Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the washing method of a heat exchanger, capable of effecting washing operation efficiently, preventing the dispersion of liquid or dust around the heat exchanger and reducing man-hours for curing and the like, and a device therefor by a method wherein a discharging nozzle unit, sending air or liquid out, is opposed to a suction nozzle unit, sucking by vacuum, at the outlet side and suction side of the heat exchanger of an air-conditioning machine to effect the sucking of dust and washing by liquid. CONSTITUTION:A discharging nozzle unit 3, sending air or liquid out, is opposed to a suction nozzle unit 4, sucking by vacuum, respectively at the outlet side and the suction side so as to pinch a heat exchanger 2 while the discharging nozzle unit 3 and the suction nozzle unit 4 are moved into the lengthwise direction of the heat exchanger to effect washing. Before washing, air is discharged out of the discharging nozzle unit 3 to blow dust off and recover the dust by sucking it by the suction nozzle unit 4. Liquid washing is effected in the same positional relation and, thereafter, water cutting operation is effected to recover water drops adhered to the heat exchanger.

[Prior Art] When cleaning a heat exchanger in a ceiling-embedded air conditioner or the like using cleaning water, be careful not to splash the liquid on the office desk, etc. below the air conditioner. In addition, the work is not easy because the area to be cleaned is at a high place near the ceiling. Therefore, in the past, as shown in, for example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 1-147297 and Japanese Utility Model Application No. 1-111992, spray cleaner liquid was sprayed onto the surface of the heat exchanger of the air conditioner, and then negative pressure was sucked. Some types use a nozzle or the like to discharge the liquid after cleaning. Also, Utsukai Showa 63-
As shown in Japanese Patent No. 129552, cleaning water from a water pump is jetted from a nozzle onto a portion to be cleaned of a heat exchanger,
There is a system in which wastewater flowing down from the area to be cleaned is caught by a funnel-shaped water receiving member, and the collected wastewater is collected into a drainage tank through a hose. Further, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 1-75742, for example, a nozzle is provided in a funnel-shaped water receiving member for receiving dirty water below a heat exchanger that is a part to be cleaned. There are some types that eject cleaning liquid toward the area to be cleaned.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the conventional cleaning methods and devices as described above, the cleaning liquid is only jetted out from one side of the heat exchanger, so the liquid tends to scatter around the heat exchanger. It may take a lot of man-hours to cure the area below the machine, or it may be difficult to efficiently remove a lot of dust adhering to the suction side of the heat exchanger, making it impossible to obtain a sufficient cleaning effect. In addition, the nozzle only spouts cleaning liquid and does not have a function to remove large dirt and the like before cleaning with liquid. Furthermore, since the opening viewed from below the heat exchanger is usually narrow, it is difficult to check how much dirt has been removed. Further, the water receiving member needs to be changed to match the shape of the heat exchanger, which increases the cost. In addition, since the water receiving member and the drain hoses connected to it are only used for collecting wastewater, when the water receiving member is removed after cleaning, it is necessary to remove the water that has adhered to the heat exchanger. There was also the problem of water droplets falling. The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and has a discharge nozzle section for delivering air or liquid and a suction nozzle section for suctioning negative pressure, which are arranged opposite to each other on the blowout side and the suction side of the heat exchanger so as to sandwich the heat exchanger. A heat exchanger for an air conditioner that can efficiently perform cleaning work by vacuuming dust and cleaning with liquid, and also prevents liquid and dust from scattering to the surrounding area, reducing the number of steps required for curing, etc. The purpose is to provide a cleaning method and device.

FIG. 4 shows a state in which cleaning is being performed using the cleaning apparatus having the above structure. This cleaning method will be explained below. Before cleaning, clean the air conditioner front panel, drain pan,
The fan, motor, control board, etc. are removed to expose the heat exchanger 2 inside the casing 1. Thereafter, the discharge nozzle part 3 and the suction nozzle part 4 are made to face the blowout side and the suction side of the heat exchanger 2, respectively, so as to sandwich the heat exchanger 2 therebetween, and the receiving tray 5 is arranged below them. First, in order to collect dust before cleaning, a compressed air pump and a vacuum pump (not shown) are operated to heat compressed air from the compressed air nozzle 31 of the discharge nozzle section 3 through the compressed air hose 8. It is sprayed onto the outlet side of the exchanger 2, and negative pressure is drawn from the suction nozzle section 4 via the suction hose 9. Thereby, the dust adhering to the heat exchanger 2 can be collected without scattering to the surroundings.

Next, cleaning is performed using a cleaning liquid. To do this, a water pump (not shown) is operated to forcefully feed the cleaning liquid and eject it from the nozzle 32 of the discharge nozzle section 3 to the blowing side of the heat exchanger 23, and at the same time, draw negative pressure from the suction nozzle section 4 to recover the waste water. In this cleaning, cleaning with a chemical solution and washing with water to wash away the chemical solution are performed. In addition, at the same time as the cleaning water is ejected from the nozzle 32, compressed air is ejected from the left and right compressed air nozzles 31 of the discharge nozzle section 3.
This compressed air forms an air wall, and the brushes 33 on the left and right edges
Together with this, it has the effect of preventing the washing water from scattering. Next, water adhering to the heat exchanger 2 is removed. This is done by blowing out the cleaning water with compressed air, similar to the dust collection described above. The above-mentioned cleaning operation is performed while moving both opposing nozzle parts 3 and 4 in parallel in the length (left and right) direction of the heat exchanger 2 as shown by arrows in FIG. Finally, the cleaning work is completed by restoring the parts of the air conditioner that were removed.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible. For example, the discharge nozzle section 3 may be arranged with nozzles that blow out each of the cleaning chemical solution, the washing liquid, and the compressed air sequentially from the head in the direction of movement, and with such a configuration,
All cleaning steps are performed continuously as the nozzle section moves. Alternatively, a rail-like member may be provided on the casing of the air conditioner, and a member may be provided on the nozzle portion to be suspended from the rail member, thereby allowing the nozzle portion to move in parallel while suspended. In this case, the cleaning work becomes even easier. Furthermore, if the interval between the discharge nozzle part 3 and the suction nozzle part 4 is configured to be arbitrarily adjustable according to the width of the heat exchanger 2, it can be used for cleaning air conditioners having heat exchangers of various sizes. .

As described above, according to the cleaning method or apparatus of the present invention, the discharge nozzle section for sending out air or liquid and the suction nozzle section for suctioning negative pressure are connected to the blowout side and the suction side so as to sandwich the heat exchanger. Since they are arranged facing each other on the sides and moved in parallel to perform dust suction, liquid cleaning, and water draining, the cleaning work can be carried out efficiently and the cleaning effect is enhanced. In addition, it is possible to reliably prevent liquid and dust from scattering around the air conditioner, and the number of man-hours required to protect the area below the air conditioner, which is required in the past, can be reduced.
