Description
The present invention relates to a low-cost absorbent pad for preventing loose stool leakage, which can appropriately prevent leakage of loose stool.
In general, adult disposable diapers include tape-stop type, pants type, etc., and these disposable diapers are appropriately selected and used according to the need for long-term care in excretion of the user. These absorbent articles are composed of a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorbent body arranged between the two sheets. By adopting such a configuration, body fluids such as urine permeate through the top sheet of the absorbent article and are absorbed by the absorber, and are prevented from leaking to the outside by the back sheet.
By the way, tape-stop type and pants-type disposable diapers (hereinafter referred to as paper diapers) may be used alone or in combination with a urine absorbing pad, but at present, they are used together with a urine absorbing pad. In most cases, the urine absorbing pad is used in combination and is layered on the top sheet of a disposable diaper. This is because the cost per disposable diaper is high. By absorbing and holding excrement with a urine absorbing pad, which is cheaper than a disposable diaper, and then replacing only the urine absorbing pad, even after excretion, This is because it is not necessary to replace the more expensive disposable diapers and the absorbent goods can be used at a low cost economically.
Here, the urine collecting pad has various sizes and shapes depending on the amount of urine, and can surely absorb the excreted urine and prevent leakage. However, for loose stools, watery stools, and diarrheal stools (hereinafter referred to as loose stools), the absorption is insufficient and the loose stools may leak to the outside of the urine absorbing pad and the disposable diaper. Absorbent articles aimed at preventing are being studied.
As an absorbent article for the purpose of preventing leakage of loose stool, for example, in
Further, in Patent Document 2, at least in the range posterior to the front end of the crotch portion, a cup portion recessed in a cup shape when viewed from the surface side is provided in a portion extending laterally from the protruding portion of the three-dimensional gather. A pad-type disposable diaper, characterized in that it is provided, is disclosed.
Further, in Patent Document 3, a stool receiving lower sheet and a stool receiving sheet are further provided on the upper surface of the top sheet in order from the top sheet side, and the loose stool permeation speed V 2 of the stool receiving lower sheet is the loose stool permeation speed V of the stool receiving sheet. Absorbent articles larger than 1 are disclosed.
Further, in Patent Document 4, in a disposable absorbent article provided with a stool pocket for storing and holding excrement in the buttocks contact portion, the opening portion of the stool pocket is covered with a mesh sheet, and the mesh sheet is used. Disclosed is an absorbent article characterized in that at least an intermediate region including a urination portion is surface-treated by applying a hydrophilic agent.
However, even in the absorbent articles described in
The inventor of the present invention has conducted diligent research in view of the above problems.

(Expandable elastic member)
Further, it is preferable that the three-dimensional gather 60 has at least one stretchable
