[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a bicycle mounting frame of a bicycle mounting portion of a bicycle parking device configured such that a plurality of bicycle mounting portions can move in a longitudinal direction of at least two or more rails installed in parallel. The present invention relates to a cable arranging structure of a bicycle parking device for arranging cables such as a power supply line and a signal line.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, as a countermeasure against the problem of abandoned bicycles in public places such as sidewalks and plazas in front of stations and shopping streets, and the problem of securing bicycle parking space in condominiums, apartments, and other apartments, it has become possible to efficiently park bicycles. With the development of bicycle parking facilities equipped with bicycle parking devices that can be used, the availability of bicycle parking devices, the collection of bicycle parking fees for bicycles parked and the prevention of bicycle theft, etc. Various systems for bicycle parking facilities have been developed to automate management tasks.
[0003]
Such a bicycle parking facility system is realized by individually managing the bicycles parked in the bicycle parking device. Specifically, a sensor for detecting the presence of a bicycle is provided for each bicycle in the bicycle parking device. It is installed on the platform and sends signals from a sensor that detects the presence or absence of each placed bicycle to the central control device to automatically grasp the availability of bicycle parking devices and to control the bicycle wheels. A signal to be transmitted from the centralized management device when the locking device is installed in each bicycle mounting part of the bicycle parking device, the wheels of the parked bicycle are restrained by the bicycle parking device, and the fee is settled, etc. Thus, by releasing the restraint of the bicycle parking device, it is possible to automate management operations such as collection of bicycle parking fees and measures to prevent bicycle theft.
[0004]
Accordingly, in such a bicycle parking facility system, it is necessary to route cables such as a power supply line and a signal line to each bicycle mounting portion of the bicycle parking device. In general, a single-stage or two-tiered bicycle parking system fixed to the floor was adopted because of the ease of routing cables to each bicycle mounting part of the bicycle system. Bicycle parking systems with low bicycle parking efficiency are inferior, and two-tiered bicycle parking systems require considerable effort and effort when placing a bicycle on the upper bicycle mounting part. There is a problem that people avoid using bicycles parked in the upper section, so that at least two or more rails installed in parallel are balanced between bicycle parking efficiency and user convenience. Are moved in the longitudinal direction of the rail. Bicycle device which is configured to allow (for example, see
[0005]
However, in such a bicycle parking device in which a plurality of bicycle mounting portions can move in the longitudinal direction of the rail, the cables routed to the bicycle mounting frames of the adjacent bicycle mounting portions are entangled with each other. This prevents the bicycle mounting part from moving smoothly in the longitudinal direction of the rail, or the cable routed on the bicycle mounting frame rubs against the floor surface, etc. There is a problem that it is very difficult to route cables to the bicycle mounting frame without waking up.
[0006]
Further, regarding the structure for arranging the cable to the moving object in this manner, a door harness wiring structure of a slide door using a harness guide or the like between the slide door and the vehicle body (for example, see Patent Document 2). There is a cable routing structure (for example, refer to Patent Document 3) to a mobile cab in which an articulated link duct is connected to a mobile cab provided in a cargo handling machine. Since there is only one moving object, there is a problem that these conventional wiring structures cannot be adopted in a bicycle parking device having a configuration in which a plurality of bicycle mounting portions can move in the longitudinal direction of the rail. .

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the problems of the related art, and discloses a bicycle parking device configured such that a plurality of bicycle mounting portions can move in a longitudinal direction of at least two or more rails installed in parallel. An object of the present invention is to provide a cable routing structure of a bicycle parking device for routing cables such as a power supply line and a signal line to a bicycle mounting frame of a bicycle mounting portion.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to solve the above-described problems, and as a result, have found that a plurality of bicycle mounting portions are configured to move in a longitudinal direction of the rails on at least two or more rails installed in parallel. A cable chain consisting of a plurality of links that are flexibly connected in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of a rail when routing cables such as a power supply line and a signal line to a bicycle mounting frame of a bicycle mounting portion of the device. If one end of the bicycle mounting frame is mounted near the end of the bicycle mounting frame opposite to the longitudinal side of the bicycle and the other end is mounted on a mounting table installed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rail, the bicycle mounting portion When the bicycle is moved in the longitudinal direction of the rail, the cables placed on the bicycle mounting frames of adjacent bicycle mounting parts can be smoothly moved in the longitudinal direction of the rail without entanglement of the cables. In addition to this, the cable routed on the bicycle mounting frame rubs against the floor surface, etc. It can be stored in the cable chain, so that the design is good and the safety of the user can be increased because users and bicycles passing near the bicycle parking device do not touch or get caught in the cable. The present invention has been completed and the present invention has been completed.

That is, according to the present invention, a bogie unit that moves on at least two or more rails installed in parallel, and is supported by the bogie unit in a direction perpendicular or oblique to the longitudinal direction of the rail, and has an open top. A bicycle mounting part comprising a plurality of groove-shaped or hat-groove-shaped bicycle mounting frames; a cable routing structure for at least a bicycle mounting frame of a bicycle parking device provided with the bicycle mounting portion; A mounting portion provided in the vicinity of an end of the frame opposite to the bicycle introduction side in the longitudinal direction, a mounting table installed below the mounting portion in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the rail, and one end of the mounting portion And a cable chain comprising a plurality of link bodies each of which is mounted on the mounting table at the other end and connected to be able to bend in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rail. A cable routing structure of the bicycle apparatus.
[0011]
Then, the positions of the respective edges on the side opposite to the bicycle introduction side in the longitudinal direction of the adjacent bicycle mounting frames are configured to be substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rail, and each of the adjacent mounting portions is Are provided at positions that are respectively shifted back and forth in the longitudinal direction of the bicycle mounting frame, or the positions of the respective edges of the adjacent bicycle mounting frames on the side opposite to the bicycle introduction side in the longitudinal direction are different. It is configured so as not to be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rail, and the mounting portion is provided at a position substantially the same distance from the end of the bicycle mounting frame opposite to the bicycle introduction side in the longitudinal direction A support is provided between the bicycle mounting frame and the bogie so that the respective edges of the respective bicycle mounting frames on the opposite side to the longitudinal direction of the bicycle are located at the same height. Or between at least one side of the bicycle mounting frame and the bogie so that the edges of the adjacent bicycle mounting frames are located at different heights on the opposite side of the longitudinal direction of the bicycle mounting side. It has also been found that it is preferable that the support column is provided, since it can be applied to various types of bicycle parking devices.
[0012]
Also, the length of the bicycle mounting frame is set such that the vertical height of one end of the cable chain mounted on each of the mounting portions of the bicycle mounting frame provided with the columns is substantially the same. If it is formed to extend downward from the vicinity of the end opposite to the bicycle introduction side in the direction, the cable chain can be shortened and the same length of the cable chain can be adopted, so that the production cost can be reduced. It is preferable that the position of the cable chain to be mounted on the mounting portion of the adjacent bicycle mounting frame is not located on a straight line parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rail. Move the bicycle mounting part more smoothly in the longitudinal direction of the rail because the cable chains attached to the frame do not interfere with each other at all. Preferable to be able it is also of the investigation.
[0013]
Further, if the cable chain can move about the same distance as the bicycle mounting frame can move on the rail, the cable chain can move the bicycle mounting portion in the longitudinal direction of the rail. Therefore, it is preferable not to waste the members of the cable chain, and when the length of each bogie portion in the direction parallel to the longitudinal direction is the same length w, the total length in the longitudinal direction of the rail is reduced. L, one end in the longitudinal direction of the rail, where N is the total number of bicycle mounting frames moving on the rail, and n is the number of bicycle mounting frames from one edge side in the longitudinal direction of the rail. If the distance dn from the edge to the other end of the cable chain attached to the n-th bicycle mounting frame is dn = {L− (N−2n + 1) w} / 2, Each of the bicycle mounting portion it is possible to mount the cable chain neatly is was also investigated preferable to be able to move in the longitudinal direction of reliably rail without being restricted its movement in the cable chain.

【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, the cable routing structure of the bicycle parking device according to the present invention allows the plurality of bicycle mounting portions to move in the longitudinal direction of at least two or more rails installed in parallel. When laying cables such as a power supply line and a signal line to a bicycle mounting frame of a bicycle mounting portion of the configured bicycle parking device, a plurality of links that are flexibly connected in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the rail. If one end of the cable chain is mounted near the end opposite to the bicycle introduction side in the longitudinal direction of the bicycle mounting frame, and the other end is mounted on a mounting table installed parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rail, the bicycle When the mounting part is moved in the longitudinal direction of the rail, the cables placed on the bicycle mounting frames of the adjacent bicycle mounting parts can be smoothly moved in the longitudinal direction of the rail without the cables entangled with each other. Transfer In addition to this, the cable routed on the bicycle mounting frame rubs against the floor or the like, so that the coating of the cable and the like is immediately deteriorated, and the cable can be reliably protected without poor contact. The cable can be stored in the cable chain, so the design is good and the safety of the user can be increased because users and bicycles passing near the bicycle parking device do not touch or get caught in the cable. You can.
[0031]
