Description

【0001】

たとえば、SiO−NaO−Bi、SiO−NaO−CaO、SiO−KO−CaO、Al−SiO−NaO−CaO−B、Al−SiO−TiO−CaO−B、CaO−SiO−Al−Fe、あるいはSiO−Al−KOなどの群Aから選択される、少なくとも1種を使用する。
たとえば、SiO−NaO−Bi、SiO−NaO−CaO、SiO−KO−CaO、Al−SiO−NaO−CaO−B、Al−SiO−TiO−CaO−B、CaO−SiO−Al−Fe、あるいはSiO−Al−KOなどの群Aから選択される、少なくとも1種を使用する。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a band-shaped accessory such as a wristwatch, a bracelet, or a necklace, provided with an additional member such as a decorative component or a health promotion component.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART Band-shaped accessories to which additional members such as decorative parts or health promotion parts are attached are already known.
For example, as a decorative member for enhancing the decorativeness of a wristwatch, a nameplate attached to a case back is widely known. The nameplate is a plate made of a metal such as stainless steel or brass, or a material such as a synthetic resin, and having a pattern, a picture, or the like on the surface. The nameplate has been adhered to the outer surface of the back cover with an adhesive tape such as a double-sided tape or an adhesive.
[0003]
On the other hand, in recent years, components that generate far-infrared rays have been used as wristwatches as health-promoting components for improving the health of a wearer. By providing a health-promoting component such as a far-infrared ray generating component, a function as a health-promoting device other than the timing function is added to the wristwatch.
[0004]
Tourmaline is widely used as this health promotion part. Tourmaline, also known as tourmaline, generates moderate far-infrared rays for the human body with slight heating or pressurization. Furthermore, when water molecules in the atmosphere pass into the electric field of tourmaline generated by heating or pressurization, the water molecules are dissociated into hydrogen ions and hydroxyl ions. This hydroxyl ion combines with a water molecule to become a negatively charged hydroxyl ion and floats in the atmosphere. Air containing this negative ion promotes health. As described above, tourmaline generates both far-infrared rays and negative ions, and thus is widely used as a health promotion component.
[0005]
Wristwatches are already available on the market, where tourmaline-containing components are glued to the outside of the case back.
In addition, it is known that a negative ion generating component including tourmaline is attached not only to the back cover but also to the clasp (see, for example, Patent Document 1). It is also known that a negative ion generating component and a magnet are alternately mounted on the back side of a band piece (for example, see Patent Document 2).

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 10-14624 (page 2, FIG. 1)
[Patent Document 2]
Registered Utility Model No. 3023559 (Page 2, FIG. 1)
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, decorative parts such as nameplates must be exposed and adhered to the outer surface of the wristwatch so that they can be seen by a purchaser or a wearer. Also, the health promotion parts are exposed and bonded to the outer surface of the wristwatch so that the far-infrared rays and magnetic force generated from these parts can be applied to the body of the wearer more effectively so as to contact the wearer's skin. There must be.
Therefore, careless external force is likely to be applied to these decorative parts and health-promoting parts, and as a result, these parts are damaged or extremely damaged. In particular, when the decorative parts and the health promotion parts are made of brittle materials such as ceramics and glass, these parts break very easily and frequently.
Further, there is a problem that the decorative part and the health promotion part are easily detached from the wristwatch due to careless load of external force.
[0008]
In addition, since both the decorative parts and the health promotion parts were directly adhered to the wristwatch, the production was troublesome and the production cost was increased. In addition, when the adhesive or the adhesive tape protruded, the beauty of the jewelry was greatly impaired.
However, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 do not disclose any means for solving these problems.
These problems also exist when attaching decorative parts and health-promoting parts to not only watches but also other belt-like accessories such as bracelets and necklaces.
[0009]
Therefore, a first object of the present invention is to provide a band-shaped ornament which does not damage or break an additional member such as a decorative part or a health promotion part.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a belt-shaped accessory to which an additional member such as a decorative component or a health promotion component is firmly attached.
A third object of the present invention is to provide a belt-shaped accessory to which an additional member is attached with a good appearance.
Further, a fourth object of the present invention is to provide a structure capable of inexpensively manufacturing a band-shaped accessory to which an additional member is attached.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the band-shaped accessory according to claim 1 of the present invention includes an additional member disposed on the outer surface of the band-shaped accessory, a transparent holding member in contact with the outside of the additional member, and the transparent holding member falling off the band-shaped accessory. And means for preventing falling off.
According to this configuration, if the additional member is arranged on the outer surface of the belt-shaped accessory and the transparent holding member is put on the outside thereof, the transparent holding member does not fall off from the belt-shaped accessory by the drop-off prevention means. It is firmly held between the outer surface of the jewelry.
[0011]
Further, the additional member is protected from an unintended external force load by the transmission holding member, so that the additional member is not damaged or damaged.
When the additional member is a decorative component, the additional member is visually recognized through the transparent holding member.
When the additional member is a health-enhancing component, the health-enhancing component is not only visually recognized through the transparent holding member, but also the far-infrared rays and magnetic force generated from this component act on the skin of the wearer through the transparent holding member. .
Further, since it is not necessary to bond the additional member to the belt-shaped accessory, the beauty of the belt-shaped accessory is not impaired by the protrusion of the adhesive.
[0012]
Further, since this attaching operation is easy, a belt-shaped accessory having an additional member can be manufactured at low cost.
Here, the transparent holding member is a transparent or translucent member that allows the transparent holding member to be visually recognized, and is made of, for example, inorganic glass, organic glass, synthetic resin, rubber, ceramic, or the like. Further, by including colored particles such as pigments in these materials, the transparent holding member may be colored in a range where the transparent holding member can be visually recognized.
[0013]
In the present invention according to claim 2, the additional member can be a decorative part.
Materials for decorative parts include metals such as stainless steel, titanium, titanium alloy and brass, ceramics such as cloisonne, natural fibers, synthetic fibers, leather, paper such as photographs and pictures, coins, and flexible bodies such as synthetic resins and rubber. Any material may be used as long as it can be sandwiched between the outer surface of the band-shaped accessory and the transparent holding member. Marks, patterns, pictures, or the like may be attached to the visible outer surfaces of these decorative members. Alternatively, an identification code such as a product number or a part number may be given.
[0014]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the additional member may be a health promotion part. As the health promotion component, a far-infrared ray generating component or a magnetic generating component such as a permanent magnet is used.
As the far infrared ray generating component, for example, Si 3 N 4 , C, TiO 2 , MgO, ZrO 2 , Fe (OH) 2 For example, a molded part obtained by kneading an inorganic substance such as the above into a solvent-based binder and molding the mixture may be employed. Alternatively, a liquefied resin such as silicon is mixed with fine powder ore obtained by pulverizing various types of ores such as barley stone, serpentine, amphibolite, brown stone, zeolite, fluorite, and felsong stone. Alternatively, a far-infrared ray generating component formed into a chip shape by applying it may be adopted. Further, a part obtained by drying a moss plant such as Sugigoke or Zenigoke and adding a finely powdered plant formed into a powder form may be used.
[0015]
As the far-infrared ray generating component, for example, a tourmaline ore rough, a ceramic molded component containing tourmaline ore powder, or a synthetic resin molded component containing tourmaline ore powder may be used.
A ceramic molded part containing tourmaline ore powder is produced, for example, as follows. Ceramic fine hollow particles and tourmaline powder are used as main constituent materials, and a ceramic composition containing a material serving as a flux and water are added and kneaded. Next, the kneaded material may be cast into a predetermined mold, press-formed, and then fired.
As the flux, for example, one or more selected from the group consisting of feldspar, limestone, magnesium carbonate, phosphate lime, lead oxide, boric acid, borax, sodium carbonate, sodium nitrate, and zinc oxide are added. I do.
[0016]
The ceramic composition is B 2 O 3 , SiO 2 , GeO 2 , ZrO 2 , P 2 O 5 , As 2 O 5 , Sb 2 O 3 , Bi 2 O 3 , P 2 O 3 , Sb 2 O 5 , SO 3 Acid oxides such as Na 2 O, K 2 Basic oxides such as O, CaO, and MgO, and Al 2 O 3 , Fe 2 O 3 , ZnO, PbO, TiO 2 And the like are included. For example, SiO 2 -Na 2 O-Bi 2 O 3 , SiO 2 -Na 2 O-CaO, SiO 2 -K 2 O-CaO, Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2 -Na 2 O-CaO-B 2 O 3 , Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2 -TiO 2 -CaO-B 2 O 3 , CaO-SiO 2 -Al 2 O 3 -Fe 2 O 3 Or SiO 2 -Al 2 O 3 -K 2 At least one selected from the group A such as O is used. Or natural kaolin, plastic clay (frog eye clay, Kibushi clay, ball clay, etc.), sericite, pottery stone, waxite, bentonite, quartzite, chamotte, feldspar, limestone, magnesite, dolomite, wollastonite, Any one or two or more selected from group B such as talc and bone ash are used in combination. At least one selected from groups A and B may be blended and used.
[0017]
As a synthetic resin molded part containing tourmaline ore powder, for example, a part formed by mixing a liquefied resin such as silicon and tourmaline ore powder and subjecting to heat treatment to form a sheet shape may be used.
[0018]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the outer surface of the belt-shaped accessory is provided with the concave portion in which the additional member is stored. Therefore, the additional member is reliably positioned on the outer surface of the belt-shaped accessory.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the transmission holding member may be fixed in the recess.
At this time, as described in claim 6 of the present invention, if the outer surface of the transparent holding member does not protrude from the outer surface of the band-shaped accessory, the transparent holding member does not hit the skin of the wearer of the band-shaped accessory. The wearing feeling of the belt-shaped accessory becomes good. In addition, since an unintended external force is less likely to be applied to the transmission holding member, the risk of the transmission holding member coming off is reduced.
[0019]
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the transmission holding member is fixed in the recess by the packing compressed between the side surface of the transmission holding member and the inner wall of the recess. Since this attaching operation is easy, a belt-shaped accessory having an additional member can be manufactured at low cost. Further, since the inside of the concave portion is waterproof, sand and water do not enter the concave portion. Therefore, the additional member does not rust or discolor due to moisture, humidity, or the like. The packing can be made of synthetic resin or rubber.
At this time, as described in claim 8 of the present invention, a step portion on which the transmission holding member is placed may be provided in the concave portion. Then, the transmission holding member is reliably positioned and placed in the recess.
Further, as described in claim 9, if the transmission holding member is fixed in the recess by the packing, the transmission holding member is preferably made of a transparent or translucent inorganic glass.
[0020]
According to the tenth aspect of the present invention, in the transparent holding member of the belt-shaped accessory according to the present invention, at least one of the outer surface and the inner surface may be coated with a decorative layer. The decorative layer is covered by means such as printing, painting, or dry plating such as evaporation. The decorative layer is preferably a pattern, a mark, a picture, a character, a symbol, or the like, for example.
[0021]
Further, according to claim 11 of the present invention, an outer cushioning member may be disposed between the additional member and the transmission holding member.
Thus, even if an unintended external force is applied to the transmission holding member, the external force is buffered by the external buffer member, so that the additional member is protected from the external force. In particular, if the additional member is a brittle material, for example, if it is a decorative part made of ceramic or glass, or a health promotion part such as a ceramic molded part containing tourmaline, the additional member may be damaged or broken by an external impact. do not do.
The outer cushioning member is preferably made of a flexible material. As the material of the outer cushioning member, for example, synthetic resin or rubber is adopted.
[0022]
In this case, according to claim 12 of the present invention, it is preferable that the outer cushioning member is a frame that is in contact with the inner surface of the transmission holding member. Then, the additional member is visually recognized through the opening inside the frame.
Further, according to the thirteenth aspect of the present invention, the outer cushioning member may include a side surface portion that is in contact with the outer surface of the additional member and the inner wall of the recess. Then, even if an impact is applied to the belt-shaped accessory, the side surface of the additional member is protected from the impact. Therefore, the risk of the additional member being broken by the impact is further reduced.
[0023]
Further, according to claim 14 of the present invention, an inner cushioning member may be disposed between the additional member and the outer surface of the belt-shaped accessory.
Then, even if an impact is applied to the belt-shaped accessory, the impact is buffered by the inner buffer member and is not transmitted to the inner surface of the additional member. Therefore, the risk of the additional member being broken by the impact is reduced.
[0024]
In this case, according to claim 15 of the present invention, the inner cushioning member can include an insertion portion into which the additional member is inserted. Then, the additional member and the inner cushioning member are reliably positioned. Further, even if an impact is applied to the belt-shaped accessory, the additional member does not move and does not collide with the inner wall of the recess. Therefore, the danger of the additional member being damaged or broken by the impact is reduced.
Further, according to claim 16 of the present invention, the inner cushioning member may include a side surface portion that contacts the side surface of the additional member and the inner wall of the concave portion. Then, even if an impact is applied to the belt-shaped accessory, the impact is buffered by the inner cushioning member and is not transmitted to the side surface of the additional member. Therefore, the risk of the additional member being broken by the impact is reduced.
[0025]
According to the seventeenth aspect of the present invention, when the wearer wears the belt-shaped accessory, the additional member is provided on the outer surface of the belt-shaped accessory facing the skin of the wearer.
In particular, when the additional member is a health promotion component, the far-infrared rays and magnetic force generated by the additional member more effectively act on the body of the wearer. For example, the additional member can be arranged on the back side of the band-shaped jewelry.
However, if the additional member is a decorative part, the additional member may be arranged not only on the back side of the band-shaped accessory but also on another place such as the front side.
[0026]
Further, according to claim 18 of the present invention, the belt-like accessory may be a wristwatch.
In this case, as described in claim 19, the additional member may be provided on the outer surface on the back side of the watch case. For example, the additional member may be provided on a case back.
[0027]
When the band-shaped accessory is a wristwatch, it is preferable that a through hole penetrating into the inside of the case is formed on the bottom surface of the concave portion, as described in claim 20.
When the transmission holding member is incorporated into the recess through the packing in a watertight manner, the transmission holding member may not be incorporated into the recess due to the repulsive force of the air in the recess compressed by the transmission holding member and the packing. In such a case, if the through hole is provided, the air in the concave portion compressed by the transmission holding member and the packing can be released into the case. Therefore, the transmission holding member is easily incorporated in the recess.
Further, by pressing the additional member outward from the inside of the case, the additional member and the transparent holding member can be easily removed from the back cover. In this case, even if the additional member is removed from the recess through the through hole and the transmission holding member is pressed outward from the inside of the case, the transmission holding member can be easily removed from the case, for example, the case back.
Furthermore, the additional member can be easily replaced through the through hole, and the additional member can be easily replaced.
[0028]
In this case, as described in claim 20, it is preferable to include a fixing member for closing an opening of the through hole facing the inside of the case. Then, the fixing member suppresses the additional member so that the additional member in the concave portion does not come out toward the inside of the case.
In this case, the fixing member is preferably detachable from the opening of the through hole by fixing means such as a screw. Then, by removing the fixing member, the additional member can be easily replaced through the through hole.
[0029]
Further, in this case, as described in claim 22, the side surface portion of the outer cushioning member may be provided with an extension portion that protrudes from an opening of the through hole facing the inside of the case. Then, if the extension portion is gripped and the outer cushioning member is withdrawn from the through hole, the additional member together with the outer cushioning member can be removed from the back cover.
[0030]
According to claims 23 to 26 of the present invention, for example, the additional member may be provided in a band connecting portion of the watch case.
In addition, the present invention provides an additional member including a clasp, a band piece, an intermediate connecting member disposed between a watch case and a band, or an intermediate connecting member connected between a band and a band, or a band. And an intermediate connecting member connected between the buckle and the clasp.
[0031]
Further, according to claim 27 of the present invention, the health promotion component is one selected from the group of far-infrared ray generating component or magnetism generating component.
In this case, as described in claim 28, the health-promoting part is a ceramic molded part containing tourmaline ore powder.
[0032]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
(1st Embodiment)
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a wristwatch according to a first embodiment of the present invention as viewed from the back, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the wristwatch.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in a wristwatch to which the present invention is applied, a case 1, a windshield 2, a dial 3, a movement 4, a dial 3, and a movement 4 are pressed and held on a step 5 of the case. It has a metal back cover 6. The back cover 6 is fixed to the case by pressing the projection 8 of the pressing portion 7 into the recess 10 of the case 1.
[0033]
This embodiment shows an embodiment in which a health promotion component or a decorative component (hereinafter, collectively referred to as an additional member) is attached to the back cover 6.
The additional member 11 has a disk shape. In addition, a circular concave portion 12 similar to the additional member 11 is formed on the outer surface of the back cover, specifically, in the central portion on the back side.
As shown in FIG. 2, the concave portion 12 is formed as a stepped concave portion having a step portion 12c. That is, inside the recess 12, a bottomed storage recess 12 a for storing the additional member is formed. An outer concave portion 12b having a larger diameter than the inner concave portion 12a is formed continuously outside the inner concave portion 12a. Therefore, a step 12c is formed between the inner recess 12a and the outer recess 12b. For example, the storage inner concave portion 12a and the outer concave portion 12b form a concentric circular shape. The storage recess 12 a has a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the additional member 11.
[0034]
In order to mount the additional member 11 in the recess 12, the additional member 11 is first placed in the recess 12 a in the housing of the recess 12. Next, a frame-shaped, for example, ring-shaped packing 15 is inserted along the inner peripheral surface of the outer concave portion 12b and in contact with the step portion 12c. The packing 15 is made of, for example, a flexible synthetic resin.
Then, the transmission holding member 14 is inserted into the outer concave portion 12b. The transmission holding member 14 is formed, for example, as a transparent inorganic glass disk.
The transmission holding member 14 is pressed into the packing 15 so that the packing 15 is compressed between the inner peripheral surface of the outer concave portion 12b and the outer peripheral surface of the holding member 14. The transmission holding member 14 is press-fitted until it comes into contact with the step portion 12c. Therefore, the holding member 14 is held in the outer recess 12b by the elastic force of the compressed packing 15.
In this manner, the transmission holding member 14 is held in the recess 12 by the drop-off prevention means with the packing 15 interposed.
As a result, the additional member 11 is held inside the transmission holding member 14 held by the drop-off preventing means, specifically, in the recess 12a inside the storage.
[0035]
Here, the inside indicates the upper side of the drawing, and the outside indicates the lower side of the drawing. The inside is the side in contact with the wrist of the wristwatch when the band-shaped accessory, for example, the wristwatch is wound around the wrist. The expression “outer surface” or “inner surface” follows this.
[0036]
Since the transparent holding member 14 is transparent to transmit light, when the additional member 11 is a decorative component, the additional member 11 is visually recognized through the holding member 14.
Also, when the additional member 11 is a health-promoting component, the health-promoting component is visually recognized through the transparent holding member 14, so that the purchaser is notified of the existence of the health-promoting component, and the purchaser is encouraged to purchase. Further, far infrared rays and magnetic force generated from the additional member 11 act on the skin of the wearer through the transmission holding member 14.
[0037]
Here, when the additional member 11 is a decorative part, the material is metal such as stainless steel, titanium, titanium alloy, brass, ceramics such as cloisonne, natural fibers, synthetic fibers, leather, paper such as photographs and pictures, coins, Alternatively, it is a flexible body such as synthetic resin or rubber.
As the health promotion component, a far-infrared ray generating component or a magnetic generating component such as a permanent magnet is used.
[0038]
[0039]
As the far-infrared ray generating component, for example, a tourmaline ore rough, a ceramic molded component containing tourmaline ore powder, or a synthetic resin molded component containing tourmaline ore powder may be used.
[0040]
A ceramic molded part containing tourmaline ore powder is produced, for example, as follows. Ceramic fine hollow particles and tourmaline powder are used as main constituent materials, and a ceramic composition containing a material serving as a flux and water are added and kneaded.
Next, the kneaded material may be cast into a predetermined mold, press-formed, and then fired.
[0041]
As the flux, for example, one or more selected from the group consisting of feldspar, limestone, magnesium carbonate, phosphate lime, lead oxide, boric acid, borax, sodium carbonate, sodium nitrate, and zinc oxide are added. I do.
[0042]
[0043]
As a synthetic resin molded part containing tourmaline ore powder, for example, a part formed by mixing a liquefied resin such as silicon and tourmaline ore powder and subjecting to heat treatment to form a sheet shape may be used.
[0044]
Now, in the holding state, since the additional member 11 is completely sealed by the holding member 14, there is no damage by external force. In addition, the lower surface of the holding member 14 is substantially flush with the lower surface of the back cover 6, so that the lower surface of the holding member does not protrude from the lower surface of the back cover. Thereby, the holding member does not come off due to an external force, and there is no local pressure contact feeling when the wristwatch is worn, so that the wearing feeling is not deteriorated. Then, the holding member 14 is securely fitted into the outer concave portion 12b of the back cover by the falling-off prevention means by the packing 15, and the holding of the additional member 11 is ensured.
[0045]
(2nd Embodiment)
FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing a second embodiment of the present invention. In the following description, the same members as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof may be omitted.
In this embodiment, a through hole 17 communicating with the inside of the case is formed in the back cover 6 on the bottom surface of the concave portion 12, that is, on the outer surface of the inner concave portion 12a facing outward. A step 19 is formed there, where the additional member 11 is supported. The outer and inner surfaces of the transparent holding member 14 are covered with a decorative layer 18 made of a symbol, a mark, a picture, a pattern, or the like. The decorative layer 18 may be formed on any one of the outer surface and the inner surface of the transmission holding member 14.
The decorative layer 18 is coated on the surface of the transparent holding member 14 by, for example, printing, painting, or dry plating such as evaporation.
Alternatively, instead of the decoration layer 18, a recess having a shape similar to that of the decoration layer 18 and representing a symbol, a mark, a picture, a pattern, or the like is engraved on the surface of the transmission holding member 14 by means such as etching or laser. Is also good. Alternatively, a recess having the same shape as the decoration layer 18 may be formed by means such as press or injection molding.
[0046]
According to the present embodiment, when the transmission holding member 14 is incorporated into the recess 12 via the packing 15, the air compressed in the recess 12 by the transmission holding member 14 can escape into the case 1. This not only facilitates the assembling work, but also ensures it.
Further, the back cover 6 is removed, a tool is inserted through the through hole 17, and the additional member 11 and the holding member 14 are pushed outward, whereby the additional member 11 and the holding member 14 can be removed from the back cover 6. Then, the additional member 11 can be replaced with another additional member.
[0047]
(Third embodiment)
FIG. 4 is an exploded sectional view showing a part of the third embodiment, and FIG. 5 is a sectional view showing the whole thereof.
The present embodiment is a mode in which an additional member is protected against an external impact.
That is, as shown in FIG. 5, an annular outer cushioning member 20 surrounding the outer periphery of the additional member 11 is provided. The outer cushioning member 20 forms a frame made of a soft material such as synthetic resin or rubber. The outer cushioning member 20 is formed with an opening 20c penetrating in the front-back direction, that is, in the vertical direction in the drawing.
Specifically, the outer cushioning member 20 includes an outer peripheral portion 20a that contacts the outer peripheral portion of the additional member 11, and a flange-shaped peripheral edge portion 20b that extends from the outer peripheral portion 20a toward the center of the opening 20c. . The peripheral portion 20b covers and contacts the peripheral portion of the outer surface of the additional member 11.
[0048]
As shown in FIG. 5, as in the first and second embodiments, the holding member 14 is attached to the recess 12b via packing. Therefore, the additional member 11 is held in the concave portion 12a.
In this state, the outer peripheral portion 20a of the outer cushioning member 20 is located between the inner peripheral surface of the concave portion 12a and the outer peripheral surface of the additional member 11, and is in contact with both. Further, the peripheral edge portion 20b of the outer cushioning member 20 is located between the outer surface of the additional member 11 and the inner surface of the holding member 14, and is in contact with both.
[0049]
The impact applied from the outside along the front and back directions is buffered by the peripheral edge portion 20b. Further, a radial impact, that is, an impact applied from the outside in the left-right direction of the drawing is received by the outer peripheral portion 20a.
An opening 20c is formed in the outer cushioning member, and the additional member 11 can be visually recognized through the opening 20c. When the additional member is a decorative component, the opening 20c is indispensable because the belt-shaped accessory is not decorated unless the decorative component is visually recognized. When the additional member is a health promotion part, the opening 20c may not be provided.
[0050]
(Fourth embodiment)
FIG. 6 is an exploded sectional view showing a part of the fourth embodiment, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view showing the whole thereof.
The present embodiment is characterized in that an inner buffer member 21 is further provided in addition to the outer buffer member 20 in the third embodiment.
The inner cushioning member 21 has a disk shape made of the same material as the outer cushioning member 20. The outer cushioning member 20 includes a disk-shaped base 21 a that is in contact with the inner surface of the additional member 11. Further, an outer peripheral portion 21b extending outward from the outer peripheral edge of the base 21a is formed on the member 20. Therefore, a concave portion surrounded by the outer peripheral portion 21b projecting in a ring shape is formed on the outer surface of the inner cushioning member 21 as the insertion portion 21c. The outer peripheral portion 21b contacts the outer peripheral surface of the additional member 11.
[0051]
As in the third embodiment, the additional member 11 is held inside the holding member 14, and the outer cushioning member 20 is sandwiched between the inner surface of the holding member 14 and the outer surface of the additional member 11. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the inner cushioning member 21 is sandwiched between the inner surface of the additional member 11 and the outer surface of the concave portion 12a, that is, the bottom surface. The additional member 11 is inserted into the insertion portion 21c of the inner cushioning member 21, and rattling of the additional member 11 is suppressed.
In this state, the base 21a of the inner cushioning member 21 is located between the bottom surface of the concave portion 12a and the inner surface of the additional member 11, and is in contact with both. Further, the outer peripheral portion 21b of the inner cushioning member 21 is located between the inner peripheral surface of the concave portion 12a and the outer peripheral surface of the additional member 11, and is in contact with both.
The outer peripheral portion 21b of the inner buffer member 21 abuts on the outer peripheral portion 20a of the outer buffer member 20, and the outer peripheral portion 21b and the outer peripheral portion 20a are combined to completely cover the outer peripheral surface of the additional member 11.
[0052]
Thus, the additional member 11 is completely surrounded by the inner cushioning member 21 and the outer cushioning member 20. Therefore, in this embodiment, the additional member 11 is more completely protected against external impact. However, the outer buffer member 20 may be omitted and only the inner buffer member 21 may be provided.
[0053]
(Fifth embodiment)
FIG. 8 is an exploded sectional view showing a part of the fifth embodiment, and FIG. 9 is a sectional view showing the whole thereof.
In the present embodiment, a flat inner buffer member 23 is provided in place of the inner buffer member 21 in the fourth embodiment. Further, a disk-shaped fixing member 24 is added.
On the other hand, a through hole 25 is formed in the back cover 6 at the bottom of the concave portion 12. Here, the step 19 in the second embodiment is not formed.
[0054]
As shown in FIG. 9, a recess 26 having the same diameter as the through hole 25 is formed on the outer surface of the fixing member 24, that is, the surface facing the additional member 11. The fixing member 24 is fixed to the inner surface of the back cover 6 by several screws 27. The inner cushioning member 23 is disposed in the concave portion 26 of the fixing member 24 placed on the back cover 6. The additional member 11 is arranged so as to be in contact with the outside of the inner buffer member 23. As in the fourth embodiment, the outer cushioning member 20 and the transmission holding member 14 are arranged outside the additional member 11. Since the diameter of the inner buffer member 23 is larger than the diameter of the additional member 11, the periphery of the additional member 11 is surrounded by the inner and outer buffer members 23 and 20. Thus, the additional member 11 is held in the back cover 6 by the transmission holding member 14.
[0055]
According to the present embodiment, the fixing member 24 can be easily removed from the back cover 6 by removing the back cover 6 from the case 1 and then removing the screw 27. Then, the additional member 11 can be easily exchanged through the through hole 25.
[0056]
(Sixth embodiment)
FIG. 10 is an exploded sectional view showing a part of the sixth embodiment, and FIG. 11 is a sectional view showing the whole.
In the present embodiment, the fixing member 24 in the fifth embodiment is omitted. Further, in place of the inner cushioning member 21 and the outer cushioning member 20, an inner cushioning member 30 and an outer cushioning member 31 whose shapes are changed are provided.
On the outer side of the inner cushioning member 30, an outer peripheral projection 30a that is in contact with the outer periphery of the additional member 11 is formed. Therefore, a concave portion 30 b surrounded by the outer peripheral protrusion 30 a is formed on the outer surface of the inner cushioning member 30.
The outer cushioning member 31 is illustrated as a cylindrical component that penetrates in front and back directions, that is, inward and outward directions. A step portion 31a for receiving the outer peripheral protrusion 30a is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer buffer member 31 on the outer side. Further, a step 31b for receiving the additional member 11 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer cushioning member 31 further outward than the step 31a. The diameter of the step 31b is formed smaller than the diameter of the step 31a.
Further, a flange 31c, which is an extending portion extending outward in the radial direction, is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the outer cushioning member 31 closer to the inner side.
[0057]
As shown in FIG. 10, the inner cushioning member 30 and the additional member 11 are housed inside the outer cushioning member 31. That is, the additional member 11 is disposed on the step portion 31b of the inner buffer member 30. Then, the inner buffer member 30 is disposed on the step portion 31 a of the inner buffer member 30. Therefore, the inner buffer member 30 is overlapped so as to be in contact with the outside of the additional member 11. As in the third embodiment, the peripheral portion formed on the outer end portion of the outer buffer member 31 covers the peripheral edge of the outer surface of the additional member 11.
[0058]
As shown in FIG. 11, the flange 31 c projects from an opening in the through hole of the back cover 6 facing the inside of the case, and abuts on the inner surface of the back cover 6. The outer cushioning member 31 holds the additional member 11 and the inner cushioning member 30. The transmission holding member 14 holds the whole, and the flange 31 c contacts the lower surface of the movement 4.
According to the present embodiment, the additional member 11 can be easily replaced by removing the back cover 6 from the case 1 and removing the outer cushioning member 31.
[0059]
The embodiment described below is an example in which the additional member 11 is attached to a portion other than the back cover.
(Seventh embodiment)
FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing the seventh embodiment, and FIG. 13 is a sectional view thereof.
A concave portion 34 is formed on the outer surface on the back side of the band connecting portion 33a protruding from the watch case 33. The additional member 11 is mounted in the concave portion 34 by the transmission holding member 14 and the packing 15 as described above.
(Eighth embodiment)
FIG. 14 is a perspective view of the eighth embodiment viewed from the back side.
This embodiment shows an example in which a plurality of additional members are attached to pieces of a plurality of bands. Each piece 47 is sequentially connected by known means to form a band. A recess 48 is formed on the outer surface on the back side of each piece 47. The additional member 11 is held in the recess 48 by the holding member 14 and the packing 15 as described above.
The material of each piece 47 is, for example, metal, synthetic resin, rubber, ceramic, or the like, and is not particularly limited. When the additional member 11 is a decorative component, the additional member 11 may be arranged on the outer surface on the front side of the piece.
[0060]
(Ninth embodiment)
FIG. 15 is an exploded perspective view showing the ninth embodiment.
In this example, the outer surface on the back side of the first intermediate connecting member 56 connected between the first band 54 and the second band 55 connected to one end of the watch case 53, and the case 53 and the other band Recesses 60 are formed on the outer surface on the back side of the second intermediate connecting member 58 connected to the second intermediate connecting member 58. Then, the additional member 11 is attached to each of the concave portions 60 by the packing 15 and the holding member 14 as described above.
[0061]
For connecting the intermediate connecting member and the case or the intermediate connecting member and the band, known connecting means, for example, a spring bar as shown in the figure is used. An appropriate material such as a metal or a synthetic resin is adopted as a material of the intermediate connecting member. The addition of the intermediate connecting member gives the watch a new aesthetic. When a decorative portion such as a symbol, a mark, or a picture is attached to the outer surface on the front side of the intermediate connecting member, the wristwatch is further decorated.
As described above, when the additional member is a decorative component, the additional member may be disposed on the outer surface on the front side of the intermediate connecting member.
[0062]
(Tenth embodiment)
FIG. 16 is a perspective view showing the tenth embodiment, and FIG. 17 is a sectional view thereof.
This example is an example in which an additional member is attached to a three-folded clasp. The middle clasp includes a front cover 61, a middle plate 62 and a lower plate 63. The lower plate is connected to the other band 65 via an intermediate connecting member 64. As shown in FIG. 17, the outer surface on the back side of the lower plate 63, that is, a part of the lower surface of the lower plate 63 in FIG.
Then, concave portions 66 are formed on the outer surface (lower surface) of the lower plate 63 on the back side of the storage section 67 and on the outer surface (upper surface) of the intermediate connecting member 64 on the front side. As described above, the additional member 11 is incorporated in each of the concave portions 66 by the packing 15 and the holding member 14.
[0063]
According to the ninth and tenth embodiments, it is understood that at least one intermediate connecting member can be arranged between any of the components constituting the watch, that is, between any of the case, the band, the clasp, and the like. At least one intermediate connecting member may be arranged between any of the components constituting the belt-shaped accessory.
[0064]
(Eleventh embodiment)
FIG. 18 is a perspective view showing the eleventh embodiment, and FIG. 19 is a sectional view. In this example, the present invention is applied to a middle clasp.
The connection type clasp has a clasp case 71 connected to one band 70, and a connection fitting 72 rotatably attached to the case with a pin. The connection fitting 72 can be inverted by passing through a space between a piece 74 connected to the other band 73 and a pin 79 attached to the piece 74. The lock pin 75 of the connection fitting 72 is inserted into the hole 76 of the case 71, and the lock pin 75 engages with the hook of the locking plate (push button) 77. Thus, it is a Nakadome that connects both bands.
Then, a concave portion 80 is formed on the back side of the connecting portion 78 integral with the case 71, and the additional member 11 is incorporated by the holding member 14 and the packing 15 as described above.
[0065]
(Twelfth embodiment)
