Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof structure for a housing for outdoor installation, and particularly to a waterproof structure for a housing having an opening / closing door having a door for maintenance.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The housing of the electronic device installed outdoors has a waterproof structure so that the stored electronic device does not lose its function due to rainwater. When a maintenance door is provided, the door and the housing body have a waterproof structure.
[0003]
The conventional waterproof structure of the housing will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0004]
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a housing main body, and the housing main body 1 houses an electronic device 3. The housing body 1 is provided with an opening 2, and a continuous ridge 5 is formed around the opening 2. A door 4 is provided on the housing body 1 via a hinge 6 so as to be openable and closable, and the opening 2 is openable and closable by the door 4.
[0005]
On the inner surface of the door 4, an annular sealing material 7 that can abut on the ridge 5 is provided, and on the opposite side of the hinge 6, a key 8 is provided. Incidentally, reference numeral 9 in the figure denotes a concave portion for preventing interference between the door 4 and the housing body 1 when the door 4 is opened.
[0006]
When the door 4 is closed and the door 4 is fixed to the housing main body 1 by the key 8, the ridge 5 comes into contact with the sealing material 7 and further elastically deforms the sealing material 7 by a required amount. 7 is in a state of being cut into.
[0007]
When the door 4 is closed, the ridges 5 bite into and adhere to the sealing member 7, and infiltration of rainwater is suppressed between the ridges 5 and the sealing member 7.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional waterproof structure of the housing described above, as shown in FIG. 10, it is unavoidable in structure that a gap 11 is formed between the door 4 and the housing body 1. For this reason, rainwater infiltrates from the gap 11, and water droplets 12 accumulate above the ridge 5. The portion where the water droplets 12 accumulate is easily corroded, and the water droplets 12 may enter the inside of the housing body 1 when the door 4 is opened and closed.
[0009]
It is conceivable to form a step so that rainwater does not enter from the gap 11, but the gap cannot be completely eliminated as long as the door 4 is opened and closed. Rainwater could enter.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a waterproof structure of a housing that can completely prevent infiltration of rainwater.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, an opening of the housing body is opened and closed by a rotatably supported door, a ridge is formed around the opening, and a sealing material pressed by the ridge is provided on an inner surface of the door. An outer seal is provided around the opening except the door support of the housing body, and an inner seal is provided along the door support on the door, and in a state where the door is closed, The ridge is in close contact with the sealing material, a frame edge of the door except for the door supporting portion is in close contact with the outer sealing material, and the inner sealing material is in close contact with the housing main body. The present invention relates to a waterproof structure of a housing provided with a second ridge pressed by the inner sealing material on the housing main body along the door support portion, and further relates to the door to the housing main body. The present invention relates to a waterproof structure of a housing in which a step portion is formed along a support portion, and the inner sealing material is fitted into the step portion. It is intended.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0013]
1 to 4, the same components as those shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
[0014]
An opening 2 is provided in the housing body 1, and a continuous ridge 5 is formed around the opening 2 in a rectangular ring shape. A recess 9 is formed in parallel with one side (the right side in FIG. 1) of the ridge 5, and an outer seal material 14 is formed in a U-shape in parallel with both the upper and lower sides and the left side of the opening 2. Embedded in the housing body 1 so as to surround the opening 2. Note that the outer seal member 14 may be attached to the front of the housing body 1.
[0015]
A door 4 is provided on the housing body 1 via a hinge 6 so as to be openable and closable. The hinge 6 is attached to a right inner side surface of the door 4 and a front surface of the housing body 1.
[0016]
On the inner surface of the door 4, a rectangular annular sealing material 7 that is in close contact with the ridge 5 is fixed, and a stick-shaped inner sealing material 15 is fixed to the sealing material 7 at the edge on the hinge 6 side.
[0017]
When the door 4 is closed and the door 4 is fixed to the housing main body 1 by the key 8, the ridge 5 comes into contact with the sealing material 7 and further elastically deforms the sealing material 7 by a required amount. 7 is in a state of being cut into. The upper edge, left edge, and lower edge of the door 4 are in close contact with the outer seal member 14. Further, the inner sealing material 15 is in close contact with the front surface of the housing body 1 in a compressed state. The upper and lower ends of the inner seal 15 overlap the outer seal 14.
[0018]
Thus, the door 4 is in close contact with the housing body 1 via the outer seal member 14 and the inner seal member 15, and the opening 2 is closed by the door 4 and sealed in a liquid-tight manner. Further, by the close contact between the upper edge, the left side edge, and the lower edge of the door 4 and the outer seal member 14 and the close contact between the inner seal member 15 and the front surface of the housing body 1, the housing body 1 and the door 4 Gap completely disappears. Further, since the sealing surface of the sealing material 7 and the sealing surface of the inner sealing material 15 have different height positions, the sealing material 7 and the inner sealing material 15 are less likely to be affected by deformation of the sealing material 7 at the time of sealing. Individual sealing properties are improved.
[0019]
Therefore, water droplets 12 do not accumulate above the ridges 5 unlike the conventional case, and rainwater is completely prevented from entering the inside of the housing body 1 when the door 4 is opened and closed. Is also lost.
[0020]
The second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
[0021]
The hinge 6 is attached to the right outside surface of the door 4 and the left wall surface of the recess 9.
[0022]
In the second embodiment, second protrusions 17 having different heights are further formed along the right side (hinge 6 side) of the protrusion 5 in the above embodiment.
[0023]
With the ridge 17 biting into the inner sealing material 15 in a state where the door 4 is closed, the seal on the hinge 6 side is further ensured. Note that the upper edge, the left edge, and the lower edge of the door 4 are in close contact with the outer seal member 14 as in the above embodiment. Also in the second embodiment, since the height of the sealing surface of the sealing material 7 and the height of the sealing surface of the inner sealing material 15 are different, the sealing material 7 and the inner sealing material 15 at the time of sealing are different. Are less susceptible to each other, and the individual sealing properties are improved.
[0024]
The third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
[0025]
The hinge 6 is attached to the right outside surface of the door 4 and the left wall surface of the recess 9.
[0026]
In the third embodiment, a step 19 having a trapezoidal cross section is formed along the right side (hinge 6 side) of the ridge 5, and the cross-sectional shape of the inner sealing material 15 is fitted to the step 19. It is a shape.
[0027]
With the door 4 closed, the inner seal member 15 is fitted into the step 19, and the inner seal member 15 is further compressed and deformed to a press-fit state. Thus, the opening 2 is sealed in a liquid-tight manner by the ridges 5 and the sealing material 7, and further, the upper edge, the left edge, and the lower edge of the door 4 are in close contact with the outer sealing material 14. Due to the close contact between the inner seal member 15 and the step portion 19, the gap between the housing body 1 and the door 4 is completely eliminated.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the opening of the housing main body is opened and closed by the rotatably supported door, a ridge is formed around the opening, and the inner surface of the door is pressed against the ridge. A seal material is provided, an outer seal material is provided around the opening except for a door support portion of the housing body, an inner seal material is provided on the door along the door support portion, and the door is In the closed state, the ridge is in close contact with the sealing material, the frame edge of the door except for the door support is in close contact with the outer sealing material, and the inner sealing material is in close contact with the housing body. As a result, the gap between the door and the housing body is completely removed, and an excellent effect of completely preventing rainwater from entering can be exhibited.
