Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a business card having an advertising effect. In particular, it relates to a bundle of business cards to which an advertisement is added.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a business card having an advertisement effect, there is a business card in which an advertisement is printed on the front or back surface of the business card. By printing the advertisement on the business card in this way, the advertisement fee can be used for part or all of the business card creation cost, and the business card orderer can obtain the business card at low cost or free of charge. Become.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Business cards printed with this advertisement have the following problems. That is, there is a problem that the impression given by the business card is not good because the advertisement is printed on the business card. For this reason, the business card on which the advertisement is printed is not used, and the effect of the advertisement is not obtained.
[0004]
In addition, business cards are generally distributed to unspecified people at unspecified locations, so it is important that the distribution and distribution locations are the same as those desired by the advertiser. There is a problem that cannot be done. Therefore, a sufficient advertising effect cannot be expected.
[0005]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a business card having an advertising effect in order to solve the above problems.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a business card bundle with advertisement in which an advertisement is added to a business card bundle on which the same contents are printed. It is assumed that the business card bundle with advertisement of the present invention is mainly delivered to a business card user from a business card printer.
[0007]
With such a business card bundle, an advertisement can be prevented from being printed on a business card, and the advertisement does not deteriorate the impression of the business card. Further, the added advertising matter is delivered to the orderer of the business card bundle, so that the advertiser can deliver the advertising matter to a person whose attribute is clear, and the advertising effect can be enhanced.
[0008]
The advertisement may be selected based on the content printed as a business card. Thus, for example, an advertisement can be given to a person in a specific position or a person working in a business office at a specific address, and the advertisement effect can be improved.
[0009]
Further, the projected shape of the advertisement may be equal to or smaller than the size of the business card. By doing so, the bundle of the advertisement and the business card can be combined into one and packaged in a natural form.
[0010]
The advertisement may be a booklet, a free sample, or a coupon. In particular, if the ticket is a coupon, it may be usable at a facility near the address printed as a business card.
[0011]
Further, the business card bundle with advertisement of the present invention may be stored in a business card box.
[0012]
Further, in the present invention, there is provided a method for manufacturing a business card bundle with advertisements, including a step of printing a business card, a step of selecting an advertisement, and a step of adding the advertisement to a bundle of printed business cards. Thereby, a business card with an advertisement can be manufactured.
[0013]
Further, in the present invention, a method of manufacturing a business card bundle with a coupon including a step of printing a business card, a step of determining the contents of the coupon, a step of printing the coupon, and a step of adding the coupon to the business card. Is provided. Thereby, a business card bundle with an advertisement when a coupon is used as an advertisement can be manufactured.
[0014]
Further, in the step of determining the content of the coupon ticket, the content of the coupon used in the facility near the address printed as the business card may be determined.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to these embodiments at all, and can be implemented in various modes without departing from the gist thereof.
[0016]
(Concept of the present invention)
FIG. 1 is a diagram for explaining the concept of the present invention. A

FIG. 2 is a diagram schematically illustrating a business card bundle with an advertisement according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the business card bundle with advertisements includes a
[0019]
The “bundle of business cards” 201 is a plurality of business cards on which the same content is printed. Even if it says "the same content", it is not necessary that exactly the same phrase be used. It is sufficient that the substantial parts are the same. “Substantially the same” means that the same person can be identified from the contents of the business card. That is, it means that the person specified from the printed name, title, organization name, address, telephone number, facsimile number, homepage address, e-mail address, etc. is the same. Therefore, the non-substantial portion includes, for example, a sequence number assigned to a business card, a name of a prize awarded by an organization, a logo mark, and the like. That is, a part that is not necessary for specifying the person of the information printed as the business card is an insubstantial part.
[0020]
Note that the bundle of business cards may be put together by a rubber band, a paper tape, or the like, or may be simply stacked without using a rubber band, a paper tape, or the like.
[0021]
The “advertisement object” 202 has an advertisement effect. For example, it is a flyer that is a paper on which advertisement content is printed. Further, it does not need to be a planar one like a flyer, and may have a three-dimensional shape as shown in FIG. For example, a shape having an irregular shape such as a rectangular parallelepiped, a cube, a pyramid, a polyhedron, a cylinder, a cone, a sphere, an ellipsoid, and a paper crane made of origami may be used. Further, the advertisement is not necessarily an advertisement of a person who has printed a business card, and may be an advertisement of a person other than a person who has printed a business card.
[0022]
"Addition" is to add. For example, it includes placing the

The second embodiment of the present invention is a bundle of business cards with an advertisement based on the first embodiment, wherein the advertisement is selected based on the content printed as a business card.
[0026]
The name card, the name of the affiliated organization, the name of the post, the address, the homepage address, the e-mail address, and the like are printed on the business card. Therefore, in the present embodiment, an advertisement to be added is selected based on the content printed as a business card.
[0027]
For example, an Internet service provider name is specified from an e-mail address, and an advertisement for advertising a campaign performed by the Internet service provider is selected and added.
[0028]
In addition, a lunch boxer who wants to sell to a business office of the company can be selected from the company name and the address, and an advertisement of the lunch boxer can be selected and added.
[0029]
In addition, since there is "selected based on the content printed as a business card", it can be interpreted that the advertisement is selected after the business card is printed. The temporal order of selection of the advertisement is not limited. For example, after deciding the content to be printed as a business card, printing and selection of an advertisement may be performed simultaneously or in parallel, or after deciding the content to be printed as a business card, selecting an advertisement and then performing Alternatively, a business card may be printed. Further, the place where the business card is printed may be different from the place where the advertisement is produced or selected.
[0030]
3 and 4 show an example of a table used to select an advertisement to be added based on the content printed as a business card. FIG. 3 exemplifies a table 301 indicating the association between a post printed as a business card and an advertisement. If the position is “representative director”, it means that A is associated as an advertisement. FIG. 4 exemplifies a table 401 indicating the association between an address printed as a business card and an advertisement.
[0031]
By using these tables, it is possible to select an advertisement associated with the content from the content printed as a business card. If a plurality of advertisements are selected based on one table, the plurality of advertisements may be added to the bundle of business cards. Further, a common part with a set of advertisements related by another table may be used. Alternatively, one may be selected from a plurality of associated advertisements by using a random number or the like. Further, the history of the added advertisement may be managed for each business card orderer so that the same advertisement is not added.

FIG. 5 illustrates a functional block diagram of the system for creating a business card bundle with advertisements according to the present embodiment. This system includes a
[0033]
The “computer” 501 inputs information on the content to be printed as a business card. The content to be input is not limited to only what is printed as a business card. For example, personal information that is not normally printed as a business card, such as a hobby, a field of interest, a date of birth, a gender, a family structure, a state of possession of a car, and the presence or absence of a home may be input.

In step S603, the advertisement selection unit 503 determines the selection of the advertisement.
[0041]
In step S604, the advertisement is added to the bundle of business cards by the additional device 504. However, the additional device 504 is not necessarily used, and the advertisement may be added to the bundle of business cards by hand.
[0042]
Note that the flowchart in FIG. 6 is merely an example, and there is no necessity for the processing to be performed in this manner. For example, the order of the processes of step S602 and step S603 may be reversed. Further, the processing may be performed in parallel. Also, the two steps may be performed at different times at different locations.
[0043]
(Embodiment 2: Apparatus for using business card bundle production method with advertisement)
The system illustrated in FIG. 5 can also be regarded as an apparatus for using the business card bundle production method with advertisement. Here, the method of manufacturing a business card bundle with an advertisement is a method including a business card printing step, an advertisement selection step, and an addition step.
[0044]
The “business card printing step” is a step of printing a business card. This corresponds to step S602 described above. In the business card printing step, usually, a plurality of business cards are created and become a bundle of business cards.
[0045]
The “advertisement selection step” is a step of selecting an advertisement based on the content printed as a business card. This corresponds to step S603 described above.
[0046]
The “adding step” is a step of adding the advertising matter selected in the advertising matter selecting step to the bundle of business cards printed in the business card printing step. This corresponds to step S604 described above.
[0047]
An apparatus for using the method for manufacturing a business card bundle with an advertisement is not limited to the system illustrated in FIG. 5. For example, by separately using a printing machine for printing business cards, a device for selecting advertisements, and a device for adding advertisements to a bundle of business cards, the method of manufacturing business card bundles with advertisements can be used. In addition, these devices do not necessarily need to be installed in the same place (for example, in the same building). In some cases, if an operation of adding an advertisement to a bundle of business cards is manually performed, a device for adding an advertisement to a bundle of business cards is unnecessary. Instead of using a device for selecting an advertisement, a person may read the content printed as a business card and select an advertisement based on a certain rule based on the read content.
[0048]
(Embodiment 2: Effect)
According to the present embodiment, an advertisement suitable for a business card orderer is added. For this reason, the advertising effect by the advertising material can be enhanced.
[0049]
(Embodiment 3 (mainly corresponding to claim 3))
In the third embodiment of the present invention, in the bundle of business cards with advertisement according to the first or second embodiment, the projected shape of the advertisement is equal to or smaller than the size of the business card.
[0050]
The “projected shape of the advertising object” is a shadow shape formed by irradiating the advertising object with parallel light rays and forming a plane perpendicular to the light rays. When the advertising material is transparent, it is colored and opaque, and then irradiated with light.
[0051]
“The projected shape is equal to or smaller than the size of the business card” means that the shadow formed as described above fits in the entire business card or as a part of the business card.
[0052]
(Embodiment 3: Effect)
By setting the projected shape of the advertisement to be equal to or smaller than the size of the business card, a bundle of business cards to which the advertisement is added can be wrapped in a natural shape. For example, a bundle of business cards with an advertisement can be stored in a cylinder, and a bundle of business cards with an advertisement can be delivered by mail or the like.
[0053]
(Embodiment 4 (mainly corresponding to claim 4))
[0054]
A "booklet" is one that can be formed by folding a print medium such as paper into a bellows shape, or binding a print medium such as paper with a clip or binding using an adhesive or wire with a paper binding machine. Can be done.
[0055]
FIG. 7 illustrates a state in which a
[0056]
In particular, when the present embodiment is based on the second embodiment, the content printed on the booklet print medium is selected based on the content printed as a business card.
[0057]
When the present embodiment is based on the third embodiment, the size of the cover is equal to or smaller than the size of the business card. Alternatively, if the booklet has a certain thickness, the shape of the shadow when the booklet is irradiated with parallel rays from the horizontal direction may be the same as or part of the entire business card. Good.
[0058]
(Embodiment 4: Effect)
As described above, by using a booklet as an advertisement, a large amount of information can be compactly transmitted.
[0059]
(Embodiment 5 (mainly corresponding to claim 5))
[0060]
A “sample” is a sample of a product. Examples include stationery, cosmetics, paints, medicines, pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs, hygiene products, foodstuffs, contact lenses, optical discs, fireworks, toys, leather goods, minerals, ornaments, threads, textiles, and the like.
[0061]
In particular, when the present embodiment is based on the second embodiment, the sample is selected based on the content printed as a business card.
[0062]
When the present embodiment is based on
[0063]
(Embodiment 5: Effect)
In this way, by using a sample as an advertisement, it is possible to actually try the product, and it is possible to enhance the advertising effect.
[0064]
(Embodiment 6 (mainly corresponding to claim 6))
The sixth embodiment of the present invention is an embodiment in which a coupon is used as an advertisement in any of the first to fourth embodiments.
[0065]
The "coupon" is a tag or a document that is presented when shopping at a facility such as a store or when a service is provided, thereby discounting the price to pay or making the payment unnecessary.
[0066]
FIG. 8 illustrates a state in which a
[0067]
In particular, when the present embodiment is based on the second embodiment, the coupon is selected based on the content printed as a business card.
[0068]
When the present embodiment is based on the third embodiment, the projected shape of the coupon is equal to or smaller than the size of the business card.
[0069]
Further, when the present embodiment is based on the fourth embodiment, the coupons are combined as a booklet or bound.
[0070]
(Embodiment 6: Effect)
As described above, by using the coupon as an advertisement, the advertisement effect for the service provider can be enhanced.
[0071]
(Embodiment 7 (mainly corresponding to claim 7))
The seventh embodiment of the present invention is characterized in that the coupon in the sixth embodiment can be used at a facility near an address printed as a business card.
[0072]
The “facility near the address printed as a business card” is a facility having an address that is the same as or close to the address printed as a business card. “Nearby” means, for example, within a range that can be reached within 10 minutes on foot, or within a range of a station next to a train. Whether it is near or not may be changed according to the position printed as a business card. For example, when the position is an officer, there is a high possibility that a company car can be used, so that the position may be set within a range that can be reached within 10 minutes by car. In addition, whether or not it is near may be changed according to the property of the facility. For example, if the facility has a high ability to attract customers, such as an amusement park, the range may be set within a range of one hour by train, for example, based on the ability to attract customers.
[0073]
Coupons can be used at specific facilities. Therefore, the address of the facility can be associated with the coupon. In the present embodiment, a coupon ticket associated with an address that is the same as or close to the address printed as a business card is added to the bundle of business cards.
[0074]
(Embodiment 7: Effect)
As described above, by adding a coupon that can be used near the address printed as a business card to the bundle of business cards, the person to whom the business card bundle with the advertisement of the present embodiment is delivered uses the coupon. The probability increases, and the advertising effect can be improved.
[0075]
(Embodiment 8 (mainly corresponding to claim 8))
The eighth embodiment of the present invention is a business card box storing the business card bundle with advertisement according to any one of the first to seventh embodiments.
[0076]
The material of the business card box may be a material having a certain degree of durability, such as paper, plastic, and glass.
[0077]
In the case of plastic or glass, it can be made transparent, but the portion where the advertisement is stored may be made opaque.
[0078]
(Embodiment 8: Effect)
By storing the business card bundle with the advertisement in the box in this way, the effect of increasing the portability occurs. Further, since the advertisement is not visible from the outside of the business card box, it becomes impossible to know what advertisement is added to the bundle of business cards unless the box is opened. As a result, interest in the advertisement is increased, and the effect of the advertisement can be improved.
[0079]
(Embodiment 9 (mainly corresponding to claims 10 and 11))
Embodiment 9 of the present invention is a method for manufacturing a business card bundle with a coupon. That is, a method of manufacturing the business card bundle with advertisement according to the sixth embodiment.
[0080]
(Embodiment 9: Configuration and description of each step)
The method of manufacturing a business card bundle with a coupon according to the present embodiment includes a business card printing step, a coupon printing content determining step, a coupon ticket printing step, and an adding step.
[0081]
The “business card printing step” is a step of printing a business card. For example, a step of printing a business card by a printing machine or a printer. Here, a “printing machine” is a machine that performs printing using an original plate, and a “printer” is a machine that performs printing in response to a command from a computer.
[0082]
The “coupon print content determination step” is a step of determining the content of the coupon ticket based on the content printed as the business card. "Based on" means that there is some relationship between the content printed as the business card and the content of the coupon. For example, the content of the coupon is determined by the title of the post printed as a business card, or the content of the coupon is determined by the name or address of the organization to which the user belongs.
[0083]
In particular, when the content of the coupon is determined by the address, the content of the coupon may be determined such that the facility where the coupon can be used is near the address printed as a business card.
[0084]
Further, the content of the coupon may be determined based on information other than the content printed as a business card. For example, the content of the coupon may be determined based on the family structure, hobbies, and interesting events of the person represented by the business card.
[0085]
The “coupon ticket printing step” is a step of printing the content determined in the coupon print content determination step to produce a coupon ticket.
[0086]
The "adding step" is a step of adding the coupon ticket printed in the coupon ticket printing step to the bundle of business cards printed in the business card printing step. For example, a coupon is placed on a bundle of business cards, or a bundle of business cards is placed on a coupon.
[0087]
Note that the business card printing step and the coupon ticket printing step need not be performed simultaneously in the same place (for example, in the same building). For example, the two steps may be performed at different times at different locations.
[0088]
(Embodiment 9: Process flow)
FIG. 9 exemplifies a flowchart for explaining the flow of processing for manufacturing a business card bundle with advertisements according to the present embodiment.
[0089]
In step S901, the content to be printed as a business card is input. For example, the user inputs a name, a title, an organization name, an address, a telephone number, a facsimile number, a homepage address, an e-mail address, a logo mark, and the like.
[0090]
Step S902 is a business card printing step, in which a business card is printed based on the contents input in step S901.
[0091]
Step S903 is a coupon print content determination step in which the content of the coupon ticket is determined based on the content input in step S901.
[0092]
Step S904 is a coupon ticket printing step, in which a coupon ticket is printed based on the content determined in step S903.
[0093]
Step S905 is an adding step, in which the coupon printed in step S904 is added to the bundle of business cards printed in step S902.
[0094]
Note that the flowchart in FIG. 9 is an example, and for example, the order of S902 and S903 may be switched or performed in parallel. Further, as described above, step S902 and step S904 may be performed at different places and at different times.
[0095]
(Embodiment 9: System for using the method of this embodiment)
