Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bodily fluid absorbent article such as disposable disposable diapers and sanitary napkins that absorb bodily fluids.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This kind of bodily fluid absorbent article basically has a liquid-permeable surface layer provided on the side facing the skin of the body, a leak-proof layer provided on the side away from the skin of the body, and a gap between them. It has a provided body fluid absorbent part.
[0003]
In this case, various configurations of the body fluid-absorbing part are known, and as the absorbent material, mainly absorbent paper such as superabsorbent polymer, cotton-like pulp (fluff pulp), and crepe paper is used. With the recent development of superabsorbent polymer technology, it is possible to form a thinner body fluid-absorbing part, thus improving the fit of the absorbent part of the product to the body and reducing the leakage.
[0004]
The improvement in the absorption characteristics of this product is a demand for consumers to develop a new product that is thin but has a large absorption capacity and can withstand long wear.
[0005]
However, in order to satisfy this requirement, for example, in the case of urine, the bodily fluid-absorbing part must absorb all of the urine output multiple times. However, every time urination is repeated, the absorption rate of the body fluid-absorbing part is slowed down, and in particular, body fluid is often not absorbed up to the longitudinal end of the body fluid-absorbing part. This is because the body fluid is not sufficiently diffused in the longitudinal direction (longitudinal direction of the product), and so-called gel blocking phenomenon occurs in which expansion wetting is inhibited by swelling of the superabsorbent polymer.
[0006]
As a technique for solving these phenomena, a technique for assisting the wetting and spreading in the vertical direction, such as JP-T2000-510031 and JP-T2000-510033, JP-T2000-510031, JP-T2000-510033 A technique for preventing gel blocking of a superabsorbent polymer, such as a gazette, a shape of the superabsorbent polymer, a device for incorporation, and a method for ensuring a space that swells by wetting are proposed.
[0007]
However, using either method is not a sufficient solution. Considering this cause anew, the body fluid-absorbing part of the conventional body fluid-absorbing article is vertically long and arranged along the longitudinal direction of the product, and the body fluid discharge site is designed to be located substantially at the center of the body fluid-absorbing part, It was assumed that the bodily fluid from the discharge site would spread (diffuse) to the longitudinal end. Therefore, as long as the diffusion of the body fluid in the longitudinal direction is not sufficient, the body fluid cannot be absorbed by the whole body fluid absorbent portion.
[0008]
On the other hand, in view of such problems, the present applicant considers that there is a limit to the diffusion of bodily fluid in the bodily fluid-absorbing part, so that the absorbent material contracts and moves due to contact with bodily fluids, and the excretion site. Various proposals have been made on body fluid absorbent articles configured to renew the corresponding absorbent material portions and their improved techniques. For example, Japanese Patent Application Nos. 2001-26914, 2001-148131, 2001-331563, 2001-331564, 2001-321765, 2001-226507, 2001-241912 Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-26440 corresponds to this. According to such prior art, the entire absorbent material is effectively used, and as a whole, the absorption capacity is large, and more than one body fluid can be absorbed sufficiently. It becomes a property article.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the prior art, if the body fluid supplied to the excretion site is not evenly supplied to the desired range of the absorbent material, the contraction movement of the absorbent material becomes uneven, or the body fluid absorption range and contraction range of the absorbent material There has been a problem that it expands beyond a necessary and sufficient level, and the utilization efficiency of the absorbent material decreases (in this case, the number of times that it can be updated decreases).
[0010]
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is to enable more efficient contraction movement and use of the absorbent material, and to more effectively update the absorbent material portion corresponding to the excretion site.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
<Invention of Claim 1>
A liquid-permeable surface layer provided on the side facing the skin of the body, a leak-proof layer provided on the side away from the skin of the body, and a surface direction including at least an excretion site provided therebetween. It has a body fluid absorption part corresponding to the main absorption range,
In the bodily fluid absorbent part, there is an absorbent article having an absorbent material having an absorption holding function of bodily fluids and a contracting function by contact with bodily fluids, and fixing the predetermined part to the article,
Provided on the surface side of the absorbent material a permeation diffusion layer having body fluid permeability and body fluid diffusibility,
A bodily fluid absorbent article characterized by the above.
[0012]
(Function and effect)
In this way, by providing the permeation diffusion layer on the surface side of the absorbent material, the body fluid concentratedly supplied to the excretion site can be diffused through the permeation diffusion layer and supplied uniformly to the desired range of the absorbent material. It becomes like this.
[0013]
<Invention of
The permeation diffusion layer is a single-layer fiber assembly sheet having body fluid permeability and body fluid diffusibility, or a laminate of a body fluid permeability fiber assembly sheet and a body fluid diffusion fiber assembly sheet. Item 1. The body fluid absorbent article according to Item 1.
[0014]
(Function and effect)
The permeation diffusion layer in the present invention can be composed of a single-layer fiber assembly sheet having both permeation and diffusion characteristics, or can be composed of a laminate of fiber assembly sheets having various characteristics.
[0015]
<Invention of
The bodily fluid absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein the permeable diffusion layer has a permeable layer having a humor permeability and a diffusing layer having a humor diffusibility in this order from the surface side.
[0016]
(Function and effect)
In this way, by providing the permeable layer on the surface side and the diffusion layer on the absorbent material side, the body fluid supplied to the excretion site first permeates the permeable layer and is quickly received in the article, and then diffused. Through the layer, it is diffused and distributed to the desired area of the absorbent material. Therefore, the body fluid is hardly diffused on the article surface, and the wearer's feeling of use is improved.
[0017]
<Invention of
The transmission layer, density 0.03~0.08g / cm 3, a basis weight of 20 to 50 g / m 2, a nonwoven fabric sheet made of hydrophilic fibers, the body fluid absorbent article according to
[0018]
(Function and effect)
The permeable layer in this invention can be comprised by this fixed nonwoven fabric sheet, for example.
[0019]
<Invention of Claim 5>
The bodily fluid absorbent article according to
[0020]
(Function and effect)
The diffusion layer in the present invention can be constituted by, for example, such a certain nonwoven fabric sheet.
[0021]
<Invention of Claim 6>
The bodily fluid absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a permeation suppression layer that suppresses permeation of bodily fluid is provided between the permeation diffusion layer and the absorbent material.
[0022]
(Function and effect)
By providing such a permeation suppression layer at a desired position, permeation of body fluid to the absorbent material at that position is suppressed, and the diffusion action through the permeation diffusion layer is promoted. Therefore, for example, when such a permeation suppression layer is provided in an excretion site where body fluid is concentrated and supplied locally, the permeation suppression layer suppresses the permeation of the body fluid into the absorbent material, so that the permeation diffusion layer is interposed. Thus, the body fluid is diffused from the excretion site to the periphery thereof, and the body fluid is evenly supplied to the absorbent material. Therefore, the body fluid can be evenly diffused more reliably and easily than when only the transmission diffusion layer is provided. In addition, the permeation suppression layer in the present invention includes both a body fluid impermeable layer that does not transmit body fluid at all, and a layer that transmits body fluid but has a slower transmission rate than the diffusion rate of the transmission diffusion layer.
[0023]
<Invention of Claim 7>
The bodily fluid absorption according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the bodily fluid is configured to diffuse from the excretion site to the site where the absorbent material is fixed to the article by the diffusion action of the permeation diffusion layer. Sex goods.
[0024]
(Function and effect)
The absorbent material in the present invention moves while contracting toward a portion fixed to the article. Therefore, supplying sufficient body fluid from the excretion site to the absorbent material portion on the fixed site side is important for achieving efficient contraction movement and utilization of the absorbent material.
[0025]
In the invention according to the seventh aspect, from this point of view, the body fluid is diffused from the excretion site to the absorbent material fixing site side. By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to reliably supply body fluid to the absorbent material of the fixed side part, movement of the absorbent material occurs due to contraction of the part, and a new absorbent material part is supplied to the excretory part, Efficient use of absorbent material is possible.
[0026]
<Invention of
A liquid-permeable surface layer provided on the side facing the skin of the body, a leak-proof layer provided on the side away from the skin of the body, and a surface direction including at least an excretion site provided therebetween. It has a body fluid absorption part corresponding to the main absorption range,
In the bodily fluid absorbent part, there is an absorbent article having an absorbent material having an absorption holding function of bodily fluids and a contracting function by contact with bodily fluids, and fixing the predetermined part to the article,
The absorbent material has an elongated shape, is arranged along the front-rear direction of the article, and three or more are arranged in parallel in the article width direction,
The absorbent material has a portion corresponding to the excretion site and one not having a portion corresponding to the excretion site,
Each absorbent material has only one longitudinal end fixed to the article, and the other end is a free end,
A permeation diffusion layer having body fluid permeability and body fluid diffusibility is provided on the surface side of the absorbent material, and this permeation diffusion layer is provided so as to cover all the absorbent materials in the article width direction,
A permeation suppression layer that suppresses permeation of body fluid is provided between the permeation diffusion layer and the absorbent, and this permeation suppression layer covers the entire absorbent material having the excretion site corresponding part in the article width direction, but at least both ends. It is provided so as not to cover a part of the absorbent material,
A bodily fluid absorbent article characterized by the above.
[0027]
(Function and effect)
The invention according to
[0028]
In such a form, although the contraction movement of the absorbent material is performed toward one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent material, diffusion of body fluid along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent material tends to be dominant. In this case, the shrinkage movement distance of the absorbent in the center of the article width direction is greater than that of the absorbent on both ends, and the amount of movement between the absorbents becomes non-uniform.
[0029]
However, as in the invention according to
[0030]
<Invention of Claim 9>
A liquid-permeable surface layer provided on the side facing the skin of the body, a leak-proof layer provided on the side away from the skin of the body, and a surface direction including at least an excretion site provided therebetween. It has a body fluid absorption part corresponding to the main absorption range,
In the bodily fluid absorbent part, there is an absorbent article having an absorbent material having an absorption holding function of bodily fluids and a contracting function by contact with bodily fluids, and fixing the predetermined part to the article,
The absorbent material has an elongated shape and is disposed along the front-rear direction of the article,
The absorbent material has a portion corresponding to the excretion site and one not having a portion corresponding to the excretion site,
Each absorbent material has only one longitudinal end fixed to the article, and the other end is a free end,
A permeation diffusion layer having body fluid permeability and body fluid diffusibility is provided on the surface side of the absorbent material,
A permeation suppression layer that suppresses permeation of body fluid is provided between the permeation diffusion layer and the absorbent, and this permeation suppression layer is provided only on the free end side of the absorbent from the excretion site in the longitudinal direction of the article. A bodily fluid absorbent article characterized by comprising:
[0031]
(Function and effect)
The invention of claim 9 is also directed to a form in which three or more elongated absorbent materials along the longitudinal direction of the article are juxtaposed in the article width direction, and only one end in the longitudinal direction is fixed to the article. This is a preferred form when the present invention is applied.
[0032]
In this form, as described above, diffusion of body fluid along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent material is likely to be dominant, and diffusion of body fluid from the excretion site to the absorption material portion on the fixed site side is also made, but from the excretion site to the free end side The body fluid is also diffused into the absorbent part. As described above, the former is preferable, but the latter is not preferable in terms of efficiently expanding and utilizing the absorbent material because the body fluid diffusion range is unnecessarily expanded.
[0033]
Therefore, in the invention according to claim 9, in the longitudinal direction of the article, absorption of body fluid to the absorbent portion on the free end side is provided by providing a permeation suppression layer only on the free end side of the absorbent material from the excretion site. As a result, diffusion and absorption of body fluid to the absorbent material portion on the fixed part side are promoted, and efficient shrinkage movement and utilization of the absorbent material are made possible.
[0034]
<Invention of
The body fluid absorbent article according to
[0035]
(Function and effect)
In the present invention, such a wall-like member is preferable for, for example, promoting diffusion of body fluid in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent or securing a moving space for the absorbent, but significantly promotes diffusion of the body fluid in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, it is not preferable for the uniform diffusion of body fluid. However, by configuring as in the ninth aspect, even when the wall-shaped member is provided, the body fluid can be evenly diffused.
[0036]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
The present invention is generally applied to body fluid absorbent articles such as disposable paper diapers and sanitary napkins. When using diapers (when worn), bring the left and right sides of the dorsal side to the left and right sides of the abdomen. If an application example to a so-called tape-type paper diaper of a type that is joined by a tape fastener (including an adhesive tape fastener and a hook-and-loop fastener) is described, an embodiment of a pants-type disposable diaper or a pad-type disposable absorbent article, and a sanitary Since it seems that the embodiment in the napkin can be immediately estimated, the description of the latter two examples will be omitted.
