及びその包装体を図2を参照して説明する。
図2(c)は、自立性包装袋P2aを示す。図2(d)に示す包装体P2bは、図2(c)の自立性包装袋P2aを用いて自立性を有しない形態に包装した包装体を示す。図2(e)に示す包装体P2cは、図2(c)の自立性包装袋P2aを用いて自立性を有する形態に包装した包装体を示す。

図2(c)に示す自立性包装袋P2aは、図2(d)に示すように、袋の上下を逆さにして袋下端開口を開いて被包装物(図示しない)を収容して下端開口を閉じてボトムヒートシール4を施し、自立性を有しない包装体P2bとすることができ、これは図1(d)に示す包装体P1bと全く同一の形態になり、従って、図2(c)に示す自立性包装袋P2aは、図1(c)に示す包装体P1aと全く同一の効果が得られ、図2(d)に示す包装体P2bは、図2(e)に示す自立性を有する包装体P2cに極めて容易に形態変更できる。

本願発明の第三の実施の形態にかかる自立性包装袋及びその包装体を図3を参照して説明する。
図3(c)は、自立性包装袋P3aを示す。図3(d)に示す包装体P3bは、図3(c)の自立性包装袋P3aを用いて自立性を有しない形態に包装した包装体を示す。図3(f)に示す包装体P3cは、図3(c)の自立性包装袋P3aを用いて自立性を有する形態に包装した包装体を示す。
図3(c)の自立性包装袋P3aは、図3(a)に示すように、袋の上下方向(矢印Yの方向)に対して直角方向に延びるヒダであって包材下部が包材上部の内側に来るように帯状に三枚重ねとなるように折り返してヒートシールにより該折り返し部分の内面同士の重なり面が接着し外面同士の重なり面は接着していないヒダ2を、該ヒダ2より下側部分が立体的開袋時に底面部を構成する関係寸法となるように有する包材1を用い、図3(b)に示すように、該包材1を二つ折りにするか又は幅半分に半裁してから重ね合わせ、両側縁をヒートシーラーで挟圧してサイドヒートシール12,12を施して扁平筒状とし、続いて、図3(c)に示すように、下端にボトムヒートシール4を施しかつヒダ2よりも下側の底面部を構成する部分5の両隅に斜めシールであるコーナーヒートシール6,6を施し、さらにコーナーヒートシール6,6の中途に立体的開袋時に該斜めのヒートシール部分が二つ折りに折れやすくなるためのプレス押し筋7,7を付与し、余分の両隅三角部8,8を切除してなる。
図3(c)に示す自立性包装袋P3aは、図3(d)に示すように、袋下部に自立性を持たせることをしない扁平のままで、上端開口を開いて被包装物(図示しない)を収容して上端開口を閉じてトップヒートシール9を施し、吊るし孔10,10を穿ち、開封用の左右一対のノッチ11,11を設けて自立性を有しない包装体P3bとすることができる。
図3(d)に示す形態の包装体P3bは、吊るして陳列するのに好ましい形態、及び、段ボール箱内に積み重ねて収容するのに好ましい形態である。
そして、図3(d)に示す形態の包装体P3bは、前面側と後面側のヒダ2の下側に指を掛けて互いに離間すると、図3(f)に示す自立性を有する形態の包装体P3cに極めて容易に形態変更できる。詳述すると、前面側と後面側のヒダ2の付近を互いに離間することで、第一段階の形態変化として図3(e)に示すように、ヒダ2より下側部分5の中央部5aが平面展開しかつその両側部分に三角耳5b,5bが前後方向に起立してプレス押し筋7が三角耳5bの外側の立上がり基端に来るので、各三角耳5bを外側に倒す力を軽く加えると第二段階の形態変化として各三角耳5bが倒れてヒダ2の内側に隠れるように容易に折り畳まれ、もって、図3(f)に示す、自立性を有する底面状態になる。
従って、店内に吊るされるか又は棚に積み重ねて陳列されている図3(d)に示す自立性を有しない形態の包装体P3bを消費者が購入し、開封する前又は後に、図3(e)に示す形態を経て図3(f)に示す自立性を有する包装体P3cに極めて容易に形態変更できる。他方、店員が、図3(f)に示す自立性を有する包装体P3cとして棚に立てて陳列することもできる。包装体P3cが自立性を有し上端が切り開かれることは、被包装物が液体、粉粒体、その他流動体であるとき、あるいは、ばらもののお菓子類であるとき、あるいは電子レンジ加熱食品であるときに好ましい。

図4(c)の自立性包装袋P4aは、図4(a)に示すように、袋の上下方向(矢印Yの方向)に対して直角方向に延びるヒダであって包材下部が包材上部の内側に来るように帯状に三枚重ねとなるように折り返してヒートシールにより該折り返し部分の内面同士の重なり面が接着し外面同士の重なり面は接着していないヒダ2を、該ヒダ2より下側部分が立体的開袋時に底面部を構成する関係寸法となるように有する包材1を用い、図4(b)に示すように、該包材1を二つ折りにするか又は幅半分に半裁してから重ね合わせ、両側縁をヒートシーラーで挟圧してサイドヒートシール12,12を施して扁平筒状とし、続いて、図4(c)に示すように、ヒダ2よりも下側の底面部を構成する部分5の両隅に斜めシールであるコーナーヒートシール6,6を施し、さらにコーナーヒートシール6,6の中途に立体的開袋時に該斜めのヒートシール部分が二つ折りに折れやすくなるためのプレス押し筋7,7を付与し、余分の両隅三角部8,8を切除し、又、扁平筒の上端縁にトップヒートシール9を施し吊るし孔10,10を穿ち、開封用の左右一対のノッチ11,11を設けてなる。
図4(c)に示す自立性包装袋P4aは、図4(d)に示すように、袋の上下を逆さにして袋下端開口を開いて被包装物(図示しない)を収容して下端開口を閉じてボトムヒートシール4を施し、自立性を有しない包装体P4bとすることができ、これは図3(d)に示す包装体P3bと全く同一の形態になり、従って、図4(c)に示す自立性包装袋P4aは、図3(c)に示す包装体P3aと全く同一の効果が得られ、図4(d)に示す包装体P4bは、図4(e)に示す自立性を有する包装体P4cに極めて容易に形態変更できる。

本願発明の第一乃至第四の実施の形態にかかる自立性包装袋及びその包装体において、帯状に三枚重ねとなるように折り返して該折り返し部分の内面同士の重なり面が接着し外面同士の重なり面は接着していないヒダ2を形成するには、包材を突き込み板で突き込んで突き込み板を後退させて二枚合わせ部分を作ってヒートシールを施して横に倒すことで達成できる。
本願発明の第三及び第四の実施の形態において、コーナーヒートシール6,6を施すこと、及びその外方の両隅三角部8,8を切除することを行なわないでできる自立性包装袋及びその包装体であっても、自立性を有しない形態から自立性を有する形態に容易に形態変更できて、各種被包装物に合わせて吊るした状態、積み重ねた状態、又は自立させた状態のいずれの展示方法の選択ができるので、本願発明に含む。
本願発明の第一乃至第四の実施の形態にかかる自立性包装袋及びその包装体において、ヒダ2は、ヒートシールにより形成されることが好ましいが、効率が悪いけれども接着剤によるパートコート接着を排除しない。
本願発明の第一及び第二の実施の形態にかかる自立性包装袋及びその包装体において、接続テープ3を延伸フィルムの両面に未延伸のシーラントフィルムを積層してなる三層フィルムとする理由は、ボトムヒートシールとトップヒートシールとヒダの部分における該接続テープ同士のヒートシールの確保のためである。なお、包材1はシーラントフィルム単体より構成されていても良い。又、ヒートシール性を有しない延伸フィルムの両縁にヒートシール剤を塗布したものであっても良い。

本願発明の自立性包装袋を製作するための包材1は例えば以下のような積層フィルムからなる。
(1) OPP 20μm/接着剤/LLDPE 20μm ・・・・(外層/内層:シーラント)

本願発明の第一及び第二の実施の形態にかかる自立性包装袋及びその包装体の変形例として、接続テープ3を用いずに、包材両側縁1a,1aを合掌状に突き合わせてセンターヒートシールを直接施して横に倒して加熱して倒れた状態を維持するピロー形態としても良い。
本願発明の第三及び第四の実施の形態にかかる自立性包装袋及びその包装体の変形例として、該包材1を二つ折りにするときはしてから重ね合わせ、包材側端縁同士にサイドヒートシール12を施し、反対側のループ状の折り返し端縁はサイドヒートシールを施さなくても良い。
