Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transporting refrigerated processed food products by an air flight inexpensively.
SOLUTION: This method for transporting the processed food products comprises refrigerating the food products for a short period for protecting the good taste of the refrigerated food products, or the like, and importing. The refrigerated period of a generally packaged, vacuum packaged or low temperature sterilized and vacuum packaged food products is different with the kind of food products, but usually refrigerated from several hours to one day, one day, 2 days, 3 days or a maximum of one week, and then, they are exported or imported by putting in refrigerated boxes (foamed styrol boxes, or the like). Since the food products refrigerated by a short period should be completely frozen to their center parts, an energy for performing the refrigeration is added. Since the refrigeration is performed by a short period, the deterioration of the food products is not felt.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

Description

【0001】
[0001]
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for keeping cold in import and export.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Other than facilities such as low temperature transport containers such as air transport,
The general method of importing and exporting cold processed foods is to import and export cold storage materials such as dry ice and ice in a container (such as a styrofoam box).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This had the following disadvantages.
Even if you want to import and export foodstuffs by air from hot countries and regions in a short time while protecting the taste, the current method of using dry ice and ice has a large volume and weight, so air transportation charges are high. This is expensive because it is the purchase price for dry ice and the like, and the shipping fee is the sum of the container fee that includes the processed food and dry ice and the weight of the dry ice and box. Therefore, the number of processed foods imported by air decreases.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Import and export while protecting the deliciousness by freezing frozen foods for a short period of time. The freezing time of food that has been processed in general packaging, vacuum packaging or pasteurization vacuum packaging varies depending on the food, but it can be frozen for several days immediately before shipment, frozen for one day, frozen for two days, frozen for three days, and frozen for a short period up to one week before. Then, put it in a cool box (Styrofoam box etc.) and import / export. Food products that have been frozen for a short period of time are completely frozen and serve to keep cool, preventing food from deteriorating.
In addition, use a large cool box as much as possible to further enhance the cool effect. And in the cool box, a box full of frozen products is formed to make it difficult to melt each other. Small ice melts quickly, but large ice hardly melts.
As a result of the experiment, squid sashimi frozen for about one day in a styrofoam box (outside dimension) 300 mm (length) x 400 mm (width) x 550 mm (width) x 25 mm (thickness) is set up to disperse the temperature inside the box. The surface of the squid sashimi in the box is hard even for 5 hours at the temperature of 38 ° C to 40 ° C under the hot sun. The surface becomes slightly soft from around 6 hours, but it is okay if it is so far. When transporting from the factory's freezer to each airport, using an insulated truck, and leaving at the airport's receiving place, request that you leave as soon as possible for departure time because of the insulated goods or check (careful handling of insulated goods) etc. It is important to do it.
If the aircraft takes off toward the destination, the outside air above the air will be minus tens of degrees, and the temperature inside the aircraft will be close to 0 ° C.
Then, when it arrives at the destination, store it in a refrigerator to prevent sudden thawing.
[0005]
Embodiment of the present invention
Hereinafter, the practical form of the present invention will be described with reference to a sawdust (Doumangani) pasteurized vacuum pack and the like. Purchase a sawfish (Doumangani) on the date of shipment. Boil Sorting 4. 4. Pasteurized vacuum packed. Put in the refrigerator.
6. One thick crab is frozen for about one day just before shipping. This is a complete freeze for the crab itself to play the role of cooling.
7. Shipped in a cool container (Styrofoam box).
8. Saw thistles (Doumangani) that have arrived at their destination can be eaten for quite some time if stored at around 4 ° C. Up to about 10 days, it was delicious as a result of the experiment.
[0006]
【The invention's effect】
1. Since dry ice and the like are not put in the box (such as styrofoam) as compared with the conventional method, the size of the box is reduced accordingly, the weight of the dry ice and the box is reduced, and the transportation fee is reduced.
2. Although there are differences in the type of refrigerated processed food, etc., this is an import method that protects the taste because it is frozen for a short period.
3. In the future, boiled crabs that have undergone pasteurization in a vacuum pack, etc., can be imported as standardized and properly sized with good weight.
4. Imports of other processed foods can be activated in a wide range of small units, even if they are not imported in units of about 10 tons as in sea transportation.
