Description

【0001】

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail as examples based on the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a cleaning device according to the present invention and a ceiling-mounted air conditioner in which work is performed by the cleaning device.
As shown in FIG. 1, the ceiling-embedded air conditioner 1 includes a main body 2 having an open lower surface, a fan motor 5 housed in the center of the main body 2, and a blower driven by the fan motor 5. A fan 4, a heat exchanger 3 arranged to surround the blower fan 4, a dew tray, not shown, provided detachably below the heat exchanger 3, 1 and a decorative panel mounted on the open lower surface and having a suction grille openable and closable and having air outlets formed around four sides.
[0009]
The indoor air is provided in the decorative panel, is sucked into the main body 1 from a suction grill provided with a filter on the back surface, and is blown out toward the heat exchanger 3 by the blower fan 4. The heat exchanger 3 is composed of a number of fins arranged in parallel and a heat transfer tube arranged in a meandering manner orthogonally to the fins. The air passing through the exchanger 3 undergoes heat exchange. The heat-exchanged air is sent out again into the room from the outlet formed in the decorative panel.
[0010]
The air in the room sucked from the suction grill is removed by a filter provided on the back surface of the suction grill, but a small amount of fine particles passes through the filter without being caught, resulting in a long time. After a period of operation, the heat accumulates on the surface of the fins constituting the heat exchanger 3 or the surface of the heat transfer tube. When the dust is accumulated, the heat exchange efficiency is reduced, which affects the cooling / heating operation. To remove this, a cleaning device 10 described below is used.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning device 10 has an annular cleaning tank 11 formed in a trough-shaped cross section and having an open top corresponding to the heat exchanger 3, and a cleaning tank 11 provided on the bottom of the cleaning tank 11. The cleaning liquid supply unit 14 includes a cleaning liquid tank 15 for storing the cleaning liquid, and a cleaning liquid tank 15 for storing the cleaning liquid. A pump 16 sucks up the cleaning liquid and supplies the cleaning liquid to the cleaning tank 11 via a hose 17 connected to the cleaning tank 11.
[0012]
Next, a procedure for cleaning the heat exchanger 3 will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 1, the decorative panel and the dew tray provided at the lower part of the heat exchanger 3 are removed from the lower surface of the ceiling-mounted air conditioner 1. Next, the bottom plate 10a on which the washing tank 11 is fixed is placed on a stepladder 18 which can be moved up and down, and this is raised to cover the washing tank 11 on the heat exchanger 3 from below. Subsequently, the pump 16 is driven to suction the cleaning liquid 30 from the cleaning liquid tank 15 and supply the cleaning liquid 30 to the cleaning tank 11 via the hose 17. As a result, the surface of the heat exchanger 3 is immersed in the cleaning liquid 30 up to near the upper portion. In this state, when the ultrasonic oscillator 12 provided on the bottom surface of the cleaning tank 11 is started, the cleaning liquid 30 is vibrated by the ultrasonic waves, and the dust adhered to the fins of the heat exchanger 3 or the surface of the heat transfer tube. Are removed by the action of the vibration and the action of the cleaning liquid 30. Thereby, the heat exchanger 3 is restored to a clean state.
[0013]
When the cleaning operation is completed, the cleaning liquid 30 in the cleaning tank 11 is recovered in the cleaning liquid tank 15, and the cleaning device 10 is lowered by the stepladder 18. Subsequently, the dew tray is mounted on the lower part of the heat exchanger 3 and the decorative panel is mounted on the lower surface of the main body 2 again.
[0014]
As described above, the heat exchanger 3 is immersed in the cleaning liquid, and the cleaning operation is performed by generating vibrations in the cleaning liquid by the ultrasonic waves of the ultrasonic oscillator 12, so that there is no work unevenness due to a so-called manual operation, and Cleaning work that does not require dangerous work can be performed.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the decorative panel of the ceiling-mounted air conditioner is removed, the heat exchanger provided in the main body is covered with the cleaning tank and immersed in the cleaning liquid, and the ultrasonic wave of the ultrasonic oscillator is used. By generating vibrations in the cleaning liquid, it is possible to provide a cleaning device for an embedded ceiling type air conditioner that can perform cleaning work that does not require so-called manual work and that does not require dangerous work in high places.
