ΔE=M・g・H1−M・g・H2

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lifting device for suspending a heavy object and moving it up and down manually.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a device for raising and lowering a heavy object using human power, there is a manual chain block. The manual chain block is configured to reduce the rotation of the operating wheel by a spur gear and transmit the rotation to the operated wheel, and pull the operating chain wound around the operating wheel in one direction. When the chain is lowered, the chain is wound around the operated chain wheel and a chain having a hook at one end is wound up. When using a manual chain block, the main body that supports the chain wheel is suspended from a high place.
[0003]
By transmitting the rotation of the operation sprocket by human power to the operated sprocket after being reduced by the spur gear, the rotation torque is increased and a heavy object can be raised.
[0004]
In addition, there is also an electric chain block configured to supply a power source for power from the outside and transmit the rotational force of the electric motor to the operation sheave to raise a heavy object.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the former manual chain block, the ability to raise heavy objects depends on the power of each individual, and conversely, when unloading, the heavier the weight of heavy objects, the faster the descent speed becomes, and it is dangerous. is there. Furthermore, the energy that is consumed when ascending and stored as potential energy is not effectively utilized when unloading heavy objects.
[0006]
On the other hand, the electric chain block not only needs to supply power from the outside, but also does not effectively utilize the potential energy stored by raising the power in the same manner as described above.
[0007]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a lifting device that solves such a problem.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve such an object, the configuration of the lifting device according to claim 1 includes a lifting unit that raises and lowers the object to be transported, a motor interlocked with the lifting unit, and stores electric power regenerated by the motor. Alternatively, it is characterized by comprising a power storage means for discharging power, a main circuit unit for supplying or regenerating power between the power storage means and the electric motor, and a control unit for controlling switching of the main circuit unit. And
[0009]
In such an elevating device, the electric motor is turned to lower the conveyed object, and the generated electric power is stored in the electric storage means. It is used as energy assistance for raising the transported object used.
[0010]
The structure of the lifting device according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in claim 1, the lifting device is a chain block.
[0011]
In such an elevating device, when lifting the transported object using the chain block, the force required when pulling down the operation chain to raise the transported object is increased by applying an auxiliary force from the electric motor. Less is needed.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a lifting device according to the present invention will be described.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 1, an output shaft 2 a of an electric motor 2 is interlocked to a shaft of an operation sheave (not shown) in a chain block (elevating means) 1. A main circuit section 3 for supplying or regenerating electric power to the electric motor is connected via a cable 4. A secondary battery (power storage means) 5 for storing power is connected to the main circuit unit 3. Power is supplied from the secondary battery 5 to the main circuit portion 3 to drive the motor 2 to raise the heavy object, or conversely, the chain block 1 and the motor 2 are driven by the energy of the heavy object falling. A control device (control section) 6 is provided for controlling the switching of whether the electric power is regenerated and the regenerated electric power is stored in the secondary battery 5.
[0014]
In order to raise a heavy object by using the lifting device 7, the following operation is performed. In this case, since a large driving force is required, the controller 6 is operated to supply electric power from the secondary battery 5 to rotate the output shaft 2a of the electric motor 2. By the rotation of the output shaft 2a, the chain wheel for operation of the chain block 1 is rotated, and the heavy object rises.
[0015]
In order to lower a heavy object, it is performed as follows. In this case, since a large braking force is required, the controller 6 is operated to rotate the output shaft 2a of the electric motor 2 by the chain block 1, and the electric motor 2 is used as a generator. Then, the regenerative electric power generated by the electric motor 2 is stored in the secondary battery 5. At this time, a braking force is applied to the chain block 1, and the speed at which the heavy object descends is suppressed. Therefore, danger is prevented.
[0016]
Here, consider the potential energy when lifting and lowering a heavy object. As shown in Figure 2, when the raising and lowering in a position of a height H 1 of the position and the height H 2 of the object of mass M by the lifting device 7, the difference in potential energy ΔE = M · g · H 1 -M・ G ・ H 2
= M · g · (H 1 −H 2 )
It becomes. When a heavy object is manually lifted as in the related art, ΔE is supplied by a human, and when the heavy object is lowered, ΔE is discarded. In the present invention, the potential energy ΔE that has been discarded is converted into electric energy and stored, and is used when it is raised.
[0017]
Like a motorized bicycle, when lifting a heavy object, both human power and the driving force of the motor work, so the energy required to raise it is (energy supplied by the person + assist energy of the motor). In this case, the energy required for lowering is (the braking force of the person + the braking energy of the electric motor). Therefore, if control is performed such that (electric motor assist energy) <(electric motor braking energy) is satisfied, there is no need to supply energy other than that performed by a person from the outside.
[0018]
In the present embodiment, a chain block is used as the elevating means, but any device that can manually elevate or lower an object or a person may be used. The power storage means is not limited to a secondary battery, but may be any device capable of storing electric energy, and may be a capacitor such as a super capacitor. A secondary battery can store much energy, but cannot store and supply energy at high speed. On the other hand, capacitors such as electric double-layer capacitors can store a small amount of energy, but can store and supply energy at high speed. Since the characteristics of the secondary battery and the capacitor are different, it is necessary to use these characteristics in different devices.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As can be understood from the above description, according to the elevating device according to claims 1 and 2, since the rotating force of the electric motor is applied as an aid when elevating a heavy object using the elevating means such as a chain block, a small human power Can raise the weight. The auxiliary energy is the potential energy emitted when unloading heavy objects. What was previously discarded is converted into electric energy, stored and used effectively, and external energy is used. No supply is required. That is, auxiliary energy can be provided to human power without externally supplying energy other than human power.
