本発明は、複数の資料作成者がインターネットを介して１つの資料を作成する共同作業の支援を行う資料共同作成支援システムに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に普及しているパーソナルコンピュータ（以下パソコンという）は、各種のソフトウエアプログラムが格納されている。これらソフトウエアは、文書作成ソフト、プレゼンテーションソフト、図形作成ソフトなど多くのものがある。資料作成者は、これらソフトウエアを使って効率的に各種資料を作成することができる。しかしながら、これら資料は、膨大になると一人の作業者では対応できなくなるため、作業分担が必要である。共同作業者が近くにいれば話し合いながら共同作業を進めることができるが、遠隔地に共同作業者が分かれていると、コミュニケーションがうまくいかなくなる。

そこで、従来技術では、テレビ会議システムや、コンピュータの画面を通信回線で接続された相手と共有表示したり、その共有画面上に書き込みを行ったりするリモートホワイトボード機能や、アプリケーションそのものの操作を共有にできるアプリケーション共有機能や、テレビ会議機能とメール機能を併用して時間情報で互いのデータの同期を取るものが知られている。（公知文献１参照）

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、前記従来技術は、作成された資料のチエックや、その資料をベースにした議論など、テレビ会議の延長線上の共同作業に止まっている。即ち、与えられた１つの作業を多くの作業者で分担して作成する作業には不都合である。

したがって、本発明が目的とするのは、共同で１つの作業を分担して行う共同サイトを提供し、リアルタイムで内容の精査と、スピーディーで効率的な資料作成が行える資料共同作成支援サービスシステムを提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するために、本発明は、資料共同作成支援サービスシステムにおいて、通信回線を介して接続された複数の端末と、前記複数の端末を管理統括する統括管理サーバとを備え、前記管理統括サーバは、前記複数の端末のうち資料を共同で作成するとして登録された複数の資料作成者端末および作成された資料を評価または修正するとして登録されたコンサルタント端末がアクセス可能であり、その資料作成に必要なアプリケーションが格納された共有サイトを提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図１から図５を参照して、この発明に係る資料共同作成支援サービスを説明する。図１は、この資料共同作成支援サービスシステムのネットワーク構成図、図２はこの資料共同作成支援サービスシステムのフローチャート、図３はディレクターが操作する表示画面、図４は共同作成者が操作する表示画面、図５はコンサルタント者が使用する表示画面である。

先ず、符号１で総括的に示す資料共同作成支援サービスシステムは、ネットワーク４０上にホームページを開設する資料共同作成支援会社１０と、前記ネットワーク４０に接続される複数の作成者端末２０と複数のコンサルタント端末３０とを含んで構成される。

前記作成者端末２０は自宅やオフイスに設置されるパーソナルコンピュータ（以下パソコンという）で構成され、前記資料共同作成支援会社１０の顧客（会員）が前記資料共同作成支援会社１０が発行する会員ＩＤを利用して前記資料共同作成支援会社１０が運営する共有サイトに接続し、この共有サイトで各種の資料作成や様々なサービスの提供を受けることができる。

前記作成者端末２０は、複数の作成者端末２０で１つのグループ２１が登録され、このグループ２１の参加者が前記共有サイトを占有する。このグループ２１の１つの作成者端末２０Ａは、このグループ２１の代表者として登録され、資料作成を統括する。つまり、この作成者端末２０Ａは、資料作成のディレクターが使用するものであり、共同で作成する資料の全体あらすじと全資料の承認を行う（以下代表者をディレクターという）。一方、グループ２１を構成する他の作成者端末２０ｂおよび２０ｃは、前記作成者端末２０ａからの指示を受けて資料を分担して作成する端末である。

また、前記コンサルタント端末３０は、自宅やオフイスに設置されるパソコンで構成され、前記資料共同作成支援会社１０に登録されたコンサルタント者が、この資料共同作成支援会社１０が発行するコンサルタントＩＤを利用して前記共有サイトにアクセスすることができる。

前記資料共同作成支援会社１０は、１つまたは複数のサーバによって構成される。この実施の形態では、この資料共同作成支援会社１０を統括的に管理する統括管理サーバ１９と、会員である顧客（作成者）の顧客ＩＤや住所指名などの顧客情報を管理する顧客管理サーバ１１と、コンサルタント者の各種の情報を管理するコンサルタント管理サーバ１２と、この資料共同作成支援会社１０の勘定系の管理を統括する勘定サーバ１３と、顧客に提供される各種のサービス（コンテンツ）を格納するＤＢサーバ１４と、各会員毎に提供される共有サイトを開設する顧客Ｗｅｂサイトサーバ１５と、前記会員やコンササルタントに各種の情報を提供するメールサーバ１６とを含んで構成される。

この資料共同作成支援会社１０が提供するサービスは、例えば「会社案内」などを、特定のプレゼンテーションソフトを使って会員（資料作成者）が共同作業（作成）を行うことを支援するものである。このプレゼンテーションソフトは、例えば、複数のシートから構成され、これらシートを表示画面上に順次表示することによりプレゼンテーションを行うものである。もちろん、この資料共同作成支援会社１０が提供するサービスプログラムは、このプレゼンテーションソフトだけでなく、文書作成ソフトや図形作成ソフトなどがある。

表示画面２００は、資料共同作成支援会社１０が提供する前記プレゼンテーションソフトの基本的な表示画面の概略図を示している。この表示画面２００は、上段に配置される資料一覧表示エリア２１０と、この表示画面２００の片側に配置される基本仕様選択エリア２２０と関係者一覧表示エリア２３０と、この表示画面２００の他の片側に配置されるワークエリア２４０とから構成される。作成者端末２０及びコンサルタント端末３０は、この表示画面２００の内容と同等のものをそれぞれ表示することができる。

前記資料一覧表示エリア２１０は、シート状の資料が順次サムネール２１１で表示される。各サムネールには資料作成者名２１２とシートタイトル２１３が表示される。前記基本仕様選択エリア２２０は、この実施の形態では、テンプレート選択２２１と、イラスト部品２２２が配置されるが、設定により、更に多くの仕様を付加しても良い。

前記関係者一覧表示エリア２３０には、このグループ２１の構成メンバーが表示される。前記ワークエリア２４０は、このサービスで使用される前記プレゼンテーションソフトが起動するウインドウ２５０と留意点表示エリア２４１が表示される。作成者は、例えば、資料一覧表示エリア２３０のサムネール２１１を選択することにより、この内容を前記ワークエリア２４０のウインドウ２５０に表示することができる。

このように、この実施の形態に係る資料共同作成支援サービスシステム１では、サービス利用者であるディレクターが、複数の作成者を前記グループ２１として取り纏め、これを資料共同作成支援会社１０に前記グループ２１として登録する。この資料共同作成支援会社１０は、前記プレゼンテーションソフトを利用できる共有サイトを前記グループ２１を構成する複数の作成者に公開する。そして、この資料共同作成支援会社１０は、前記作成者端末２０Ａを利用して、ディレクターが入力する資料の全体あらすじ、全体ページ（編集元データ）、作成担当ページとその作成の留意点等を受付け、これを関係者に開放する。

各担当作成者は、作成者端末２０を使って、資料共同作成支援会社１０の前記共有サイトにアクセスすることができる。そして、各担当作成者は、作成の留意点をもとに資料作成を行うことができる。したがって、資料作成で使用する各種のサービスプログラムは、共有サイト上で使用するので、前記作成者端末２０にこれらサービスプログラムを格納する必要はない。また、各作成者が作成中の作業は定期的に経過情報として自動保存され、ディレクタの承認により、その承認データが確定データとして格納される。これによって、この共有サイトを利用する関係者は、リアルタイムでその作成過程を閲覧することができる。尚、ディレクターは、資料全体のディレクション（監督）と共に、資料作成を行うこともできる。

更に、この資料共同作成支援会社１０が提供するサービスには、資料作成のコンサルテーションを受けることもできる。この資料共同作成支援サービスシステム１では、ディレクタが基本的に全責任を追う。しかし、このディレクタの希望により、コンサルテーションを行うコンサルタント者を紹介する。資料共同作成支援会社１０は、前記コンサルテーションの希望があると、登録されているコンサルタント者の中から特定の１人を選定する。

前記コンサルタント者は前記コンサルタント端末３０を使って前記ホームページ上に格納されたグループ２１のコンテンツを閲覧し、これをより適切な内容にコメント付きで添削する。これら添削された内容は、修正（添削）された履歴情報とともに前記資料共同作成支援会社１０に格納される。そして、代表者は、このコンサルタント者が添削した内容を添削履歴情報とともに閲覧し、この内容を参照して承認を行ったり、あるいは更に指示を加えて作成者に修正指示することができる。

コンサルタント者は、この資料共同作成支援会社１０の社員を想定することもできるし、またはその資料共同作成支援会社１０が外部契約したコンサルタント者に、コンサルテーションを依頼することもできる。

以下、図２のフローチャートに基づいて図３から図５の各表示画面を参照して、この資料共同作成支援サービスシステム１を更に詳細に説明する。

先ず、ディレクターは作成端末２０ａを利用して資料共同作成支援会社１０が開設する図示しないホームページにアクセスする。このホームページは、ネットワーク４０を介して誰もが閲覧することができる。ディレクターはホームページで提供を受けるサービス内容やメールアドレスや住所氏名、支払いに関する勘定系情報などを入力して利用契約を結ぶことで会員になることができる。（ステップ７００）
この利用の契約にあたっては、グループ会員を登録することができる。グループ会員もディレクタと同様にメールアドレスや住所氏名を登録する必要がある。グループ会員はディレクターとともにグループ２１を構成し、ディレクターの作成した仕様書に基づいて共同で資料を作成することができる。

これら入力された会員情報は顧客管理サーバ１１に格納され、顧客ＩＤが発行され、契約内容の登録が行われる（ステップ７０５）。以後のアクセスは前記顧客ＩＤを使って行うことができる。この契約内容の登録に当たって、ディレクターは、この資料共同作成支援会１０が提供するサービスプログラムの中から幾つかのプログラムソフトを選択することができる。これらプログラムソフトは図示しないメニュー画面から顧客が選択することができる。選択されたプログラムソフトは顧客管理サーバ１１に登録される。

統括管理サーバ１９は、前記顧客のプログラムソフトの登録がなされると、顧客が選択したプログラムソフトを前記ＤＢサーバ１４から選択し、このプログラムソフトを使って資料の共同作業が行える共有サイトを顧客Ｗｅｂサイトサーバ１５に開設させる。この共有サイトは当該グループ２１の構成メンバーがそれぞれの会員ＩＤでアクセスすることができる。

そして、統括管理サーバ１９は、前記作成端末２０ａが接続状態であれば、図示しない表示画面に前記共有サイトのアドレスの通知を表示させ、接続状態になければ、前記メールサーバ１６を介して前記共有サイトのアドレスと会員ＩＤを通知させる（ステップ７２０）。また、統括管理サーバ１９は、グループ２１として登録された会員に対しても、前記メールサーバ１６を介して前記会員サイトのアドレスと会員ＩＤを通知させる。

なお、この実施の形態では、ディレクターが中心（責任者）となって、共同作成者を集め、これを共同作成者とする事例で説明したが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、個人、それぞれが会員登録し、ディレクターとなる会員が、共同作業者となる会員をメールやこの資料共同作成支援会社１０が開設する掲示版に募集を行うことでもグループ２１を構成するようにしてもよい。また、この資料共同作成支援会社１０が前記募集に対して過去の履歴を参照して推薦するようにしてもよい。更に、前記募集のあった会員に関する履歴や経歴をディレクターの要求で提供するようにしてもよい。

また、他の方法として、この資料共同作成支援会社１０が法人会員を取るようにしてもよい。例えば、この法人会員にあたっては、法人の代表者が会員となる社員を登録し、この会員の中で、ディレクターとなる人を特定するようにする。このディレクタはこの法人会員の中から共同作成者を指定し、特定のグループ２１を登録する。

また、この実施の形態では、前記ディレクタが資料作成のコンサルテーションのサービスをオプションとして選択することができる。資料共同作成支援会社１０は、前記契約の内容の登録に当たって、前記ディレクタが図示しないメニュー画面でコンサルテーションのオプションを選択すると、統括管理サーバ１９が、コンサルタント管理サーバ１２に対して、登録しているコンサルタント者の中から１人を選定させる。（ステップ７１０）前記コンサルタントサーバ１２は、コンサルタント者のデータベースを格納しており、前記利用の契約で入力された情報と合致するコンサルタント者を前記データベースを参照して選定し、この結果を前記統括管理サーバ１９に通知する。これを受けて、統括管理サーバ１９は、前記選択されたコンサルタント者をグループ２１のコンサルタント者であることを登録し、前記グループ２１の共有サイトとグループ２１のコンサルタント者に任命されたことを前記メールサーバ１６にメールを介して通知させる。（ステップ７１５）
なお、この実施の形態では、特定のコンサルタント者を、この資料共同作成支援会社１０が選定することで説明したが、これに限定されるもではない。例えば、前記コンサルテーションの契約にあたって、グループ２１の契約内容に合致するコンサルタント者の候補を複数人選択し、この中からディレクタに選択させるようにしてもよい。

さて、資料作成者は、前記グループ２１のために開設した共有サイトに会員ＩＤを利用してアクセスし、前記プレゼンテーションソフトを使って資料を共同作成することができる。ディレクターは、図３に示す表示画面３００を介して、プレゼンテーションソフトで作成する全体のあらすじや留意点などの編集元データを入力することができる（ステップ７２５）。

図３は、ディレクターが共有サイトを閲覧した際の表示画面３００を示している。この表示画面３００は、資料作成端末２０Ａの表示部にウインドウ形式で表示される。この表示画面３００は、プレゼンテーションソフトの表示画面例を示している。基本的な配置は前記図１で示し内容と同様である。

最上段には「資料共同作成ツール」のタイトルを示すタイトルバー３０１、このタイトルバー３０１の下部に各種の基本的な操作ボタンを表示するメイン操作バー３０２が表示されている。このタイトルバー３０１とメイン操作バー３０２はウインドウＯＳシステムの一般的なツールバーである。このツールバーの下部に、この資料共同作成支援会社１０が提供する特徴ある表示エリア３１０が表示される。そして、前記表示エリア３１０の上段左側には、表示画面名３１１が表示される。この表示画面３００は、「ディレクタ」と表示され、この表示画面がディレクタが操作する表示画面であることを示している。

この表示画面３００の右下に配置されるワークエリア２４０は、プレゼンテーションソフトのウインドウ２５０と留意点エリア２４１と修正確認ボタン２４２、修正登録ボタン２４３、承認ボタン２４４、一括承認ボタン２４５が配置される。前記ウインドウ２５０には、この共同作業で使用するプレゼンテーションソフトが立ち上がる部分であり、このウインドウ２５０には、このソフトで使用するツールバー２５１が設定される。このウインドウ２５０は、通常のパソコン操作で立ち上げる部分であるが、この資料共同作成支援会社１０が提供する表示画面３００では、表示画面３００に前記ウインドウ２５０が埋め込まれるように重複して表示される。

前記留意点エリア２４１は、前記ウインドウ２５０に表示される各シートの作成上の留意点が段階的（各シート毎）に表示される部分である。この留意点エリア２４１の右側にはスクロールバーが配置されており、長いコメントでも対応することができる。

また、修正確認ボタン２４２は、コンサルタント者が作成した添削内容を前記ウインドウ２５０に表示させる操作ボタンである。前記修正登録ボタン２４３は、共同作成者が作成した資料を修正し、この内容を登録するための操作ボタンである。承認ボタン２４４及び一括承認ボタン２４５は、共同作成者が作成した資料を承認する操作ボタンである。前記承認ボタン２４４は、前記サムネール２１１で選択されたシート、あるいは、関係者一覧表示エリア２３０内で選択された資料作成者の作成シートについて、承認する操作ボタンである。前記一括承認ボタン２４５は、全てのシートを一括して承認するときに使う操作ボタンである。

前記資料一覧表示エリア２１０には、前記ウインドウ２５０で作成されたシートがその作成順序にしたがって順次サムネール２１１で表示される。この各サムネール２１１の下部にはシートタイトル２１３を入力することができ、また上部には資料作成者を入力できる資料作成者名２１２が設けられる。

この実施の形態では、前記基本仕様選択エリア２２０には、テンプレート選択２２１とイラスト部品２２２が配置される。この２つの操作部はいずれも右側にプルダウンスイッチが設けられ、このスイッチをクリックすることで、対応するメニューが表示される。前記テンプレート選択２２１では、背景や色調などの標準的なテンプレートを選択することができる。また、前記イラスト部品２２２は、この資料で使用するイラストを選択することができる。この実施例では、選択可能なイラストは幾つかのグループに分かれており、このグループを前記プルダウンスイッチで選択することができる。そして、この実施の形態では、この前記基本仕様選択エリア２２０で選択された内容を変更できないように、この基本仕様選択エリア２２０の全部または一部を他の共同作成者が変更できないようにすることができる。例えば、この実施の形態では、前記テンプレート選択２２１は、このテンプレートが変更されると資料のイメージが大きく変更されるため、図４に示す共同作成者が操作する表示画面４００では操作できないようにしている。なお、この実施の形態ではイラスト部品２２２については、共同作成者に開放しているが、前記したグループを特定して限定範囲で使用させることもできる。

前記関係者一覧表示エリア２３０は、このグループ２１の構成メンバを一覧表示させるとともに、各構成メンバーのエリアが選択ボタンの機能も備えている。また、この関係者一覧表示エリア２３０の下部には送信ボタン２３１が配置されている。例えば、この実施の形態では、前記サムネール２１１を選択してから、コンサルタント者を選択して送信ボタンを２３１をクリックすれば、コンサルタント者に選択されたサムネール２１１のコンサルテーションを依頼することができる。この場合、全サムネール２１１を選択または、サムネール２１１を選択しないで、コンサルタント者を選択して送信ボタンを２３１をクリックすれば、コンサルタント者に全サムネール２１１のコンサルテーションを依頼することとなる。

さて、図２に戻り、ディレクタは、ステップ７２５において編集元データを入力する場合は、先ず、テンプレート選択２２１からタイプ別のテンプレートを選択し、イラスト部品２２２で指定するものがあればこれを選択して、この資料のベースとなる基本仕様を入力する。次に、前記ウインドウ２５０のツールバー２５１を操作して、必要とするベースシートを作成する。ここで作成されたシートは前記資料一覧表示エリア２１０にサムネール２１１として順次表示される。これにより、ディレクタは全体のあらすじを作成することができる。次に、前記シートタイトル２１３を介して前記サムネールのタイトルを入力しつつ、前記サムネール２１１を選択して、ウインドウ２５０に対応するシートデータを表示し、このシートに対応する留意点を前記留意点表示エリア２４１を介して入力する。そして、最後に、前記資料作成者名２１２を介して作成者を入力することで、担当の割り振りを行う。このような操作は、１つの入力方法であり、これに限定されるものではない。最終的に、前記内容が入力されればよい。

ディレクタは前記編集元データの入力を行った後、前記送信ボタン２３１をクリックすることで、資料共同作成支援会社１０に編集元データの登録依頼を行うことができる（ステップ７２５）。前記登録依頼が行われると、統括管理サーバ１９はこれを記憶装置内に格納して編集データの登録を行う（ステップ７３０）また、前記統括管理サーバ１９は、前記編集データの登録が行われると、メールサーバ１６に共同作成者およびコンサルタント者が選択されていればコンサルタント者に資料作成依頼（編集データの登録）があったことを通知するメールを送信させる（ステップ７３５）。これにより、関係者は、事前に連絡されている共有サイトに会員ＩＤを使ってアクセスし、ディレクタが作成した前記編集データに基づいて自分の担当部分の資料作成を開始することができる。（ステップ７４０）
次に、図４は他の共同作成者が操作する表示画面４００を示している。この表示画面４００は、前記表示画面３００と一部異なるがほぼ同様な構成を備えている。即ち、この表示画面４００は、表示画面名３１１に登録された共同作成者名が表示され、他の共同作成者が操作する表示画面であることを示している。前記したように、この表示画面４００では、共同作成者の間で基本的なバラツキがないように、テンプレート選択２２１が表示されない。

共同作成者は、前記資料一覧表示エリア２１０で全体のあらすじを把握し、自分の担当を知ることができる。この表示画面４００は、担当するサムネール２１１が強調表示されている。そして、今、表示画面４００は、「はじめに」のサムネール２１１が選択されて、その内容がウインドウ２５０内に表示されている。ウインドウ２１０にはディレクタが作成した編集データの「はじめに」が表示されているので、共同作成者は、この編集データを修正する方法で作業を行うことができる。資料作成にあたっては、ディレクタがシート毎に作成した留意点を留意点表示エリア２４１で確認しながら作成することができる。この作成中のデータは定期的に統括管理サーバ１９に記録され、その状況は、前記サムネール２１１に反映される。したがって、共同作成者は他の共同作成者の作成状況を前記サムネール２１１およびこれをクリックして前記ウインドウ２５０に表示することで閲覧することができる。したがって、共同作成者は全体のバランスをみて作成することができる。

この実施の形態では、各シートを重複して作成しないように、各共同作成者の間では担当以外のシートは修正することができず、また、各担当が作成したシートは承認依頼すると、その権限がディレクタに移るようにする。ディレクタに移った前記権限は修正依頼を行うことで各担当者に戻すことができる。同様にディレクタとコンサルタント者の間でも権限委譲が行われる。

さて、共同作成者が作成した資料は、前記承認依頼ボタン４０１をクリックすることで、統括管理サーバ１９に仮登録される（ステップ７４５）。統括管理サーバ１９は前記承認依頼ボタンがクリックされると、ディレクタの作成者端末２０ａの表示部に共同作成者から承認依頼があったことを警告表示する。これを受けたディレクタは、承認依頼の内容を検討することができる（ステップ７５０）。この承認依頼の内容が不十分な場合は、ディレクタが表示画面３００のウインドウ２５０内で修正作業を行うことができる。修正作業が大きい場合、その指示内容をウインドウ２５０と留意点表示エリア２４１に入力して、修正登録ボタン２４３をクリックするとこの内容が統括管理サーバ１９に仮登録される。そして、関係者一覧表示エリア２３０の該当共同作成者をクリックして、送信ボタン２３１をクリックする。この操作により、統括管理サーバ１９は、前記共同作成者に修正があったことを警告表示する（ステップ７５０）。

前記修正依頼を受けた共同作成者は、表示画面４００に表示される警告表示を介して、修正依頼があったことを知ることができる。この依頼を受けた共同作成者は、前記表示画面４００の修正確認ボタン４０２をクリックすることで、修正内容や留意点を確認することができる。この修正を行った共同作成者は、前記承認依頼ボタン４０２をクリックすることで、再び、ステップ７５０におけるディレクタの承認を受けることができる（ステップ７５５）。

前記ステップ７５０において、ディレクタが修正項目がない場合、あるいは、共同作成者が作成した内容についてコンサルタント者のアドバイスを受けたい場合は、表示画面３００において、関係者一覧表示エリア２３０のコンサルタント者を選択して送信ボタン２３１をクリックすることで指示することができる（ステップ７６０）。前記操作がなされると、統括管理サーバ１９はコンサルタント者のコンサルタント端末３０の表示画面５００に警告表示を行う。

コンサルタント者は前記表示画面５００を介して、コンサルテーションの要求のあった内容の評価、修正作業を行うことができる。表示画面５００は、前記表示画面３００とほぼ同様であるが、表示画面名３１１にコンサルタント者の名前が表示されている点で異なる。また、ワークエリア２４０内に設けた修正登録ボタン５０１と、承認依頼ボタン５０２が異なる。
