Description

Soundproof package
The present invention relates to a soundproof package.
In the industrial machinery field, mainly compressors, it is common to surround the machine body with a soundproof package (housing for soundproofing) in order to prevent the spread of noise generated from the machine body such as the compressor. Has been done. On the other hand, for the convenience of assembly work and maintenance work of the machine body, the soundproof package is provided with a door or lid, and often a gap is formed around the door or between the cover and the soundproof package body, thereby preventing sound insulation. Performance degradation becomes a problem. The cause of such a gap is mainly the instability of the fixing method of the door or the lid, the step existing around the door or the lid, and the like.
In response to such a conventional problem, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2012-122424 (Patent Document 1) discloses a soundproofing in which a seal member is sandwiched between the periphery of the door or the cover and the soundproof package body. A cover mounting structure is disclosed. The soundproof cover mounting structure is a soundproof cover mounting structure in which a seal member is interposed between an outer peripheral edge portion and a noise source so as to cover the noise source, and the soundproof cover is pressed against the noise source. The soundproof cover is attached to the noise source by compressing the seal member. Thereby, the sound which leaks outside from the clearance gap between the terminal part of a soundproof cover and a counterpart component can be decreased.
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2012-122424
However, in the soundproof cover mounting structure disclosed in Patent Document 1, when a fixing means such as fastening with bolts is used, the degree of closing between the door periphery or the lid periphery and the soundproof package body may vary. . For this reason, the degree of adhesion between the seal member and the main body side receiving part and the degree of compression of the seal member (noise may be transmitted through the seal member when the degree of compression is small) are not stable, and the sound insulation effect becomes unstable. Further, in this soundproof cover mounting structure, the door position or the lid position is not stable. In addition, if the degree of closing is increased to increase the degree of compression, the degree of closing is too strong and the doors and lids may be deformed and the gap may be enlarged, and noise may be transmitted.

Hereinafter, a soundproof package according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals. Their names and functions are also the same. Therefore, detailed description thereof will not be repeated.
[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1A and FIG. 1B are perspective views showing the overall structure of a package type compressor that is an example of an industrial machine provided with a soundproof package 1 according to the present embodiment. FIG. 1A is a view in which the opening 14 is closed by the door 20 and the door 30, and FIG. 1B is a view in which the opening 14 is opened by the door 20 and the door 30. In the open state shown in FIG. 1B, the compressor is assembled or the compressor is maintained, and the compressor is operated in the closed state shown in FIG. 1A. In addition, the number of doors should just be at least one, and is not limited to two. The application of the soundproof package according to the present application is not limited to the compressor shown as the embodiment.
The soundproof package 1 includes an opening 14 and a main body in which a noise source (here, a compressor) is accommodated, flat doors 20 and 30 that close the opening 14, the periphery of the door 20, and the door 30. And a seal member 22 and a seal member 32 provided on the inner surface. In addition, you may be a cover instead of a door, you may provide a door and a cover, and an opening direction may be an upper direction or another direction. In the present embodiment, such doors and lids are collectively referred to as “doors”. That is, the door in the present application includes a lid and the like.
The main body frame 10 is provided with a door 20 and a screw hole 12 for closing the door 30 and the main body, which will be described later. Through holes (not shown) provided around the door 20 and the door 30 are penetrated from the outer surface of the soundproof package 1, and screwed members 40 (for example, screws, bolts, etc.) are inserted into these screw holes 12. Are closed, and the door 20, the door 30, and the main body are closed.
The positions of the screw holes 12 and the positions of the through holes (not shown) correspond to each other, and the flexible seal member 22 and the seal member 32 are provided corresponding to these positions. The screw member 40 penetrates through the seal member 22 and the seal member 32, compresses the seal member 22 and the seal member 32, and is screwed into the screw hole 12. The member that closes the door 20 and the door 30 and the main body is not limited to the screwing member 40, and a combination of magnets that attract each other even in a combination of a tapered receiver and a hook. Actually, the door and the main body are often made of metal, and in such a case, the magnet may be only one side).
The sealing member 22 and the sealing member 32 are preferably made of a material having flexibility and compressibility, and more preferably a material having excellent sound absorbing properties such as a urethane foam material.
The soundproof package 1 has a gap maintaining means for maintaining a state in which the thickness of the seal member 22 and the seal member 32 is thinner than the thickness of the open state when the opening 14 is closed by the door 20 and the door 30. It is characterized by having. This interval maintaining means will be described in detail below.
2A to 2C are cross-sectional views showing the detailed structure of the soundproof package 1 according to the present embodiment. 2A to 2C are views of the state immediately before the door 20 is changed from the open state to the closed state in FIGS. 1A and 1B (FIGS. 2A and 2B) and the closed state (FIG. 2C) as viewed from above. It is. The door 20 is closed in the direction of the white arrow. For this reason, in FIGS. 2A to 2C, reference numerals corresponding to the doors 20 are given, and reference numerals corresponding to the doors 30 are written in parentheses. 2A shows that the seal member 22 (32) is attached to the door 20 (30), whereas FIG. 2B shows that the seal member 22 (32) is attached to the frame 10 of the main body. Different. As described above, the seal member may be provided at any position.
The folded portion 24 (34) shown in FIGS. 2A to 2C realizes the above-described interval maintaining means. The folded portion 24 (34) is formed by folding the peripheral portion of the door 20 (30) once by approximately 90 degrees. 2C, when the door 20 (30) is closed, the folded portion 24 (34) has a folded portion 24 (34) of the door 20 (30) as shown as A portion. ) And the frame 10 of the main body come into contact with each other, and the distance between the door 20 (30) and the main body in the closed state is determined and maintained. The thickness t (2) of the seal member 22 (32) in the closed state is kept thinner than the thickness t (1) in the open state. In other words, the flexible seal member 22 (32) is compressed until the interval at which the folded portion 24 (34), which is the interval maintaining means, comes into contact with the frame 10 of the main body, is compressed, so that the thin state (t (1) > T (2)) is maintained. In addition, in this application, contact | abutting with a main body also means contact | abutting with the frame 10 of the main body which is one of the components of a main body.
As described above, the flexible seal member 22 (32) is compressed and is brought into close contact with the frame 10 of the main body, so that a gap generated between the frame 10 of the main body and the door or the lid due to a step or the like can be completely filled. Therefore, deterioration of the sound insulation performance can be prevented. In addition, since the tip of the folded portion 24 (34) abuts against the frame 10 of the main body, the closed state by the fixing means (here, screws or bolts that are the screwing members 40) is stabilized, and as a result, stable sound insulation An effect can be obtained.
Next, with reference to FIGS. 3A to 3D, a detailed structure of a soundproof package according to a modification of the present embodiment will be described. 3A to 3D that are the same as those described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will not be repeated here.
3A to 3D are cross-sectional views showing the detailed structure of the soundproof package according to this modification. 3A to 3D are also in the state (FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 3C) immediately before the door 20 is changed from the open state to the closed state in FIGS. 1A and 1B and the closed state, as in FIGS. 2A to 2C. It is the figure which looked at the state (Drawing 3D) from the upper part. The door 50 is closed in the direction of the white arrow. 3A is different in that the seal member 52 is attached to the door 50, whereas FIGS. 3B and 3C are different in that the seal member 52 is attached to the frame 10 of the main body. Furthermore, the shape of the seal member 52 differs between FIG. 3B and FIG. 3C. As in FIGS. 2A to 2C, the seal member may be provided in any manner as described above, and the thickness of the seal member 52 in the closed state may be kept thinner than the thickness in the open state. For example, the shape is not particularly limited.
The double folding part 54 and the folding part 56 shown in FIGS. 3A to 3D realize the above-described interval maintaining means. The folded portion 54 is formed by folding the peripheral portion of the door 50 once by approximately 90 degrees, and the folded portion 56 further turns the folded portion 54 from approximately 90 degrees to 180 degrees (not shown in FIGS. 3A to 3D). It is formed by folding back at 135 degrees. Note that the folding may be further repeated.
Then, as shown in FIG. 3D, the folded portion 54 and the folded portion 56 are formed by the folded portion 54 and the folded portion 56 in the door 50 as shown as B portion when the door 50 is closed. The vertex formed and the frame 10 of the main body come into contact with each other, and the distance between the door 50 and the main body in the closed state is determined and maintained. The thickness t (4) of the seal member 52 in the closed state is kept thinner than the thickness t (3) in the open state. That is, the flexible seal member 52 is compressed until the interval at which the folded-back portion 54 and the folded-back portion 56 serving as the interval maintaining unit come into contact with the frame 10 of the main body is compressed, so that the thinned state (t (3)> t (4)) is maintained. In addition, as mentioned above, contacting with the main body in the present application also means contacting with the frame 10 of the main body which is one of the components of the main body.
As described above, the flexible sealing member 52 is compressed and is brought into close contact with the frame 10 of the main body, so that a gap formed between the frame 10 of the main body and the door or the lid due to a step or the like is formed as in FIGS. 2A to 2C. Since it can be completely filled, it is possible to prevent the sound insulation performance from being deteriorated. Further, since the tip of the apex formed by the folded portion 54 and the folded portion 56 contacts the frame 10 of the main body, the closed state by the fixing means (here, the screw or bolt that is the screwing member 40) is stabilized. As a result, a stable sound insulation effect can be obtained. Further, in addition to the cases of FIGS. 2A to 2C, the rigidity around the door 50 can be improved and the door 50 can be prevented from being deformed, and a more stable sound insulation effect can be obtained.
Furthermore, another double folded portion will be described with reference to FIGS. 3E to 3H. 3E corresponds to FIG. 3A, FIG. 3F corresponds to FIG. 3B, FIG. 3G corresponds to FIG. 3C, and FIG. 3H corresponds to FIG. Further, the door 50 is the door 60, the seal member 52 is the seal member 62, the folded portion 54 and the folded portion 56 are the folded portion 64 and the folded portion 66, the thickness t (3) is the thickness t (5), and the thickness t is. (4) corresponds to the thickness t (6), and the B part corresponds to the C part.
The double folded portion 64 and the folded portion 66 shown in FIGS. 3E to 3H realize the above-described interval maintaining means. The folded portion 64 is formed by folding the peripheral edge of the door 60 once to about 90 degrees or more and less than 180 degrees (approximately 135 degrees in FIGS. 3A to 3H), and the folded portion 66 has the folded portion 64 as a door. Further, it is formed by further folding back so as to contact at approximately 90 degrees.
As shown in FIGS. 3E to 3H, even when the gap maintaining means is realized by the double folding portion 64 and the folding portion 66, the double folding portion 54 and the folding portion 56 as shown in FIGS. 3A to 3D. As in the case of realizing the interval maintaining means, it is possible to prevent the sound insulation performance from being deteriorated and obtain a stable sound insulation effect. Furthermore, in addition to the cases of FIGS. 2A to 2C, the rigidity around the door 60 can be improved and the deformation of the door 60 can be suppressed, and a more stable sound insulation effect can be obtained.
Referring to FIG. 4, the sound insulation characteristics of such a soundproof package 1 will be described. FIG. 4 shows the measurement result of the noise level at a distance of 1500 mm and a height of 1000 mm from the door 20 and the door 30 of the soundproof package 1. “After countermeasure” is the case of the compressor provided with the soundproof package 1 according to the present embodiment, and “before countermeasure” is the case of the compressor provided with the conventional general-purpose type soundproof package. From FIG. 4, it can be easily understood that the soundproofing characteristics are improved in the entire frequency region.
As described above, according to the soundproof package according to the present embodiment, the flexible seal member is compressed and closely adhered to the frame of the main body, so that a gap generated between the frame of the main body and the door or the lid due to a step or the like is generated. Since it can be completely filled, it is possible to prevent the sound insulation performance from being deteriorated. In particular, since the tip of the folded portion abuts on the frame of the main body, the closed state by the fixing means (here, the screw or bolt that is the screwing member 40) is stabilized, and as a result, a stable sound insulation effect can be obtained. it can.
[Second Embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment of the soundproof package according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 5A and 5B.
Although the door 20 thru | or the door 30 in 1st Embodiment also included the lid | cover arrange | positioned so that it might cover with respect to the opening part 14, the door 20 thru | or door 30 (henceforth a figure representatively). 1A), it is intended that the door 30 that closes the opening 14 is a “folding door” that can be opened and closed with the one side as the center of rotation.
In the case of 2nd Embodiment, the space | interval maintenance means provided in the door 30 which is a hinged door contact | abuts on the rotating shaft 42 which supports the door 30 rotatably, the frame 10 of a main body in the closed state of the door 30, and the door 30. And a contact portion 41 for restricting rotation in the closing direction.
For example, like the door 30 shown in FIG. 1A, the door 30 of the second embodiment is rectangular in front view. A rotating shaft 42 is provided on the left edge of the door 30 (the edge located on the left side of the soundproof package 1 when viewed from the front). The rotating shaft 42 causes the door 30 to face to the left. It is pivotally supported to rotate. The door 30 rotates clockwise about the rotation shaft 42 to open the opening 14 (see FIG. 1B).
In this specification, the device is described using directions (front-rear direction, left-right direction, up-down direction) when the soundproof package 1 shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B is viewed from the front. This is for convenience and does not limit the configuration.
FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B disclose the structure when the door 30 is cut in a horizontal plane. FIG. 5A shows an open state of the door, and FIG. 5B shows a closed state of the door.
As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the left side edge of the door 30, that is, the rotation base end portion is a bent portion 43 having a box-like or bent structure by bending a flat plate-like member of the door 30. The rotating shaft 42 is disposed in the bent portion 43. On the other hand, on the right edge of the door 30, an abutting portion 41 that constitutes a gap maintaining means is provided. The bent portion 43 may be hollow inside or may have a solid solid structure. The contact portion 41 is provided on the side opposite to the side on which the rotation shaft 42 of the door 30 is provided.
The contact portion 41 has substantially the same configuration as that of the first embodiment, and includes a folded portion 34 formed on the right edge of the door 30. The folded portion 34 is formed by folding the right edge, the upper edge, and the lower edge of the door 30 once at approximately 90 degrees. A seal member 32 is attached to the inside of the folded portion 34.
As shown in FIG. 5B, when the door 30 is closed, the folded portion 34 of the door 30 and the frame 10 on the right side of the main body come into contact with each other, and the door 30 and the main body in the closed state are in contact with each other. An interval is determined and maintained. The thickness t (2) of the seal member 32 in the closed state is kept thinner than the thickness t (1) in the open state (see FIGS. 2A to 2C). In other words, the flexible sealing member 32 is compressed until the folded portion 34 serving as the gap maintaining unit comes into contact with the frame 10 on the right side of the main body in the drawing, so that the thinned state (t (1)> t (2)) is maintained.
Further, the inner wall portion on the left side of the opening 14 in the drawing (the inner wall surface of the left frame 10 in the drawing and the inner wall surface of the inner wall surfaces of the left frame 10 and the right frame 10 in the drawing facing each other) The seal member 32 is also disposed at a portion that is covered with the bent portion 43 of the door 30. As shown in FIG. 5B, as the door 30 approaches the closed state, the bent portion 43 approaches the opening 14, and the seal member 32 attached to the inner wall of the opening 14 is moved in the depth direction of the opening 14 ( It compresses in the direction along the front-rear direction) to improve airtightness and soundproofing. Even in this case, the thickness t (2) of the seal member 32 in the closed state is thinner than the thickness t (1) in the open state by the gap maintaining means configured by the contact portion 41 and the rotating shaft 42. State is maintained.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, the backing portion 44 is formed in a protruding shape protruding from the left inner wall of the opening portion 14 toward the center of the opening portion 14. It is preferable to hold the rear side along the depth direction of the opening 14. By doing so, the seal member 32 can be reliably compressed without shifting backward, and the airtightness and soundproofing can be reliably improved.
In summary, the space near the rotation axis 42 of the door 30 is small, the relative movement between the left frame 10 of the main body and the rotation base end of the door 30 is complicated, and the rotation component is large. Therefore, it is difficult to provide the folded portion 34 (contact portion 41) in the vicinity of the rotation shaft 42 as in the first embodiment due to interference with surrounding members during rotation. Therefore, in the second embodiment, a contact portion 41 is provided in a portion away from the rotation shaft 42 and is used as an interval maintaining means. Similarly, the seal member 32 is provided on the side surface of the frame 10 not facing the rotation shaft 42 of the door 30.
FIG. 6 shows a modified example of the soundproof package 1 according to the second embodiment, that is, the door 30. As shown in FIG. 6, the rear surface of the bent portion 43 provided on the rotation base end side of the door 30 (the back side of the door 30 facing the opening portion 14) has an acute angle toward the opening portion 14. 45 is formed. Due to the presence of the projection 45, the projection 45 bites into the seal member 32 when the door 30 is closed and the bent portion 43 of the door 30 approaches the opening 14. As a result, the protrusion 45 strongly compresses the seal member 32 in the depth direction (front-rear direction) of the opening 14, thereby further improving airtightness and soundproofing.
[Third Embodiment]
Next, a third embodiment of the soundproof package according to the present invention will be described.
The soundproof package 1 in the third embodiment, that is, the door 30, has substantially the same configuration as the door 30 in the second embodiment, but differs in the following points.
That is, as shown to FIG. 8A and FIG. 8B, the door 30 in 3rd Embodiment is a hinged door, Comprising: The bending part 43 (refer FIG. 5A) does not exist in the rotation proximal end side. Further, the rotation base end portion (the left side edge in the figure) of the door 30 and the left frame 10 in the figure are connected by a hinge metal fitting 46 including a rotation shaft 42, so that the door 30 is rotatable with respect to the body. It can be opened and closed. In addition, a seal member 32 is arranged on the rear side of the door 30 and on the left edge in the drawing.
On the other hand, the frame 10 on the left side in the figure of the main body on which the rotation base end portion of the door 30 is pivoted is cut out in an L shape in sectional view, and a hinge metal fitting 46 is provided in the cutout portion. It has become. Further, a part of the notch is a protrusion 47 that protrudes from the main body side toward the center of the opening 14.
As shown in FIG. 8B, when the door 30 is in the closed state, the rotation base end portion of the door 30 is attached to the rear surface of the door 30 by approaching the protrusion 47 formed on the left frame 10 in the figure of the main body. The resulting seal member 32 is compressed in the depth direction by the gap between the door 30 and the protruding portion 47, and airtightness and soundproofing are improved.
In order to achieve such an effect, in the closed state of the door 30, the distance between the door 30 and the protruding portion 47 is smaller than the thickness t (1) of the seal member 32 in the opened state of the door 30 (see FIG. 2A). Must be set.
[Fourth Embodiment]
Next, a fourth embodiment of the soundproof package according to the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 9A, the door 30 in the fourth embodiment has a bent portion 43 at the rotation base end portion similarly to the door 30 of the second embodiment. Moreover, it is the same as that of 2nd Embodiment that the sealing member 32 is arrange | positioned in the inner wall part of the left side of the opening part 14 in the figure, and the part which the bending part 43 of the door 30 covers.
However, the present embodiment is different from the second embodiment in that the rear side of the bent portion 43 of the door 30 is further extended toward the back (rear side) and formed so as to stand up from the bent portion 43. It is mentioned that. That is, the door 30 includes a protruding portion 48 that extends toward the rear of the door on the rotating shaft side and faces the seal member 32 provided on the inner wall portion.
As shown in FIG. 9B, when the door 30 is in the closed state, the projecting portion 48 comes close to the frame 10 of the main body, so that the seal member 32 attached to the inner wall portion of the opening portion 14 faces in the width direction. It is compressed and airtightness and soundproofing are improved. In order to achieve such an effect, in the closed state of the door 30, the distance between the protruding portion 48 of the door 30 and the frame 10 on the left side of the main body in the drawing is equal to the thickness t ( 1) It must be set smaller than (see FIG. 2A). In the case of this embodiment, since the affixing surface of the seal member 32 and the compression direction are orthogonal to each other, the seal member 32 does not escape and can be sealed more reliably.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 10, it is better to provide a projecting portion protruding from the inner wall of the opening 14 toward the center of the opening 14.
The projecting portion 48 of the door 30 is brought into contact with the protruding portion 48 when the door 30 is closed, and the effect of preventing the thickness of the seal member 32 from being made thinner than a predetermined value is obtained. That is, the portion formed in a protruding shape so as to face the central portion of the opening 14 from the inner wall of the opening 14 constitutes the contact portion 41 of the interval maintaining means.
In the above-described embodiment, the seal member 32 is provided on the inner wall portion on the left side of the opening 14 in the drawing, but may be provided on the protruding portion 48 of the door 30.
The embodiment disclosed this time should be considered as illustrative in all points and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is defined by the terms of the claims, rather than the description above, and is intended to include any modifications within the scope and meaning equivalent to the terms of the claims.
For example, the interval maintaining means may be formed by a protrusion that is provided on the main body side and abuts against the door 30 in place of or in addition to the folding of the peripheral edge of the door 30. Further, the tip or apex of the folded portion 34 does not necessarily need to contact the flat portion of the door 30. Furthermore, the interval maintaining means may be configured to maintain a constant interval along a part of the periphery of the door 30 instead of the entire periphery.
