Abstract

【課題】この発明は、担当医のパソコンから血液検査の自分の分析数値を聞いて、生活習慣病曲線または生活習慣病チェックリストを作りながら自分の血液分析数値の推移を観察して、行動パターンを決めるときの参考にする方法の提供。
【解決手段】血液検査の分析基準値の数値は全国の保険所共通のものを使用する。血液検査後の担当医の診察の際、必要な分析数値を聞いて生活習慣病曲線のソフトかそのチェックリストを使って各分析数値の推移を観察する。自分の現在の血の汚れ具合を数字で表したのが、血液分析数字で、抜粋して折れ線グラフをつくり、そのグラフ上に各抜粋項目の基準値Ｈと基準値Ｌの折れ線グラフを描くと、現実の自分の体調が生活習慣病の入り口にいるか、まだ余裕があるかはっきり知ることができる。

【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、血液検査の分析数値を担当医のパソコンで保管するのみでなく、患者サイドからも自分の健康向上のために利用する方法に関するものである。

血液検査は定期的に行われて診断資料として役立っているが、その検査数値は普通担当医のパソコン内に保管されているだけである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はこの検査項目の数値を患者サイドでも利用し、本気で自分の健康に関心をもち、生活習慣を改善する方法に結び付けれるか何年も研究してきた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
その結果、血液検査項目の分析数値から、患者Ａの生活習慣病に関連する数項目の数値を抜粋して折れ線グラフをつくり、その同じグラフ上に、それぞれの検査項目の基準値の最高値Ｈと最低値Ｌの折れ線グラフを書き、患者Ａの生活習慣病曲線の数値と比較することで、Ａは自分の目で自分の血液が汚れてきたとか、数値が高くなったと行動の反省材料にして、日常生活に運動を取り入れてほしい。

【実施例・実施形態】
２・３年前から早朝の３キロ速歩をはじめたが、そのとき知り合った２・３０人のお年寄りたちに、喜ばれています。

【発明の効果】検査数値がすごく改善された。
血液検査結果を自分の目で確認できるので、日々の生活にきまりができた。と好評です。医療費の節約に多大な貢献。

Claims (3)

  1. 血液分析数値から生活習慣病に関連する数項目とその分析数値を選別して折れ線グラフをつくり、そのグラフ上にそれぞれの検査項目の基準値の最高値Ｈと最低値Ｌの折れ線グラフを書き患者Ａの曲線と３つの曲線を併せて生活習慣病曲線とする。
  2. 生活習慣病チェックリストとする。
    グラフを利用しない人達のために、血液検査毎に担当医から分析数字を聞いて記入して２・３ヶ月前とも比較できる資料リストで、月間平均血圧も記入できる。
  3. とほぼ同じ内容だが、４・５ヶ月にわたって、利用出来る。
