Description

【0001】
【0013】

Figure 2004011391
【0014】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for producing a slope spraying material and a slope spraying material capable of obtaining a good slope spraying material from vegetation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Peat moss and bark compost are used as base materials in the slope spraying method that is used for protecting and greening slopes such as exposed mountain surfaces and lands. Pete moss grows in cold regions and is moss that has been deposited since ancient times.Excavation of moss contributes to the emission of methane gas and carbon dioxide into the atmosphere at the mining site, and is a global warming problem. Must be emphasized.
On the other hand, large amounts of wood and vegetation are generated from civil engineering work and management of parks and green spaces, and most of them are currently disposed of as organic waste, and effective resource utilization and utilization methods are required. ing.
[0003]
In the modern society, there is a strong demand for the promotion of recycling and the preservation of the global environment in order to reduce the amount of waste and recycle resources. For this reason, organic waste materials from plants and plants are processed into slope spray materials. The use is very significant.
Conventionally, there is known a method of mechanically crushing or grinding organic waste materials from vegetation for use as a slope spraying material. At present, it is difficult to obtain those having properties and the efficiency is low in terms of energy and time, so that at present it is not being used.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above situation, the present invention provides a method and a method for efficiently producing a good quality slope spray material that can be used as a substitute for peat moss or bark compost used as a slope spray material. The purpose is to provide an attachment.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted research and studies in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and as a result, obtained the finding that explosives obtained by exploding plants and plants are suitable as slope spraying materials. The invention has been reached.
[0006]
That is, the present invention firstly provides a method for producing a slope spraying material, which comprises subjecting a plant to explosion to instantaneously give crushing and loosening to obtain a slope spraying material. There is, secondly, a slope spraying material obtained by this manufacturing method.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Plants used in the present invention include grasses, trees, processed products thereof, wooden waste materials, and mixtures thereof.
In the present invention, these plants are "exploded" and used as a slope spraying material.
"Explosion" means that the raw material plants and plants are kept at a high pressure by steam or air for a predetermined period of time, and then the pressure is rapidly released, and the compressed steam (water), air and the raw material are contained in the tissue. Volatile components explode explosively, meaning that raw materials undergo crushing and loosening.
[0008]
For example, in the explosion crushing apparatus 1 shown in FIG. The inside of the pressurized container 2 is pressurized and kept under high pressure for a predetermined time. Thereafter, when the exhaust valve 5 is opened to release the pressure rapidly, the steam (water), air, and other volatile components which have been compressed under high temperature and high pressure expand explosively, and the structure of the raw material breaks and loosens. receive. Reference numeral 6 denotes a silencer for silencing an explosive sound generated at the time of the explosion, and the obtained explosive is taken out from an outlet 7.
[0009]
The conditions in the pressurizing device at this time differ depending on the type and state of the raw material to be charged.
As described above, if the pressure is suddenly released after maintaining the inside of the pressurizing device under high pressure for a predetermined time, the compressed steam (water), air, carbon dioxide, and other volatile substances will explode. The plants expand and explode. At this time, water, carbon dioxide gas, and other volatile substances contained in the plant tissue escape, and become porous, the surface area increases, water retention capacity, and some hydrolysis occurs. Therefore, soil microorganisms can easily inhabit.
[0010]
Since the obtained explosive is as described above, it can be used as a substitute for peat moss and bark compost, and can be effectively used as a spraying material on a slope.
When used as a spraying material on a slope, it may be used as it is, or may be mixed with water, cement, earth and sand, and formed into a slurry to be sprayed on a slope such as a rocky place. At this time, fertilizer, plant seeds and the like may be further added.
[0011]
The explosive obtained by the present invention is porous, has an increased surface area, has a water holding capacity, and is easy to inhabit soil microorganisms, so landslides, civil engineering work, land development. As a result, it can be effectively used as a slope spraying material for greening exposed bare hills and lands. Further, according to the present invention, it becomes possible to recycle vegetation waste generated from management of parks and green spaces, and organic waste in a construction system, thereby contributing to local communities and contributing to solving global environmental problems.
[0012]
【Example】
Using the explosion apparatus shown in FIG. 1, hardwood chips (a mixture of oak and beech) and weeds collected from a river embankment were exploded under the conditions shown in the following table.
[0013]
[Table 1]
Figure 2004011391
[0014]
The obtained explosive was a flocculent porous body and had properties that could be used as a substitute for peat moss and bark compost.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the high quality slope spraying material which can be used as a substitute, such as peat moss and bark compost, can be obtained efficiently. Therefore, the use of organic waste materials such as vegetation, especially wood, as slope spraying materials is advanced, and the disposal amount of organic waste materials is greatly reduced. In addition, the use of peat moss, bark compost, and the like is greatly reduced in accordance with this, so that the present invention also contributes to solving local communities and global environmental problems.
