<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety of personal information and reduce manual labor by eliminating the need for inputting the personal information including an address and name each time when a customer purchases commodities. <P>SOLUTION: A user first registers his personal information including a name, address and credit card number for a cell phone provider and stores it in a cell phone provider server 6. Then, he/she inputs commodity codes of commodities to be purchased through operation buttons of a cell phone 1 with predetermined operation and operates calling to a phone number put on an advertisement. The cell phone provider server 6 is notified of ordering information by the calling operation. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、例えば携帯電話機などの電話装置により注文を受けて販売を行う電話装置を用いた販売システム、該システムにおける販売方法、及び該システムのプログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、電話装置から注文を受けるテレフォンショッピングなど、電話装置により注文を受ける販売システムがある。こうした販売システムで電話装置により注文を行う場合、顧客は商品を販売する販売会社に対して、名前や住所など所要の個人情報を対応するオペレータに音声で伝えていた。
しかし近年、こうした販売システムでは人件費削減や受付を１日２４時間行う要求が生じ、インターネットのＷＥＢサイトでの注文受付など、顧客が商品を販売する販売会社のコンピュータに電話回線やネットワークなどの通信回線を介して名前や住所などの個人情報を入力して注文する方式（オンラインショッピング）が増加しつつある。

また、本出願人により先に出願されている特開２００１−２９７２０６号公報（特許文献１）に開示されているオンラインショッピング方法およびネットワークを利用した通信販売システムは、注文者及び製品販売者が、製品の売買を行う前に、お互いの信頼性に関する情報をそれぞれの端末でネットワークを介して認証機関端末から取得するものである。
このことにより、信頼性を取得して確認する手間だけで、従来よりも安全に商品を売買することができる、としている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記した特開２００１−２９７２０６号公報に開示されているものは、購入の際に顧客が個人情報を入力する手間まで考慮されたものではない。
このように、顧客に個人情報を入力させる従来の販売システムでは、顧客が商品を購入する際、上記の個人情報に変更がなくても、顧客は商品を販売する販売会社に対してその個人情報を購入の度に入力する必要があった。
一般に電話装置では数字を入力するのは簡単であるが、文字を入力するのは手間がかかる。このことにより、上記の個人情報を購入の度に入力するのは顧客の利便性という点で不便であった。

また、上記のように購入の度に個人情報を入力するとその時間の通話料金（通信料金）は顧客の負担となってしまう。
さらに、購入の度に個人情報を入力すると、顧客は個人情報を通信回線を介して販売会社に通知することとなり、安全性を欠く虞がある。入力する個人情報にクレジットカード番号が含まれる場合には、この安全性の問題はさらに大きくなる虞がある。

本発明はこのような状況に鑑みてなされたもので、以下の目的を有する。
第１の目的は、顧客が購入に当たって住所や名前などの個人情報をその都度入力する必要のない電話装置を用いた販売システム、該システムにおける販売方法、及び該システムのプログラムを提供することである。

第２の目的は、電話装置により注文する際にも顧客が通話料金を負担する必要のない電話装置を用いた販売システム、該システムにおける販売方法、及び該システムのプログラムを提供することである。

第３の目的は、個人情報を購入の度に通信回線を介して通知する必要がないことにより、個人情報の安全性を高めることができる電話装置を用いた販売システム、該システムにおける販売方法、及び該システムのプログラムを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる目的を達成するために、本発明は以下の特徴を有する。
請求項１記載の発明は、電話装置と、電話装置に電話回線を介して接続された販売会社端末と、販売会社端末にネットワークを介して接続された事業者サーバと、を備えてなる販売システムであって、事業者サーバは、所定の個人情報を電話番号に関連付けて格納する個人情報テーブルを備え、電話装置から発注情報と当該電話装置の電話番号とを受けると、個人情報テーブルに基づいて販売処理するよう構成されたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係る電話装置を用いた販売システム、該システムにおける販売方法、及び該システムのプログラムを図面を用いて詳細に説明する。以下に、本発明に係る販売システムで用いる電話装置として携帯電話機を用いた場合の実施形態について示す。

本発明の実施形態としての携帯電話機を用いた販売システムは、図１に示すように、ユーザ（顧客）が使用する携帯電話機１を通話可能とさせる事業者内ネットワークＡと、商品を販売する会社が用いる商品販売会社端末５と、携帯電話事業者サーバ６と、クレジットカードによる決済を行うカード会社が用いるカード会社サーバ７とを備えて構成される。
上記の事業者内ネットワークＡには、商品販売会社端末５が電話回線Ｂを介して接続され、この商品販売会社端末５と携帯電話事業者サーバ６とカード会社サーバ７とは、通信ネットワークＣを介して互いに接続される。
この通信ネットワークＣは、インターネットなど一般の通信ネットワークであってもよく、事業者によるＬＡＮなどのネットワークであってもよい。

事業者内ネットワークＡは、携帯電話機１からの通信接続をまとめる携帯電話システムＡ１と、その携帯電話システムＡ１から電話回線や通信ネットワークなどへの接続を仲介する携帯電話機仲介サーバ４とを備えてなる。
携帯電話システムＡ１は、ユーザが使用する携帯電話機１と、その携帯電話機１からの電磁波（無線）による発呼（通信接続）を受けるアンテナを有する携帯電話基地局装置２と、その携帯電話基地局装置２を統括制御するための携帯電話交換装置３とを備えてなる。
事業者内ネットワークＡは上記のように構成され、携帯電話基地局装置２に携帯電話交換装置３が接続されると共にその携帯電話交換装置３に携帯電話機仲介サーバ４が接続されることにより、携帯電話機１は、電話回線Ｂや通信ネットワークＣとの間で発呼や着呼による通信接続を確立することができる。

上記した携帯電話基地局装置２と、携帯電話交換装置３と、携帯電話機仲介サーバ４と、商品販売会社端末５と、携帯電話事業者サーバ６と、カード会社サーバ７とは、ＣＰＵなどの制御部（図示せず）と、メモリやＨＤＤなどの記憶部（図示せず）と、イーサネット（登録商標）などによる通信部（図示せず）とを備えてなり、その制御部などが記憶部に組み込まれた所定のプログラム（インストールされたＯＳやアプリケーションなど）により動作することで、上記した機能を実現する。

また、携帯電話機１は、０から９の数字や“＃”、“＊”といった記号などの何れか１つが別々のボタンに割り当てられてなる複数の操作ボタン（操作部）を備えると共に、携帯電話機としての通話やネット接続など周知の機能を実現する所要の電子回路（図示せず）を内装する。この電子回路による制御部（図示せず）は、電話回線への発呼における制御信号に発注情報を含める機能を有するよう構成されている。この機能は、本実施形態としての販売システムを行う携帯電話事業者が専用に設計した携帯電話機を用いることによって実現してもよく、その機能を持たせるために設計されたアプリケーションをインストールすることにより実現してもよい。
このアプリケーションによる上記機能の実現は、携帯電話機１の上記した制御部がＩＭＴ−２０００で規定されるＳＥＴＵＰ信号の内の“ｕｓｅｒ−ｕｓｅｒ”要素に発注情報を含めることにより行われる。

また、携帯電話事業者サーバ（事業者サーバ）６は、上記したように制御部と記憶部と通信部とを備え、その記憶部に商品リスト６ａと個人情報テーブル６ｂとを格納する。
この商品リスト６ａは、商品を販売する各会社（商品販売会社）が本実施形態としての販売システムにおける個人情報管理を行う携帯電話事業者の携帯電話事業者サーバ６に対して所定の商品情報を登録（入力）することにより格納されるものであり、携帯電話機１の操作ボタンに割り当てられた数字又は／及び記号の何れかのみからなる商品コードに商品名や価格などの商品情報が関連付けられてなるものである。
また、個人情報テーブル６ｂは、それぞれのユーザ（顧客）から予め携帯電話機などにより登録（入力）された所定の個人情報をそのユーザの携帯電話機の電話番号に関連付けて格納するものであり、各ユーザが使用する携帯電話機の電話番号にその携帯電話機を使用するユーザの住所、氏名、クレジットカード番号などの個人情報が関連付けられてなるものである。

携帯電話事業者サーバ６を有する携帯電話事業者は、登録したユーザからの申し込みを受けて、クレジットカードによる決済を行うカード会社とそのユーザのクレジットカード番号による商品代金の決済についての契約を行っていることとする。
このことにより、携帯電話事業者サーバ６とカード会社サーバ７との間で、申し込み手続きを行ったユーザの商品購入について、クレジットカード番号による商品代金のオンライン決済が可能となっている。

商品販売会社端末（販売会社端末）５は、ユーザの携帯電話機１からの発呼を受けると、その発呼における制御信号に携帯電話機１からの発注情報が含まれるか否かを識別し、発注情報が含まれる場合、その発注情報に含まれる商品コードや個数を認識すると共に携帯電話機１の電話番号を取得し、通信ネットワークＣを介して上記した携帯電話事業者サーバ６に送信（通知）する。

カード会社サーバ（クレジットサーバ）７は、クレジットカード会社によりオンラインでユーザによる購入の決済を行う。すなわち、そのユーザに対して発行されたクレジットカード番号により、そのユーザが本実施形態としての販売システムから商品を購入した際の購入代金の決済を行う。
この決済は、カード会社サーバ７が携帯電話事業者サーバ６から通信ネットワークＣを介して、ユーザが購入した商品やその金額などの商品購入情報とそのユーザのクレジットカード番号とを受け取ることにより行われる。
また、この決済が完了すると、カード会社サーバ７は、携帯電話事業者サーバ６に対して決済の完了を通知する。

このように、本実施形態としての販売システムでは、ユーザが携帯電話機１を使用して商品を購入する際、携帯電話機１が呼を確立するための制御信号に商品コードなどの発注情報を埋め込む。このことにより、ユーザは、商品販売会社に発呼操作を行うだけで容易にその商品販売会社に対して購入する商品を通知することができる。
また、ユーザは名前や住所等の個人情報（ユーザ情報）を携帯電話事業者だけに予め一度だけ通知して登録し、商品を購入するごとに商品販売会社に通知する必要がないので、ユーザ情報の通知（入力）の手間がかからず、セキュリティーの面でも安全性を高めることができる。

次に、本実施形態としての販売システムにおける販売時の処理動作について、図２を用いて説明する。
ユーザはまず初めに携帯電話事業者に対し、名前、住所、クレジットカード番号等の所定の個人情報（ユーザ情報）を登録する。すなわち、ユーザは、携帯電話事業者サーバ６に上記所定の個人情報を登録する。
この登録は、携帯電話機１から携帯電話事業者サーバ６に発呼することにより接続を確立し、ユーザが携帯電話機１の操作ボタンから文字入力機能により登録してもよい。また、ユーザが携帯電話事業者に電話し、口頭でオペレータに上記個人情報を伝達し、オペレータが携帯電話事業者サーバ６に入力することにより登録されることとしてもよく、ユーザから郵送などの手段により携帯電話事業者に上記個人情報を通知して登録されることとしてもよい。
上記登録により、携帯電話事業者サーバ６の個人情報テーブル６ｂにそのユーザに関する所定の個人情報がそのユーザが用いる携帯電話機１の電話番号に関連付けられて格納されることとなる。

ユーザの個人情報が上記のようにして登録されることにより、ユーザが名前、住所、クレジットカード番号等の所定の個人情報を登録するのは携帯電話事業者（携帯電話事業者サーバ６）に対してだけであり、商品を販売する各会社（商品販売会社端末５）に対しては上記したユーザの個人情報を登録する必要がなく、従って通知する必要もなくすことができる。また、上記の携帯電話事業者に対する通知も、登録時の一度のみとすることができる。

商品を販売しようとする各会社（商品販売会社）は、事前に携帯電話事業者（携帯電話事業者サーバ６）に対し、販売しようとする商品の名前、商品コード、値段等の商品情報を登録する。
この登録により、携帯電話事業者サーバ６は、商品コードに商品の名前や値段などの情報を関連付けた商品リスト６ａとして上記商品情報を格納することとなる。

商品を販売する各会社は、販売しようとする商品の広告に電話番号とその商品の商品コードとを記載する。この広告に記載する電話番号は商品販売会社端末５に対応する（接続される）ものである。
商品を購入しようとするユーザは、購入する商品の商品コードを所定の操作により携帯電話機１の操作ボタンから入力し、上記広告に記載されている電話番号に対し発呼操作を行う（ステップＳ１）。

上記の発呼操作により携帯電話機１とネットワーク（商品販売会社端末５）との間に発生する呼制御の信号に関するプロトコルは、ＩＭＴ−２０００（Ｉｎｔｅｒｎａｔｉｏｎａｌ　Ｍｏｂｉｌｅ　Ｔｅｌｅｃｏｍｍｕｎｉｃａｔｉｏｎｓ　ｉｎ　ｔｈｅ　ｙｅａｒ　２０００）で規定されているものを例にとると図３に示すようになる。

通常ユーザが発呼側（携帯電話機１）から音声などを発呼すると、図３に示すように、発呼先の電話番号等に対して、呼の確立制御に関する要素を含むＳＥＴＵＰ信号を送信する。すなわち、携帯電話機１から上記した商品販売会社端末５の電話番号に対して発呼すると、ネットワークとしての接続を中継する携帯電話基地局装置２と携帯電話交換装置３とを介して、その発呼に対する着呼側となる商品販売会社端末５及び携帯電話事業者サーバ６に対して、ＩＭＴ−２０００に規定されているＳＥＴＵＰ信号が送信される。

上記したＳＥＴＵＰ信号のコードは、図４に示すようになっている。図中、ＭＳ　ｔｏ　ＮＷ　ｄｉｒｅｃｔｉｏｎは、図３における発呼側（携帯電話機１）とネットワーク（携帯電話基地局装置２、携帯電話交換装置３）との間におけるＳＥＴＵＰ信号の構成を表し、ＮＷ　ｔｏ　ＭＳ　ｄｉｒｅｃｔｉｏｎは、図３におけるネットワーク（携帯電話基地局装置２、携帯電話交換装置３）と着呼側（商品販売会社端末５、携帯電話事業者サーバ６）との間におけるＳＥＴＵＰ信号の構成を表している。
この図４に示すように、“ｕｓｅｒ−ｕｓｅｒ”要素が、発呼における制御信号における発呼側（１）とネットワーク（２、３）との間、及びネットワーク（２、３）と着呼側（５、６）との間のそれぞれに含まれている。

本実施形態としての販売システムにおける携帯電話機１は、上記した商品販売会社端末５の電話番号に対して発呼する際、その発呼による接続を確立するためのＳＥＴＵＰ信号における上記した“ｕｓｅｒ−ｕｓｅｒ”要素の中に、商品コードや個数などの発注情報を含めてネットワークに送信し、着呼側に通知する（ステップＳ１１）。
この“ｕｓｅｒ−ｕｓｅｒ”要素はネットワークが関与しないものであり、通常携帯電話事業者はこの要素の通知を許可しない。事前に登録を行ったユーザに対し、携帯電話事業者はこの要素の通知を許可しなければならない。すなわち、本実施形態としての販売システムにおいては、事業者内ネットワークＡの事業者と携帯電話事業者サーバ６の事業者とが、上記した“ｕｓｅｒ−ｕｓｅｒ”要素を用いた通知を事前に登録を行ったユーザの電話番号（携帯電話機１の電話番号）に対して許可していることとする。

上記の“ｕｓｅｒ−ｕｓｅｒ”要素を用いた通知の後、ＡＬＥＲＴＩＮＧ信号により、着呼側には呼び出し通知がなされているが、この時点で着呼側（商品販売会社端末５）は、携帯電話機１の電話番号とユーザが希望する商品の商品コードなど（ユーザからの発注情報）を把握することができる（ステップＳ１２）。
そしてこのタイミングで着呼側（商品販売会社端末５）は、呼の応答を意味する信号（ＣＯＮＮＥＣＴ信号）を送信することなく、ユーザの呼（確立中の呼）を切断する。すなわち、図３におけるステップＳ１２の処理が行われた後、ステップＳ１３に達する前に商品販売会社端末５は携帯電話機１からの呼を切断する。なぜならば、着呼側の呼の応答を意味する信号であるＣＯＮＮＥＣＴ信号を受信すると、発呼側（ユーザ）に対して課金が発生してしまうからである。
