TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a denomination of a bill fed from a gaming medium lending machine installed on a gaming island, pinched and transported by a bill transporting device to an island end of the gaming island, and transported in a bill transporting path of the bill storage device. The present invention relates to a bill storage device that performs identification and sequentially stores the stacked bills in an upright stacked state.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, game shops have been able to use 1,000 yen bills, 2,000 yen bills, 5,000 yen bills, or 10,000 yen bills for gaming media lending machines, especially game media lending that allows only 1,000 yen bills Many machines are in circulation. The 1,000-yen bill inserted into the gaming-medium lending machine that can use only the 1,000-yen bill is converted into an island installed at the end of the gaming island by a bill transport device connected to the back side of the gaming medium lending machine inside the gaming island. The island management device is sandwiched and transported to the management device, and stored in a stacked state in a bill storage device provided in the island management device. The island management device has a large rectangular shape covering the end of the island. It was formed from a housing.
[0003]
In addition, in the gaming island where a gaming media lending machine capable of using the above-mentioned four denomination banknotes (1,000 yen, 2,000 yen, 5,000 yen, and 10,000 yen), which has become popular recently, is installed, A denomination safe that can be stored for each denomination is provided in the bill storage device provided in the island management device installed on the island edge, and the denomination safes are stored separately for each denomination. As a whole, a larger storage body is formed than a banknote storage device that supports only yen banknotes.
[0004]
Also, in the island management device, the bills conveyed from the bill conveyance device installed in the game island are sandwiched by the conveyance means formed on the driving side and the driven side of the bill conveyance path in the same manner as the bill conveyance device, It is formed to be transported to the bill storage device. In addition, a banknote recognition unit including a transmission sensor and a magnetic sensor is used for banknote identification performed during the transfer of the banknote, and the denomination is performed based on the transmittance of each denomination. In the case of detecting the length of a banknote by detecting rotation on the driving side by an encoder), the length of the banknote is determined by the number of pulses obtained from the number of rotations on the driving side of the banknote conveying means. It was provided on the drive side.
[0005]
In the bill storage unit of the bill storage device, the stored bills are pinched to one side by a bill clamping plate slid by at least one urging member (a leaf spring, a spring, or the like) and aligned and stored. . Further, when the banknotes to be stored are not stored by denomination, the banknotes are stored in one safe, so that the number of stored banknotes in the safe increases and the movable distance of the banknote holding plate increases.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since many people such as clerks and gamers pass through the island edge of the game island at the amusement arcade, the game equipment managers respond to the miniaturization of the island management device installed at the island edge and four denominations There has been a demand for a gaming system (game media lending machine, bill transport device, island management device, bill storage device). However, in an island management apparatus capable of storing and managing banknotes by denomination, a safe for storing denominations is required, so that the banknote storage apparatus becomes large, and as a result, the island management apparatus becomes large. In addition, in the daily tallying process performed by a clerk or the like when the store is closed, a banknote counting machine that can count for each denomination of banknotes is often used. Instead of a device, a bill storage device including one bill storage unit that does not require storage separately for each denomination is required.
[0007]
In addition, in the current bill storage device, if installed so that denominations of bills conveyed on the gaming island are mixed and stored, if the conveyed bills stand by in the temporary standby unit in the bill storage device, depending on the denomination Since the lengths of the bills are different, the trailing end of the waiting bills is reliably curved even if the bill trailing end avoidance section is provided, and a gap is formed between the bill holding surface and the temporarily waiting bills In some cases, the next bill to be conveyed collides with the rear end of the waiting bill, causing troubles such as jamming of bills in the bill conveyance path.
[0008]
Further, when a conveyance detecting means (for example, an encoder or the like for detecting rotation operation, an encoder or the like is provided) on the driving side of the banknote conveyance path installed in the banknote storage device, and the length of the banknote is determined from the operation on the driving side, The bill may slip between the drive side and the driven side in the bill transport path in the bill storage device. If slip occurs, even a genuine bill is determined as an error and transported to the reject unit. As a result, there were cases where banknotes with poor discrimination were generated frequently.
[0009]
In the bill storage unit of the bill storage device, the stored bills are arranged and stored by a bill holding plate. The bill holding plate is provided so as to be reciprocally slidable by an urging member (a leaf spring, a spring, or the like). Have been. However, the number of banknotes that can be stored in the banknote storage device is increasing due to requests from facility managers such as clerks. When the number of sheets stored in the bill storage device increases, the movable range (range of reciprocating operation) of the bill holding plate also increases, and a large load is applied to the biasing member, so that the life of the biasing member is shortened, and the biasing member is torn. Caused troubles such as breakdown.
[0010]
In view of the above points, the object of the present invention is to prevent slip of a bill generated in a bill transport path by providing an operation detecting unit in a part of a driven unit provided opposite to a drive unit in the bill transport path. Eliminates misidentification of banknotes that cause the problem and ensures that even when the storage capacity of banknotes to be stored in the banknote storage unit has increased, the slidable banknote holding plate that pinches and stores stored banknotes in an upright stacked state is ensured. It is intended to provide a bill storage device provided with an urging means in which the number of the bills is reduced.
[0011]

[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the configuration of the bill storage device 10 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an internal schematic explanatory view of a bill conveying device showing a bill conveying path 20 in which a cover of a bill storing device 10 of the present invention is omitted.
Referring to FIG. 6, the bill storage device 10 of the present invention is configured such that, in a gaming island 3 in which a plurality of gaming tables 1 and a gaming medium lending machine 2 are installed, bills inserted into the gaming medium lending machine 2 are inside the gaming island 3. Is transported to the thin box-shaped island management device 5 provided at the end of the game island 3 by the paper money transport device 4 connected and connected by a plurality of the banknote storage devices 10 provided in the island management device 5. The paper money is transferred to the paper money transport path 20 and is stored in a paper money storage part 70 described later in an upright alignment stacked state.
[0014]
Referring to FIG. 1, the schematic configuration of the bill storage device 10 includes a bill transport path 20, a bill guiding unit 40, a bill retraction unit 50, a bill standby unit 60, a bill storage unit 70, and a reject unit 90. .
First, the bill storage unit 70 will be described. The banknote storage unit 70 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and is stored in the banknote storage unit 70 in a vertically standing upright stacked state with the long side of the banknote up and down. The upper surface of the banknote storage unit 70 is opened. It has a box shape and can store about 1300 banknotes inside the banknote storage unit 70. Further, on the upper surface of the bill storage unit 70 and above the edge on the side of the bill transport path 20, a fly-out preventing plate 11 for preventing the stacked stacked bills from flying upward is rotated upward by the opening / closing unit 11a. It is installed freely. Therefore, even if the banknotes sequentially stored in the banknote storage unit 70 are about to fly out of the standing stacking state during the storing operation, the upper side of the banknotes is pressed by the fly-out prevention plate 11, so that the stacking state is changed. Will be maintained. Further, since the pop-out prevention plate 11 is provided so as to be openable and closable by the opening / closing portion 11a, it can be easily opened and closed even when the stored banknotes are collected, so that the banknote collection work is not obstructed. Has formed.
[0015]
A full notice sensor 13 for detecting a full bill is provided below the bill storage unit 70 (see FIG. 5). When the number of bills to be stored increases, the full support sensor 13 gradually retreats the second support portion 72 provided with a bill holding plate 73 described later, and the second support portion 72 at a position immediately before reaching the maximum number of stored bills. It is attached at a position where it comes into contact with the side surface of the portion 72 (a position where about 1250 sheets are stored). When the full notice sensor 13 detects the full notice, a sound notification device or a display device for notifying a store clerk or the like operates so as to encourage the work of collecting the stored bills.
[0016]
The reject unit 90 includes a reject box 91 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape in which a part of an upper part and a side surface is largely opened in order to store banknotes that cannot be recognized by the banknote recognition unit 24 of the banknote transport path 20. It is provided so that it can be taken in and out of the reject unit 90 inside and can be attached and detached. The bill transported from the bill transporting device 4 in the gaming island 3 is authenticated by the bill identifying unit 24 provided in the bill transporting path 20 of the bill storage device 10, and the bill identifying unit 24 determines whether the bill is true or false. The bills that have not been determined to be bills are conveyed as they are in the bill conveyance path 20, and when passing through the third curved portion 23 of the bill conveyance path 20, the gate 14a of the distribution unit 14 described later switches to the rejection unit 90 direction. The paper money is conveyed in the bill conveyance path 20 toward the reject unit 90, and is discharged into a reject box 91 provided in the reject unit 90. In the sorting unit 14, the gate 14a intercepts the bill storage unit 70 side or the reject unit 90 side in the bill transport path 20 in conjunction with a solenoid operated by a signal output according to the determination result of the bill validator 24, The transport direction in the bill transport path 20 is switched.
[0017]
The banknote transport path 20 on the banknote storage unit 70 side branched from the banknote transport path 20 by the gate 14a of the sorting unit 14 is a banknote guide unit 40, a banknote withdrawing unit 50, and a banknote for storing genuine bills in the banknote storage unit 70. The standby part 60 is formed continuously. The bill standby section 60 is provided with a later-described bill pushing section 63 so as to be able to enter and exit freely.
[0018]
The bill guide unit 40 includes a guide shaft 43 and two guide shafts 44 around which two upper and lower endless guide belts 41 for transferring a bill sent from the bill transport path 20 to a bill pull-in unit 50 described later are wound. The guide belt 41 is formed by being rotatably wound around the upper and lower guide pulleys 42, and the upper and lower ends of the conveyed bills are fixed to the upper and lower guide belts. The bill is guided to the bill retracting unit 50 by being sandwiched between the bill 41 and a bill trailing end avoiding unit 80 described later. The guide pulley 42 is fixedly formed on a guide shaft 44 between two pull-in pulleys described later.
[0019]
The bill retraction unit 50 is disposed on the guide shaft 44 of the bill guidance unit 40, and the upper and lower two endless retraction belts 51 that share driving with the bill guidance unit 40 are rotatably wound around the retraction pulley 52. The bill pulling unit 52 is configured to pull the bill securely to the bill retaining piece 61 of the bill standby unit 60, and two small-diameter guide pulleys 42 are fixed between the two pull-in pulleys 52. A retraction roller is provided (see FIG. 2). Since the diameter of the pull-in pulley 52 is formed to be larger than the diameter of the guide pulley 42, the bill pull-in unit 50 is larger than the bill holding surface P formed by the bill guiding unit 40 and the bill trailing end avoiding unit 80. It protrudes toward the bill storage unit 70 and forms a bill holding surface P and a step 53. Thereby, a gap is formed between the bill H (long length) held in the bill standby unit 60 and the trailing end of the 1,000-yen bill L (short length) that does not reach the bill trailing end avoiding unit 80 and the bill holding surface P. Then, the rearward collision of the conveyed subsequent bills is avoided, so that the conveyed subsequent bills can be reliably drawn into the bill locking pieces 61 of the bill standby unit 60.
[0020]
The bill standby unit 60 includes an opening frame 62 whose central portion is largely opened, a bill pushing unit 63, and a stack motor 64. The bill pushing-out unit 63 sequentially pushes bills waiting in the opening frame 62 of the bill waiting unit 60 from the opening frame 62 into the bill storage unit 70, and is provided so as to be able to enter and exit the opening frame 62. I have. The bill pushing section 63 is provided between the upper and lower two pull-in belts 51 and is formed smaller than the opening frame 62 so that the stack motor 64 is driven to enter and exit the opening frame 62.
[0021]
On the other hand, referring to FIG. 2, the bill guide unit 40 includes a guide pulley 42 and a pull-in pulley 52 fixed on the guide shaft 43 at a position where the rear end of the large bill H held in the bill standby unit 60 abuts. A bill trailing end avoiding portion 80 that rotates while contacting the guide belt 41 is provided.
The bill trailing end avoiding section 80 includes a pushing roller 83, an avoiding roller 82, and an avoiding shaft 81 arranged on the avoiding shaft 81. The pushing roller 83 in contact with the guide belt 41 is fixed above and below the avoiding shaft 81 at appropriate intervals, and a rubber-based elastic member is provided inside the two pushing rollers fixed above and below the avoiding shaft 81. However, an avoidance roller 82 disposed on the outer periphery at an appropriate interval is fixedly connected. The trail of the distal end of the elastic member disposed on the outer periphery of the avoiding roller 82 is provided outside the outer peripheral surface of the pushing roller 83. Since the avoidance roller 82 is provided at a position where it comes into contact with the rear end of the large bill H held in the bill standby unit 60, the inside of the bill storage unit 70 is shifted from the bill holding surface P formed by the guide belt 41 and the pushing roller 83. , The rear end of the reserved high-value banknote H is curved. As a result, the leading end of the following bills conveyed are guided to the bill standby unit 60 without colliding. Further, two avoidance rollers 82 are fixed vertically and at appropriate intervals, but may be one at the center.
[0022]
Next, with reference to FIGS. 1, 3, and 6, the bill conveying path 20 provided with an operation detecting unit 34 that detects an operation state of the driven unit 33 that is part of the driven unit 33 that is the gist of the present invention. Will be described.
The bill conveyance path 20 is adapted to receive the bills B pinched and conveyed from the bill conveyance device 4 at a bill reception port 12 provided in connection with the bill conveyance device 4 in the game island 3. 12 A part composed of the first curved portion 21, the second curved portion 22, and the third curved portion 23, which are mutually curved from the rear, is formed in a substantially S-shape, and is configured by the transport guide plate 25 which is arranged upright. I have.
In the vicinity of the rear of the first curved portion 21, a bill identifying unit 24 for identifying the authenticity and the denomination of the bill by measuring the transmittance of the bill being conveyed is provided, and counts the number of sheets for each denomination. The bill discriminating section 24 is provided so as to be able to open one end of the bill conveying path 20 so that troubles such as jamming of bills and the like and cleaning of the bill discriminating section 24 can be performed. Further, a bill passage detection sensor 26 is provided in the third curved portion 23 of the bill passage 20 so that passage of the bill in the bill passage 20 can be detected.
[0023]
Then, the banknote transport path 20 passes through the second bending section 22, and the banknotes conveyed in the banknote transport path 20 are moved by the operation of the gate 14 a of the sorting section 14 provided behind the third bending section 23. It is configured to be transported to the storage unit 70 or the reject unit 90. Therefore, the bills, which are genuine bills, are transported to the bill standby unit 60 along the transport guide plate 25 by sandwiching the transport belts (27a, 27b, 27c) and the transport rollers 28. By forming a part of the banknote transport path 20 in a substantially S-shape, a sufficient length of the banknote transport path 20 necessary for identifying the banknotes in the banknote transport path 20 is ensured, and the entire banknote storage device 10 is provided. Of the island management device 5 can be made thinner as a result. In addition, by making the bill conveyance path 20 in the bill storage device 10 as short as possible while securing the length necessary for bill discrimination, the bill storage unit 70 can be configured to be larger, and the number of sheets that can be stored is increased. Can be increased.
[0024]
The inside of the bill transport path 20 is constituted by a drive unit (first drive unit 31, second drive unit 32, and third drive unit 33) and a driven unit 33 as a means for holding and transporting bills. To hold and transport the banknote. The first drive unit 30 as a drive unit is provided so as to sandwich the bill at two locations above and below the outer circle side of the first bending unit 21 and the inner circle side of the second bending unit 22. The second drive section 31 is provided on the outer circle side of the second bending section 22 so as to abut on the center of the bills being conveyed. The third drive unit 32 is provided so as to pinch and convey the bill at a position where the outer circle side of the third bending portion 23 contacts the center of the bill to the sorting unit 14.
[0025]
The first drive unit 30 includes two transport shafts 30a, one drive shaft 30b, a transport motor 30c to which the drive shaft 30b is connected, and two transport shafts 30a fixedly mounted on the one transport shaft 30a at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction. Transport pulleys 30d, two drive pulleys 30e fixed on the drive shaft 30b at appropriate vertical intervals, a drive roller 30f fixed between the two drive pulleys 30e on the drive shaft 30b, and Two conveyor belts 27a are wound around a drive pulley 30e and a conveyor pulley 30d provided on two conveyor shafts 30a, and are provided vertically in the banknote conveyance path 20 in accordance with the upper and lower ends of the banknote. It is formed with. Further, in order to pinch and convey the upper and lower ends of the conveyed banknotes, a driven portion 33 is fixed on a driven shaft 33a as a driven portion 33 on the side opposite to the first driving portion 30 and abuts on the transfer belt 27a. Two rollers 33b are provided.
[0026]
Further, a rotation detecting section 34 as an operation detecting means for detecting an operating state of the driven section 33 is provided near the lowermost portion of the driven shaft 33a. The rotation detector 34 is provided with a plurality of cuts, and includes a driven shaft 33a, a rotating plate 34a provided on the driven shaft 33a, and a rotation detection sensor 34b provided adjacent to the driven shaft 33a. . The rotating plate 33a is inserted through a substantially U-shaped opening 34c at the center of the rotation detecting sensor 34b. Then, the rotation of the rotation shaft 33a provided on the driven shaft 33a is operated by the operation of the first driving unit 30 of the banknote transport path 20, and the rotation detection sensor 34b detects the rotation state of the driven shaft 33a, thereby the length of the banknote. Is detected. Further, here, the rotation detection unit 34 has been described as being configured by the rotation plate 34a and the substantially U-shaped rotation detection sensor 34b, but may be configured by a combination of the rotation plate and a magnetic sensor.
[0027]
The second drive unit 31 is driven by a gear 31b provided at the lower end of the drive shaft 31a of the second drive unit 31 to be fitted with a gear 30g provided below the drive shaft 30b of the first drive unit 30. The rotation of the transport motor 30c is transmitted and driven. A transport belt 27b is wound around a drive pulley 31c fixed to the second drive unit 31, and is provided so as to face and contact a drive roller 30f fixed to the drive shaft 30b of the first drive unit 30. Then, the center of the conveyed bills is clamped, and the bills are curved to change the carrying direction.
[0028]
The third drive section 32 is driven by a transport motor that is driven separately from the first drive section 30 and the second drive section 31 in the third bending section 23. A transport belt 27c is wound around a drive pulley 32a fixed to the third drive unit 32, and pinches and transports substantially the center of the bills transported to the sorting unit 14. Further, the third drive unit 32 is provided with a transport roller 28 that is in contact with the transport belt 27c on the side opposite to the third drive unit 32, and above the transport roller 28, bills that are transported by the operation of the actuator. Is provided with a bill passage detection sensor 26 that detects passage of the bill.
[0029]
The transport speed of the bill transport device 4 in the gaming island 3 and the transport speed of the bill transport path 20 in the bill storage device 10 are different. If the transport speed of the banknote transport path 20 is lower than that of the banknote transport device 4, troubles such as banknote clogging are likely to occur near the banknote receiving port 12 for transferring the banknotes. , Is set to be equal to or slightly faster than the transport speed of the bill transport device 4. This makes it possible to firmly pull in the bills conveyed from the bill conveying device 4. However, when the banknote transport path 20 holds the banknote from the banknote transport device 4 at the banknote receiving port 12, the banknote transport path 20 exerts a force in the direction of pulling out the banknote from the banknote transport device 4 due to a difference in transport speed. Therefore, a slip phenomenon may occur between the transport belt 27a of the first drive unit 30 and the banknote in the banknote transport path 20 near the first curved portion 21. When a slip phenomenon occurs in the bill transport path 20, the length of the bill determined from the rotation speed obtained from the rotation detection unit provided on the driving side as in the related art becomes data longer than the actual bill. Therefore, the bill is conveyed to the reject unit 90 without being judged as a genuine bill.
[0030]
However, even when the above-described slip phenomenon occurs in the bill transport path 20, the driven portion 33 side operates while securely abutting on the bill, so that the driven portion 33 facing the first driving portion 30 detects rotation. By providing the part 34, it is possible to accurately detect the rotation speed for grasping the operation state of the driven part 33, and it is possible to determine the length of the bill. Can be eliminated.
[0031]
Next, with reference to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, a first support portion 71 and a second support portion 72 having biasing means (biasing members 78a, 78b) according to another aspect of the present invention are provided. The bill holding plate 73 will be described.
In the bill storage device 10 of the present invention, a first support portion 71 and a second support portion 72 are provided at a lower portion of the bill storage portion 70 so as to be able to reciprocate, and the center of the first support portion 71 and the second support portion 72 is provided. One sliding shaft 75 is inserted through the portion. The bill holding plate 73 has a height slightly wider than the width of the bill, is fixed in a state of being erected by the second support portion 72, and is a rectangular sliding opening opened at a central portion of the bottom surface of the bill storage portion 70. It is configured to reciprocate in the hole 74. The sliding shaft 75 is fixed to a lower right wall 76 at a lower portion of the right side surface of the bill storage portion 70 and a lower left wall 77 at a lower portion of the left side surface. The bill holding plate 73 comprises a first support portion 71 and a second support portion 72. Also, it is formed so as to slide along the sliding shaft 75. The slide shaft 75 has two support portions, a first support portion 71 and a second support portion 72, inserted therethrough. The lower left wall 77 of the bill storage portion 70 and one end of the first support portion 71 (in FIG. 4, The upper side of the sliding shaft is elastically engaged with the urging member 78a, and one end of the first support portion 71 (the lower side of the sliding shaft in FIG. 4) and the bill holding plate 73 are erected. One end (the lower side of the sliding shaft in FIG. 4) of the two support portions 72 is connected to be able to expand and contract by an urging member 78b. Therefore, since the bill holding plate 73 is constantly urged in the direction of the opening frame by the urging members 78a and 78b, it is possible to hold the stored bills in the bill storage unit 70 toward the bill standby unit 60. Can be done.
[0032]
Further, a U-shaped roller support piece 71a is integrally formed at the lowermost portion of the second support section 72 to which the first support section 71 and the bill holding plate 73 are fixed, and the roller support pieces 71a, 72a have The rotating rollers 71b and 72b are rotatably mounted, and the rotating rollers 71b and 72b are in a state of floating from the bottom surface (with a slight gap from the bottom surface), but slide. Then, the rotating rollers 71b and 72b are in contact with and support the inner surface of the side wall of the rotating roller guide 79 whose U-shape is open and whose upper surface is open. The rotating rollers 71b and 72b abut on the inner surface of the side wall of the U-shaped rotating roller guide 79, and are restricted to the left and right by the inner surface of the rotating roller guide 79 side wall. By using a mechanism that supports the second support portion 72, a smooth sliding operation can be performed. As a result, the bill holding plate 73 can smoothly slide in the stacking direction of bills because the first support portion 71 and the second support portion 72 are supported by the rotating rollers 71b and 72b and the sliding shaft 75. It becomes possible.
[0033]
Further, by providing the urging members 78a and 78b on the first support portion 71 and the second support portion 72, respectively, the banknotes are taken out of the banknote storage portion 70 at the time of banknote collection work performed by a clerk or the like. And the bill holding plate 73 is returned toward the bill standby unit by the restoring force of the biasing member 78a, but the first support unit 71 and the second support unit 72 are moved toward the bill standby unit 60 by the restoring force of each biasing member. When the first support portion 71 operates and returns to the bill standby portion 60, when a certain point in time (a point at which the biasing force of the biasing member 78a provided on the first support portion 71 becomes zero) is reached, the first Since the repulsive force of the urging member 78a of the supporting portion acts in reverse to the restoring force of the second supporting portion 72, the speed of the restoring operation of the second supporting portion 72 is reduced, and a smooth restoring operation is performed. Further, in a game arcade, during a business operation, a bill collection operation from a bill storage device is required to be processed as few times as possible for security reasons. Therefore, the number of stored bills must be increased. As a result, a large load is applied to the urging member of the bill holding plate 73. Therefore, by providing the urging members for each of the support portions as in the present invention, the load on the urging member can be reduced. Can be. In addition, since there is only one bill storage unit, the bill collection operation can be performed in one place, so that the time required for the bill collection operation can be reduced.
[0034]
With the above configuration, the bill holding plate 73 smoothly slides by the rotating rollers 71b and 72b and the sliding shaft 75, and reciprocates by the urging members 78a and 78b of the first support 71 and the second support 72. In a work such as when a clerk is full, when performing a sliding operation by holding the bill holding plate 73, the work of collecting bills can be easily performed. Since they are linked, the load is not applied to the stack motor 64 that pushes out the bill holding plate 73, and the stack motor 64 does not break down. Further, even if the sliding range of the bill holding plate 73 increases due to the increase in the number of stored sheets, the urging members 78a and 78b are installed separately for the first support portion 71 and the second support portion 72. Can be reduced. Although the description has been made on the use of the torsion spring as the urging member, a member having an urging force such as a leaf spring may be used in addition to the torsion spring.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the first aspect of the present invention, in the transport path of the bill storage device, in the transport path including the bill identifying section, the transport which is the driving section of the transport path as in the related art Instead of judging the length of the bill from the rotation speed detection of the motor, an operation detecting means is provided in a driven portion provided opposite to the driving portion of the bill conveying path, and the bill is conveyed by the rotation detecting portion as the operation detecting means. The length of the bill to be conveyed is determined by detecting the rotation speed of the driven shaft to which the driven roller in contact with the incoming bill is fixed, so that even if a slip phenomenon occurs in the bill conveyance path, Since the length can be reliably determined, it is possible to eliminate a determination failure due to a slip phenomenon.
[0036]
In addition, according to the second aspect of the present invention, in a bill storage device that mixes and stores denominations without discrimination, the movable distance of a bill holding plate that holds and stores bills becomes longer, By providing the urging member separately in the first support portion and the second support portion in the sliding of the bill holding plate, the load on the urging member in use can be reduced. It is possible to eliminate the trouble relating to the biasing member. In addition, this can reduce the number of bill collection operations and the work time in a game arcade that is open, thereby improving the security of money management and reducing the work load on employees such as clerks. it can.
