Description

【0001】
たとえば、SiO−NaO−Bi、SiO−NaO−CaO、SiO−KO−CaO、Al−SiO−NaO−CaO−B、Al−SiO−TiO−CaO−B、CaO−SiO−Al−Fe、あるいはSiO−Al−KOなどの群Aから選択される、少なくとも1種を使用する。
たとえば、SiO−NaO−Bi、SiO−NaO−CaO、SiO−KO−CaO、Al−SiO−NaO−CaO−B、Al−SiO−TiO−CaO−B、CaO−SiO−Al−Fe、あるいはSiO−Al−KOなどの群Aから選択される、少なくとも1種を使用する。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a band-shaped accessory such as a wristwatch, a bracelet, or a necklace, provided with an additional member such as a decorative component or a health promotion component.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART Band-shaped accessories to which additional members such as decorative parts or health promotion parts are attached are already known.
For example, as a decorative member for enhancing the decorativeness of a wristwatch, a nameplate attached to a case back is widely known. The nameplate is a plate made of a metal such as stainless steel or brass, or a material such as a synthetic resin, and having a pattern, a picture, or the like on the surface. The nameplate has been adhered to the outer surface of the back cover with an adhesive tape such as a double-sided tape or an adhesive.
On the other hand, in recent years, components that generate negative ions and components that generate far-infrared rays have been used in wristwatches as health-promoting components for improving the health of a wearer. By providing these health-promoting components such as the negative ion-generating component and the far-infrared ray-generating component, a function as a health-promoting device other than the timing function is added to the wristwatch.
[0003]
Tourmaline is widely used as this health promotion part. Tourmaline, also known as tourmaline, generates moderate far-infrared rays for the human body with slight heating or pressurization. Furthermore, when water molecules in the atmosphere pass into the electric field of tourmaline generated by heating or pressurization, the water molecules are dissociated into hydrogen ions and hydroxyl ions. This hydroxyl ion combines with a water molecule to become a negatively charged hydroxyl ion and floats in the atmosphere. Air containing this negative ion promotes health. As described above, tourmaline generates both far-infrared rays and negative ions, and thus is widely used as a health promotion component.
Wristwatches are already available on the market, where tourmaline-containing components are glued to the outside of the case back.
In addition, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 10-14624 teaches that a negative ion generating component including tourmaline is mounted not only on the back cover but also on a clasp. Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3023559 teaches that a negative ion generating component and a magnet are alternately mounted on the back side of a band piece.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, decorative parts such as nameplates must be exposed and adhered to the outer surface of the wristwatch so that they can be seen by a purchaser or a wearer. Also, health promotion parts such as tourmaline must be heated and pressurized on the wearer's skin, so they must be exposed and bonded to the outer surface of the wristwatch so as to touch the wearer's skin. Therefore, careless external force is likely to be applied to these decorative parts and health promotion parts, and as a result, there is a problem that the wristwatch is easily detached from the wristwatch by the load of the external force.
Therefore, in the market, there is a demand for a wristwatch that does not easily come off with decorative parts and health-promoting parts. No means are disclosed.
[0005]
In addition, since both the decorative parts and the health promotion parts were directly adhered to the wristwatch, the production was troublesome and the production cost was increased. In addition, when the adhesive or the adhesive tape protruded, the beauty of the jewelry was greatly impaired.
These problems also exist when attaching decorative parts and health-promoting parts to not only watches but also other belt-like accessories such as bracelets and necklaces.
Accordingly, a first object of the present invention is to provide a belt-shaped accessory to which an additional member such as a decorative component or a health promotion component is firmly attached.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a belt-shaped accessory to which an additional member is attached with a good appearance.
Further, a third object of the present invention is to provide a structure capable of inexpensively manufacturing a belt-shaped accessory to which an additional member is attached.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the belt-shaped accessory according to claim 1 of the present invention has an additional member disposed on the surface of the belt-shaped accessory, a holding member in contact with the outside of the additional member, and the holding member falling off from the belt-shaped accessory. And means for preventing falling off.
With this configuration, the additional member is firmly held on the belt-shaped accessory by merely arranging the additional member on the outer surface of the belt-shaped accessory, covering the outer surface with the holding member, and fixing the holding member to the belt-shaped accessory. Further, since it is not necessary to bond the additional member to the belt-shaped accessory, the beauty of the belt-shaped accessory is not impaired by the protrusion of the adhesive. Further, since this attaching operation is easy, a belt-shaped accessory having an additional member can be manufactured at low cost.
[0007]
In the present invention according to claim 2, the additional member can be a decorative part.
Materials for decorative parts include metals such as stainless steel, titanium, titanium alloy and brass, ceramics such as cloisonne, natural fibers, synthetic fibers, leather, paper such as photographs and pictures, coins, and flexible bodies such as synthetic resins and rubber. Any material can be used as long as it can be sandwiched between the outer surface of the belt-shaped accessory and the holding member. Marks, patterns, or pictures may be provided on the exposed surfaces of these decorative members. Alternatively, an identification code such as a product number or a part number may be given.
[0008]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the additional member may be a health promotion part. As the health promotion component, a far-infrared ray generating component, a negative ion generating component, a magnetic generating component such as a permanent magnet, or the like is employed.
As the far infrared ray generating component, for example, Si 3 N 4 , C, TiO 2 , MgO, ZrO 2 , Fe (OH) 2 For example, a molded part obtained by kneading an inorganic substance such as the above into a solvent-based binder and molding the mixture may be employed. Alternatively, a liquefied resin such as silicon is mixed with fine powder ore obtained by pulverizing various types of ores such as barley stone, serpentine, amphibolite, brown stone, zeolite, fluorite, and felsong stone. Alternatively, a far-infrared ray generating component formed into a chip shape by applying it may be adopted. Further, a part obtained by drying a moss plant such as Sugigoke or Zenigoke and adding a finely powdered plant formed into a powder form may be used.
[0009]
As the negative ion generating component, for example, a raw tourmaline ore, a ceramic molded component containing tourmaline ore powder, or a synthetic resin molded component containing tourmaline ore powder may be used. If tourmaline is used, the negative ion generating component also functions as a far-infrared ray generating component.
A ceramic molded part containing tourmaline ore powder is produced, for example, as follows. Ceramic fine hollow particles and tourmaline powder are used as main constituent materials, and a ceramic composition containing a material serving as a flux and water are added and kneaded. Next, the kneaded material may be cast into a predetermined mold, press-formed, and then fired.
As the flux, for example, one or more selected from the group consisting of feldspar, limestone, magnesium carbonate, phosphate lime, lead oxide, boric acid, borax, sodium carbonate, sodium nitrate, and zinc oxide are added. I do.
[0010]
The ceramic composition is B 2 O 3 , SiO 2 , GeO 2 , ZrO 2 , P 2 O 5 , As 2 O 5 , Sb 2 O 3 , Bi 2 O 3 , P 2 O 3 , Sb 2 O 5 , SO 3 Acid oxides such as Na 2 O, K 2 Basic oxides such as O, CaO, and MgO, and Al 2 O 3 , Fe 2 O 3 , ZnO, PbO, TiO 2 And the like are included. For example, SiO 2 -Na 2 O-Bi 2 O 3 , SiO 2 -Na 2 O-CaO, SiO 2 -K 2 O-CaO, Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2 -Na 2 O-CaO-B 2 O 3 , Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2 -TiO 2 -CaO-B 2 O 3 , CaO-SiO 2 -Al 2 O 3 -Fe 2 O 3 Or SiO 2 -Al 2 O 3 -K 2 At least one selected from the group A such as O is used. Or natural kaolin, plastic clay (frog eye clay, Kibushi clay, ball clay, etc.), sericite, pottery stone, waxite, bentonite, quartzite, chamotte, feldspar, limestone, magnesite, dolomite, wollastonite, Any one or two or more selected from group B such as talc and bone ash are used in combination. At least one selected from groups A and B may be blended and used.
As a synthetic resin molded part containing tourmaline ore powder, for example, a part formed by mixing a liquefied resin such as silicon and tourmaline ore powder and subjecting to heat treatment to form a sheet shape may be used.
[0011]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the holding member has a shape that exposes a part of the additional member to the outside.
With this configuration, when the additional member is a decorative component, the decorative component is exposed on the outer surface of the accessory so that the purchaser or the carrier can visually recognize the additional component. When the additional member is a health-promoting component such as tourmaline, the health-promoting component is exposed on the outer surface of the accessory so as to be heated or pressurized by the wearer's skin. In particular, when the health promotion component is a negative ion generating component, the negative ions are easily released to the outside of the belt-shaped accessory.
[0012]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the holding member can be a frame having an opening that exposes only a part of the additional member to the outside.
With this configuration, only a part of the additional member is exposed outward from the opening of the holding member. In addition, the peripheral portion surrounding the opening covers the additional member, and securely holds the additional member on the outer surface of the band-shaped accessory. Such a holding member can be, for example, a metal ring provided with a through hole as an opening inside.
Further, according to claim 6 of the present invention, the holding member is provided with a bridge portion bridged so as to pass through the inside of the through hole. The bridging portion covers the additional member and prevents the additional member from dropping from the accessory.
[0013]
Further, according to claim 7 of the present invention, the holding member includes the pressing portion that contacts the additional member so as to suppress the outward movement of the additional member.
With this configuration, the additional member is securely held between the holding portion of the holding member and the outer surface of the belt-shaped accessory.
Further, according to claim 8 of the present invention, the pressing portion can be a protrusion protruding around the opening.
According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, the additional member is compressed in the thickness direction between the pressing portion and the outer surface of the belt-shaped accessory. Therefore, the additional member is more firmly attached.
[0014]
According to the tenth aspect of the present invention, the additional member includes the groove into which the holding portion is inserted. Therefore, the position of the additional member does not shift.
According to the eleventh aspect of the present invention, the outer surface of the belt-shaped accessory is provided with the concave portion in which the additional member is stored. Therefore, not only is the additional member reliably positioned on the outer surface of the belt-shaped accessory, but also an unintended external force is less likely to be applied to the additional member, so that the risk of the additional member coming off is reduced.
According to the twelfth aspect of the present invention, the holding member may be fixed in the recess.
At this time, as described in claim 13 of the present invention, if the outer end surface of the holding member does not protrude from the outer surface of the band-shaped accessory, the holding member does not hit the skin of the wearer of the band-shaped accessory, The wearing feeling of the belt-shaped accessory becomes good. Moreover, since an unintended external force is less likely to be applied to the holding member, the risk of the holding member coming off is reduced.
[0015]
According to the fourteenth aspect of the present invention, the means for preventing the holding member and the band-shaped accessory from falling off may be configured such that the engagement cross-sectional shape of the holding member and the band-shaped accessory is larger at the back than at the entrance. .
More specifically, as described in claim 15 of the present invention, the falling-off preventing means is provided by a mechanical mechanism of the protrusion provided on the outer peripheral surface of the holding member and the groove provided on the inner peripheral surface of the concave portion of the band-shaped accessory. It may be engagement.
[0016]
Further, according to claim 16 of the present invention, the band-shaped accessory of the present invention may include a holding member held between the holding member and the additional member. When the holding member is provided, the belt-shaped accessory is further decorated. The material of the holding member may be any material as long as the material can be held like the additional member. The holding member is preferably provided with an opening for exposing the additional member, similarly to the holding member. For example, the holding member can be a ring-shaped plate made of metal, synthetic resin, rubber, or the like. A decorative layer such as a pattern or a mark may be provided on the surface of the sandwiching member by means such as printing, painting, wet plating, or dry plating.
[0017]
According to the seventeenth aspect of the present invention, the means for preventing the holding member and the band-shaped accessory from falling off may include a fixing member for fixing the holding member to the band-shaped accessory. In this case, as described in claim 18 of the present invention, the fixing member may be a member that is screwed to the belt-shaped accessory outside the holding member. Alternatively, as described in claim 19 of the present invention, the fixing member may be a member fixed to the belt-shaped accessory with screws outside the holding member.
[0018]
According to claims 19 to 26 of the present invention, if the additional member is a health promotion component, the additional member is provided in a portion facing the skin of the wearer when the wearer wears the belt-shaped accessory. Preferably. In this case, far infrared rays and negative ions act on the body of the wearer more effectively.
For example, the additional member may be provided on the back surface of the watch case. In this case, the additional member may be provided on the back cover of the watch case. Alternatively, the additional member may be provided on the band connecting portion of the watch case.
However, if the additional member is a decorative component, the additional member may be arranged not only on the back surface of the belt-shaped accessory but also on another location such as the front surface.
In addition, the present invention provides an additional member including a clasp, a band piece, an intermediate connecting member disposed between a watch case and a band, an intermediate connecting member connected between a band and a band, or a band and a center. An intermediate connecting member may be provided for connection with the clasp.
[0019]
In order to achieve this object, a band-shaped accessory according to claim 27 of the present invention is a band-shaped accessory provided with a health-promoting component, the band-shaped accessory including a health-promoting component inside a band.
According to this configuration, since an unintended external force is unlikely to be applied to the health promotion component, the health promotion component is firmly attached to the belt-shaped accessory. In addition, since the appearance does not change even if the health promotion parts are provided, the appearance is good. In addition, since there is no need for labor such as bonding, a belt-shaped accessory having health promotion parts can be manufactured at low cost.
[0020]
Further, according to claim 28 of the present invention, the present invention can include a health promotion component inside a leather band. In this case, for example, a health band may be manufactured by arranging health promotion parts together with the core material of the leather band.
Further, according to claim 29 of the present invention, the present invention can include a health promotion component inside a synthetic resin or rubber band. In this case, for example, a band including a health promotion component can be formed by insert molding. In this case, according to claim 30 of the present invention, the band preferably has an opening for exposing the health promotion component to the outside of the band. As a result, the health-promoting parts are not only heated or pressurized by the wearer's skin, but also the negative ions easily pass through the opening and are easily released to the outside of the band.
[0021]
According to claim 31 of the present invention, the health promotion component is one selected from the group consisting of a far-infrared ray generating component, a negative ion generating component, and a magnetic generating component.
According to claim 32 of the present invention, the health promotion part is a tourmaline-containing resin member formed of a synthetic resin containing fine powder of tourmaline ore. It is preferable to use a flexible resin such as silicon as the synthetic resin.
Then, when the tourmaline-containing resin member is arranged on the outer surface of the belt-shaped accessory, the tourmaline-containing resin portion is less likely to be damaged by an external force improperly applied.
In addition, when the tourmaline-containing resin member is disposed inside the band, the tourmaline-containing resin member can follow the bending of the band, so that not only is it difficult to be damaged, but also the feeling of wearing the band-shaped accessory becomes good.
[0022]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
(1st Embodiment)
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a wristwatch according to a first embodiment of the present invention as viewed from the back side, FIG. 2 is an exploded side view of a back cover, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a holding member, and FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged sectional view.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, a wristwatch to which the present invention is applied has a case 1, a windshield 2, a dial 3, a movement 4, a metal back for pressing and holding the dial 3 and the movement 4 on a step 5 of the case. It has a lid 6. The back cover 6 is fixed to the case 1 by pressing the protrusions 8 of the pressing portion 7 into the concave portions 10 of the case 1.
[0023]
This embodiment shows an embodiment in which a health promotion component or a decorative component (hereinafter, collectively referred to as an additional member) is attached to the back cover 6.
The additional member 11 has a disk shape. Then, a circular concave portion 12 similar to the additional member 11 is formed in a central portion on the back side of the back cover. The concave portion 12 has a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the additional member 11 and is formed deeper than the thickness of the additional member. As shown in FIG. 5, the diameter of the inner peripheral wall 13 of the concave portion 12 increases as it goes deeper. Therefore, the concave portion 12 forms an inverted truncated cone. As a result, the opening of the recess 12 is narrowed, and a groove 12 a is formed inside the recess 12.
The additional member 11 is accommodated in the recess 12. A holding member 14 made of metal or plastic is pressed into the recess 12. The holding member 14 is formed as an annular frame having a central portion penetrated. The through hole of the holding member 14 forms an opening 14 c of the holding member 14.
The holding member 14 includes an annular main body 14a, and a rising holding part 14b that projects inwardly from the lower part of the annular body in an inverted L shape. The diameter of the main body 14a increases in an inverted conical shape toward the base corresponding to the inner peripheral wall 13 of the concave portion 12. The tip of the holding portion 14 b is configured to be in pressure contact with the lower surface of the additional member 11.
[0024]
Next, a method of attaching the additional member 11 will be described.
The back cover 6 is fixed to a holding table (not shown) with the back face up, and the additional member 11 is inserted into the recess 12. Next, the main body 14a of the holding member 14 is compressed to a small diameter by a compression tool (not shown), and the holding member 14 is press-fitted between the inner peripheral wall 13 of the recess 12 and the additional member 11 by a press-fitting tool. As a result, the outer periphery of the main body 14a of the holding member 14 comes into pressure contact with the inner peripheral wall 13 of the concave portion 12 and the outer peripheral wall of the additional member 11, the tip of the pressing portion 14b comes into pressure contact with the lower surface of the additional member 11, and the additional member is firmly 6 is held.
[0025]
In the holding state, the lower surface of the holding member 14 is substantially flush with the lower surface of the back cover 6, and the lower surface of the holding member does not protrude from the lower surface of the back cover. Thus, the holding member does not come off due to an external force. Further, since there is no local pressure contact feeling when the wristwatch is worn, the wearing feeling is not deteriorated.
Furthermore, since the additional member 11 is housed behind the holding member 14, it is not damaged by an external force.
Then, the holding member 14 is securely fitted into the concave portion 12 of the back cover by the drop-off preventing means by the V-shaped cross section engagement. Therefore, the additional member 11 is held in the recess 12 of the back cover 6 by the holding member 14.
[0026]
In addition, in this holding state, the additional member 11 is exposed to the outside through the opening 14 c opened at the center of the holding member 14.
When the additional member 11 is a decorative component, the additional member 11 is visually recognized through the opening 14c, and the watch is decorated.
When the additional member 11 is a health-promoting component, for example, a health-promoting component containing tourmaline, the additional member 11 is heated or pressurized by the wearer's skin through the opening 14c. In addition, negative ions are emitted from the health promotion component to the outside of the wristwatch through the opening 14c.
[0027]
In the present embodiment, the holding member 14 is an annular frame, but the holding member 14 may be a frame of any shape. For example, the holding member may be a rectangular frame. In this case, a rectangular concave portion similar to the additional member may be formed in the central portion on the back side of the back cover.
Further, in the present embodiment, the opening 14c is formed in the holding member 14 in order to expose the additional member to the outside. However, if the shape of the holding member is such that the additional member can be exposed to the outside, It is not limited to a frame.
In this embodiment, the additional member is attached to the back of the back cover of the wristwatch. As described above, when the additional member is a health promotion component, when the wearer wears the belt-shaped accessory, the additional member may be provided on a portion facing the skin of the wearer, that is, the accessory, for example, the back side of the watch. preferable.
[0028]
Here, when the additional member 11 is a decorative part, the material is metal such as stainless steel, titanium, titanium alloy, brass, ceramics such as cloisonne, natural fibers, synthetic fibers, leather, paper such as photographs and pictures, coins, Alternatively, it is a flexible body such as synthetic resin or rubber.
In the case of a flexible material, as shown in FIG. 5, the tip of the holding portion 14b of the holding member 14 bites into the lower surface of the additional member 11, and can be held more reliably.
As the health promotion component, a far-infrared ray generating component, a negative ion generating component, a magnetic generating component such as a permanent magnet, or the like is employed.
[0029]
[0030]
As the negative ion generating component, for example, a raw tourmaline ore, a ceramic molded component containing tourmaline ore powder, or a synthetic resin molded component containing tourmaline ore powder may be used. If tourmaline is used, the negative ion generating component also functions as a far-infrared ray generating component.
[0031]
A ceramic molded part containing tourmaline ore powder is produced, for example, as follows. Ceramic fine hollow particles and tourmaline powder are used as main constituent materials, and a ceramic composition containing a material serving as a flux and water are added and kneaded. Next, the kneaded material may be cast into a predetermined mold, press-formed, and then fired.
[0032]
As the flux, for example, one or more selected from the group consisting of feldspar, limestone, magnesium carbonate, phosphate lime, lead oxide, boric acid, borax, sodium carbonate, sodium nitrate, and zinc oxide are added. I do.
[0033]

[0034]
As a synthetic resin molded part containing tourmaline ore powder, for example, a part formed by mixing a liquefied resin such as silicon and tourmaline ore powder and subjecting to heat treatment to form a sheet shape may be used.
[0035]
(2nd Embodiment)
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a holding member according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In the following description, the same members as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.
Notches 17 are formed in several places of the rising holding portion 14b of the holding member 14, and the holding portion is divided into a plurality of portions.
As a result, the pressing area of each pressing portion 14b becomes a mountain, and the pressing force increases. When the additional member is flexible, a part of the additional member pressed by the pressing portion 14b can protrude into the notch, so that the pressing portion 14b can strongly press the additional member. Therefore, the additional member can be more firmly held on the wristwatch.
[0036]
(Third embodiment)
FIG. 7 is a sectional view showing a part of the third embodiment.
An annular groove 18 is formed in the additional member 11 so that the holding portion 14b is engaged. Thus, the position of the additional member does not shift in the plane direction, that is, in the left-right direction in FIG. Further, even if the additional member is flexible, the edge of the additional member is turned up and does not come off from the holding member. Therefore, the additional member can be more firmly held on the wristwatch.
[0037]
(Fourth embodiment)
FIG. 8 is a sectional view showing the fourth embodiment.
The inner peripheral wall of the concave portion 20 of the back cover 6 and the outer peripheral wall of the holding member 21 both have a cylindrical shape parallel to the axis. The lower surface of the holding member 21 is flat and has a large area. In the present embodiment, an annular fixing member 22 is provided.
The fixing member 22 has substantially the same size as the lower surface of the holding member 21, has a male screw 23 on the outer periphery, and has a concave portion 24 formed on the lower surface into which a tool for rotating the fixing member is inserted. The fixing member 22 is located outside the holding member 21, that is, below the holding member 21 in FIG. 8, and is screwed into a male screw formed in the concave portion 20 of the back cover 6.
