Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a massage chair.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 14, a reclining chair is composed of a seat portion 1 and a backrest portion 3 rotatably provided at a rear portion of the seat portion 1, and the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion are provided. 3. If there is a gap between the gap and the back, there is a risk that the buttocks may fall into the gap and fall into the gap, or that the hand may enter the lower part of the seat 1 or the backrest 3 when a hand is inserted. The seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3 are in tight contact with each other so as not to cause a problem.
[0003]
By the way, the structure of the reclining chair is also applied to a massage chair. In the massage chair, as shown in FIG. 15, a treatment mechanism 2 for treating a user sitting on a chair in a backrest 3. , A gap (S in the figure) is easily generated between the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3. In other words, the structure of the backrest 3 incorporating the treatment mechanism 2 requires that the treatment mechanism 2 be slid up and down the backrest 3, so that the groove-shaped treatment mechanism slide 14 extending vertically inside the backrest 3 is provided. The treatment mechanism slide portion 14 accommodates the treatment mechanism 2 so that the treatment mechanism 2 can be moved up and down. The surface of the treatment mechanism slide portion 14 is covered with a cover material such as leather or cloth, but when pressed from the front, it becomes a portion that is more likely to be dented than other portions of the backrest portion 3. Thus, when the backrest 3 is pressed from the front, a gap S is easily generated between the seat 1 and the backrest 3 at the treatment mechanism slide 14.
[0004]
As described above, if there is this gap, when a hand is inserted between the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3, a hand may enter the lower portion of the seat portion 1 or the backrest portion 3, or in the worst case, Since there is a risk that the massage chair may fall down due to being fitted, a massage chair that does not cause the above fear has been desired.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a massage chair in which a hand or a hip is prevented from falling between a seat and a backrest.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a massage chair according to the present invention is provided with a treatment mechanism 2 for performing treatment on a user in a backrest portion 3 so as to be vertically movable, and this backrest portion 3 is arranged adjacent to a rear portion of the seat portion 1. In a massage chair arranged and reclineable with respect to the seat 1, a band-like member 18 extending in the width direction of the seat 1 and the backrest 3 is laid between the seat 1 and the backrest 3, and the band-like member One end of 18 is fixed to the seat 1 and the other end is fixed to the backrest 3. According to this, even when the part of the backrest 3 where the treatment mechanism 2 is slid is pressed from the front surface of the backrest 3 and dented, and a gap is created between the seat 1 and the backrest 3, this band-like shape is obtained. The member 18 can support the hand inserted in the gap or the buttocks that have fallen by fitting, so that the hands and buttocks can be prevented from dropping below the backrest 3 or the seat 1.
[0007]
Further, the band-shaped member 18 is arranged along the lower surface side of the seat portion 1 and the front side of the backrest portion 3, and the band-shaped member 18 is seated on the seat portion 1 with the backrest portion 3 standing with respect to the seat portion 1. It is also preferred to be located below the plane. According to this, when the backrest 3 stands with respect to the seat 1, the band-shaped member 18 is not exposed from between the seat 1 and the backrest 3, and the appearance of the massage chair can be improved. it can.
[0008]
In a state where the backrest 3 is completely inclined with respect to the seat 1, the dimension between the two fixed ends of the band-shaped member 18 and the dimension between the seat 1 to which the band-shaped member 18 is fixed and the backrest 3. It is also preferable to make them substantially the same. According to this, in a state where the backrest 3 is completely collapsed with respect to the seat 1 in which the dimension between the seat 1 and the backrest 3 is maximized, the band-shaped member 18 prevents reclining of the backrest 3. You can avoid struggling.
[0009]
Further, it is also preferable that the belt-shaped member 18 is constituted by a member that can expand and contract. According to this, it is possible to surely prevent the belt-shaped member 18 from stretching so as to hinder the reclining of the backrest 3.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the massage chair has a seat 1 and a backrest 3 in which a treatment mechanism 2 for performing treatment on a user is built, and the backrest 3 is rotated to the rear of the seat 1. It is a chair that can be freely placed and reclined. The reclining of the backrest 3 is performed by raising the backrest 3 with respect to the seat 1 at the time of the initial operation of lowering the backrest 3, and by driving the drive mechanism 4 for directly lowering the raised backrest 3 after the initial operation. Has been done through. The details will be described below.
[0012]
The seat portion 1 is mounted on a seat mounting portion provided on an upper surface of a frame body 5 which is a structural material of a massage chair. As shown in FIG. 3, the frame body 5 has a pair of main portions 6 extending back and forth along both side edges in the width direction of the seat portion 1, and is bent obliquely downward at a rear end portion of each main portion 6. The rear legs 7, the front legs 8 vertically extending downward from the front end of each main body 6, the upper horizontal part 9 connecting the upper ends of the front legs 8, and the lower ends of the front legs 8 It is a rigid body composed of a connected lower horizontal part 10 and a reinforcing part 11 which connects the lower end of each front leg 8 and the lower end of each rear leg 7. Specifically, the seat mounting portion is a portion surrounded by a pair of main portions 6 and an upper horizontal portion 9, and a planar spring 12 is disposed between the pair of main portions 6. It is configured. That is, the seat 1 is placed on the sheet spring 12 so that the user can comfortably sit on the seat 1 by the cushioning property of the sheet spring 12. An armrest 13 is provided on each side edge of the seat 1 in the width direction (FIG. 4). The armrest 13 is fixed to the framework 5 so that the framework 5 is embedded therein.
[0013]
The backrest 3 has the treatment mechanism 2 built therein as described above. The treatment mechanism 2 includes a treatment mechanism main body 2a that can move up and down in the backrest portion 3, and a treatment element 2b that projects forward from the treatment mechanism main body 2a and presses against the body of the user to perform treatment. The treatment mechanism main body 2a is movable up and down of the backrest portion 3, and the treatment element 2b is movable in the left-right direction with respect to the treatment mechanism main body 2a. Specifically, the structure of the backrest portion 3 incorporating the treatment mechanism 2 is such that a groove-shaped treatment mechanism slide portion 14 extending vertically is formed inside the backrest portion 3, and the treatment mechanism slide portion 14 is provided on the treatment mechanism slide portion 14. 2 is accommodated so that the treatment mechanism 2 can be moved up and down. The surface of the treatment mechanism slide portion 14 is covered with a cover material such as leather or cloth, like the rest of the backrest portion 3. The treatment mechanism slide portion 14, which is the moving range of the treatment mechanism 2, constitutes the treatment range. However, the massage chair is originally required to have a large treatment range. Even in the massage chair of this example, the peripheral portion of the backrest 3 is used. The treatment mechanism slide portion 14 is formed in a wide area with the remaining. In order to allow the treatment mechanism 2 having a wide treatment range to effectively act on the user, the backrest portion 3 is disposed adjacent to the rear portion of the seat portion 1 so as to be reclined via the above-described drive mechanism 4. ing.
[0014]
Specifically, the drive mechanism 4 includes a first link 15 provided between the lower horizontal portion 10 and the lower end of the backrest portion 3, and a telescopic device provided between the first link 15 and the upper horizontal portion 9. It is composed of a driving means 16 and a second link 17 provided between a position behind the backrest 3 of the rear leg 7 and a position below the backrest 3. The first link 15 is rotatable about the lower horizontal part 10 by the expansion and contraction driving of the expansion and contraction driving means 16 in the longitudinal direction, and the second link 17 rotates the rear leg part 7. It can rotate as a center. When the backrest 3 is upright with respect to the seat 1, the first link 15 and the second link 17 are both rotated upward (FIG. 1). The first link 15 is rotated forward and the second link 17 is rotated rearward when laid down (FIG. 2). In other words, in the drive mechanism 4, at the time of the initial operation of tilting the backrest 3, the backrest 3 is raised with respect to the seat 1 by the upward rotation of the first link 15 and the second link 17, and this backrest is moved. After the initial operation of lowering the portion 3, the backrest portion 3 is largely tilted with respect to the seat portion 1 by the forward rotation of the first link 15 and the backward rotation of the second link 17. Thus, even in the case of the backrest portion 3 having a wide treatment range extending to the vicinity of the lower end, the treatment range of the backrest portion 3 is immediately positioned above the seat portion 1 by the initial operation of tilting the backrest portion 3. Thus, effective treatment by the treatment mechanism 2 can be performed over a wide range of the body of the user.
[0015]
The backrest portion 3 reclined by the drive mechanism 4 always has the front surface of the backrest portion 3 abutted against the rear surface of the seat portion 1 so that no gap is formed between the backrest portion 3 and the seat portion 1. I have. However, as described in the section of the related art, the treatment mechanism slide portion 14 provided on the backrest portion 3 is easily depressed when pressed from the front of the backrest portion 3, and this depression eventually results in the backrest portion 3 and the seat portion 1. (See FIG. 15). In particular, in the massage chair of this example, in order to widen the treatment range, the above-described drive mechanism 4 is employed to form the treatment mechanism slide portion 14 which is easily depressed when pressed to near the lower end of the backrest 3. Therefore, a gap is easily formed between the backrest 3 and the seat 1 as it is. Therefore, in the massage chair of this example, the following structure is employed to prevent a gap between the backrest portion 3 and the seat portion 1 from occurring, thereby eliminating the adverse effects caused by the gap.
[0016]
That is, the band-shaped member 18 having one end fixed to the seat 1 and the other end fixed to the backrest 3 is provided between the seat 1 and the backrest 3. The band-shaped member 18 has a dimension in the width direction of the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3 as a dimension in the width direction. Here, the fixing position of the belt-shaped member 18 to the seat 1 and the backrest 3 is not particularly limited, but in this example, the fixing position of the belt-shaped member 18 to the seat 1 is the seat 1. The fixing position of the belt-shaped member 18 to the backrest 3 is set at a position below the treatment mechanism slide 14 of the backrest 3. In addition, A in the figure shows a fixed portion of the band-shaped member 18 to the seat portion 1, and B in the figure shows a fixed portion of the band-shaped member 18 to the backrest 3. As described above, since the band-shaped member 18 is provided between the seat portion 1 and the backrest portion 3, for example, the portion of the treatment mechanism slide portion 14 of the backrest portion 3 is pressed from the front surface of the backrest portion 3 so as to be recessed. Even when a gap is formed between the part 1 and the backrest part 3, the band-shaped member 18 can support the hand inserted into the gap or the buttocks that have fallen into the gap, and the hands and buttocks can be supported. It is possible to prevent the backrest 3 and the seat 1 from dropping below. Below the backrest 3 and the seat 1, there is a drive mechanism 4 for driving various links 14, 16 and the like. If a hand or the like is accidentally inserted into the drive mechanism 4, it is very dangerous. With the provision of 18, it is possible to prevent an unexpected accident from occurring, and to enhance the safety of the massage chair.
[0017]
The band-shaped member 18 is arranged along the lower surface of the seat 1 and the front of the backrest 3, and when the backrest 3 stands upright with respect to the seat 1, the band-shaped member 18 is placed on the seat 1. 1, the belt-shaped member 18 is not exposed to the outside so as to avoid deterioration of the appearance of the massage chair, and the backrest 3 is completely positioned with respect to the seat 1. In the folded state, the dimension between the two fixed ends of the band-shaped member 18 and the dimension between the seat portion 1 to which the band-shaped member 18 is fixed and the backrest 3 are substantially the same. The strut 18 does not stretch so as not to hinder the reclining of the backrest 3. Note that the band-shaped member 18 may be preferably formed of a member that can be expanded and contracted, so that the band-shaped member 18 can be prevented from being stretched so as to prevent reclining of the backrest 3.
[0018]
In the above-described massage chair of the present example, various other devices are devised in view of the configuration to improve the usability. The details will be described below.
[0019]
First, in the massage chair of the present example, a handle for carrying is provided at an appropriate position, and improvement in usability such as easy carrying is achieved. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, back handles 19 are provided at both ends in the width direction of the back surface of the backrest portion 3, and, as shown in FIG. A handle 20 is provided.
[0020]
The back handle 19 is formed of a recess 19 a that is recessed at both ends in the width direction of the raised portion 28 provided across the width of the backrest 3. That is, the finger can be hooked on the peripheral wall 19b which stands on the peripheral edge of the recess 19a. By configuring the back handle 19 with the recess 19a, the back handle 19 does not protrude in the width direction of the massage chair, so that the installation space of the massage chair is not unnecessarily increased. .
[0021]
The elbow handle 20 is provided in the vicinity of the skeleton 5 embedded in the armrest 13. Specifically, the elbow handle 20 is formed of a lightweight member provided with a concave portion 20a for catching a finger, which is mounted on the outer surface of the armrest portion 13 located outside the framework 5. The elbow handles 20 are provided on the pair of armrests 13, respectively. When the massage chair is lifted by holding the pair of elbow handles 20, the pair of elbow handles 20 should be attached to the massage chair. Therefore, the load applied to the elbow handle 20 can be dispersed and applied to the skeleton 5. Thus, the elbow handle 20 can be made of a lightweight member, which can be used to reduce the weight of the massage chair.
[0022]
And, in the width direction, the center of gravity of the massage chair is located between the pair of back handles 19 and between the pair of elbow handles 20, and in the front-back direction. Is located between the back handle 19 and the elbow handle 20, so that the massage chair can be lifted stably while holding the back handle 19 and the elbow handle 20.
[0023]
Further, the armrest 13 is provided with a detachable operation device 21 on the upper surface on which the user's arm is placed, so that the operation of the massage chair can be easily performed, thereby improving the usability. As shown in FIG. 8, a flat container-like operating device base 22 which is opened upward is installed on the upper surface of the armrest portion 13, and the operating device 21 is fitted into the operating device base 22 from above to thereby operate the operating device 21. 21 is provided on the armrest 13 so as to be detachable.
[0024]
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the operation console 22 is in the shape of a flat container that is open upward and is long before and after, and a step portion 23 is formed at an opening edge of the operation console 22. A cord fitting portion 25 for fitting a cord 24 extended from the operating device 21 is formed at a rear portion of the operating device base 22. In the drawing, reference numeral 26 denotes a notch provided for hooking and removing a finger of the operating device 21 fitted in the operating device base 22.
[0025]
The operating device 21 is fitted into the operating device base 22 from above. At this time, as shown in FIG. 11, a lid 27 provided on the operating device 21 is provided at a corner 23a of the step 23 of the operating device base 22. Is performed while the operation device 21 is in contact with the operation device 21, so that when the operation device 21 is fitted into the operation device stand 22, the lid 27 of the operation device 21 is naturally closed. Therefore, in the operating device 21 fitted in the operating device base 22, the lid 27 does not become an open state, and the operator or the like is hooked on the opened lid 27 and the operating device 21 is removed from the operating device base 22 and dropped. It is no longer rolling. Further, when the operating device 21 is fitted into the operating device base 22, the cord 24 extended from the operating device 21 is fitted and held in the code fitting portion 25. It is also possible to prevent the device 21 from being removed from the operation console 22 and dropped. As described above, the operating device 21 is detachably attached to the armrest portion 13. The operating device 21 is detachable from the armrest portion 13 as necessary, and can be handled by holding the operating device 21 with the hands of the user. The operation device 21 is improved in usability.
[0026]
Further, in order to further improve the usability of the operation device 21, the shape of the upper surface of the armrest portion 13 and the like are devised. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the operating device 21 is mounted on the armrest 13, which is provided on the upper surface of the armrest 13 on which the hand is placed when the user puts his arm on the armrest 13. An operation console 22 is provided in the front part, and the operation device 21 is fitted into the operation console 22. That is, when the user puts the elbow on the armrest portion 13, the operating device 21 is located on the hand, and the usability of the operating device 21 is improved. The front portion of the upper surface of the armrest 13 to which the operation device 21 is attached is formed to be inclined inward and rearward in the width direction. According to this, the operating device 21 attached to the armrest 13 can be directed inward and backward in the width direction, that is, the operating device 21 can be easily viewed by the user, and the operation can be performed. Thus, the usability of the container 21 is improved.
[0027]
