上記目的を達成するために、本発明は次のような構成としている。すなわちこの発明に係る高架構造物の桁裏面へのパネルの取付方法は、パネルにパネル支持材を取り付けると共に、該パネル支持材を介してパネルを桁材に吊り下げ、次いで前記パネル支持材を桁材に固定することを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に係わる実施の形態について、図面に基づき以下に具体的に説明する。
図8及び図9は、従来の高架構造物の桁裏面へのパネルの取付方法によって、桁裏面にパネルが取付けられた高架構造物の一例を示すもので、図8は断面図、図9は斜視図である。

図8において、橋梁や高架道路等の高架構造物1の桁裏面には、その長手方向に沿って複数桁材2が設けられている。この高架構造物1の桁裏面には、桁材2と交差する向きに複数の長方形状のパネル3が配列され、パネル3の長さは桁材2間に取付け易いように、好適には桁材2の間隔にほぼ等しい寸法(桁材2間の寸法は通常3〜3.5m程度となされているために、パネル3の長さもその寸法に対応した3〜3.5m程度となされる)となされ、また作業者が乗れる程度の広さを確保すると共に作業者が手で持ち上げられる程度に軽量化するために、幅寸法は好適には600〜1000mm程度の細幅となされる。そしてこのパネル3の上面の長手方向には、開口縁31が内方に突出された取付溝32が複数それぞれ並行に設けられている。

かかる方法でパネル3の取り付けを行うことで、吊材や吊り部材を用いることなく、パネル支持材6を取り付けたパネル3のみを施工現場に持ち込むことで、パネル3を桁材2に取り付けることができる。またパネル支持材6の横部材63の下面を、桁材2の下フランジ部21の上面に当接させるのみで仮固定できることから、仮固定に係わる手間は極めて小さいものとなる。更にパネル支持材6により仮固定を行い、その状態で本固定の作業を行うことができるため、仮固定時のパネル3の動揺は吊材や吊り部材にワイヤーやチェーンを用いた場合よりはるかに小さいものとなり、作業の安全性は向上される。
