Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of freight cars traveling on the ground by conveying/home-delivering light weight freights and mail articles by using a a buried public utility conduit. <P>SOLUTION: Since freights are carried through the pneumatic pipe in a subway tunnel, no traffic congestion is caused. The system is not influenced by weather (rain or snow) or traffic regulations, so the freights can be home-delivered relatively stably. The freights are brought by a user to the closest station instead of being collected, and delivered by bicycle after the arrival at a destination station, thus the costs can be reduced. Since the conveying power is air, exhaust gas CO<SB>2</SB>is not emitted, thus the system can contribute to global environmental conservation (global warming reduction). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, a large-diameter transport pipe (pneumatic pipe) is installed in a subway tunnel or a buried common groove, a lightweight package and mail are mounted on a pneumatic element (capsule), and a large-diameter pipe is used by utilizing air pressure. It is transported between subway stations and inside the buried common ditch area through a transport pipe (pneumatic pipe). The present invention relates to a system for home delivery to users near a subway line and a system for transport and home delivery to residents in an area where a common ditch is maintained.
[0002]
[Usage of conventional systems]
Transport systems using pneumatic elements (capsules) through transport pipes (pneumatic pipes) are widely used in hospitals, factories, banks, hotels, etc., but the location and purpose of use are specified as specific areas. Limited to business only.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In urban areas, cargo delivery vehicles cause traffic congestion during delivery, and idling while the vehicle is stopped emits a large amount of exhaust gas (CO2), which adversely affects the living environment. In an office building, a freight truck for collection and delivery occupies the area around the building, blocking pedestrians' traffic, causing nuisance and accidents, and damaging the cityscape. It has been taken up as a major global environmental issue.
Motorcycle flights are convenient but costly to transport, and traffic violations and sidewalk parking violations occur frequently to reduce the time required from collection to delivery.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
1) The transport is carried out through the transport pipe (pneumatic pipe) installed in the subway tunnel, so there is no traffic congestion. For example, in the case of the Teito Metropolitan Expressway Marunouchi line, it takes about 1 hour. Can be delivered and delivered. A relatively stable home delivery is possible regardless of the weather (rain and snow) and traffic congestion and traffic regulations. Do not collect the transported luggage, ask the user to bring it to the nearest station, use a bicycle for delivery after arriving at the destination station, reduce the price, and use "air" By using "air" and delivering home by bicycle, we can contribute to global environmental protection (global warming reduction) activities without emitting exhaust gas (CO2).
Part 2) Since transportation is performed using the buried common ditch, for example, it is possible to reduce the number of freight vehicles traveling on the ground in the Minatomirai 21 district of Yokohama City, improve the living environment, and improve the cityscape. You can plan.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention proposes a solution to the problem of the conventional home delivery service using trucks or other freight vehicles or motorcycles. It uses the inside of a subway tunnel or a buried common ditch to transport air through a transport pipe (pneumatic pipe). A new transport system that uses air pressure to transmit and receive lightweight luggage, mail, etc. mounted on a (capsule). The specific operation method of the transport system is as follows.
1 / Transport system for use in subway tunnels (1) Users bring their luggage to the nearest subway station. From the shipping station to the destination station, the package is loaded on a pneumatic element (capsule) and transported to the destination station by air pressure through a transport pipe (pneumatic pipe). The package arrives at the destination station and is delivered to the recipient by bicycle. (The delivery range is set within about 500m around the station.)
(2) The transfer operation time is from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday, and Saturday and Sunday are the inspection days of the transfer system equipment. However, luggage between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm on weekdays will be transported the next day as custody. (The checked baggage on the day before the holiday will be transported after the holiday.)
{Circle around (3)} For transmission, a pneumatic element (capsule) is put into a transmitter (dispatcher) to select a destination. It is automatically sent to the target station (receiving / transmitting equipment unit) by the program.
{Circle around (4)} The pneumatic element (capsule) transmits with the pressure of the air from the pneumatic element (blower unit).
(5) To identify the destination, specify the arrival station using the numeric keypad input system built into the transmitter. Blow the converter in the middle of the transport pipe (pneumatic pipe) and arrive at the station at the destination station.
{Circle around (6)} In order to avoid collision between the pneumatic transducers (capsules) transmitted one after another, sensors are mounted at important points of the transport pipe (pneumatic transport pipe) for control.
(7) Two transport pipes (pneumatic pipes) connecting the first station and the last station will be installed for the up line and the down line.
2 / Conveying system for use in buried common ditch (1) Establish a distribution center near the area where the common ditch is being developed. The light-weight luggage, mail, and the like collected at the distribution center are loaded on a pneumatic carrier (capsule) and conveyed by pneumatic pressure to a destination through a transport tube (pneumatic tube).
(2) Set up a collection and delivery station in the commercial tenant building and office building where the consignee lives, and undertake pickup and delivery operations.
[0006]
The new transportation system is expected to be introduced under the Kanto area under the control of the Marunouchi Line, the Ginza Line, the Tozai Line, the Hibiya Line, which is owned and managed by the Teito High-speed Transportation Corporation, and the Ooyama Line, which is owned and managed by the Tokyo Metro. Edo line "is desirable. On the Marunouchi Line, between Ikebukuro Station and Shinjuku Station, on the Ginza Line, between Asakusa Station and Shibuya Station, on the Tozai Line, between Toyocho Station and Nakano Station, on the Hibiya Line, between Ueno Station and Ebisu Station, It is preferable to use the Oedo Line and other lines that are frequently used and stations that have many companies in the vicinity.
Regarding the buried common ditch, it is conceivable to use it in the common ditch in Tokyo-ku, such as Minatomirai 21 district in Yokohama City, Chiyoda-ku, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
[0007]
This new transport system can be applied to subways in Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, Sendai, Sapporo, Hiroshima and Fukuoka. It is also possible to use the JR lines, monorails and the new transportation system railway (Yurikamome), as well as the tunnel on the Metropolitan Expressway Ring Road Expressway between Ikebukuro and Shibuya.
[0008]
【Example】
The embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, a user of this transport system brings a light-weight baggage, mail (within 3 kg or less) to be transported to a nearest station (1). The attendant puts the package in a pneumatic capsule (capsule) and sets it in a transmitter (dispatcher). The destination station is selected by the numeric keypad input system, the pressure of the air from the air blower (blower unit) is sent to the transport pipe (pneumatic pipe), and the pneumatic element (capsule) is transmitted. The converter is caught in the middle of the transport pipe (pneumatic pipe) and arrives at the destination station (2). The arriving luggage is sorted out and delivered to the recipient by bicycle (3). The user pays 500 yen for each transported luggage.
In Figure 2, the consignee uses the transport pipe (pneumatic pipe) network installed in the buried common channel to collect light-weight parcels and mail (weight within 3 kg) collected at the distribution center (4). Transports it to the luggage collection and distribution station (6) installed in the commercial tenant building and office building (5) where it resides, and undertakes delivery work. At the same time, they also carry out collection operations.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is implemented by the system described above, and has the following effects.
(1) Installation of transport pipes (pneumatic pipes) in existing subway tunnels can reduce equipment costs.
(2) Transportation is performed using transport pipes (pneumatic pipes) installed in the underground tunnel, and delivery is delivered by bicycle, so that traffic congestion caused by pickup and delivery vehicles can be avoided.
{Circle around (3)} Further, since the air is transmitted at the pressure of air, exhaust gas (CO2) is not emitted at all as in a pickup / delivery vehicle, and it is possible to contribute to the reduction of global warming by delivering by bicycle.
(4) Since the transport speed is 8 m / sec (28.8 km / h), the time required for delivery from the carry-in station can be within one hour. There is no collection cost because the user is required to bring the luggage to the nearest station as if posting to a post box. (I realize one coin one hour)
▲ 5 ▼ As the goods are transported in the buried common ditch, the number of freight vehicles traveling in the common ditch setting area is reduced, the safety of pedestrians is ensured, the living environment is promoted, and the urban landscape is improved. You can plan.
