Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an abnormality monitoring device that monitors the presence or absence of an abnormality in a diagnosis target such as a device that generates vibration or sound, and an abnormality monitoring program that causes a computer to operate as the abnormality monitoring device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, equipment diagnosis has been performed or proposed by various equipment diagnosis methods for determining the presence or absence of an abnormality in equipment or equipment. In this equipment diagnosis, not only the major failures that require the equipment to be destroyed or need to be stopped immediately are detected, but rather the bearings in the rotating machine are damaged before such a major failure occurs. At present, it is possible to continue to operate sufficiently, such as when it enters or when a certain moving part has been worn, but if it is left as it is, it will detect abnormalities that may lead to a serious failure in the future There is a need.
[0003]
As a typical example of such a facility diagnosis method, for example, an acoustic vibration waveform when the device or the equipment is in a normal state is obtained, and the acoustic vibration waveform is spectrally analyzed to examine its characteristics. When detecting the presence or absence of noise, obtain the acoustic vibration waveform of the device or equipment and perform spectrum analysis, and if there is a peak of a specific frequency component that is not normally found in the spectrum, or a combination of peaks It is known to detect an abnormality based on whether or not is the same as that in the normal state.
[0004]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-43259 discloses that an acoustic vibration waveform when the device or equipment is in a normal state is obtained, an inverse filter is created based on the acoustic vibration waveform, and the presence or absence of an abnormality is detected. In this case, the acoustic vibration waveform of the device or equipment is obtained, a residual signal is obtained by applying a previously determined inverse filter to the acoustic vibration waveform, and abnormality of the device or equipment is determined by analyzing the residual signal. It has been proposed to detect.
[0005]
Further, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 8-304124 discloses that a plurality of acoustic vibration waveforms when the device or the equipment is in a normal state are obtained, and a reverse is performed based on, for example, one acoustic vibration waveform among the plurality of acoustic vibration waveforms. Create a filter, obtain a plurality of residual signals by applying the inverse filter to, for example, the remaining plurality of acoustic vibration waveforms, determine a plurality of statistical variables based on each of the plurality of residual signals, Even when detecting the presence or absence of an abnormality, a plurality of acoustic vibration waveforms of the device or equipment are obtained, and the above-described inverse filter is applied to the plurality of acoustic vibration waveforms to obtain a plurality of residual signals. Calculating a plurality of statistical variables based on the plurality of residual signals, and determining between the plurality of statistical variables obtained in a normal state and the plurality of statistical variables obtained in detecting the presence or absence of an abnormality. , For example, by performing a test or estimated by methods such as F-test and t-test, it is proposed to detect the presence or absence of abnormality of the equipment and facilities.
[0006]
The method of detecting abnormalities in equipment and equipment by performing the above-mentioned spectral analysis is also quite effective depending on the properties of the equipment and equipment to be diagnosed. Such a method is a more effective method.
[0007]
In the field of equipment diagnosis and equipment inspection, an abnormality diagnosis method generally called sensory inspection has existed for a long time, and experts with higher detection capabilities than mechanical abnormality diagnosis are active in various fields. .
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, training such experts often requires a long period of time, and there is also a problem that it is necessary to train specialized experts for each diagnosis target.
[0009]
Therefore, there is a long-awaited need for an abnormality monitoring device that incorporates such an expert sensory test method, but it is extremely difficult to incorporate the high-level know-how possessed by the expert into a machine.
[0010]
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide an abnormality monitoring device capable of having a high detection capability comparable to the detection capability of an expert, and an abnormality monitoring program for operating a computer as such an abnormality monitoring device. With the goal.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An abnormality monitoring device of the present invention that achieves the above object is an abnormality monitoring device that monitors the presence or absence of an abnormality of a diagnosis target,
A sensor that captures a predetermined physical quantity reflecting the state of the diagnosis target and obtains a signal representing the physical quantity,
A band dividing unit that divides a signal obtained by the sensor into a plurality of band signals for each of a plurality of frequency bands,
An abnormality determination unit that determines presence or absence of abnormality of the diagnosis target for each frequency band based on the plurality of band signals obtained by the band division unit and each determination criterion set for each of the plurality of frequency bands. And characterized in that:
[0012]
The abnormality monitoring device of the present invention divides a signal obtained by the sensor into a plurality of band signals for each of a plurality of frequency bands by a band dividing unit, and sets the obtained plurality of band signals and each of the plurality of frequency bands. Based on each determined criterion, the presence or absence of an abnormality of the diagnosis target is determined for each frequency band, so that it is possible to perform abnormality determinations with different severity levels for each frequency band, which is close to a sensory test Fine judgment is also possible. For the operation sound signal emitted from the inspection target device, the abnormality determination level is set strictly for a specific frequency band to increase the detection sensitivity, and loose abnormality determination is performed for other frequency bands that may be loose. It is easily possible to set the detection sensitivity arbitrarily low by setting the level. As a result, it is possible to automate a delicate judgment close to a sensory test performed by an expert.
[0013]
Here, in the abnormality monitoring device of the present invention, based on a plurality of band-specific reference signals obtained by dividing the reference signal obtained by the sensor when the diagnosis target is in a normal state by the band division unit, By performing an operation including an operation for obtaining each inverse filter for each of the plurality of frequency bands, a reference data operation unit for obtaining each reference data for each frequency band is provided. An operation including an operation of obtaining a residual signal for each frequency band by applying an inverse filter for each frequency band to each of a plurality of band-based diagnostic signals obtained by dividing the obtained diagnostic signal by the band division unit. And it is preferable to determine the presence or absence of the abnormality in the diagnosis target for each frequency band based on the result of the calculation.
[0014]
Here, the above-mentioned “operation including an operation for obtaining an inverse filter” is a concept including a case where the operation is configured only by an operation for obtaining an inverse filter. In this case, the inverse filter may be used as the reference data. it can. In addition, the “operation including an operation for obtaining an inverse filter” may include an operation for obtaining an inverse filter, and as described above, an inverse filter is generated based on, for example, one reference signal among a plurality of reference signals. It may be an operation to create a plurality of statistical variables by applying the inverse filter to another plurality of reference signals. In that case, the plurality of statistical variables determined in this manner can be used as reference data.
[0015]
Further, the above-mentioned "operation including an operation for obtaining a residual signal by applying an inverse filter" is the same as above, and may be constituted only by an operation for obtaining a residual signal. As described in JP-A-43259, an operation for calculating data convenient for determining the presence or absence of an abnormality by calculating the residual signal, such as calculating a moving average value of the power of the residual signal, or the like. Alternatively, a plurality of residual signals are obtained by applying an inverse filter to a plurality of diagnostic signals as described in JP-A-8-304124, and a plurality of statistical signals are obtained based on the plurality of residual signals. It may be an operation for obtaining a target variable.
[0016]
If an inverse filter is used, stationary noise can be eliminated from the signal, and the presence or absence of an abnormality in the diagnosis target can be determined with higher accuracy.
[0017]
Further, an abnormality monitoring program of the present invention that achieves the above object is an abnormality monitoring program that operates in a computer and operates the computer as an abnormality monitoring device that monitors the presence or absence of an abnormality to be diagnosed.
The computer is connected to a sensor that captures a predetermined physical quantity reflecting the state of the diagnosis target and obtains a signal representing the physical quantity,
A band dividing unit that divides a signal obtained by the sensor into a plurality of band signals for each of a plurality of frequency bands,
An abnormality determination unit that determines presence or absence of abnormality of the diagnosis target for each frequency band based on the plurality of band signals obtained by the band division unit and each determination criterion set for each of the plurality of frequency bands. And characterized in that:
[0018]
Here, in the abnormality monitoring program of the present invention, based on a reference signal obtained by the sensor and a plurality of band-specific reference signals divided by the band dividing unit when the diagnosis target is in a normal state, By performing an operation including an operation for obtaining each inverse filter for each of a plurality of frequency bands, a reference data operation unit for obtaining each reference data for each frequency band is provided. An operation including an operation of obtaining a residual signal for each frequency band by applying an inverse filter for each frequency band to each of a plurality of band-based diagnostic signals obtained by dividing the obtained diagnostic signal by the band division unit. And it is preferable to determine the presence or absence of the abnormality of the diagnosis target for each frequency band based on the result of the calculation.

FIG. 6 is a flowchart of an abnormality monitoring program executed in the abnormality monitoring computer shown in FIGS.
[0065]
First, a frequency band for performing abnormality determination is set (step S01). Next, for each frequency band, a threshold value (permissible waveform deviation) as a criterion for judging the presence or absence of abnormality at the time of abnormality judgment by the sensory test is set (step S02), and the threshold value is stored in the allowable waveform deviation storage 250 (FIG. (See step S03).
[0066]
Next, a waveform signal obtained from the sensor when the diagnosis target is in a normal state is digitized by an A / D converter, and then divided into a plurality of frequency bands by a programmable band-pass filter by software. Is obtained and stored in the

FIG. 7 is a system structure diagram when a sheet rolling mill that conveys a sheet while rolling the sheet is set as a diagnosis target.
[0075]
There is a possibility that foreign matter may get on the sheet, and if the foreign matter is bitten by the sheet rolling mill while riding on the sheet, the sheet may be defective. Therefore, here, a sound collecting microphone is provided in order to catch an abnormal sound generated when the foreign matter is bitten, and an acoustic waveform signal obtained by the sound collecting microphone is input to the abnormality monitoring device main body.
[0076]
In this sheet rolling mill, the roll feed speed is controlled to any one of a plurality of speeds by the control device. Information on the roll feed speed is input to the abnormality monitoring device main body as control state information.
[0077]
In the abnormality monitoring device main body, in a normal state where it is confirmed that no foreign matter is caught, for each feed speed controlled by the control device, the generated acoustic signal from the sheet rolling mill is divided for each frequency band, An inverse filter for each band is required. Since the band-based determination condition for each feed speed can be set independently, the severity level of abnormality monitoring determination can be arbitrarily determined. At the time of abnormality monitoring, detection of abnormal noise caused by foreign matter being caught is performed without interruption. However, since the automatic determination is automatically switched to the optimum determination conditions for each feed speed and frequency band, appropriate abnormal noise that is difficult to make erroneous determinations is detected. Detection becomes possible.
[0078]
Although the above embodiments are examples in which abnormality is detected by capturing vibration or sound, abnormality monitoring may be performed by capturing a different physical quantity other than vibration or sound.
[0079]
Next, an inverse filter and a method of detecting the presence or absence of an abnormality using the inverse filter will be described.
[0080]
An arbitrary time-series signal can be regarded as an output when white noise is input to an appropriate linear system. Determining the corresponding linear system from a given time-series signal is called linear predictive analysis, and there are established techniques. An autoregressive model (AR model) is usually obtained as such. This means that when the sampled and discretized time-series signal is X (n), n = 1, 2,..., The signal X (n) at the n-th time is the data at M time points before it. Is determined as follows.
[0081]
(Equation 1)
[0082]
Here, e (n) is a virtual input signal to the linear system and is white noise. When a time-series signal is given, a set of coefficients {A} k By obtaining}, an autoregressive model for the time-series signal is determined.
[0083]
Now the set of coefficients {A k When} is determined, Y (n) is defined as follows using the time-series signal data {X (n)}. At this time, Y (n) is called a linear predicted value of X (n).
[0084]
(Equation 2)
[0085]
Therefore, when the following quantity is calculated, from the equations (1) and (2),
X (n) -Y (n) = e (n) (3)
And the residual is white noise. That is, by subtracting the predicted value Y (n) obtained from the previous M data from the time-series signal data X (n) at the n-th point, input white noise is obtained. Here, obtaining the residual e (n) by subtracting the predicted value Y (n) from X (n) is referred to as applying an inverse filter. If a certain time-series signal can be represented by an appropriate autoregressive model in this manner, white noise is obtained by applying an inverse filter configured using the model to the original time-series signal. That is, the input signal is whitened by the inverse filter. In this case, the input time-series signal does not have to be the signal used when designing the inverse filter. If the autoregressive model has the same signal, that is, a signal having the same characteristics, a whitened signal is obtained as an output. Can be. However, if the characteristics of the time-series signal are different from those used in the design, even if an inverse filter is applied, whitening is not performed and white noise is not obtained.
[0086]
Therefore, an inverse filter is pre-configured using a first time-series signal carrying an operation sound or vibration (operation sound or the like) in a normal state, and a new second filter carrying an operation sound or the like at an arbitrary point in time. By obtaining the second time-series signal and applying an inverse filter to the second time-series signal and monitoring the output, a time-series signal (residual signal) different from the normal time can be detected.
[0087]
In the present embodiment, specifically, the following signal processing method can be adopted.
[0088]

Here, in order to obtain a moving average of the power of the residual signal, first, 128 data are extracted from the time series of the residual signal, an autocorrelation function is obtained through FFT, power spectrum calculation, IFFT, and a peak value at the origin is obtained. Seeking power. Thereafter, the power is sequentially obtained while shifting the starting point of the data by 50 points.

8 to 11 show examples of waveforms obtained from equipment in a normal state. FIG. 8 shows a signal waveform of a sound signal collected from equipment in a normal state, and FIG. 9 shows an inverse filter of this sound signal. , And FIG. 10 shows a power spectrum of the residual signal, and FIG. 11 shows a moving average of the power of the residual signal.
[0094]
FIGS. 12 to 15 show examples of waveforms obtained when the equipment is in an abnormal state, and each figure shows a signal waveform of the same format as FIGS. 8 to 11. Even if the waveforms of the sound signals obtained from the equipments in the normal state and the abnormal state are directly compared with each other in FIGS. 8 and 12, it is difficult to immediately judge whether the equipment is normal or abnormal. However, by analyzing the residual signals obtained by applying an inverse filter to these signals in FIG. 9 and FIG. 13, it is possible to determine whether the signal is normal or abnormal.
[0095]
As can be easily understood by comparing FIGS. 9 and 13, when the equipment is in a normal state, the amplitude of the residual signal is extremely small. However, when the equipment is in an abnormal state, the amplitude is extremely large. Become. Therefore, it is possible to determine whether the power is normal or abnormal based on the maximum value of the power in the residual signal. For example, a case where the amplitude of the residual signal is 10 dB or more larger than the maximum power of the signal obtained when the facility is in a normal state is abnormal, and a case where the amplitude of the residual signal is less than this is normal. Normal / abnormal judgment can be made.
[0096]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 14, in the spectrum obtained by performing Fourier transform on the residual signal, when an abnormality occurs, the power spectrum increases. For example, the peak of the power in FIG. 10 is 100 dB or less, but in FIG. 14, the peak of the power reaches almost 120 dB.
[0097]
Further, when comparing FIG. 11 and FIG. 15 showing the moving average of the power of the residual signal, it can be seen that the moving average increases due to the abnormality. For example, when the moving average data is larger than the maximum value of the moving average by 20 dB or more when the equipment is in a normal state, it can be determined that the moving average is abnormal. When this method is employed, it is particularly easy to determine the presence or absence of an abnormality, and it is possible to perform abnormality detection in a short time. Depending on the type of abnormality, the presence of a defect can be detected more accurately by the power spectrum analysis than by the power moving average analysis.
[0098]
In the embodiment described above, an inverse filter is created as reference data according to the present invention, a residual signal is obtained, and the presence or absence of an abnormality is detected based on the residual signal. It is not always necessary to employ this detection method. For example, the above-described spectrum analysis method, or a method of performing statistical estimation or test may be employed.
[0099]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the abnormality monitoring device of the present invention, it is possible to determine the bandwidth of each frequency band according to the detection accuracy required for normality / abnormality determination. Since the threshold can be quantified, it is possible to perform anomaly monitoring that simulates the "knowledge" of a complex sensory test by an expert.
