本発明は電気抵抗発熱式ヒータを有する加熱調理器に関し、特に発熱ヒータへの不測の入力に対して、安全性を向上させたものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の加熱調理器は図8に示すようなものがあった。図8は日本の一般的家庭の台所で用いられている加熱部を3個有する、いわゆる3口の加熱調理器である。図9には、その操作部の詳細を示している。

加熱調理器の外郭を構成する本体1の上面は耐熱性ガラス製のトッププレート2がトップフレーム3により外周部を覆われ配設されている。本体1内のトッププレート2の下面には誘導加熱を行う誘導加熱コイル4,電気抵抗により発熱するニクロム線等を有するラジエントヒータ5が配置され、トッププレート2の表面上にはそれぞれの加熱手段が配設されている位置に対応して加熱サークル6が印刷されている。7は、魚等を焼くためのロースター部で、内部に電気抵抗により発熱するロースターヒータを有している。本体1の前方にはダイアル型、押しボタン型などの固定式あるいは図に示すような開閉収納式の操作部8と、操作に応じて各種状態を表示する表示部9が設けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながらこのような従来の構成では、前方側面部に設けられた操作部8と調理を行うトッププレート2が離れた位置関係にあるため、調理者は調理中の操作において調理容器から離れた操作部8に目線を移し、切/入ボタン10等の操作を行う必要があった。また、操作部8は低い位置にあるため姿勢を変えて操作しなければならないなど操作性に問題があった。

前記従来の課題を解決するために、本発明の加熱調理器は、外郭を構成する本体と、前記本体の上面に設けたトッププレートと、前記トッププレート上に設けた調理容器を載置して加熱する複数の加熱部と、前記加熱部の少なくとも1つは電気抵抗式発熱加熱手段で、他は誘導加熱式加熱手段であり、それぞれの加熱部に対応して設けた加熱調理を行うための条件を入力する手段を有する操作部を前記トッププレートの上面に備え、前記電気抵抗式発熱加熱手段の加熱開始入力手段は、入力開始操作禁止解除手段を操作することにより有効となる構成とした。
