Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a winding reel that winds a component packaging tape or the like that is continuously wound while holding electronic components such as a lead frame and a crimp terminal at regular intervals.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, reels made of aluminum, plastic injection moldings, polystyrene foam moldings, cardboards, and the like have been widely used as winding reels.
However, aluminum products are complicated in manufacturing processes such as screwing and deburring after punching, and the edges are sharp and there is a risk of cutting hands, making it difficult for operators to handle. Also, plastic injection molded products are heavy and have poor workability, and cardboard products are easily deformed and difficult to use repeatedly.
On the other hand, a reel of a polystyrene foam molded article is lightweight, can be used repeatedly, has a low risk of cutting hands, and has good handleability, but has a poor impact resistance. In addition, a reel made of a polystyrene foam molded body is often used in which a divided molded body divided at a core portion of a reel body is integrally joined to each other at a core portion. In general, an adhesive is used to obtain the adhesive, and the adhesive oozes out at the joints to form burrs. Therefore, there is a disadvantage that much labor and time have to be spent for the operation of removing the burrs. Also, the use of an adhesive may cause inconvenience during recycling.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above, without using an adhesive, from a foam molded body integrally joined to each other at a core portion forming end face of a divided molded body divided at a core portion of a reel body. The reel is provided.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention provides (1) a pair of same-shaped divided bodies each composed of a core forming part and a side plate part divided at an axial center of a core of a reel body made of a foamed molded product; The core forming portion and the side plate portion are integrally formed, and a cutout portion is formed at a peripheral portion of the joining surface at a joining surface of the opposed divided bodies of the core forming portion, so that the joining surfaces are fused to each other. The present invention relates to a foam molded product reel characterized in that divided bodies are joined and integrated.
[0005]
Also, (2) the foam molded article reel according to the above (1), wherein the foam molded article is a polyolefin resin foam particle molded article.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The drawings illustrate one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a front view of the inside of the divided body of the reel of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front view of the outside of the divided body of the reel of the present invention. 3 shows a sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 shows a sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. 1, and FIG. 5 shows a sectional view taken along the line CC in FIG. FIG. 6 shows an AA cut surface showing a joint.
[0007]
The reel split body according to the present invention includes a side plate portion 1 and a core forming portion 2, and a notch 3 is formed on a joining surface 21 of the core forming portion 2 at a peripheral edge of the joining surface 21. A central shaft hole 11 and a through hole 13 are provided in the joint surface 21 of the core forming portion 2, and a through hole 12 is provided in the side plate. Also, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the joint surface 21 of the core forming portion 2 can be provided with the concave portion 5 and the convex portion 4 on the joint surface 21 of the divided body as desired. Thus, at the time of fusion, the convex portion 4 of the other joining surface facing the concave portion 5 of the one joining surface 21 is fitted with the other concave portion 5 facing the convex portion 4 of the one joining surface, respectively. At the joint surfaces 21 of the opposing divided bodies of the core forming part 2, the divided bodies are joined and integrated by fusion. One of the concave portions of the divided body is fitted to the other convex portion, and one of the convex portions of the divided body is fitted to the other concave portion so as to be fused.
[0008]
Further, the reel split body according to the present invention has a shape in which a notch 3 is formed in a peripheral portion of the joining surface 21 of the winding core forming portion 2. Due to the formation of the notch 3, when both of the divided bodies are heat-sealed at the joint surface 21 of the core forming part 2, as shown in FIG. Since the burrs are formed slightly lower, the burrs do not protrude to the surface of the core even if burrs are formed at the fused portion, so that the operation of removing the burrs is not particularly required. The notch may be formed in a tapered shape such that the area of the joint surface 21 is reduced.
[0009]
In general, the notch has a dimension (hereinafter, simply referred to as “width”) in a direction parallel to the bonding surface 21 of 1 mm to 5 mm, preferably 1 mm to 4 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 3 mm. The dimension in the direction perpendicular to the joining surface 21 (hereinafter, simply referred to as “height”) is 1 mm to 5 mm, preferably 1 mm to 4 mm, and more preferably 1 mm to 3 mm. If the width of the cutout portion exceeds 5 mm, there is a risk that the area of the fused portion of the winding core portion is relatively reduced, and the strength of the fused portion is reduced. On the other hand, if the width is less than 1 mm, burrs formed by fusion may undesirably come out on the surface of the core.
When the height exceeds 5 mm, a wide gap is formed in the winding core, which is inconvenient when winding a tape or the like. On the other hand, if the width is less than 1 mm, burrs formed by fusion may undesirably come out on the surface of the core.
[0010]
As shown in the drawing, the reel according to the present invention is provided with through holes 12 and 13 in the side plate portion and the winding core portion. The number and shape of the through holes do not need to be as shown in the drawings, and can be provided as appropriate.
[0011]
The reel divided body according to the present invention is formed by in-mold molding of polyolefin-based resin foamed particles, and the side plate portion and the core forming portion are integrally molded. This is preferable because it does not crack or the member is not chipped. Examples of the polyolefin-based resin include a polyethylene-based resin and a polypropylene-based resin, for example, an ethylene homopolymer such as a linear low-density polyethylene, a high-density polyethylene, and a low-density polyethylene, and an ethylene copolymer having an ethylene component of 50 mol% or more. Propylene such as propylene homopolymer, propylene-ethylene random copolymer, and propylene-ethylene block copolymer is 50% by mole or more, and copolymerized with other polymerizable monomers copolymerizable with propylene. Polymers and those obtained by mixing two or more thereof are exemplified. These may be either cross-linked or non-cross-linked, but are preferably non-cross-linked, which can be easily recycled and can be recycled.
[0012]
A synthetic resin and / or an elastomer other than the polyolefin resin can be added to the polyolefin resin. The amount of the synthetic resin and / or elastomer other than the polyolefin resin is preferably at most 35 parts by weight, more preferably 20 parts by weight, and even more preferably 10 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the polyolefin resin. Parts by weight, most preferably at most 5 parts by weight.
[0013]
Various additives can be contained in the polyolefin-based resin as desired. Such additives include, for example, antioxidants, ultraviolet inhibitors, antistatic agents, flame retardants, metal deactivators, pigments, dyes, nucleating agents, and bubble regulators. Above all, for the reel used for electronic components, it is preferable to include an antistatic agent in the polyolefin-based resin from the viewpoint that dust due to static electricity does not adhere to the reel.
[0014]
It is preferable that the apparent density of the foam molded article forming the reel made of the foam molded article of the present invention is 50 g / L or more. When the apparent density is less than 50 g / L, the rigidity of the reel itself is low, and the shape of the reel may be deformed by the weight of the wound tape when the tape is wound and stored. From the above viewpoint, the apparent density of the foam molded article is more preferably 70 g / L or more, and further preferably 90 g / L or more. On the other hand, the upper limit is preferably such that the apparent density is 500 g / L or less. When the apparent density exceeds 500 g / L, the density of the foamed molded article is too large, and there is a possibility that physical properties specific to the foamed article such as cushioning property and lightness are lost. From the above viewpoint, it is more preferably 400 g / L or less, and further preferably 300 g / L or less.
In addition, the apparent density (g / L) of the foam molded article is calculated by dividing the weight (g) of the foam molded article by its apparent volume (L).
[0015]
The reel made of a foamed molded article of the present invention is preferably not deformed by the load of the wound tape. In this respect, the 5% compressive strength of the foamed molded article is preferably 150 KPa or more, more preferably 300 KPa or more, and 450 KPa or more. More preferred. On the other hand, the upper limit is not particularly limited, but is usually 2500 KPa. The measurement of the 5% compressive strength in the present specification is performed in accordance with the test method of JIS K6767 (1976). After measuring the compressive strength up to 10%, the 5% compressive strength is obtained from the measurement curve. The test piece for measurement was prepared so that the entire surface was a cut surface.
[0016]
The above-mentioned in-mold molding can be obtained, for example, by filling a pre-expanded particle in a mold that can be closed but not sealed, and heat-foamed. The above-mentioned mold corresponds to a shape of a divided body obtained by dividing the reel body at the center of the winding core, and steam is usually used for heating. The notch 3 formed in the peripheral portion of the joint surface 21 of the divided body according to the present invention may be provided with a notch 3 corresponding to a mold and integrally formed. May be formed at the peripheral edge of the joining portion 21.
[0017]
The reel made of a foam molded article of the present invention is obtained by heating and joining the joining surface 21 of the core forming part 2. In the above-mentioned heating and fusion, the bonding surface 21 is heated by an appropriate heating means. For example, the joining surfaces 21 of the reel divided bodies are arranged so as to face each other, a heating plate is inserted into a gap between the opposed joining surfaces, and both the joining surfaces 21 are heated and melted. The surfaces 21 are pressed against each other and fused to be joined and integrated.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
(1) According to the present invention, since the reel divided bodies are mutually bonded and integrated at the bonding surface 21 of the winding core forming part 2, the adhesive strength is excellent, and the reel division according to the present invention is also provided. In the body, the notch 3 is formed at the periphery of the joint surface 21 in the core forming part 2, so that when both of the divided bodies are thermally fused at the joint surface 21 of the core forming part 2, Since the fusion portion is formed slightly lower than the surface of the core, even when burrs are formed on the fusion portion, the burrs do not stick out to the surface of the core portion, and the work of removing burrs is particularly necessary. It does not.
(2) Further, since the foamed molded article is a polyolefin-based resin foamed particle molded article, since the foamed article has flexibility, the reel is not broken or the member is not chipped by an impact when the reel is dropped.
