【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、移動体通信装置又は携帯端末装置を用いた通信販売システムとコンピュータを通信販売システムとして機能させるためのプログラムとに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の通信販売システムでは、利用者が商品を注文するときは、商品のカタログやインターネットのホームページ等の説明文や写真にて商品がどんなものであるかをイメージし、自分に相応しい商品であるかを推定していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
通信販売システムにおいて、利用者が商品を注文するとき、商品のカタログやインターネットのホームページ等の説明文や写真にて商品がどんなものかイメージするだけでなく、利用者が商品を注文する前に、自分が商品を利用する場面の模擬画像を用いて自分に相応しい商品であるかをより正確に確認可能にすること、また、商品を注文する前に移動体通信端末装置から相談員を呼びだして自分への商品の適合性を相談可能にすること、また、注文した商品を非接触型ＩＣカードを用いて施錠、または、解錠する錠付き戸棚を経由して現品確認を可能にする手段、商品を受け取り可能にする手段、商品を返品可能にする手段が求められていた。

そこで、本発明の第１の技術的課題は、通信販売の利用者のデータを予め登録し、利用者が商品を特定する前に適合性確認手段を通して利用者と商品の適合性を確認可能にする手段を備えた通信販売システムを提供することにある。

また、本発明の第２の技術的課題は、前記の適合性確認を、利用者が商品を利用する場面を模擬的に画像化して移動体通信端末装置へ送信して表示させ、利用者が模擬的画像を見ることによって商品が自分に相応しいか否かを確認可能にする手段を備えた通信販売システムを提供することにある。

また、本発明の第３の技術的課題は、前記の移動体通信端末装置の表示の中に相談員呼出ボタンを設け、相談員呼出ボタンをクリックすることによって相談員と移動体通信端末装置との間に通話路を設定し、利用者が商品が自分に相応しいか否かを相談員に問い合わせ可能とする手段を備えた通信販売システムを提供することにある。

また、本発明の第４の技術的課題は、商品の注文に使用する移動体通信端末装置を通して、注文した商品の現品確認、受け取り、返品する場所としての錠付き戸棚の利用条件を設定可能にする手段を備えた通信販売システムを提供することにある。

また、本発明の第５の技術的課題は、前記の錠付き戸棚に商品の広告宣伝を行う画像表示装置を設け、非接触型ＩＣカードを用いて錠付き戸棚の施錠、または、解錠を行ったとき、非接触型ＩＣカードの識別コードに対応する電子メールアドレス、または、電話番号の移動体通信端末装置へ電子メール送信、または、通話を可能にする手段を備えた通信販売システムを提供することにある。

また、本発明の第６の技術的課題は、非接触型ＩＣカードを用いて錠付き戸棚の施錠、または、解錠を行なったとき、画像表示装置に広告宣伝を表示中の商品を中心にその前後の商品リストを移動体通信端末装置へ送信し、商品リストをスクロールして見られる手段が求められている。また、商品リストの代わりに画像表示装置で表示する画像の縮小版を移動体通信端末装置へ送信し表示させる手段を備えた通信販売システムを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によれば、移動体通信端末装置を通して商品を販売する通信販売システムであって、商品を利用する利用者のデータを登録するデータ登録手段と、前記データ登録手段によって予め登録されたデータを用いて前記利用者が商品に適合するか否かを確認する適合性確認手段とを備え、前記移動体通信端末装置を通して注文する商品を特定する前に前記適合性確認手段を通して商品の適合性を確認できるように構成したことを特徴とする通信販売システムが得られる。

以下、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照しながら説明する。

図１は本発明の第１の実施の形態による通信販売システムの構成の説明に供せられるブロック図である。

図１を参照すると、本発明による通信販売システムは、通信販売制御装置１０、移動体通信端末装置２０、入出庫管理装置３０、代金決済装置４０、および、これらの装置の間の通信を可能にする通信手段２とを備えている。

通信販売制御装置１０は、演算処理部１４、利用者データファイル１１、商品データファイル１２、利用傾向統計データファイル１３、および、通信制御部１５を備えている。

演算処理部１４は、プロセッサやメモリ、および、ソフトウエアを備えて構成されている。この演算処理部１４は、利用者データファイル１１と商品データファイル１２と利用傾向統計データファイル１３へのデータ入出力とファイル内容の加工や更新、統計処理等のデータ処理を行い、また、商品を実際に購入した利用者のデータから商品の利用傾向を統計データとして算出する。また、通信制御部１５と通信網を介して他の装置と商品の販売と代金決済に関わるデータの交換を行う装置である。

図２は本発明の第１の実施の形態による通信販売システムの動作の流れの一例を示す図である。図２を参照すると、通信販売制御装置１０において、入出庫管理装置３０から通信販売する商品のデータを受信し（商品データ登録要求Ｓ１）、演算処理部１４が商品データファイル１２へ該商品のデータを登録する（商品データ登録Ｓ２）。また、通信販売制御装置１０は通信販売を利用しようとする者が移動体通信端末装置２０から送信する利用者のデータを受信し（利用者データ登録要求Ｓ３）、演算処理部１４が利用者データファイル１１へ該利用者のデータを登録する（利用者データ登録Ｓ４、登録Ｓ５）。

前記の商品のデータは商品の名称、商品番号、価格、販売可能な数量、選択可能なサイズ、色、製造メーカの名称等の情報を含んでいる。

また、利用者のデータは、利用者の移動体通信端末装置２０の電話番号、電子メールのアドレス、住所、氏名、利用者が通信販売の商品の代金決済を行うための金融機関の口座番号等の情報を含んでいる。また、利用者が情報を提供した場合は、利用者の年齢、身体のサイズ、家族構成、趣味、外出や旅行の頻度、流行に対する感性、職業、年収、所有する資産、等のプライベートな情報も含んで構成される。また、通信販売業者は前記情報に加えて、利用者が過去に通信販売で購入した商品のデータ等の情報を登録しておく（登録Ｓ５）。

また、通信販売制御装置１０は、通信販売が成立する都度、演算処理部１４が利用傾向統計データファイル１３を通信販売の実績データで更新する。利用傾向統計データファイル１３には、通信販売される商品ごとに、過去に通信販売された商品の数量、色や柄、また、購入した者の年齢、身体のサイズ、家族構成、趣味、外出や旅行の頻度等の統計データが含まれる。

消費者が、通信販売にて商品を購入しようとするとき、まず、移動体通信端末装置２０から移動体通信基地９０を介して、通信手段２によって、通信販売制御装置１０へ商品リストを要求する（商品リスト要求Ｓ６）。通信販売制御装置１０は、商品リストを要求してきた消費者が、既に、利用者データファイル１１に登録された者であるか確認し、未登録であれば、登録するように勧め、登録用の画面を移動体通信端末装置２０へ送信する。消費者が要求された項目の情報を通信販売制御装置１０へ送信すると通信販売制御装置１０は該情報の真偽を調べ、異常がなければ利用者データファイルに登録し該消費者への通信販売を可能にする。

また、消費者が直ちに商品を注文せずに、商品が自分に適した商品であるかの判定を通信販売制御装置１０へ依頼する場合は、消費者は前記の商品リストから商品を選択し（商品選択Ｓ１０´）、かつ、適合性判定を選択し、移動体通信端末装置２０から通信販売制御装置１０へ前記選択情報を送信する。通信販売制御装置１０は、演算処理部１４において、受信した前記選択情報に基づいて、適合性評価用のデータファイル１３に利用傾向統計データに基づく適合性データ要求をし（ｓ１１´）、利用傾向統計データファイル１３の中の該商品番号のデータと利用者データファイル１１の中の年齢、身体のサイズ、家族構成、趣味、外出や旅行の頻度、流行に対する感性、職業、年収、所有する資産、等のデータを読み出し（適合性データ読出しＳ１２´）と照合し、項目ごとに利用者のデータが利用傾向統計データファイル１３のデータの分布の中心値から偏差している度合を算出する（適合性判定Ｓ１３´）。前記のデータの分布は、通信販売制御装置１０が販売の成立の都度、購入した人の年齢、身体のサイズ、家族構成、趣味等のデータを利用傾向統計データファイル１３の中に蓄積し統計的に商品ごとの購入者の傾向を集計する。ある商品に対する購入者の傾向は図４に例示するように、購入者の年齢に対する販売数量の分布で表わされる。利用者からの商品に対する適合性の判定依頼の回答は、前記の販売数量の分布の曲線を画像で移動体通信端末装置２０へ送信し知らせる（適合性判定値送信Ｓ１４′）。そのとき、販売実績は実際の販売数量の絶対値を示してもよいが、絶対値は入れずに数量の変化の傾向のみを表示するようにしてもよい（適合性判定値表示）。利用者は売り手の意志の入らない客観的な統計情報により商品購入者の傾向を知ることが出来る。また、売り手の意志の入らない客観的な統計情報の開示は通信販売システムの信用を高めることにもなり売り手側にも利する。また、前記の利用傾向統計データに基づく適合性評価用データの示し方は、分布曲線の画像の代わりに分布の中心からの偏差の程度を○、△等の記号で表しても良く、商品データファイルから該商品番号の商品が過去に何個販売されたかを示す数値、または、売れ行きの程度を表す記号を引き出し移動体通信端末装置２０へ送信し消費者に知らせるようにしてもよい。前記の利用傾向統計データに基づく適合性評価用データの示し方によれば、消費者は、自分が選択した商品が、どのような他人に受け入れられているかを売り手の意志の入らない客観的情報として知ることが出来、従来の通信販売システムで行われていた、売り手がどのような考え方で決めたか明らかでない適合性評価の方法による判定では持てなかった信頼感を持って他人の購入傾向をもとに、選択した商品が自分に適合するかを自身で判断することが出来る。

図４は利用者の年齢のデータが利用傾向統計データファイル１３のデータの分布の中心値からから偏差している程度を例示しており、自分が選択した商品を購入した人の年齢の分布に対して、自分の年齢がどの程度偏差しているかを○、△、×等の一目で分かり易い記号等で表している。

図４では、自分が選択した商品をもっとも多く購入した人の年齢４０才に対して、自分の年齢４８才が年齢の分布において三段階評価で△の範囲にあり、自分が選択した商品は自分の年齢にはどちらかと言えばふさわしくなく、別の商品を捜すほうがよさそうであることが知らされる。前記の利用傾向統計データに基づく適合性評価データにより、商品を購入しようとする人は、移動体通信端末装置２０を通して注文する商品を特定する前に前記適合性確認手段を通して商品の適合性を確認可能となる。

次に、本発明の第２の実施の形態について図面を参照し説明する。

本発明の第２の実施の形態による通信販売システムは、本発明の第１の実施の形態で説明した通信販売システムにおいて、通信販売制御装置１０の演算処理部１４に画像データを取り扱う機能を付加して構成する。また、利用者データファイル１１、および、商品データファイル１２には、画像データを記憶させる領域を設けて構成する。

通信販売制御装置１０は，各データファイル１１，１２，１３に対応する記憶装置を備えたコンピュータのプログラムによって、演算処理部１４及び通信制御部１５を構成することもできる。

通信販売制御装置１０は、本発明の第１の実施の形態で説明した利用者データの登録時に、利用者の移動体通信端末装置２０へ利用者の個人情報として顔などの写真画像を登録可能であることを表示させ、利用者が写真画像も登録するように選択すれば、移動体通信端末装置２０が備えるカメラ等の画像入力手段を用いて利用者の顔写真や全身の写真を取り込ませ、移動体通信端末装置２０から通信販売制御装置１０へ送信させる機能を付加して構成する。また、通信販売制御装置１０には受信した前記の利用者の顔写真や全身の写真を予め画像データとして利用者データファイル１１に登録し、また、通信販売する商品の写真を予め画像データとして商品データファイルに登録する機能を付加して構成する。また、利用者データファイル１１、または、商品データファイル１２から画像データを読み出し、例えば、利用者の顔の写真に商品データファイル１２から読み出した眼鏡の画像を重ね、あたかも利用者が実際に眼鏡を着用しているように見える画像を生成する模擬的画像化手段を付加して構成する。また、生成した画像を利用者データファイルの中の利用者のデータの中に保存したり、また、通信手段を介して利用者の移動体通信端末装置２０へ送信し画像として表示させるために、前記の画像データのデータをＪＰＥＧ等の方法で圧縮する機能を付加して構成する。また、移動体通信端末装置２０には通信販売制御装置１０から受信したＪＰＥＧ等による画像の圧縮データを移動体通信端末装置２０の表示部に画像で表示させるために伸張する機能と、伸張された画像データを表示部に表示させる画像表示手段を付加して構成する。
