TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a child seat mounted on a seat using a seat belt of a vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a child seat of this type, there is known a child seat having a base fixed to a vehicle seat via a seat belt, and a seat main body connected to the base via a seat turning mechanism and a reclining mechanism (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-100760
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the seat body is in the forward facing position, the back of the seat body extends along the seat back of the vehicle seat, so that the child seat and the vehicle seat back can be brought into contact over a relatively wide range to achieve stability. it can. However, when the seat body is in the rearward posture, since the front end of the seat body faces the seatback, the contact range between the child seat and the seatback of the seat may be narrower than that in the forward posture. In order to prevent such inconvenience, a rod-shaped member extending upward along the seat back may be attached to the base as an additional component. However, installation of such additional parts is troublesome, and it is troublesome to take care of storage during removal.
[0005]
In addition, for so-called baby seats for infants, the seat body can be pressed against the seat back of the seat so that the detachable function of the seat body is not impaired. Can not. However, the same problem as described above occurs when the additional area is provided on the base as described above to increase the contact range of the seat of the vehicle with the seat back.
[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a child seat capable of improving the stability of a child seat by expanding a contact range between the child seat and a seat back of a vehicle seat without using additional components.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Hereinafter, the child seat of the present invention will be described. In addition, in order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, reference numerals in the accompanying drawings are added in parentheses, but the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment.
[0008]
The first child seat (1: FIG. 1) of the present invention is a child seat including a base (2) and a seat body (3) supported on the base and capable of reversing the direction of the vehicle in the front-rear direction. The front end (4i) of the shell (4) provided on the seat body can be positioned substantially on the extension of the rear end (12) of the base when the seat body is in the rearward posture. Thus, the above-described problem is solved.
[0009]
According to this child seat, when the seat body is in the rearward posture, the rear end of the base and the front end of the shell are simultaneously abutted against the seat back, thereby expanding the contact range in the vertical direction without using additional parts. Can be. Thereby, the stability of the child seat can be improved.
[0010]
In the first child seat of the present invention, an armrest portion (4h) is provided on both sides of the seat portion (4a) of the shell, and the height of the armrest portion with respect to the seat portion gradually increases toward the front end. It may be. In this case, the length of the front end of the shell expands in the vertical direction, and the effect of improving the stability when the front end of the shell abuts against the seat back becomes even more remarkable. In addition, since the armrest portion is higher toward the front side, it is possible to reliably protect the area around the knee against impact from the side while securing the freedom of movement near the elbow of the infant.
[0011]
The armrest portion of the shell may be provided with a belt through hole (4f) for passing a seat belt (111, 112) of the vehicle through the front surface side of the shell when the seat body is in the rearward posture. In this case, when the vehicle is in the rearward posture, the seat belt of the vehicle can be hung over the surface of the shell, and the shell can be firmly restrained on the seat.
[0012]
A second child seat (60: FIG. 16) of the present invention includes a base (61) and a seat body (62) detachably provided on the base, and the base is provided with the seat body. An attachment portion (63) for attachment and an enlarged portion (64) which is located closer to the seat back (102) of the vehicle seat (100) than the attachment portion and protrudes upward from the attachment portion are provided. The above-mentioned problem is solved by the rear end (67) of the enlarged portion functioning as a contact portion with the seat back.
[0013]
According to this child seat, the expanded portion of the base is abutted against the seat back, so that the vertical contact area between the base and the seat back can be increased without using additional parts as compared to a case where the enlarged portion does not exist. can do. Thereby, the stability of the child seat can be improved.
[0014]
In the second child seat, the enlarged portion is provided with an inclined surface that forms an upward slope from the attachment portion side toward the vertex of the enlarged portion, and the inclined surface is a belt attachment surface for attaching a seat belt of the vehicle. It may function as (65). A belt fixing device (40) for fixing the seat belt to the base may be provided on the belt mounting surface. A hook (66) for preventing the seat belt from shifting upward may be provided on the belt mounting surface.
[0015]
Further, in the second child seat of the present invention, when the base is viewed from the side, the inclination angle (θ) of the seat belt hung on the belt mounting surface with respect to a horizontal plane is approximately 45 °. Preferably, the inclination of the belt mounting surface is set. By setting the angle at which the seat belt is worn to about 45 °, the base can be pressed against the seat at the shortest distance to prevent the seat belt from becoming loose.
