【従来の技術】
棒鋼等の重量長尺物をクレーンにより吊り上げるための自動玉掛け吊具は、従来より実開平2−99886号公報,実開平4−34284号公報,実開平4−60991号公報等により知られているが、これら従来の玉掛け吊具は、吊具本体の両端部に一対の吊アームをシリンダを作動させることにより外方に回転し拡張し得るように構成したものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、吊荷である棒鋼等の長尺物製品の長さには長いものから短いものまで非常に大きな幅があるが、従来の上記吊具の構造では長さに対する適用範囲が狭く、実状にそぐわないという問題があった。また、吊アームの回転支点となる枢軸に集中荷重が掛かるので強度が損なわれるという問題があった。
そこで本発明は、長いものから比較的短いものまで広範囲に吊り上げられるとともに、耐荷重性が優れた長尺物自動玉掛け吊具を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そのために本発明に係る長尺物自動玉掛け吊具は、クレーンにより略水平に支持される長尺ビームの長軸中心の両側に一対の支持枠体を夫々走行可能に吊下し、該各支持枠体を該長尺ビームに沿って走行させる走行駆動装置を設けるとともに、該各支持枠体は垂下アーム対を拡縮自在に吊下し、該垂下アーム対の下端に所定長の吊索を張設してなることを特徴とする。
また本発明は上記長尺物自動玉掛け吊具において、走行駆動装置は、長尺ビームの長軸中心の両側に夫々モータによって回転駆動される一対の螺子軸を設け、各支持枠体には該各螺子軸に螺合するボール螺子を設けてなるものであることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に図面に従い本発明の実施の形態を説明する。図1は本発明に係る長尺物自動玉掛け吊具の正面図、図2はそのA−A線断面矢視図である。同図中、1は2本のI形鋼1a,1aを横架材1bを固着することにより平行に配してなる長尺ビームで、該長尺ビームの上面に一対の吊金具2,2を突設し、該吊金具にクレーン(図示せず)ロープのフック3,3を掛けて吊り上げることにより、該長尺ビーム1が略水平に支持されるようにしている。また、4,4は該長尺ビーム1の長軸中心の両側に吊下された一対の支持枠体である。該支持枠体4,4は、水平杆5,5の上面に軸受片6,6を突設することで夫々8個の車輪7を夫々回転自在に支持し、該各車輪7をI形鋼1a,1aの下辺上を乗せて転動させることで、該長尺ビーム1に沿って走行可能に吊下する。

また、8,8は該支持枠体4,4を長尺ビーム1に沿って走行させる走行駆動装置で、該走行駆動装置は、長尺ビーム1の長軸中心の両側に長手方向に沿い一対の螺子軸9,9を軸受10,11によって夫々回転自在に軸支し、該螺子軸9,9の一端に固着したスプロケット12,12と減速機付きモータ13,13の回転軸に固着したスプロケット14,14に無端チェーン15,15を巻き掛けし、さらに、前記水平杆5,5上に突設された支持台16,16に該螺子軸9,9に螺合するボール螺子17,17を設けてなる。

また、支持枠体4,4は水平杆5,5の両端部にピン18,18によって一対の垂下アーム19,19を拡縮自在に吊下し、該垂下アーム対の下端に所定長のベルト,チェーン等の吊索20を張設し、該垂下アーム対の略中間部にリンク部材21,21をトグルジョイント様に組み付け、該リンク部材21,21の交点を水平杆5,5の下面との間に設けられた圧縮バネ22によって弾性的に圧下し、常態ではその弾性により該垂下アーム19,19対が拡幅され、吊索20が水平に引っ張られるようにしている。

このように構成した玉掛け吊具では、モータ13,13を駆動して螺子軸9,9を回転させることで支持枠体4,4を長尺ビーム1に沿って走行させ任意の位置で停止できるので、図1に示したように両支持枠体4,4の間隔に吊り上げようとする長尺物23が位置するように調整し、その状態で両支持枠体4,4の間隔をさらに狭め、両支持枠体4,4の吊索20上に該長尺物23があるようにしてからクレーン操作により長尺ビーム1を吊り上げれば、図3に示したように該長尺物23が該吊索20により吊り上げられる。そのとき図4に示したように該長尺物23の荷重によって該吊索20は撓み圧縮バネ22の弾性に抗して垂下アーム19,19対は縮まり該長尺物23は該吊索20により包まれることから安定的に吊り上げることができる。また、長尺物23を降ろしたときは圧縮バネ22の弾性により吊索20はまた水平に張設される。

また、図5に示したように、両支持枠体4,4を長尺ビーム1の一方に寄せることも可能であるので、比較的短い長尺物26を吊り上げる場合はこのように両支持枠体4,4を偏在させることで工場内壁面等の邪魔となることなく上げ降ろしをすることができる。

なお、この実施形態では、走行駆動装置として、螺子軸9,9とボール螺子17,17を示したが、チェーン駆動により両支持枠体4,4を走行させるようにしてもよい。

【発明の効果】
このように本発明に係る長尺物自動玉掛け吊具は、クレーンにより略水平に支持される長尺ビームの長軸中心の両側に一対の支持枠体を夫々走行可能に吊下し、該各支持枠体を該長尺ビームに沿って走行させる走行駆動装置を設けるとともに、該各支持枠体は垂下アーム対を拡縮自在に吊下し、該垂下アーム対の下端に所定長の吊索を張設してなるので、長尺ビームの長さ如何により長いものから比較的短いものまで広範囲に吊り上げられ、しかも従来の玉掛け吊具のように枢軸を有しないので、耐荷重性が優れるなど有益な効果がある。
