Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for treating a urine absorbent such as a used diaper or urine absorbing pad after use, and more particularly, to easily and reliably collect pulp components without crushing the urine absorbent, TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a technology for processing a residue and a residual liquid without imposing a load on an environment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, non-woven fabrics such as rayon, polypropylene, and polyester are used on the upper surface of cotton-like pulp, and a polyethylene film or the like is mainly used as a waterproof sheet on the lower surface of urine absorbents such as disposable diapers and urine absorbing pads. There are two types of polyethylene, breathable (moisture permeable) and non-breathable. A material obtained by laminating a transparent moisture permeable film to the nonwoven fabric is used for tape diapers for babies and adults.
By the way, most of these used urine absorbents are incinerated as a temporary substance. In recent years, deforestation has a negative effect on the natural environment and carbon dioxide emissions generated during incineration have been reduced. The generation of dioxins has become a major problem.
To solve the problem, there are a fermentation decomposition treatment system (composting) and a water-solubilizing treatment system (pulp collection and recycling), and any of these methods is used for the current urine absorbent. The nonwoven fabric and the waterproof sheet have been separated into solid fuel after being collected or incinerated, and cannot be treated in the same manner as cotton-like pulp. That is, composting by the fermentation decomposition treatment system, the urine absorbent is crushed and put into the fermentation decomposition treatment machine, fermented and decomposed for several days and used as compost, but the nonwoven fabric and the waterproof sheet used in the urine absorbent are used. Is separated and collected before and after fermentation decomposition treatment, and is subjected to solid fuel or incineration treatment.
On the other hand, the recycling of recovered pulp by the water-solubilization treatment system involves crushing the urine absorbent and solubilizing it in a stirred tank mixed with a water-repellent agent, releasing the water absorbed by the polymer-absorbing polymer, and removing the non-woven fabric in a circulation separation tank. The pulp component is collected by removing the waterproof sheet and the pulp component is washed, sterilized, and dried to obtain a regenerated pulp, which is used again for the urine absorbent. Solid fuel or incineration treatment as described above.
As described above, the nonwoven fabric and the waterproof sheet separated and recovered in any of the methods require a trouble such as solid fuel or incineration, and have a problem of burden on the environment.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to solve these conventional problems, and to easily and reliably recover pulp components in a short time without crushing a urine absorbent such as a used diaper or urine absorbing pad. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of treating a urine absorbent after use and a urine absorbent that can be treated without imposing a load on the environment.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The configuration of the present invention that has solved such a problem includes:

A method of treating a urine absorbent after use, wherein the pulp component can be recovered without breaking the urine absorbent by releasing the sheet to separate the pulp component from the urine absorbent. Is composed of a combination of flocculent pulp and a high-molecular-weight water-absorbing polymer. A water-releasing agent is mixed into the stirring tank to release the water absorbed by the high-molecular-weight water-absorbing polymer, and the precipitated high-molecular-weight water-absorbing polymer is stirred. Discharge outside 3) The method of treating the urine absorbent according to the above 1) after use 3) A bacterium which decomposes the solution of the topsheet is mixed into the remaining solution from which the pulp component has been recovered, and the bacterium is used to dissolve the solution of the topsheet. The method of 1) or 2) above, wherein the water-absorbing body is subjected to wastewater treatment by biodegradation. 4) A pulp-containing water-absorbing sheet containing a high-molecular-weight water-absorbing polymer that absorbs urine is sealed with a topsheet. A method for treating a stopped urine absorbent after use, wherein the whole or a part of the topsheet is made of a water-soluble material that dissolves in a solution having a temperature higher than the body temperature of a human body, and the solution has a dissolution temperature of the topsheet. The used urine absorbent is immersed in a stirring tank containing water and stirred to dissolve the water-soluble material of the topsheet, release the water-absorbing sheet from the inside, and decompose the solution of the topsheet into the same solution. Biodegradation of the lysate by mixing A post-use treatment method of the urine absorbent, characterized in that the post-solution and the decomposed product of the urine absorbent are put into a septic tank for purification treatment, so that the material of the urine absorbent can be used for compost 5) Surface sheet The method for treating a urine absorbent according to any one of the above 1) to 4), wherein the solution temperature of the water-soluble material is 50 ° C. or higher 6) The above 1) to 5) wherein a part of the topsheet is waterproofed 7) The method for treating a urine absorbent according to any one of the above 1) to 6), wherein the water-soluble material of the topsheet is polyvinyl alcohol having an excess of 95 or more. 9) The treatment method after use of the urine absorbent according to any one of 1) to 7) above, wherein the urine absorbent is used as a diaper or a urine absorbing pad. Partially dissolved in solutions above the human body temperature 10) The urine absorbent according to 9) above, wherein the dissolving temperature of the water-soluble material of the surface sheet is 50 ° C. or higher. 11) The water-absorbent sheet is made of cotton-like pulp. 12) The urine absorbent according to 9) or 10), wherein the urine absorbent is composed of a combination of a polymer and a high-molecular-weight water-absorbing polymer. 13) The urine absorbent according to any one of 9) to 12) above, wherein the water-soluble material of the topsheet is polyvinyl alcohol having an excess of 95 or more. 14) The urine absorbent is used as a diaper or a urine absorbing pad. 9) to 13) The urine absorbent according to any one of the above.
[0005]
[Action]
According to the present invention, when the used urine absorbent is immersed in a solution maintained at the dissolving temperature of the topsheet and the waterproof sheet, the topsheet and the waterproof sheet dissolve and the water-absorbing sheet is released and separated. As described above, the pulp component can be separated and recovered extremely easily, reliably and in a short time without crushing the urine absorbent and separating and removing the nonwoven fabric and the waterproof sheet.
The solution after the recovery of the pulp component is mixed with bacteria that decompose the water-soluble nonwoven fabric, and the remaining sheets are biodegraded and treated without imposing any load on the environment.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
As a synthetic resin constituting the topsheet and the waterproof sheet of the present invention, PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) having a water solubility of 95 or more, desirably 96 or more is used, and is worn on the body as a diaper or urine absorbing pad. It is insoluble in the state and is dissolved in a solution having a dissolution temperature higher than the human body temperature such as 50 ° C. or higher, and the dissolved solution is biodegraded by Pseudomonas bacteria.
The water-absorbing sheet may be a single layer using only cotton-like pulp, but it is preferable to use a multi-layer structure in which cotton-like pulp is laminated on one or both sides of a polymer water-absorbing polymer layer because water absorption is further improved.
As a urine absorbing body, in addition to virgin pulp, used diapers and urine absorbing pads composed of recycled pulp, high-molecular water-absorbing polymer, surface sheet of water-soluble nonwoven fabric, and waterproof sheet are put into the separation tank without breaking. Then, a water releasing agent for polyvalent metal ions such as calcium chloride and warm water at 50 ° C. or higher are charged and mixed in the separation tank, and stirred to dissolve the water-soluble nonwoven fabric. Since the high-molecular-weight water-absorbing polymer is an electrolyte, if polyvalent metal ions (Ca, Sr, Ba) having a stronger force than H 2 O are present, the ions are combined with a carboxin group (COO-) to form H 2 O. The pulp is expelled and a phenomenon called dewatering (separation) occurs, and the pulp component is easily recovered. The collected pulp components are further separated in a specific gravity separation tank, and the high-quality pulp in the upper portion is washed, sterilized, and dried, and the cotton-like pulp is used again as a pulp for urine absorbent sheet.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.

Next, these are collected in the septic tank 20, biodegraded by the decomposing bacteria 22, dehydrated and dried, and used as compost T.
[0010]
In the present embodiment, since the surface sheet 3 and the waterproof sheet 4 are naturally dissolved, the cotton-like pulp 2b and the high-molecular-weight water-absorbing polymer 2a contained therein are separated without applying external force. The pulp component can be easily and reliably recovered in a short time without finely crushing and stirring and collecting the collected pulp. Further, the recovered pulp does not contain impurities such as fine crushed pieces and has good quality. Therefore, the labor for recovering the pulp component is simplified, so that the cost can be reduced. In the case of producing a recycled product, it is possible to promote recycling by lowering the price and disseminating it.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, pulp components can be easily and reliably recovered in a short time without crushing a urine absorbent such as a used diaper or urine absorbing pad, and the remaining sheets are also biodegraded. By doing so, processing can be performed without imposing a load on the environment.
