本発明は、集合住宅などの住戸内に配管するための給水・給湯配管ユニット及びその施工方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種住戸の給水・給湯配管としては、一般に分岐工法又はヘッダ工法が採用されていた。
しかし、分岐工法の場合は、継手から漏水のおそれがあり、また、通常床配管となるため漏水した場合に発見しにくく、その上、建設中の建物躯体の雨養生が実施された後でないと床配管を敷設できない等の問題があった。

また、ヘッダ工法の場合は、総配管長が長くなり、さらに、給水、給湯ヘッダの設置位置に制約があるばかりでなく、点検できるスペース及び施工スペースが必要である等の問題があった。
さらに、分岐工法、ヘッダ工法のいずれの場合においても数種類の配管サイズが必要で、このため継手の種類も多くなる等、種々問題があった。

このような問題を解決するために、特開平10−88631号公報には、屈曲性を有するパイプ材で環状に形成され、環状の一部に給水点又は給湯点を有するループ配管部と、このループ配管部からそれぞれ分岐して各水栓に接続される屈曲性を有する枝配管部とからなり、ループ配管部と各枝配管部とを継手を介して熱融着で接合したプレハブ式の給水及び給湯配管システムが提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような給水及び給湯配管システムは、現場施工性にすぐれ、部品点数も低減できて低コスト化が実現できる特長を有するが、給水用のループ配管部と給湯用のループ配管部をそれぞれ別に設けなければならないため、施工が面倒であるばかりでな、広い設置スペースが必要であった。また、ループ配管部は、パイプ材を保持する複数の取付金具を天井、壁等に固定して設置するようにしているが、屈曲性を有するため不安定で取付が面倒であった。

本発明は、上記の課題を解決するためになされたもので、給水分岐管と給湯分岐管を一体化してなる分岐配管部を取付位置の一か所に簡単かつ安定して取付けることができる、流水性、施工性にすぐれた給水・給湯配管ユニット及びその施工方法を提供することを目的としたものである。

(1)本発明に係る給水・給湯配管ユニットは、パイプ材により環状に形成され、1または2以上の枝管が接続された給水分岐管及び1または2以上の枝管が接続された給湯分岐管を有し、取付位置への取付部を有する支持部材により前記給水分岐管及び給湯分岐管を上下又は同心的に配置して一体に固定したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
[実施の形態1]
図1は本発明の実施の形態1に係る給水・給湯配管ユニットの全体構成を示す一部を省略した説明図である。
図において、1は環状の分岐配管部で、例えばポリブテンの如き合成樹脂からなり可撓性を有するパイプ材(例えば、口径10mm程度)からなり、環状に形成されて上下に配設された給水用分岐管2と、給湯用分岐管3からなっている。21は給水源である水道管、25は給湯源である給湯器で、水道管21から分岐した立上り管26に接続されている。30は住戸内に設置された浴槽、31は洗面台、32は洗濯機、33は流し台、34は便器で、以下これらを住戸内設備ということがある。

分岐配管部1を構成する給水用分岐管2と給湯用分岐管3は、複数の固定具(図1には示してない)により、一体に固定されている。図3に固定具の一例を示す。この固定具8は、垂直片8aと水平片8bとによりL字状に形成され、垂直片8aの水平片8bと反対側には、C字状の2つの保持部9a,9bが設けられており、保持部9a,9bの内径は、給水用分岐管2と給湯用分岐管3の外径とほぼ等しいか又はこれより若干小さく形成されている。そして、保持部9aに給水用分岐管2を、保持部9bに給湯用分岐管3をそれぞれ嵌入することにより、両者は所定の間隔を隔てて保持される。8cは水平片8bに設けたねじ挿通穴である。なお、この固定具8は後述の支持部材に対応した位置に設けられている。

上記のような分岐配管部1、支持部材6、一端が分岐配管部1の給水用配管2又は給湯用配管3に接続され、他端に継手が取付けられた各枝管11a,11b,…16,17(以下、これらを一括して枝管11と記すことがある)からなる給水・給湯配管ユニットは、分岐配管部1の設置場所及びスペース、分岐配管部1から水道管21、給湯器25、浴槽30等の住戸内設備の接続部または水栓及び湯栓までの距離(各枝管11の長さ)を求めておき、あらかじめ工場等で製作してユニット化される。

そして、各枝管11を分岐配管部1の周縁に沿って集束し、適宜束縛して梱包し、建築現場に輸送される。このとき、分岐配管部1の継手5(必要に応じて継手4を含む)をY字状に形成することにより、各枝管11を分岐配管部1に沿わせて集束し、梱包することができるので、嵩張ることなくコンパクトに梱包することができ、開梱も容易である。

次に、本実施の形態に係る給水・給湯配管ユニットの施工手順の一例について説明する。
各住戸ごとに梱包された複数の給水・給湯配管ユニットを建築現場に輸送し、各住戸の設置場所(例えば、台所、浴室、廊下等)の近傍にそれぞれ運搬し、開梱する。このとき、各枝管11は束縛したままとする。そして、図5に示すように、分岐配管部1を持ち上げてその支持部材6に設けた貫通穴7を、取付位置である天井スラブ40や壁等(以下、単に天井と記す)に設けたねじ棒41に挿入し、下からナット42を螺合して固定する。このとき、必要に応じて各枝管11を、対応する水道管21、給湯器25及び各住戸内設備の方向に位置合わせする。これにより、分岐配管部1の天井40への取付けが終了する。なお、支持部材6を上にして取付けてもよい。

そして、建築工事の進捗状況に応じて束縛を解き、各枝管11を延し、天井40とほぼ平行に水道管21、給湯器25及びそれぞれの住戸内設備の上方まで引き延したのち、壁に沿って下降させ、先端部に設けた各継手24を所定の位置に固定する。これにより配管工事が終り給水・給湯配管ユニットの敷設が完了する。なお、上記の施工手順はその一例を示すもので、建築現場の状況等に応じて適宜変更することができる。

次に、上記のようにして住戸内に敷設した本実施の形態の給水・給湯作用について説明する。
先ず、最初に水道管21の弁(図示せず)を開放し、分岐配管部1の給水分岐管2、給湯分岐管3及び各枝管11内に水道水を充水する。
いま、例えば流し台33の水栓を開放すると、枝管14a及び給水分岐管2内の水が水栓から放水される。これに伴って、水道管21内の水が給水用の枝管16、給水分岐管2、枝管14aに送水され、引続き水栓から放水される。水栓を閉じると放水が止り、給水用の枝管16、給水分岐管2及びこれに接続された各枝管11内には常に水道水が充水されている。

また、例えば流し台33の湯栓を開放すると、枝管14b、給湯分岐管3、給湯用の枝管17内の水が湯栓から放水され、放水により給湯器25が作動して、水道管21から送られた水を加熱しながら送水し、逐次加熱された温水は給湯分岐管3及び枝管14bを経て湯栓から放水される。実験の結果によれば、配管ユニットの規模にもよるが、30℃の温水を得るための待ち時間は、20秒前後であった。

湯栓を閉じると給湯器25の作動が停止し、給湯器25の下流側、したがって、給湯器用の枝管17、給湯分岐管3及びこれに接続された各枝管11内には、温水が充水される。
この場合、給湯分岐管3と給湯器25との間に返湯管を設け、そのループ部分に常時温水を循環させるようにしておけば、各枝管11の長さを適当に定めることにより即湯方式を実現することができる。

上記のような本実施の形態によれば、各住戸内設備への給水は勿論、きわめて短時間に温水を給湯することができ、また、水と温水を同時に供給することもできる。
さらに、例えば、洗面台31、洗濯機32、流し台33等、複数の住戸内設備に水若しくは湯、又は水と湯を同時に供給することもできる。

[実施の形態2]
図6は本発明の実施の形態2に係る給水・給湯配管ユニットの要部の説明図である。
実施の形態1では、環状の外径が同径の給水分岐管2と給湯分岐管3を上下に配置し、固定具8により固定した分岐配管部1を支持部材6に取付けて一体化した場合を示したが、本実施の形態においては、環状の給水分岐管2と給湯分岐管3をほぼ同一平面上に配置して分岐配管部1を構成したものである。

すなわち、図6に示すように、例えば給湯分岐管3を給水分岐管2より小径に形成し、給水分岐管2の内側に同心的に配置する。

また、各枝管11を分岐配管部1に沿って集束し、束縛した状態のままで支持部材6により天井40に取付けるようにしたので、取付がきわめて容易であり、工事期間中に配管材料が踏まれたり損傷したりすることがない。

給水分岐管2と給湯分岐管3は、上下又は同心的に配置されて支持部材6により一体的に固定され、そのままの状態で天井40に取付けるようにしたので、従来のように給水分岐管2と給湯分岐管3を別々に敷設する必要がない。このため、設置スペースを小さくできるばかりでなく、一度に設置できるので施工性を大幅に向上することができる。
さらに、分岐配管部1は小さな円形(例えば、直径1m程度)又は楕円形にして支持部材6に固定されるので、廊下や幅の狭い天井にも敷設することができ、敷設の自由度を拡大することができる。
また、あらかじめ工場等でユニット化されているので、施工現場でパイプ材の残材が発生することがない。

実施の形態1,2では、環状の給水分岐管2と給湯分岐管3からなる分岐配管部1を、固定具8を介して支持部材6に固定して一体化した場合について説明したが、本実施の形態は支持部材6を省略したものである。
すなわち、図8(a)にその要部を示すように、図2で説明した複数個の固定具8を、水平片8bを上方にしてその上下の保持部9a,9bに給水分岐管2と給湯分岐管3を嵌入して固定し、水平片8bを天井40にねじ止めして取付けるようにしたものである。

本発明に係る給水・給湯配管ユニットは、パイプ材により環状に形成され、給水源、給湯源及び住戸内設備に配管される枝管が接続された給水分岐管及び給湯分岐管を有し、取付位置への取付部を有する支持部材により給水分岐管及び給湯分岐管を上下又は同心的に配置して一体に固定するようにしたので、取付位置への取付がきわめて簡単で、流水性及び施工性を向上することができる。
