TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a caulking gun used for injecting and supplying a caulking material to cracks or the like generated at joints of tiles or wall surfaces of buildings.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a caulking gun B conventionally used, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a lever B4 is pivotally attached to a rear end of a caulking material loading portion B1 in which a caulking material can be loaded. And a piston rod B3 is pierced through the upper end of the handle B2 to be able to move back and forth, and the piston rod B3 is disposed in the caulking material loading section B1. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the caulking gun B, the lower end of the locking member B5 is pressed forward by the upper end of the lever B4 in a state where the rear end of the upper end of the locking member B5 is received by the regulating protrusion B6. Since the locking member B5 and the piston rod B3 are locked only by tilting the lever B4 by a predetermined angle, there is play on the lever B4 until the locking member B5 and the piston rod B3 lock. As a result, as a result of this play, the amount of rotational displacement of the lever B4 is absorbed, and the forward distance of the piston rod B3 by one pulling operation of the lever B4 is reduced.
[0006]
When the caulking gun B is used for a long period of time, the locking hole B51 of the locking member B5 wears and expands due to friction with the piston rod B3, and as a result, the locking member B5 rises. The tilt angle from the state to the engagement with the piston rod B3 is increased, the play of the lever B4 is increased, and the forward distance of the piston rod B3 by one pulling operation of the lever B4 is significantly reduced to push out the caulking material. There was a problem that the amount was reduced.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and even after long-time use, immediately without causing play between the start of rotation of the lever and the start of advance of the piston rod. Provided is a caulking gun capable of advancing a piston rod.
[0008]
[Means to solve the problem]
In the caulking gun according to the present invention, a handle body having a lever pivotally attached thereto is fixed to the rear end of the caulking material loading portion, and the handle body is provided from the rear side of the handle body. A piston rod is disposed in the caulking material loading portion so as to be movable back and forth, and furthermore, a locking member is provided at the upper end of the lever so as to be tiltable in the front and rear direction and provided on the locking member. While the piston rod is inserted through the first locking hole and the front surface of the locking member is constantly pressed rearward by the first spring, the piston rod is inserted through the rear surface of the handle body. The upper end of the retraction restricting piece provided with the second locking hole is pivotally pivoted in the front-rear direction, and the retraction restricting piece is inclined rearward by the second spring to form the second locking hole in the piston rod. The piston rod retreats And the lever is pivoted in the pulling direction, thereby pushing the locking member to release the locking of the piston rod by the second locking hole and integrally with the locking member. In the caulking gun configured to advance the piston rod, the locking member is inclined by the first spring, and the first locking hole is always held in a state of being locked to the piston rod, Between the locking member and the retraction restricting piece, the upper end of the handle body is movably inserted in the front-rear direction, and a supported pressing member is interposed. By pushing forward by a turning operation in the forward direction, the locking member is erected at the front end face against the first spring to release the locking force of the piston rod by the first locking hole. is being done And it features.
[0009]
The caulking gun according to claim 2, wherein in the caulking gun, the length of the pressing member is formed shorter than the distance between the locking member and the retraction regulating piece, and the upper end of the retraction regulating piece is formed. It is characterized in that the rear end of the pressing member is pushed forward on the front surface.
[0010]
Furthermore, in the caulking gun according to the third aspect, in the caulking gun according to the first or second aspect, the feed pin integrally provided at the upper end of the lever is brought into contact with the lower end of the rear surface of the locking member. The first spring presses the central portion of the locking member rearward, and further pushes the upper end portion of the rear surface of the locking member with the front end surface of the pressing member so that the locking member is pressed. It is characterized in that it is configured to stand up.
[0011]
[Action]
According to the caulking gun of the present invention, on the upper end side of the lever, the locking member through which the piston rod is inserted is constantly pressed rearward by the first spring and tilts rearward with the upper end of the lever as a fulcrum. The first locking hole provided in the locking member is locked to the piston rod.
[0012]
When the caulking material is loaded into the caulking material loading section and the lever pivotally attached to the handle is rotated in the direction of pulling toward the handle when performing the caulking operation, the rotation operation is performed. At the same time as the start, the locking member that is locked to the piston rod is pushed forward by the upper end of the lever, and moves the piston rod forward by a certain length. As is well known, the retraction restricting piece disposed on the rear side of the handle body operates in the direction of releasing the lock of the second locking hole with respect to the piston rod when the piston rod advances, and At the time of retreat, the second locking hole is locked to the piston rod to prevent retreat.
[0013]
Thus, since the first locking hole is locked to the piston rod from the start of the rotation of the lever, the lever is rotated to start moving the locking member forward, and then the piston is stopped. No play occurs until the rod begins to move forward.
[0014]
Then, when the application of the rotational force to the lever is stopped and the lever is released, the second locking hole provided in the retraction restricting piece is locked to the piston rod by the second spring force, and the piston rod is While the retraction is prevented, the locking member does not exert a locking force on the piston rod in the retreating direction, and the locking member slides the locking hole against the outer peripheral surface of the piston rod to cause the first member to slide. It returns to the original position together with the lever by the pressing force of the spring.
[0015]
Thus, by alternately repeating the rotation and release of the lever, the piston rod is advanced by a predetermined length to push out the caulking material in the caulking material loading section by an appropriate amount.
[0016]
Also, when the piston rod is retracted to prevent liquid dripping during the caulking operation, or to remove the caulking material in the caulking material loading unit at the end of the caulking operation, the operator moves the above-described retraction restricting piece with a fingertip. When pivoted forward about the upper end, the front end of the retraction restricting piece is the rear end of the pressing member interposed movably in the front-rear direction between the retraction restricting piece and the locking member. Then, the pressing member is pushed forward, and the front surface of the pressing member presses the rear surface of the locking member to raise the pressing member against the first spring with the upper end of the lever as a fulcrum. Then, the locked state of the first and second locking holes with respect to the piston rod is released, and the piston rod is freely movable in the front-rear direction. In this state, the piston rod is retracted.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An example of the caulking gun of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the caulking gun A has a handle 2 fixed to a rear end of a caulking material loading portion 1 in which a caulking material can be loaded, and a longitudinal direction is a longitudinal direction. A piston rod 3 having a predetermined length is oriented so as to be movable back and forth in the caulking material loading section 1 through the upper end of the handle body 2 from the rear side of the handle body 2.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 1, the caulking material loading section 1 is detachably attached to a cylindrical cylinder 11, a rear end plate 12 closing a rear end opening of the cylinder 11, and a front end of the cylinder 11. And a cap 13 provided with an injection port 15 in the center, and the inside of the cylinder 11 is formed in a caulking material loading space portion 14. The caulking material loading section 1 may be formed in a conventionally known shape, for example, a gutter shape.
[0019]
The handle body 2 has an upper end portion formed in a rectangular frame shape including front and rear wall portions 21 and 22 and upper and lower wall portions 23 and 24, and penetrates a space 25 in the rectangular side surface shape in the left-right direction. The front side wall 21 is fixedly integrated with the rear surface of the rear end plate 12 of the caulking material loading section.
[0020]
The upper end of the lever 4 is pivotally attached to the lower side wall 24 of the handle body 2 so as to be pivotable back and forth. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper end of the lever 4 is formed into bifurcated protruding pieces 4a, 4a separated into right and left, and the handle is provided between these protruding pieces 4a, 4a. The lower end of the projecting pieces 4a, 4a is rotatably connected to a shaft 4b that penetrates and is supported by the lower wall 24 with the upper lower wall 24 interposed therebetween. .
[0021]
Further, the upper ends of the projecting pieces 4a, 4a are projected into the lower end of the space 25 of the handle 2, and a feed pin 41 is integrally formed between the upper ends of the projecting pieces 4a, 4a. Attached. When the gripper 2 is gripped and the lever 4 is pivoted about the shaft 4b in a direction to draw it toward the handle 2, as shown in FIG. 4, the lever 4 is provided on the upper end side of the shaft 4b. The feed pin 41 is configured to advance in the space 25 of the handle 2 around the shaft 4b. In addition, a regulating wall portion 251 projects from the front of the lower end portion of the rear side wall portion 22 toward the front from the lower end portion inside the space portion 25 of the handle body 2. The feed pin 41 is received to prevent the feed pin 41 from moving further backward, thereby preventing the lever 4 from being opened more than necessary.
[0022]
The piston rod 3 is formed to have a length slightly longer than the sum of the front and rear length of the caulking material loading section 1 and the front and rear length of the handle body 2. A front insertion hole 211 provided at the center of the front side wall 21 of the handle 2 and a center portion of the rear wall 22 of the handle 2 located behind the front insertion hole 211 are provided. The piston rod 3 provided integrally with the piston portion 31 at the front end (tip) is inserted into and supported by the rear insertion hole 221 slidably forward and backward.
[0023]
On the other hand, in the space portion 25 of the handle body 2, a first engaging member 5 is provided at the center of the piston rod 3 penetrating the space portion 25 in the front-rear direction. The piston rod 3 is inserted through the stop hole 51, and the rear surface of the leg 5 b protruding downward from the lower end of the annular portion 5 a of the locking member 5 is attached to the lever 4. The feed pin 41 attached to the upper end is received.
[0024]
The first locking hole 51 provided at the center of the annular portion 5a of the locking member 5 is formed to have a slightly larger diameter than the diameter of the piston rod 3, and therefore, as shown in FIG. By rotating the lever 4 in the pulling direction and pressing the leg 5b of the locking member 5 with the feed pin 41 attached to the upper end thereof, the locking member 5 is moved obliquely rearward toward the upper end. The piston rod 3 is configured to be moved forward by the locking force in a state where the first locking hole 51 is locked to the outer peripheral surface of the piston rod 3 in an inclined state.
[0025]
Further, a first spring 52 composed of a coil spring compressed forward and backward is interposed between the facing surface of the annular portion 5a of the locking member 5 and the front wall portion 21 of the handle body 2. The annular member 5a of the locking member 5 is constantly pressed rearward by the spring force of the first spring 52, and the locking member 5 is fixed to the feed pin 41 attached to the upper end of the lever 4 as described above. Further, the first locking hole 51 is tilted obliquely rearward toward the upper end to hold the first locking hole 51 locked to the piston rod 3.
[0026]
On the other hand, an upper end of a vertically long rectangular plate-shaped piston rod retraction regulating piece 6 is pivotally attached to the upper end of the rear surface of the rear side wall 22 of the handle 2 so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction. In the lower portion of the rear surface of the rear side wall portion 22 of the handle body 2, the front surface of the retraction restricting piece 6 is received in the vertical state of the piston rod retraction restricting piece 6, and the retraction restricting piece 6 is turned forward. A restricting projection 222 for preventing movement is provided.
[0027]
A second locking hole 61 whose inner diameter is slightly larger than the diameter of the piston rod 3 is provided through an intermediate portion in the vertical direction of the retraction restricting piece 6 of the piston rod 3 between the front and rear surfaces. The portion of the piston rod 3 protruding rearward from the rear wall portion 22 of the handle 2 is inserted through the second locking hole 61.
[0028]
Further, a second spring 62 composed of a coil spring compressed back and forth is interposed between the retraction restricting piece 6 and the rear side wall portion 22 of the handle body 2, as shown in FIG. 2. By the spring force of the second spring 62, the retraction restricting piece 6 is inclined rearward about the upper end thereof to lock the second locking hole 61 to the piston rod 3, and the second locking hole 61 and the piston While the retraction of the piston rod 3 is prevented by the locking force with the rod 3, when the piston rod 3 advances, the advancing piston rod 3 comes into sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the second locking hole 61. While the retraction restricting piece 6 is rotated forward against the second spring 62, the piston rod 3 is allowed to move forward.
[0029]
In addition, at the upper end of the rear side wall portion 22 of the handle body 2, the front and rear lengths of the annular portion 5 a of the locking member 5 and the upper end of the retreating restriction piece 6 are formed of a rod-shaped body. The pressing member 7, which is formed to be slightly shorter than the front-to-rear distance from the front surface, is interposed between the locking member 5 and the retraction restricting piece 6 so that the pressing member 7 extends between the front and rear surfaces of the rear wall portion 22. It is inserted and supported movably in the direction.
[0030]
Specifically, a pressing member insertion hole 223 slightly larger than the diameter of the pressing member 7 is provided between the front and rear surfaces of the rear wall portion 22 at the upper end located above the piston rod 3. The pressing member 7 is freely inserted and supported in the pressing member insertion hole 223 so as to be able to move forward and backward. The rear end of the pressing member 7 is bent at a right angle in the horizontal direction to prevent the pressing member 7 from coming out of the pressing member insertion hole 223.
[0031]
The pressing member 7 has a rear end surface 71 protruding rearward from the rear side wall portion 22 so as to be opposed to the upper end portion front surface of the retreating restriction piece 6 in a state of being close to the front end of the pressing member 7. The surface 72 protrudes forward from the rear side wall portion 22 into the space portion 25, and is opposed to the upper end portion rear surface of the annular portion 5 a of the locking member 5 in a state of being close to the rear surface. Note that one of the front and rear end surfaces of the pressing member 7 is brought into contact with one of the opposing surfaces of the locking member 5 and the retraction restricting piece 6, and the other end surface is fixed to the locking member 5 and the retraction restricting piece 6. May be made to face each other in a state of being close to the other of the opposing surfaces.
[0032]
When the retraction restricting piece 6 is pressed with a fingertip against the force of the second spring 62 and is rotated forward about the upper end thereof until the retraction restricting piece 6 is in a vertical state, FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, the rear end surface 71 of the pressing member 7 is pushed forward by the front surface of the upper end portion of the retraction restricting piece 6, and the front end surface 72 of the pressing member 7 is connected to the annular portion of the locking member 5. By moving the upper end of the annular portion 5a of the locking member 5 forward against the first spring 52 in a state of contacting the rear surface of the upper end of the annular member 5a, The feed rod 41, which receives the rear surface of the leg 5b projecting downward from the lower end of 5a, is erected forward with the feed pin 41 as a fulcrum. When the locking force is released and the pressing force against the retraction restricting piece 6 is released The locking member 5 and the retraction restricting piece 6 are configured to return to a state where the locking holes 51 and 61 are locked to the piston rod 3 by the restoring force of the first and second springs 52 and 62. ing.
[0033]
In front of the pressing member insertion hole 223, a guide groove 224 having an inverted U-shaped cross section whose longitudinal direction is directed in the front-rear direction is formed integrally with the upper side wall portion 23 of the handle body 2. The upper outer peripheral surface of the pressing member 7 is brought into sliding contact with the guide groove 224 so as to be able to advance and retreat in the front-rear direction.
[0034]
Next, how to use the caulking gun A of the present invention will be described. First, the cap 13 of the caulking material loading section 1 is removed from the front end of the cylinder 11, and the caulking material sealed in the cylindrical package is inserted into the caulking material loading space 14 from the opening at the front end of the cylinder 11. At the same time, after cutting the front end of the caulking material package, the cap 13 is attached to the front end of the cylinder 11 again, and a nozzle (not shown) is attached to the injection port 15 provided in the cap 13 to coke. The caulking material is loaded into the material loading unit 1 so that the caulking material can be injected from the nozzle to the outside.
[0035]
Next, the gripping body 2 of the caulking gun A is gripped, and the nozzle attached to the front end of the caulking loading unit 1 is directed to a place where the caulking material is to be supplied, such as the joint part of the tile or the cracked part of the wall. The lever 4 pivotally attached to the handle 2 is pivoted about the shaft 4b in the direction of pulling the lever 4 toward the handle 2, and the feed pin 41 attached to the upper end of the lever 4 is moved. By moving it forward, the leg 5b of the locking member 5 received by the feed pin 41 is pressed forward.
[0036]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the annular portion 5a of the locking member 5 is pressed rearward by the first spring 52, and the feed pin 41 receiving the rear surface of the leg 5b is moved. As the fulcrum is held obliquely backward toward the upper end, that is, in a state where the first locking hole 51 is locked to the outer peripheral surface of the piston rod 3, the lever 4 starts rotating. As soon as the feed pin 41 attached to the upper end of the lever 4 starts to move forward, the piston rod locked in the first locking hole 51 of the locking member 5 which moves forward by the feed pin 41 3 starts moving forward. That is, no play occurs between the start of the rotation of the lever 4 and the start of the advance of the piston rod 3.
[0037]
When the lever 4 is rotated by one stroke in the pulling direction, as shown in FIG. 4, the feed pin 41 attached to the upper end of the lever 4 advances by a predetermined distance, and the locking member 5 is moved forward by a certain distance together with the piston rod 3 locked in the first locking hole 51, and the piston portion 31 of the piston rod 3 moves forward by a certain distance in the caulking material loading section 1. By applying a pressing force to the caulking material in the caulking material loading unit 1, a certain amount of the caulking material is extruded through the nozzle (not shown) attached to the injection port 15 of the caulking material loading unit 1. At this time, while the piston rod 3 slides against the inner peripheral surface of the second locking hole 61 provided in the retraction restricting piece 6, the retraction restricting piece 6 opposes the second spring 62. Since the locking state between the second locking hole 61 and the piston rod 3 is released by being rotated forward, the forward movement of the piston rod 3 is not prevented by the retreating restriction piece 6.
[0038]
Thereafter, when the lever 4 is fully rotated in the pulling direction and the force for advancing the piston rod 3 is not applied, the retraction restricting piece 6 tilts rearward about the upper end thereof by the spring force of the second spring 62. The second locking hole 61 is locked to the piston rod 3, and the retracting force between the second locking hole 61 and the piston rod 3 prevents the piston rod 3 from retreating.
[0039]
Next, when the lever 4 is released and the application of the rotational force to the lever 4 is released, the locking member 5 is retracted by the spring force of the first spring 52 and by the locking force with the second locking hole 61. The feed pin that moves rearward while sliding the first locking hole 51 in sliding contact with the blocked outer peripheral surface of the piston rod 3 and receives the rear surface of the leg 5 b of the locking member 5. The feed pin 41 and the lock member 5 are returned to their original positions by pushing the cover 41 backward until it is received by the regulating wall 251 (see FIG. 2).
[0040]
Thus, by alternately repeating the turning operation of the lever 4 in the pulling direction and the releasing operation, the piston portion 31 of the piston rod 3 can correspond to one stroke of the lever 4 in the caulking material loading portion 1. The caulking material loaded in the caulking material loading unit 1 is intermittently applied with a pressing force to the caulking material loaded in the caulking material loading unit 1, and an appropriate amount of caulking material is supplied from the nozzle (not shown) provided in the caulking material loading unit 1. It is to be ejected one by one.
[0041]
Next, when a new caulking material is loaded into the caulking material loading section 1, first, the lower end portion of the retraction restricting piece 6 is pressed forward with a finger against the second spring 62 force. When it comes into contact with the restricting protrusion 222, as shown in FIG. 5, the retreat restricting piece 6 is in a vertically upright state, and the second locking hole 61 provided in the retreat restricting piece 6 is provided. Of the piston rod 3, the front surface of the upper end of the retraction restricting piece 6 comes into contact with the rear end face 71 of the pressing member 7, and the pressing member 7 is rotated by the forward rotation of the retraction restricting piece 6. It is pushed forward.
[0042]
At this time, since the rear end face 71 of the pressing member 7 is pushed forward by the front surface of the upper end of the retraction restricting piece 6 pivotally attached to the upper end of the rear side wall 22 of the handle 2, the retraction restricting piece 6 According to the principle of leverage with the upper end serving as a fulcrum, a large pushing force can be applied to the pressing member 7 by applying only a small turning force to the retraction restricting piece 6.
[0043]
Further, the forward movement of the pressing member 7 causes the front end surface 72 of the pressing member 7 to come into contact with the rear surface of the upper end portion of the annular portion 5 a of the locking member 5, so that the annular portion 5 a of the locking member 5 The upper end portion is pushed against the first spring 52, and the locking member 5 rises forward with the feed pin 41 receiving the rear surface of the leg portion 5b as a center, and the locking member 5 is locked. The locking force of the piston rod 3 by the first locking hole 51 provided in the member 5 is released.
[0044]
At this time, according to the principle of leverage, the feed pin 41 receiving the rear surface of the leg portion 5b projecting downward from the lower end of the annular portion 5a of the locking member 5 is used as a fulcrum. A first spring for urging the annular portion 5a of the locking member 5 rearward only by applying a small pressing force to the rear surface of the upper end portion of the annular portion 5a of the locking member 5 at the front end surface 72 of the pressing member 7 The locking member 5 can be reliably raised up against the locking member 52 and the locking force of the first locking hole 51 to the piston rod 3 can be reliably released.
[0045]
In this way, by rotating the retraction restricting piece 6 forward with a fingertip, the locking force on the piston rod 3 by the second locking hole 61 provided in the retraction restricting piece 6 is released, and The member 7 is moved forward to erect the locking member 5 to release the locking force of the first locking hole 51 to the piston rod 3, and in this state, protrudes from the rear surface of the rear wall 22 of the handle 2. The piston rod 3 is retracted by pulling the rear end of the piston rod 3 backward, and the caulking material is newly loaded into the caulking material loading section 1 in the same manner as described above.
[0046]
During the caulking operation, if the pressing force applied to the caulking material in the caulking material loading unit 1 by the piston rod 3 is too large, the operation of rotating the retraction restricting piece 6 forward in the same manner as described above. Then, as described above, the locked state between the piston rod 3 and the first locking hole 51 and the second locking hole 61 is released, and the piston rod 3 becomes retreatable, so that the caulking material loading unit 1 The pressing force on the caulking material in the inside can be released.
[0047]
By the way, when the caulking gun A is repeatedly used, as the first locking hole 51 of the locking member 5 expands, the locking member 5 is inclined rearward about the pin 41 by the pressing force of the first spring 52. Then, the first locking hole 51 is kept in a state of being constantly locked to the outer peripheral surface of the piston rod 3 (see FIG. 6). At this time, the front-rear length of the pressing member 7 interposed movably back and forth between the locking member 5 and the retraction restricting piece 6 is shorter than the front-rear distance between the locking member 5 and the retraction restricting piece 6. Since it is formed, the locking member 5 is not prevented from being inclined backward by the pressing member 7. Therefore, during the caulking operation, no play occurs between the start of the rotation of the lever 4 and the start of the advance of the piston rod 3 as in the beginning of use.
[0048]
That is, even if the degree of inclination of the locking member 5 is gradually increased in accordance with the progress of the expansion of the first locking hole 51, the state where the first locking hole 51 is always locked to the piston rod 3 is maintained. In addition, no play occurs between the start of the rotation of the lever 4 and the start of the forward movement of the piston rod 3.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
According to the caulking gun of the present invention, a handle having a lever rotatably pivotally attached to a rear end of the caulking material loading portion is fixed to the rear end of the handle. By pushing forward by a turning operation in the forward direction, the locking member is erected at the front end face against the first spring to release the locking force of the piston rod by the first locking hole. is being done Since the first locking hole of the locking member can always be locked to the piston rod, during the caulking operation, if the lever is rotated in the pulling direction, the lever can be locked. The piston rod can be advanced simultaneously with the start of rotation. Therefore, no play occurs between the start of the rotation of the lever and the start of the advance of the piston rod.
[0050]
By pressing the retraction restricting piece disposed at the rear of the handle body forward about the upper end thereof, a pressing force is interposed between the retraction restricting piece and the locking member so as to be movable back and forth. By advancing the member, the pressing member can raise the locking member against the first spring by the pressing member, and simultaneously release the locked state between the first locking hole of the locking member and the piston rod, The locked state between the second locking hole of the retraction restricting piece and the piston rod is also released at the same time, so that the piston rod can be easily and reliably retracted.
[0051]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the caulking gun, since the length of the pressing member is formed shorter than the distance between the locking member and the retraction regulating piece, the caulking gun is used repeatedly. Even when the first locking hole of the locking member is worn and expanded due to friction with the piston rod accompanying the piston rod, the locking member is always inclined rearward toward the upper end thereof in accordance with the expansion, The first locking hole can be locked to the piston rod, and therefore, does not cause play between the start of the rotation of the lever and the start of the advance of the piston rod, and can be maintained for a long period of time. Therefore, the caulking gun can be used favorably, and the product life can be prolonged.
[0052]
Further, since the rear end of the pressing member is configured to push the rear end of the pressing member in front of the upper end portion front surface of the retreating restricting piece, the retreating restricting piece is rotated with a small rotating force about the upper end thereof, and The rear end can be pushed with a large pushing force, and the turning operation of the retraction restricting piece when retracting the piston rod becomes easier.
[0053]
Finally, according to the invention according to claim 3, in the caulking gun according to claim 1 or 2, the feed pin integrally provided at the upper end of the lever abuts on the lower end of the rear surface of the locking member. And the center portion of the locking member is pressed rearward by a first spring, and the upper end of the rear surface of the locking member is pushed forward by the front end surface of the pressing member. The pressing force applied to the locking member by the front end face of the pressing member when the locking member is raised against the first spring can be reduced. The locking member can be easily and securely raised, and the locked state between the first locking hole and the piston rod can be released.
