Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with a storage floor in which atricles can be easily carried in and out of the storage floor and a stairs can be used when the articles are carried in/out. SOLUTION: In a building 1 provided with a storage floor 4 having a storage K1 forming a storage room between the second floor 3 and the base floor 2, a habitable room 41 in the storage floor having the same floor level is arranged adjacent to the storage K1, in the storage floor 4. The entrance/exit 45 of the storage 41 is provided to face the habitable room 41. In this way, the carrying work of articles into/out of the storage K1 can be operated between the storage K1 and the habitable room 41 in the storage floor, where the occupied space is relatively wide. Further, as the storage K1 can be used without use of a landing of the stair, the stair can be used even when articles are carried into/out of the storage K1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、上階と下階との間に蔵階を備えた蔵階付き建物に関する。
【０００２】
【背景の技術】
上階（例えば２階）と下階（例えば１階）との間に蔵階を備えた建物の一例として特開平６−３２３００９号公報に記載のものが知られている。
この建物では、１階と２階の間に収納室である蔵を有する蔵階が設けられており、蔵階の蔵の出入口は、１階と２階とを連絡する階段の踊り場に面して設けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、従来の蔵階を備えた建物では、１階と２階との間に設けられた蔵の出入口は階段の踊り場に面して設けられているため、蔵への物品の搬入作業や蔵からの物品の搬出作業は、建物内において占有スペースが小さい階段や階段の踊り場、つまり作業スペースが小さい階段や階段の踊り場を介して行われることになり、その作業に手間が掛かる。
また、蔵への物品の搬入作業や蔵からの物品の搬出作業を行う際には踊り場を用いるので、その作業の間、他の居住者は階段を使用することができない。

本発明の課題は、蔵を有する蔵階を備えた蔵階付き建物において、蔵への物品搬入作業や蔵からの物品搬出作業を容易に行うことができるとともに、蔵への物品の搬入作業や蔵からの物品の搬出作業の最中でも階段を利用できるようにすることである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の課題を解決するため、請求項１記載の発明は、例えば、図５に示すように、
上階（例えば２階３）と下階（例えば１階２）の間に収納室である蔵Ｋ１を有する蔵階４を備えた蔵階付き建物１において、
前記蔵階４には蔵Ｋ１に隣接して床レベルが同一の居室（例えば蔵階居室４１）が設けられ、
前記蔵Ｋ１の出入口（例えば開口部４５）は、前記居室４１に面して設けられていることを特徴とする。

ここで、上階及び下階、蔵はパネル工法によって構成してもよいし、ツーバイフォー工法や従来の軸組工法により構成されてもよく、その他、鉄骨造、コンクリート造によって構成されてもよい。

請求項１記載の発明によれば、上階３と下階２の間の蔵階４に、収納室となる蔵Ｋ１に隣接して床レベルが同一の居室４１が設けられ、前記蔵Ｋ１の出入口４５が前記居室４１に面しているので、前記蔵Ｋ１へ物品を搬入する作業や蔵Ｋ１から物品を搬出する作業は蔵Ｋ１と同一レベルの床を有する前記居室４１を介して行う。
つまり、蔵Ｋ１を利用する際に、建物内において階段（例えば下階段２７や上階段４２）や踊り場などと比べて占有スペースが大きい居室４１を用いて行うので、蔵Ｋ１への物品の搬入作業や蔵Ｋ１からの物品の搬出作業を容易に行うことができるとともに、蔵の利用を居室のみを使用して行うことができるので、蔵利用の際にも、居室以外の室、例えば階段２７，４２、踊り場などを利用することができる。

請求項２記載の発明は、請求項１記載の蔵階付き建物において、例えば、図５及び図７に示すように、
前記居室４１には、上階３に至る階段（例えば、上階段４２）が設けられていることを特徴とする。

請求項２記載の発明によれば、前記居室４１には、上階３に至る階段４２が設けられているので、蔵Ｋ１と上階３とが、居室４１及び階段４２を介して接続された状態となり、蔵Ｋ１から居室４１に搬出された物品を階段４２を介して上階３に運搬することや、上階３から物品を階段４２及び居室４１を介して蔵Ｋ１に搬入することができる。

請求項３記載の発明は、請求項１または２記載の蔵階付き建物において、例えば、図７に示すように、

請求項３記載の発明によれば、蔵Ｋ２に隣接する居室４１の上方には前記上階３の天井まで吹き抜ける吹き抜け空間Ｆ１が設けられているので、居室４１の利用者に開放感を与えることができるとともに、居室スペースが縦方向に大きくなり、蔵Ｋ２へ物品を搬入したり、蔵Ｋ２から物品を搬出したりする際の作業スペースをより広く確保することができ、蔵Ｋ２への物品の搬入作業性、蔵Ｋ２からの物品の搬出作業性の向上を図ることができる。

請求項４記載の発明は、請求項１〜３のいずれか一項に記載の蔵階付き建物において、例えば図６及び図７に示すように、
前記蔵Ｋ２直下の下階（１階３）部分に浴室２４、洗面所２５、便所２９などの水回り設備を備えた室のうち少なくとも一つ（便所２９）が配置されていることを特徴とする。

請求項４記載の発明によれば、蔵階の蔵Ｋ２は、一般に天井高がほぼ一定でそれ以上高くする必要のない浴室２４、洗面所２５、便所２９などの水回り設備を備えた室のうち少なくとも一つ（便所２９）の上に配置されているので、蔵Ｋ２の上の上階の階高に大きな影響を及ぼすことがない。

請求項５記載の発明は、請求項１〜４のいずれか一項に記載の蔵階付き建物において、例えば、図８に示すように、
前記蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２の上の上階３部分には上階の居室（例えば２階居室３２，３３）が配置され、
この上階の居室３２，３３の床には、下方の前記蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２と連通する開口部３２ａ，３３ａが形成されていることを特徴とする。

請求項５記載の発明によれば、上階の居室３２，３３の床に形成された開口部３２ａ，３３ａを通して、上階３の居室３２，３３と蔵階４の蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２との往き来や、上階の居室３２，３３から蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２に対して物品の出し入れを容易に行うことができる。

前記蔵Ｋ１の上の上階部分には上階の居室３２が配置され、
前記居室（例えば蔵階居室４１）の真上に、前記上階の居室３２の上方で隣接するとともに該上階居室と連通する収納部３６が配置されていることを特徴とする。

請求項６記載の発明によれば、上階の居室３２の上方で隣接し、且つ該上階居室と連通する収納部３６が前記居室の真上に配置されているので、前記上階の居室３２を収納部付きの空間として広く利用することができ、さらに前記収納部３６をロフトとして用いることができるとともに、前記居室の天井を高くした状態とし、前記上階の居室での利用領域を広くすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図を参照して本発明の実施の形態を詳細に説明する。
まず、構成を説明する。
図１〜図１３に示す蔵階付き建物１は、２階建ての木質系プレファブ住宅であり、１階（下階）２と２階（上階）３との間に蔵階４を備えた構成となっている。蔵階４とは、物品の保管、貯蔵のための蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２を備えた階のことであり、この蔵階４の蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２の高さは約１．４メートル程度となっている。

ここで蔵階４の蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２の高さを約１．４ｍとしたのは、平均的な身長の大人が例えば腰や頭を少し低くした状態で、あるいは椅子に座った状態等で自由に移動できる高さを想定したものであり、物品の搬入や搬出に十分な高さである。なお、蔵階４の蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２の高さは約１．４ｍに限定されるものではなく、軒高の制限のもとで１階部分の高さと蔵階上の２階部分の高さとの関係で決定されるようになっている。具体的には蔵階４の蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２天井高の上限は平均的な身長の大人が背伸びした状態でその手を物に届かすことができる高さ、例えば約２．２ｍ程度にすることができる。この点はそれ以上の高さとしても上部はあまり利用されないという利用効率の点からも望ましい。また前記高さの下限は、物品の搬入や搬出にそれほど不自由なく利用できる高さ、即ち大人が屈んで作業できる高さ、例えば１．２ｍ程度にすることができる。

まず、構造を説明する。
１階は以下のような構成となっている。なお、ここでは図５、図１０〜図１３を主に参照して蔵階付き建物１の蔵Ｋ２部分の構造を説明する。
すなわち、基礎１１５に床パネルが複数設置されることによって、１階床１２０が形成されている。この床パネル１２０上には１階壁（下階壁）１２１が立設されている。この１階壁１２１は、複数の壁パネルを連結することによって構成されたものである。壁パネルは、框材を矩形枠状に組立て、この矩形枠の表裏両面にそれぞれ合板等の面材を取り付けたものである。このような壁パネルによって構成された１階壁１２１の表面には、図示しない防水透湿シートが取り付けられたうえで、胴縁を介して外装材１２２が取り付けられている。この外装材１２２は１階壁１２１の表面に工場等によって予め取り付けられたものである。なお、外装材１２２は現場で１階壁１２１に取り付けてもよい。

蔵階および２階は以下のような構成となっている。
すなわち、前記１階壁１２１の上端面には、蔵階床となる床部４３が固定されている。この床部４３は、複数の床パネルを連結することによって構成されたものである。床パネルは、框材を矩形枠状に組立て、この矩形枠の上面に合板等の面材を取り付けたものである。このような床部４３は、図５に示すように、対向する外壁間に亙って設けられており、これによって建物の水平構面を構成している。

前記床部４３には、２階壁（上階壁）１２４が固定されている。この２階壁１２４は、複数の壁パネルを連結することによって構成されたものである。壁パネルは、框材を矩形枠状に組立て、この矩形枠の表裏両面にそれぞれ合板等の面材を取り付けたものである。このような壁パネルによって構成された２階壁１２４の表面には、図示しない防水透湿シートが取り付けられたうえで、胴縁を介して外装材１２５が取り付けられている。この外装材１２５は２階壁１２４の表面に工場等によって予め取り付けられたものである。なお、外装材１２５は現場で２階壁１２４に取り付けてもよい。

前記床部４３は１階壁１２１と２階壁１２４に挟まれており、これら壁１２１、１２４の双方に接着や釘打ちによって固定されている。また、壁１２１、１２４は床部４３の端部を貫通する胴差ボルト（図示略）によって締結され、これによっても床部を構成する床パネルは上下の壁１２１、１２４の双方に固定されている。
また、１階壁１２１と２階壁１２４とは上下の長さが等しくなっており、２階壁１２４の上端面には、受材１２６が固定され、複数の屋根パネルによって構成された屋根１４０の軒先部が受材１２６によって支持されている。なお、屋根１４０は、ここでは１７７ｍｍの厚みを有する屋根パネルによりなり、受材１２６と棟側の梁１４１とで支持され、これら受材１２６と梁１４１との間の中間梁、つまり母屋梁を不要としている。これにより上階内の空間を広いものとしている。さらに、２階壁１２４の側面には、以下のようにして２階の床部（上階床部）３１が固定されている。

すなわち、まず、２階壁１２４は、図１１に示すように、複数枚の壁パネル１３０、１３０、１３１、１３２、１３３で構成されている。壁パネル１３０、１３０は上下に長尺なものであり、これら壁パネル１３０、１３０の上半分間に壁パネル１３１が配置され、この壁パネル１３１は壁パネル１３０、１３０に連結されている。また、壁パネル１３０、１３０の下半分間には、壁パネル１３２、１３３が上下に離間して配置され、これらは壁パネル１３０、１３０に連結されている。壁パネル１３０、１３０、１３１、１３２によって囲まれた部分は開口部１４２とされており、この開口部１４２には、図示しない建具がはめ込まれて蔵Ｋ２の窓１４４（図４参照）となる。

また、壁パネル１３０は、図１２に示すように、桟材１３０ａ、１３０ｂを矩形枠状に組立ててなる矩形枠を備えている。この矩形枠の内部には、補強桟材１３０ｃ、１３０ｄが縦横に組付けられている。また、矩形枠の内部には、埋木（固定部材）１３４が組み付けられている。この埋木１３４は後述する受材を固定するためのものであり、桟材によって形成されている。また、埋木１３４は、壁パネル１３０の上下方向の中央部に桟材１３０ｄと平行に設けられており、埋木１３４の端部は桟材１３０ａ、１３０ｃにそれぞれ突き当てて接着や釘打ちによって固定されるか、あるいは埋木１３４の端部と桟材１３０ａ、１３０ｃとに互いに係合する相欠きを形成し、これら相欠きによる係合によって固定されている。また、前記矩形枠の表裏両面には合板等からなる面材（図示略）が取り付けられている。
なお、本実施の形態では、埋木１３４を壁パネル１３０の上下方向の中央部に設けているが、これに加えて、埋木１３４を上下に所定間隔（例えば１５１ｍｍピッチ）で設けてもよい。

埋木１３４が設けられた壁パネル１３０を備えた２階壁１２４の内側の側面には、図１０および図１３に示すように、２階壁１２４の上下方向中央部に受材１３５が固定されている。この受材１３５は２階壁１２４の幅方向に長尺な角材で形成されたもので、受材１３５から埋木１３４に向けて釘３５ａを打ち込むことによって２階壁１２４の内側の側面に受材１３５が固定されている。
なお、図１０においては一方の２階壁１２４に固定された受材１３５を図示しているが、一方の２階壁１２４に対向する他方の２階壁内にも同様にして埋木が設けられ、この埋木に受材が固定されている。

そして、前記受材１３５には２階の床部３１に端部が設置固定されており、これによって、２階の床部３１を２階壁１２４の側面に容易かつ確実に固定できる。
２階の床部３１は、複数の床パネルを連結することによって構成されている。この床パネルは框材を矩形枠状に組立て、この矩形枠の上面に合板等の面材を取り付けてなるもので、これら床パネルによって構成された２階の床部３１の下面には天井材１３６が取り付けられている。

蔵階の蔵Ｋ２は床部４３と、２階の床部３１との間に設けられており、この蔵階の蔵Ｋ２には、１階から２階に至る階段（図示略）の踊り場から行き来できるようになっている。
また、２階の床部３１には、この２階の床部３１を上下に貫通する開口部３２ｂ（後述する）が形成されている。なお、開口部３２ｂと蔵階床部４３との間には階段１３７が設けられており、この階段１３７を通って２階から蔵階の蔵Ｋ２に出入りできるようになっている。このように、１階壁１２１の上端面に固定された蔵階の床部４３が水平構面を構成しており、この蔵階の床部４３に固定された２階壁１２４の側面に２階の床部３１が固定されているので、２階の床部３１の上下位置を変更する場合、１階壁１２１および２階壁１２４の高さを設計変更することなく、かつ、水平構面の構造設計を見直すことなく、２階壁１２４の側面に対する２階の床部３１の固定位置を変更するだけでよい。したがって、２階の床部３１の上下位置を簡単に変更できる。また、１階壁１２１と２階壁１２４とは上下の長さがほぼ等しいので、これら壁１２１、１２４をトラックの荷台に効率よく積み込むことができ、よって輸送効率が向上する。さらに、２階壁１２４内に、受材１３５を固定するための埋木１３４を上下に所定間隔で複数設け、所望の埋木１３４を選択することによって、２階の床部３１が固定される受材１３５の固定位置を選択でき、よって、２階の床部３１の高さ位置を容易に変更できる。

次に蔵階付き建物１の間取りを説明する。
図６に示すように、蔵階付き建物１の１階２には、蔵階付き建物１の正面側の外壁１１に沿って和室２１と、和室２１に隣接する１階居室２２とが左右に並んで配置され、和室２１の奧側には和室２１に隣接して玄関２３が配置されている。この玄関２３の奧側には浴室２４、洗面所（水回り設備を備えた室）２５が配置されている。

また、洗面所２５と玄関２３の玄関ホール２３ａの右側には、前後方向に延在し、一端部が建物１の背面側の外壁１２に突き当たるとともに、他端部が１階居室２２に接続される第１廊下２６が配置されている。
この第１廊下２６の右側に隣接し、第１廊下２６に沿って蔵階４の蔵階居室４１に至る下階段２７が配置されている。また、第１廊下２６の一端部には、第１廊下２６に直交し、背面側の外壁１２に沿う第２廊下２８が接続されている。この第２廊下２８は第１廊下２６の一端部から右側に向かって延在し、基端部分で下階段２７の上り口を構成するとともに、先端部は建物１の背面側の右隅に配置された便所（水廻設備を備えた室）２９に突き当たっている。

そして、これら１階２の上部には、図７に示すように蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２を有する蔵階４が配置され、この蔵階４では蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２に隣接して台所４１ａを含む蔵階居室４１が配置されている。
詳細には、蔵階において、蔵階付き建物１の正面側と背面側とを２つに分けるように正面側に蔵階居室４１が左右に延在して配置され、この蔵階居室４１の奧側に２階に至る上階段４２が設けられているとともにこの上階段４２を挟んで２つの蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２が配置されている。

蔵階居室４１において左側の外壁１３の内壁面に沿ってシステムキッチン４１１が配置されており、蔵Ｋ１に前面側で隣接する領域を台所４１ａとして利用できるようになっている。
蔵階居室４１では、建物１の正面側に外壁１１に３つの引違い窓４１ｂ，４１ｃ，４１ｄが設けられており、これら３つの窓のうち中央と右側の窓４１ｃ，４１ｄは掃き出し窓であり、これら窓４１ｃ，４１ｄを介して蔵階居室４１から外壁面に設けられたバルコニー４７に往き来自在となっている。。

これら蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２と蔵階居室４１とは図５に示すように、同一の床レベルとなっており、これら蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２と蔵階居室４１の床を構成する蔵階の床部４３は複数の床パネルを連結することで構成されている。また、蔵階４の床部４３は、複数の壁パネルを連結することで構成された下階の外壁間に亙って設けられており、これにより建物１の水平構面を構成している。また、蔵階４の床部４３上方に所定間隔離間して、床部４３と略平行に上階の床部３１を構成する床パネルが敷設されている。この床部３１の端部は、床部４３上に立設され、且つ壁パネルにより構成された上階の背面側と両側側の外壁（例えば外壁１２，１３等）の内壁面に固定されている。なお、蔵階４の床部４３と上階床部３１との間の長さが蔵Ｋ１、Ｋ２の高さとなっている。

蔵Ｋ１は、１階の浴室２４、洗面所２５及び玄関２３の上方に配置され、蔵Ｋ２は１階の便所２９、１階居室２２の奧側部分２２ａ、つまり便所２９と隣接する領域２２ａの上方に配置されたものとなっている。
このように、蔵階４の蔵Ｋ１は浴室２４、洗面所２５等のように、一般に天井高がほぼ一定でそれ以上高くする必要のない水回り設備を備えた室の上に配置され、蔵Ｋ２は、一般に天井高がほぼ一定でそれ以上高くする必要のない便所２９などの水回り設備を備えた室の上に配置されているので、これら蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２の上の２階の階高、詳細には、２階居室３２，３３に大きな影響を及ぼすことがないものとなっている。
さらに蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２は、図５に示すように、その上部で２階３の床部３１を構成する床パネルにより仕切られており、蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２上部分にはそれぞれ２階の居室３２，３３（図８参照）が設けられている。

また、図７に示すように、蔵階４の蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２と蔵階居室４１とを仕切る壁部４４には、蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２の出入口となる開口部４５，４５が設けられ、この開口部４５，４５は引戸４５ａ，４５ａにより開閉自在となっている。
上階段４２は、その上り口が下階段２７の降り口と隣接するように設けられ、蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２上の２階の２階居室３２，３３への往き来を可能とするものである。

２階３は、勾配天井を有し、図８に示すように、建物１の背面側の外壁１２に沿って、蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２の真上に配置された２つの２階居室３２，３３と、これら２つの２階居室３２，３３の間に挟まれ、上階段４２に接続された上廊下部３４と、上廊下部３４の背面側に隣接配置された収納室３５などとが配置されている。

これら２つの２階居室３２，３３の床部３１には、上下方向に貫通し、真下の蔵に連通する開口部３２ａ，３３ａがそれぞれ設けられている。なお、これら開口部３２ａ，３３ａには該開口部３２ａ，３３ａを閉塞する蓋材３２ｂ，３３ｂが、床部３１と略面一となるように着脱可能に取り付けられている。
このように、２階の２階居室３２，３３の床部３１に開口部３２ａ，３３ａが形成されているので、これら開口部３２ａ，３３ａを通して、２階３の居室３２，３３と蔵階４の蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２との往き来や、２階の居室３２，３３から蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２に対して物品の出し入れを容易に行うことができるものとなっている。

また、２階居室３２を仕切る左側の外壁１３の外壁面には２階居室３２から往き来可能なバルコニー３２ｃが取り付けられている。バルコニー３２ｃは外壁１３に設けられた窓１５０を介して出入り可能となっており、この窓１５０は、屋根１４０を支持する外壁の上端部を結ぶ桁線を横切るように設けられている（図３参照）。
さらに、２階居室３２には、その前面側に２階居室３２の上方と連通し且つ、蔵階居室４１の左側の領域（ここでは蔵階居室４１における台所４１ａ領域）の真上部分に配置された収納部３６が配置されている。この収納部３６は２階居室３２と框３７で仕切られ、２階居室３２のロフトを形成している（図９参照）。このように２階居室３２に隣接して、該２階居室３２の上方と連通し且つ蔵階居室４１の真上に収納部３６が配置されているので、収納部３６の底面は２階居室３２の床部３１よりも上方に位置するものとなっており、これにより、蔵階の床部４３から収納部３６の底面までの蔵階居室４１の天井高を確保しつつ、蔵階居室４１の上方の天井部分のデッドスペースの一部を２階居室３２の収納部３６として利用したものとなっており、蔵階付き建物１内空間を有効活用したものとなっている。

また、この収納部３６の前面側には、収納部３６に隣接し、且つ外壁１１との間に上階の天井まで吹き抜ける吹き抜け空間Ｆ１が形成されている。
また２階居室３２，３３のうちの右側の上階居室３３と上階段４２の前面側には、上階の天井まで吹き抜けた吹き抜け空間Ｆ２が設けられており、蔵階居室４１と連通している。

上記蔵階付き建物１によれば、２階３と１階２の間の蔵階４に、収納室となる蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２に隣接して床レベルが同一の蔵階居室４１が設けられ、蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２の出入口４５が蔵階居室４１に面しているので、蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２へ物品を搬入する作業や蔵Ｋ１，Ｋ２から物品を搬出する作業は蔵Ｋ１と同一レベルの床を有する蔵階居室４１を介して行うことができる。
