Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drainage pipe system in a building, and more particularly, to a drainage pipe system in a building in which a change of a sanitary appliance accompanying a change in a living environment and a change of a piping path to a sanitary appliance accompanying a movement are easy.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The water supply and drainage pipes in general concrete buildings are installed under the concrete slab, that is, in the ceiling on the lower floor, with piping installation space, and are placed on the slab through the slab through-holes prepared in advance. Such a water supply / drainage piping system is generally called underfloor piping.
In recent years, particularly in high-rise apartment buildings, it has become the mainstream to provide a pipe installation space between the concrete slab in the dwelling unit and the floor, and to provide water supply and drainage pipes in the space. The water supply / drainage piping system is generally called floor piping. This floor piping has a great merit in that it can be constructed without affecting the lower floor, compared to the conventional floor piping.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, recently, especially in high-rise apartment buildings, due to the progress of electric appliances and sanitary appliances in kitchens, washrooms, etc., and due to changes in the family structure etc. when residents live in the same residence for a long time Due to the change in the layout in the dwelling, for example, the change in the piping in the dwelling unit related to sanitary ware has been increasing.
For example, when relocating such sanitary equipment, the water supply pipes, hot water supply pipes and drain pipes in the dwelling units related to these sanitary equipments must be updated. In particular, in the case of drainage pipes, the horizontal movement of drainage from each sanitary instrument to the combined drainage standpipe depends on the natural flow of the drainage from the sanitary equipment to the merged drainage standpipe installed in the shaft chamber. The branch pipes and the combined drainage horizontal branch pipes must be installed with a predetermined gradient. For this reason, the existing sanitary appliance drainage side branch pipe mounting position of the sanitary appliance that is not to be transferred is installed. The mounting position with the drainage horizontal branch pipe will be restricted.
[0004]
For example, water supply side branch pipes and hot water supply side branch pipes are generally much thinner than drainage side branch pipes, so even if pipes are stacked, they can be accommodated relatively easily in the pipe installation space. As for branch pipes and hot water supply side branch pipes, the pipes can intersect each other. However, in the case of a drainage horizontal branch pipe, the pipe diameter is larger than that of a water supply horizontal branch pipe or a hot water supply horizontal branch pipe. However, changing the slab spacing between the upper and lower floors of the frame concrete is problematic because it reduces the ceiling height of the living space.
Also, in order to avoid the crossing of the drainage horizontal branch pipes, for example, if it is intended to bypass the drainage pipe of the sanitary equipment to be moved, the drainage pipe must be lengthened and the drainage pipe This is an issue both in terms of cost and drainage capacity.
Previously, a construction method was used in which a single dwelling unit was set up and connected to the drainage branch of the nearest sanitary appliance. For the purpose of improving capacity and reducing costs, the drainage of sanitary equipment is collected in a combined drainage horizontal branch pipe and connected to a single drainage standpipe.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of a drainage pipe system in a dwelling unit in a general housing complex, a joining drainage branch pipe is connected to a joining drainage pipe joint of a joining drainage standpipe, and each sanitary appliance is connected via a drainage drainage pipe respectively. It connects with the joint drainage pipe joint connected to the middle and the terminal of the joint drainage side branch pipe, and it is the structure connected to a sanitary instrument through the drainage side branch pipe.
For example, in the case of the drainage pipe system 58 in the dwelling unit in the conventional general apartment shown in FIG. 5, for example, a drainage drain pipe or drainage basin (both not shown) are joined to the drainage horizontal branch pipe 59. However, the connection is fixed on the direction 60 in which the drainage flows. In this example, for example, a basin 4, a washing machine pan 5, and a unit bath 6 are provided as sanitary instruments. The drainage horizontal branch pipe 61 of the basin 4 is connected to a branch pipe portion 62 for the basin, and this branch pipe portion 62 is branched from a merging drainage pipe joint 63 connected to the merging drainage lateral branch pipe 59. Yes. A merging drain side branch pipe 64 is connected upstream of the merging drain pipe joint 63, and a merging drain pipe joint 66 having a branch pipe portion 65 is connected to the merging drain side branch pipe 64. ing. The drainage horizontal branch pipe 67 of the washing machine pan 5 is connected to the branch pipe section 65. A combined drainage horizontal branch pipe 68 is connected to the upstream side with respect to the combined drainage pipe joint 66, and a combined drainage pipe joint 70 having a branch pipe portion 69 is connected to the combined drainage horizontal branch pipe 68. ing. The drainage horizontal branch pipe 71 of the unit bath 6 is connected to the branch pipe section 69. A combined drainage horizontal branch pipe 72 is connected to the upstream side of the combined drainage pipe joint 70.
[0006]
In this conventional example, the basin 4 is moved from a position on the right side with respect to the axis line 73 connecting the central axes of the merged drainage lateral branch pipes 59, 64, 68, 72 in FIG. Since this transfer is a transfer across the axis 73 connecting the merged drainage horizontal branch pipes, first, (1) the drainage horizontal branch pipe 61 of the basin 4 is removed from the branch pipe portion 62 of the merged drainage pipe joint 63, (2 Next, the joint drain pipe joint 63 is removed from the joint drain side branch pipes 59 and 64. (3) (i) The connection between the joint drain horizontal branch pipes 59 and 64 and the joint drain pipe joint 63 is a mechanical connection or a plug connection by a rubber ring or the like. The pipe seal member 63 is replaced, the joint drain pipe joint 63 is rotated around the axis 73, and the branch pipe portion 62 of the joint drain pipe joint 63 is directed to the left side with respect to the axis 73 to join the joint. The drain pipe joint 63 is connected to the joined drain side branch pipes 56 and 64. (Ii) However, if the connection between the combined drainage horizontal branch pipes 59 and 64 and the combined drain pipe joint 63 is not removable such as screwed connection or adhesive connection, it cannot be reused. The pipe joint 63 is connected to the merged drainage horizontal branch pipes 59 and 64 with the direction of the branch pipe portion 62 directed to the left side with respect to the axis 73. (4) When the piping is made in this way, the drainage horizontal branch pipe 61 of the basin 4 is connected to the branch pipe portion 62 of the confluence drainage pipe joint 63. In this manner, the washing machine pan 5 and the unit bath 6 are moved from their installed positions to positions opposite to the axis 73.
[0007]
As described above, in the conventional drainage pipe system, when transferring sanitary ware in a dwelling unit that changes the piping across the merged drainage horizontal branch pipe, the drainage pipe of the sanitary equipment is connected to the drainage branch of the joint drainage pipe joint. It was necessary to remove the joint drainage pipe joint from one side or the front and back joint drainage side branch pipes and re-install the entire pipe, which caused a lot of labor. . Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, for example, the unit bus 6 is to be moved from the position of the solid line in FIG. 5 to the position of the unit bus 6 ′ indicated by the one-dot chain line on the left side with respect to the axis 73 on the downstream side. In this case, when the joint drain pipe joint is a mechanical joint, the joint drain pipe joint 70 is removed from the joint drain horizontal branch pipes 68 and 72, and the branch pipe portion 69 is arranged on the left side with respect to the axis 73. Accordingly, the drainage horizontal branch pipe 71 ′ is piped and reconnected to the unit bus 6 ′. However, the unit bus 6 ′ is located downstream of the joining drainage pipe joint 70, and therefore connected to the unit bus 6 ′. The drainage path of the attached drainage branch pipe 71 'is in the opposite direction to the drainage flow in the merged drainage branch pipe, resulting in a part where the flow is reversed, and the drainage transport performance is greatly reduced. The problem . Therefore, the joint drain pipe joint 70 is moved to the downstream side in accordance with the position of the unit bath 6 ′ and connected to the joint drain horizontal branch pipe. Therefore, the merged drainage horizontal branch pipe on the downstream side is newly laid according to the connection position of the merged drainage pipe joint, which is a costly problem.
Therefore, in consideration of the necessary cost and labor, even if it is compromised to change the arrangement of sanitary equipment that does not straddle the combined drainage horizontal branch pipes, inconvenience in using the sanitary equipment remains. It is a problem, and it is also a problem that the degree of freedom of arrangement of sanitary instruments is greatly limited.
An object of this invention is to solve the problem in the case of the change of the piping for drainage accompanying the transfer of a sanitary instrument.
[0008]
[Means for solving problems]
An object of the present invention is to provide a piping system that can freely and easily change drainage piping when a sanitary instrument is moved.
That is, the present invention relates to a drainage pipe system in a building comprising a drainage header connected to a confluent drainage side branch pipe in a building and a plurality of drainage side branch pipes detachably connected to the drainage header. An in-building drain pipe system is characterized in that individual joint drain pipe joints are rotatably connected.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the in-building drainage pipe system of the present invention, the combined drainage horizontal branch pipes are connected to drainage vertical pipes or drainage basins via pipe joints, respectively. In order to connect the branch pipes, a joint drain pipe joint having a branch pipe portion is used. In the present invention, the drain header is composed of a plurality of joint drain pipe joints, and the joint structure of the drain header smoothly drains the drains in one or more drain side branch pipes into the joint drain in the joint drain pipe joint. The connecting part of the upstream joining drainage pipe joint and the connecting part of the downstream joining drainage pipe joint are arranged on a straight line, and a straight line having an inclination with respect to the straight line, for example, about 45 ° The drainage horizontal branch pipe is connected and arranged on the top. In the present invention, the in-building drain pipe system having the drain header is suitable for being arranged between the concrete slab in the dwelling unit and the floor so that construction can be performed without affecting the lower floor.
[0010]
In the present invention, both ends of the joint drain pipe joint are connecting end parts, and the joint drain side branch pipe or the joint drain pipe joint connecting end part is sealed by a sealing member such as a rubber ring. It can be rotated and connected. The connection end portions at both ends can have the same connection structure or a different connection structure as long as they can be pivotably connected in a sealed state. The connection structure is connected so as to be rotatable in a sealed state, and can be a connection structure such as an insertion connection using a rubber ring or a housing connection.
[0011]
In the present invention, for example, as in the case of plugging connection, one of the joining drainage pipe joints or the joining drainage side branch pipe connecting end part can be formed in the enlarged portion so as to be plugged in. In this case, the connecting end of the mating drainage pipe joint to be connected to be rotatable is inserted into the enlarged portion, and a sealing member such as a rubber ring is disposed between the both ends. It can be formed in an insertion port that can be rotated in a liquid-tight sealed state.
[0012]
The joint drain pipe joint is provided with at least one branch pipe portion that can be connected to the drainage horizontal branch pipe of the sanitary appliance, branched from the main pipe portion where the connection end is formed. This branch pipe part can be formed as various branch pipes such as a Y-shaped branch pipe at the joint drain pipe joint, so that it can be detachably connected to the drainage horizontal branch pipe part of the sanitary appliance through or without the pipe joint. Formed.
[0013]
In the present invention, the connecting end of the joining drainage horizontal branch pipe and the connecting end of the joining drainage pipe joint are formed in a tubular part having substantially the same dimensions and arranged so as to face each other, for example, rubber A housing type joint having a sealing member such as a ring can be used to enable a pivotable connection. Further, the connecting end portion of the joining drainage horizontal branch pipe is formed in a pipe portion having substantially the same dimensions as the connecting end portion of the joining drainage pipe joint, and a collar joint provided with a rubber seal member in a state where both ends are butted. Thereby, it can connect so that rotation is possible.
[0014]
In the present invention, the joining drainage horizontal branch pipe and the joining drainage pipe joint can be formed of the same material as the conventional joining drainage lateral branch pipe and the joining drainage pipe joint.
In the present invention, the connecting end on one side of the joint drain pipe joint, that is, the first connecting end is formed in the enlarged opening, and the other connecting end, that is, the second connecting end is inserted. It can be formed in the opening. In addition, the first joint drain pipe joint is formed with an enlarged opening at the connection ends at both ends, and the second joint pipe joint and the connection end of the joint drain horizontal branch pipe are formed at the insertion opening. Can do. In any case, an insertion opening is inserted into the enlarged opening, and a ring-shaped seal member is sandwiched between the openings so that the openings can be rotated.
[0015]
The present invention relates to a drainage pipe system in a building comprising a drainage header connected to a confluent drainage side branch pipe in a building and a plurality of drainage side branch pipes detachably connected to the drainage header. Since the joint drainage pipe joint is pivotally connected, the junction drainage pipe crosses the junction drainage side branch pipe in the direction straddling the junction drainage side branch pipe, or from the upstream side to the downstream side or vice versa. Even if the arrangement of sanitary equipment is changed in the direction, the combined drainage pipe joint is connected to this by rotating the joint drainage pipe joint relative to the adjacent joint drainage horizontal branch pipe or the joint drainage pipe joint. The connection port of the junction pipe joint can be directed to the opposite side of the junction drain side branch pipe without engaging or disconnecting either the pipe joint or the junction drain side branch pipe. Drainage horizontal branch pipe on sanitary ware In addition, a plurality of merging drain pipe joints may be gathered to the most downstream side so that they can rotate, respectively, and the drainage path of the drainage side branch pipe is connected to the drainage flow direction of the junction drainage side branch pipe There is no part that reverses, and drainage transport performance is not reduced.
[0016]

Next, (3) after turning the junction drain pipe joint 8 toward the branch pipe portion 9 in the direction of the planned transfer position of the basin 4, the drainage side branch pipe 7 connecting the branch pipe portion 9 and the basin 4 is Piping and moving the washbasin 4.
[0019]
When the washing machine pan 5 is moved from the position on the right side of the axis 17 in FIG. 1 to the position on the left side of the axis 17 in FIG. 1, first, (1) the washing machine pan 5 is The drainage side branch pipe 12 is removed on the side connected to the pan 5 and the side connected to the branch pipe portion 11 of the joint drainage pipe joint 10 to remove the drainage side branch pipe 12. Next, (2) the merging drain pipe joint 10 is connected to the merging drain pipe joint 10 while the merging drain pipe joint 8 and the merging drain pipe joint 13 are prevented from rotating. Rotate about the axis 17 connecting the combined drainage horizontal branch pipes 2 and 16 until the left side faces the direction of the planned transfer position of the washing machine pan 5. Next, (3) the branch pipe portion 11 is directed in the direction of the planned transfer position of the washing machine pan 5 by the rotation of the joint drain pipe joint 10, and then the drainage horizontal branch pipe connecting the branch pipe portion 11 and the washing machine pan 5. 12 is piped and the washing machine pan 5 is moved.
[0020]
Further, when the unit bus 6 is moved from the position on the right side of the axis 17 in FIG. 1 to the position on the left side of the axis 17 in FIG. 1, first, (1) the unit bus 6 is changed to the unit bus 6. The drainage side branch pipe 15 is removed by removing the drainage side branch pipe 15 on the side to be connected and the side connecting to the branch pipe portion 14 of the junction drainage pipe joint 13. Next, (2) the confluence drain pipe joint 13 and the branch pipe portion 14 are connected to the axis 17 while restraining the confluence drain pipe joint 10 adjacent to the confluence drain pipe joint 13 and the joint drain horizontal branch pipe 16 from rotating. The unit 17 is rotated about the axis 17 connecting the joining drainage horizontal branch pipes 2 and 16 until it faces the direction of the planned transfer position of the unit bath 6. Next, (3) the branch pipe portion 14 is directed in the direction of the planned transfer position of the unit bath 6 by rotation of the joint drain pipe joint 13, and then the drainage horizontal branch pipe 15 connecting the branch pipe portion 14 and the unit bus 6 is Piping and moving the unit bus 6.
[0021]
In this example, as an example of a sanitary instrument, the basin 4, the washing machine pan 5 and the unit bath 6 are connected to the combined drainage horizontal branch pipe 2 via the combined drainage pipe joints 8, 10 and 13. Even if a sanitary instrument other than this is added, it can be arranged according to this example, and piping work at the time of relocation can be performed. Also in the following example, it can be arranged according to this example, and piping work at the time of relocation can be performed.
In this example, the joint drain pipe joints 8, 10 and 13 having the branch pipe parts are connected in series. Thus, the joint joint part formed by connecting a plurality of joint drain pipe joints in series in this way. Is called the drainage header 18.
[00022]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the enlarged connection end portion 19 of the joining drainage horizontal branch pipe 2 connected to the joining drainage pipe joint 8 of the drainage header 18 can be inserted into the insertion port 20 of the joining drainage pipe joint 8. Thus, the enlarged connection opening 21 has an enlarged diameter. An insertion port 20 of the joint drain pipe joint 8 is inserted into the enlarged connection opening 21 and is rotatably supported by a ring-shaped seal member 22.
[0023]
In this example, the merging drain pipe joint 8 has a branch pipe part 9 formed at the side of the main tubular part 23 and a branch pipe part connection port 24 having an enlarged diameter formed at the end thereof. . The branch pipe part connection port 24 is formed with a flange part 25 toward the outside, and a packing 26 is disposed inside the branch pipe part connection port 24. A retaining ring 27 is disposed on the packing 26 and the flange portion 25, and the retaining ring 27 is attached to the flange portion 25 via bolts 28 and nuts 29. An enlarged connection opening 31 is formed at the end 30 opposite to the insertion port 20 at one end of the merged drain pipe joint 8, and the merged drain pipe is formed inside the enlarged connection opening 31. The insertion port 32 of the adjacent merging drain pipe joint 10 having the same structure as the joint 8 is inserted and supported rotatably by the ring-shaped seal member 33. Similarly, in the joint drain pipe joint 10, an enlarged connection opening 35 is formed at the end 34 opposite to the insertion port 32, and the joint drain pipe joint is formed in the inside of the enlarged connection opening 35. The insertion port 36 of the adjacent joint drain pipe joint 13 having the same structure as 8 and 10 is inserted and is rotatably supported by a ring-shaped seal member 37.
[0024]
Since this example is configured as described above, the merging drain pipe joint 8 is pushed into the enlarged connection opening 19 of the merging drain horizontal branch pipe 2 while rotating its insertion port 20, or its heel is pushed in. By being inserted in, it can be rotated and kept fluid-tight. In this example, the ring-shaped sealing material is formed of an elastic material, and may be arranged in advance in the enlarged connection opening 21 at the time of connection, or may be arranged in advance around the insertion port 20. .
[0025]
Connection of the drainage side branch pipe 7 (FIG. 1) to the branch pipe portion 9 of the joint drainage pipe joint 8 is performed by first passing the retaining ring 27 through the drainage side branch pipe 7 and then the packing 26 through the drainage side pipe. The drainage horizontal branch pipe 7 is inserted into the insertion port 38 of the branch pipe part 9 and finally the clamp ring 27 and the flange part 25 are tightened with bolts 28 and nuts 29, so that the clamp ring 27 is packed 26. To attach the drainage lateral branch pipe 7 in a liquid-tight manner.
The case where the junction drain pipe joint 10 is attached and connected to the junction drain pipe joint 8 is the same as the case where the junction drain pipe joint 8 is attached and connected to the junction drain side pipe 2. That is, the insertion port 32 of the merging drain pipe joint 10 is inserted into the enlarged connection opening 31 of the merging drain pipe joint 8 by being pushed in while rotating or by being pushed in, so as to be rotatable and liquid-tight. Connect by holding.
[0026]
Also in this example, in the drainage pipe system provided with the wash basin 4, the washing machine pan 5 and the unit bath 6 in the same manner as the embodiment shown in FIG. And 16 can be moved from the right side to the left side of the axis 17 connecting the central axes.
That is, when the basin 4 is moved from the position on the right side of the axis 17 connecting the central axes of the merged drainage lateral branch pipes 2 and 16 in FIG. 1 to the position on the left side of the axis 17 in FIG. (1) For the basin 4, the drainage side branch pipe 7 is removed on the side connected to the basin 4 and the branch pipe part 9 side of the joint drainage pipe joint 8 to remove the drainage side branch pipe 7. Next, (2) the basin 4 is moved from the position on the right side of the axis 17 to the target position on the left side. Next, (3) the combined drainage pipe joint 8 and the branch pipe section 9 are connected to the axis line while restraining each so that the joint drainage horizontal branch pipe 2 and the joint drainage pipe joint 10 adjacent to the joint drainage pipe joint 8 do not rotate. Rotate about the axis 17 until it is in the direction to connect the basin on the left side of 17. (4) Where the branch pipe portion 9 faces the direction in which the basin is connected on the left side of the axis 17, the drain side branch pipe 7 is connected to the basin 4 and is connected to the branch pipe portion 9, A drainage horizontal branch pipe 7 is piped between the vessel 4 and the branch pipe portion 9 of the merging drainage pipe joint 8.
[0027]
The embodiment shown in FIG. 3 differs from the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 in that a pipe joint member 39 is used to connect the combined drainage horizontal branch pipe 2 and the combined drainage pipe joint 8.
In this example, the pipe joint member 39 has an enlarged connection opening 40 having an enlarged diameter so that the insertion port 20 of the joint drain pipe joint 8 can be inserted on the side to which the joint drain pipe joint 8 is connected. And it has the connection opening part 42 which is not enlarged in the internal diameter which has the flange part 41 in the side connected to the confluent drainage side branch pipe 2. As shown in FIG. A packing 44 made of an elastic material is disposed on the inner portion 43 where the one-step inner diameter of the connection opening 42 is enlarged and protrudes upward from the flange portion 41. Is arranged. The retaining ring 45 is attached to the flange portion 41 via a bolt 46 and a nut 47 so as to press the packing 44.
[0028]
Therefore, in this example, in order to connect the merged drainage pipe joint 8 to the merged drainage lateral branch pipe 2, for example, the engagement of the bolt 46 and the nut 47 of the pipe joint member 39 is loosened, and the connection opening of the pipe joint member 39 is opened. The packing 44 of the part 42 is loosened. The joint drain side branch pipe 2 is inserted into the pipe joint member 39 by inserting the connection end opening 48 of the joint drain side branch pipe 2 into the inner portion 43 of the connection opening 42 where the packing 44 is loosened, and tightening the bolt 46 and the nut 47. To fix. The insertion port 20 of the joint drain pipe joint 8 is inserted into the enlarged connection opening 40 of the fixed pipe joint member 39, and the joint drain pipe joint 8 is rotated through the ring-shaped seal member 49 to the pipe joint member 39. Support movably.
[0029]
In this example, the insertion port 20 of the merging drain pipe joint 8 is inserted into the enlarged connection opening 40 of the pipe joint 39 and is rotatably supported by a ring-shaped seal member 49. Also in this example, as in the embodiment of FIG. 2, the junction drain pipe joint 8 is formed with a branch pipe portion 9 having the same structure as that of the embodiment of FIG. A drain side branch pipe connection port 38 having an enlarged diameter is formed. Further, the joint drain pipe joint 8 is formed with an enlarged connection opening 30 on the side opposite to the insertion port 20, and the same structure as the joint drain pipe joint 8 is formed inside the joint joint opening 30. The insertion port 32 of the adjacent merged drain pipe joint 10 is inserted and supported rotatably by a ring-shaped seal member 33.
[0030]
Since this example is configured as described above, also in this example, the wash basin 4, the washing machine pan 5 and the unit bath 6 are provided in the same manner as the embodiment shown in FIGS. In the drain pipe system, the basin 4 can be moved from the right side to the left side of the axis 17 that connects the central axes of the combined drainage lateral branch pipes 2 and 16.
[0031]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, a welding ring 51 is provided at each connection end 52 of the joined drainage pipe joint so that the rubber ring 50 of the seal member can be accommodated therebetween. The weld ring 51 can be replaced by a guide groove formed on the outer periphery of the connection end 52. In this example, a pair of halved housings 53 are arranged across the welding rings 51 provided at both connection end portions 52 so as to cover the rubber ring 50 arranged between the welding rings 51. The The half-shaped housing 53 is provided with projecting piece portions 54 at the end portions in the longitudinal direction so as to protrude outward, and the projecting piece portions are opposed to each other by bolts 55 and nuts 56, respectively. The half-shaped housing 53 can be fixed so that the rubber rings 50 are fastened to each other and the rubber rings 50 are crimped to the connecting portions of the pipes to connect the pipes. As described above, in this example, the halved housing 53 is fastened and fixed to each other so that the rubber ring 50 is crimped to connect the pipes, and the combined drainage horizontal branch pipe 2 and drainage header. 2 and 3 is different from the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 in that it is not necessary to form an enlarged connection opening in each of the merging drain pipe joints 8, 10, and 13.
[0032]
That is, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the joint drainage pipe joints 8 of the drainage header 18 and the straight tubular joint drainage lateral branch pipes 2 connected to the joints are formed to have the same diameter as a whole. Accordingly, the connecting end opening 48 of the straight tubular joining drainage lateral branch pipe 2 connected to the connecting end opening 52 of the joining drain pipe joint 8 of the drain header 18 has the same diameter, and the connection gap is denoted by reference numeral 57. It is shown. In this example, the housing-type pipe joint member 53 and the rubber ring 50 are disposed on the connection end 48 of the junction drain pipe side branch pipe 2 and the connection end 52 of the junction drain pipe joint 8 to form a pair of half The split-shaped housing 53 is disposed so as to surround the rubber ring 50 and the connecting portion, and is tightened with a fastener such as a bolt 55 and a nut 56, and the rubber ring 50 is crimped to the combined drainage lateral branch pipe 2. The combined drain pipe joint 8 can be pivotably and liquid-tightly held. In this example, the branch pipe portions 9, 11 and 14 are configured in the same manner as the embodiment shown in FIGS.
Also in this example, in the drainage pipe system provided with the wash basin 4, the washing machine pan 5 and the unit bath 6 in the same manner as the embodiment shown in FIG. The drainage header 18 can be moved from the right side to the left side of the axis 17 that connects the central axes of the joint drainage pipe joints 8, 10, and 13.
[0033]
