S=(30〜200)×a/b……(1)
【0045】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bodily fluid absorbent article such as disposable disposable diapers and sanitary napkins that absorb bodily fluids.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This kind of bodily fluid absorbent article basically has a liquid-permeable surface layer provided on the side facing the skin of the body, a leak-proof layer provided on the side away from the skin of the body, and a gap between them. It has a provided body fluid absorbent part.
[0003]
In this case, various configurations of the body fluid-absorbing part are known, and as the absorbent material, absorbent paper such as a highly water-absorbing polymer, cotton-like pulp (fluff pulp), and crepe paper is mainly used. With the recent development of superabsorbent polymer technology, it is possible to form a thinner body fluid-absorbing part, thus improving the fit of the absorbent part of the product to the body and reducing leakage.
[0004]
The improvement in the absorption characteristics of this product is a demand for consumers to develop a new product that is thin but has a large absorption capacity and can withstand long wear.
[0005]
However, in order to satisfy this requirement, for example, in the case of urine, the bodily fluid-absorbing part must absorb all of the urine output multiple times. However, every time urination is repeated, the absorption rate of the body fluid-absorbing part is slowed down, and in particular, body fluid is often not absorbed up to the longitudinal end of the body fluid-absorbing part. This is because the body fluid is not sufficiently diffused in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction of the product), and so-called gel blocking phenomenon occurs in which expansion wetting is inhibited by swelling of the superabsorbent polymer.
[0006]
As a technique for solving these phenomena, techniques such as Special Table 2000-510031 and Special Table 2000-510033 that help wet spreading in the vertical direction, Special Table 2000-510031, Special Table 2000-510033, etc. A technique for preventing gel blocking of a superabsorbent polymer, a shape of the superabsorbent polymer, a device for incorporation, and a method for securing a space that swells by wetting have been proposed.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, using either method is not a sufficient solution. Considering this cause anew, the body fluid-absorbing part of the conventional body fluid-absorbing article is vertically long and arranged along the longitudinal direction of the product, and the body fluid discharge site is designed to be located substantially at the center of the body fluid-absorbing part, It was assumed that the bodily fluid from the discharge site would spread (diffuse) to the longitudinal end. Therefore, as long as the diffusion of the body fluid in the longitudinal direction is not sufficient, the body fluid cannot be absorbed by the whole body fluid absorbent portion.
[0008]
Accordingly, the main problem of the present invention is that, based on the fact that there is a limit to the diffusion of body fluid in the body fluid absorbing portion, the position of the body fluid absorbing portion changes using a contractible material that contracts by contact with the body fluid. By configuring as described above, it is possible to effectively use the entire absorbent material, and to provide a body fluid absorbent article that is thin and has a large absorption capacity and can withstand long-time wearing as a whole. is there.
Another problem is to make it so that its absorbing sites for the body fluids discharged site is updated I accompanied to the discharge of bodily fluids. Another object is to provide a body fluid-absorbing article that does not have a so-called gel blocking phenomenon in which expansion wetting due to swelling of the superabsorbent polymer is inhibited, and that the function of the superabsorbent polymer is fully exhibited.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
<Invention of
An absorbent article having a liquid-permeable surface layer provided on the side facing the body skin, a leak-proof layer provided on the side away from the body skin, and a body fluid-absorbing part provided therebetween There,
In the bodily fluid-absorbing part, an absorbent material comprising a contractible material having a predetermined length that contracts by contact with the bodily fluid and a bodily fluid absorbent material that is substantially integrated with the shrinkable material is disposed. , One end of which is fixed to the article,
And the other end portion of the absorbent material is temporarily fixed to the article into and out I accompanied the contraction of contraction of material,
When the absorbent is absorbed by contact with body fluid at the body fluid discharge site, the absorbent is contracted and moved toward the fixed portion by this absorption,
Thereby, with respect to the body fluid discharge part, the part that absorbed body fluid earlier in the absorbent material escapes, and is configured so that an unabsorbed part in the absorbent material is positioned instead.
A bodily fluid absorbent article characterized by the above.
[0010]
(Function and effect)
An absorbent material composed of a shrinkable material of a predetermined length that shrinks by contact with body fluid and a body fluid absorbent material that is substantially integrated with the shrinkable material is in the body fluid absorbent portion and shrinks. since wood is shrinkable arranged, shrinkable material shrinks upon contact with body fluids, also shrinks it to be substantially integrated I accompanied body fluid absorbent material. As a result, the part of the body fluid absorbing material that has been absorbed first escapes from the body fluid discharging part, and instead of this, a new part of the body fluid absorbing material is located, that is, in the body fluid discharging part. in contrast, absorption of the body fluid absorbent material is updated I accompanied to the discharge of bodily fluids, to position change. Therefore, the entire absorbent material can be used effectively, and as a whole, it is possible to obtain a bodily fluid absorbent article that has a large absorbent capacity and can withstand long-time wearing while the bodily fluid absorbent portion is thin. .
On the other hand, it is conceivable that the absorbent material is arranged without being fixed in the body fluid absorbent part, but the moving direction of the body fluid absorbent material is not fixed, and when the absorbent material moves to some extent, the frictional force with other materials As a result, it was discovered that it can no longer move. However, according to the present invention, when one end portion of the absorbent material is fixed to the article, the shrinkable material and the body fluid absorbent material always shrink toward the fixed portion. The position of the absorption part is updated reliably. Further, even if friction between the absorbent material and another material occurs, the shrinkage force of the shrinkable material acts only in one direction, so that the absorbent material is reliably moved.
The opposite end of the fixing portion, when the contraction force of contraction of material worked, Ru is temporarily fixed to the extent that deviates in its contraction force. This tacking is for the manufacturing process and transportation process of the product does not cause the displacement of the absorber.
[0011]

[0012]
(Function and effect)
Since the absorbent material is provided in the channel space and one end of the absorbent material is fixed to the article, for example, it is fixed to at least one of the use side sheet and the back side sheet. Is carried out smoothly and reliably. Furthermore, the body fluid can move and diffuse along the longitudinal direction in the channel space. In addition, when the product is mounted, the channel space becomes a buffer portion or a cushion portion, and the contact with the skin is good.
[0013]
