Description
The present invention relates to absorbent articles.
Generally, absorbent articles such as taped paper diapers, pants-type paper diapers, urine absorbing pads, light incontinence pads, sanitary products, etc., have a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and a space between them. And an absorber arranged. Of these, the urine absorbing pad is commonly used as a so-called inner pad, which is used by putting it in a taped paper diaper or a pants-type paper diaper. The combined use of a disposable diaper and a urine absorbing pad is often used by a wearer who is unable to stand up by himself, so that the urine absorbing pad cannot be frequently replaced. Therefore, there is a demand for an absorbent article that can be absorbed even if it is excreted a plurality of times, has a large absorption amount, and has an improved absorption rate.
By the way, it has been proposed that some absorbent articles are provided with notches such as slits in a part of the absorber to improve the absorption performance and prevent leakage. For example, in
Further, in Patent Document 2, a slit extends at least between the central portion in the width direction and the left and right side edge portions of at least the crotch portion of the absorber, and the top sheet has both groove portions of the absorber or the width direction outer side vicinity thereof. The three-dimensional gather is provided along the slit with the position overlapping with as the root portion, and at least the side portion on the width direction center side of both groove portions of the absorber is located on the width direction center side with respect to the root portion of the three-dimensional gather. , A pad type absorbent article is disclosed.
However, although the absorption performance for the crotch part is improved by providing such a slit in the absorber, the liquid diffusibility of the absorber before and after the crotch part has not been taken into consideration. That is, body fluid such as urine flows into the slit of the absorbent body through the top sheet and diffuses in the slit, but depending on the relationship between the excreted site and the position of the slit, the body fluid is in the front-back direction of the absorbent body. It did not diffuse well, and accumulated on the surface of the absorber, which sometimes caused leakage from the edge of the absorber. Especially in the case of a urine absorbing pad, the width of the absorber differs in the front-back direction, and the front part of the absorber is often narrower than the rear part. The bodily fluid thus reached could reach the edge of the absorber at the front side prematurely and cause leakage. Furthermore, there is still room for improvement in terms of fit.
In view of the above problems, the present invention controls the liquid diffusibility with a slit portion provided in the absorbent body, thereby effectively utilizing the entire absorbent body to prevent leakage, and an absorbent article excellent in fit as well. The purpose is to provide.

FIG. 1 is a development view of the
In addition, the
(Top sheet)
For the top sheet, a base material having liquid permeability that allows body fluid to move to the absorber may be used. For example, non-woven fabric such as thermal bond non-woven fabric, composite non-woven fabric in which thermal bond/spun bond is laminated, open polyethylene film. And the like, a foamed film such as polyethylene foam and urethane foam, or a composite sheet in which these are laminated. Moreover, in order to improve the liquid permeability, the top sheet is preferably embossed or perforated on its surface. As the processing method, known methods can be used without limitation. Further, in order to reduce the irritation to the skin, it is also preferable that the top sheet contains a lotion, an antioxidant, an anti-inflammatory component, a pH adjusting agent, an antibacterial agent, a moisturizing agent and the like. Further, from the viewpoint of strength and workability, the basis weight of the top sheet is preferably 15 g/m 2 or more and 40 g/m 2 or less. The shape of the top sheet is not particularly limited, but may be any shape that covers the absorbent body in order to guide the body fluid to the absorbent body so as not to leak.
(Back sheet)
The backsheet may be made of a material such as a non-woven fabric, a resin film, or a composite sheet in which these are laminated, as long as the backing sheet has a liquid impermeable base material that prevents the body fluid held by the absorber from leaking to the underwear. It The production method of the nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include spunbond and meltblown nonwoven fabrics, spunbond/meltblown, spunbond/meltblown/spunbond laminated non-woven fabrics, and composite materials thereof. Examples of the resin film include polyester, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene, polypropylene, a composite film of polyethylene and polypropylene, and the like.
From the viewpoint of strength and workability, the basis weight of the back sheet is preferably 15 g/m 2 or more and 40 g/m 2 or less. Further, in order to prevent stuffiness during mounting, it is preferable that the back sheet has breathability. In order to provide air permeability, for example, a resin film as a base material may be mixed with a filler, or a back sheet may be embossed. As the filler, calcium carbonate can be used, and the processing method thereof can be performed by a publicly known method without limitation.

The
As shown in FIG. 1, a pair of left and right first slits 43 extending in the longitudinal direction are formed in the
FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the pair of left and right first slits 43. As shown in FIG. 2, the pair of left and right first slits 43 is formed by continuously forming a
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the
The second slit 44 acts as a temporary pocket for preventing back leakage due to loose stool or the like at the fecal excretion position LE, and can reduce skin irritation around the anus. By forming a pair of left and right first slits 43 and

The pair of left and right first slits 43 has a width of 5 mm or more and 30 mm or less, and a length of the
In addition, in order to prevent cracking of the
Next, the

The
In addition, the SAP of the
