Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a treatment method after use of a urine absorbent body such as a used diaper or a urine absorbing pad, and more specifically, the pulp components can be easily and reliably collected without crushing the urine absorbent body, and after the pulp is collected. The present invention relates to a technology that makes it possible to process residues and liquids without causing environmental impact.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, urine absorbent bodies such as disposable diapers and urine pads have been mainly used as a non-woven fabric such as rayon, polypropylene, polyester on the upper surface of cotton-like pulp, and a polyethylene film or the like as a waterproof sheet on the lower surface. Polyethylene is classified into breathable (moisture permeable) and non-breathable, and a transparent moisture permeable film laminated on the nonwoven fabric is used for baby and adult tape-type diapers.
By the way, most of these used urine absorbers are incinerated as a temporary product, and in recent years, deforestation has an adverse effect on the natural environment and carbon dioxide emissions generated during incineration, The generation of dioxins is a big problem.
Therefore, as a solution, there are a fermentation decomposition treatment system (composting) and a water solubilization treatment system (pulp recovery and recycling), and any of these methods are used for the current urine absorbent body. Non-woven fabrics and waterproof sheets have been separated and recovered and turned into solid fuel or incinerated, and could not be treated in the same way as cotton-like pulp.
That is, composting by the fermentation decomposition treatment system crushes the urine water absorbent and puts it in the fermentation decomposition treatment machine, fermented and decomposes it for several days and uses it as compost, but the nonwoven fabric and waterproof sheet used in the urine water absorbent Is separately collected before and after the fermentation decomposition treatment, and is solid fuel or incinerated.
On the other hand, the recovered pulp can be recycled using the water-solubilization treatment system. The urine water-absorbing body is crushed and water-solubilized in a stirring tank mixed with a water-removing agent, and the water absorbed by the polymer-absorbing polymer is removed. And the waterproof sheet is removed and the pulp component is recovered, and the pulp component is washed, sterilized and dried to obtain a regenerated pulp, which is used again for the urine absorbent, but the remaining nonwoven fabric and waterproof sheet after recovery are Solid fuel or incineration treatment is performed as described above.
Thus, in any method, the nonwoven fabric and the waterproof sheet separated and recovered have a problem of requiring burdens such as solid fuel or incineration and environmental load.
[0003]

The solution after recovering the pulp components is mixed with bacteria that decompose the water-soluble nonwoven fabric, and the remaining sheets are biodegraded and processed without causing a load on the environment.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As the synthetic resin constituting the waterproof sheet, which is the surface sheet and the waterproof sheet of the present invention, PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) that is water-soluble and has an excess of 95 or more, preferably 96 or more, is used as a diaper or urine removing pad. It is insoluble when worn on the body, and is dissolved in a solution having a melting temperature exceeding 50 ° C., such as 50 ° C. or higher, and the dissolved solution is biodegraded by Pseudomonas bacteria.
The water-absorbing sheet may be a single layer using only cotton-like pulp, but a multilayer structure in which cotton-like pulp is laminated on one side or both sides of the polymer water-absorbing polymer layer is preferable because water absorption is further improved.
In addition to virgin pulp, recycled urine, polymer water-absorbing polymer, water-soluble non-woven fabric surface sheet, used diaper and urine collecting pad, etc. are put into the separation tank without crushing as urine absorbents. Then, a water separation agent of polyvalent metal ions such as calcium chloride and warm water of 50 ° C. or higher are charged and mixed in the separation tank and stirred to dissolve the water-soluble nonwoven fabric. Since the polymer water-absorbing polymer is an electrolyte, if a polyvalent metal ion (Ca, Sr, Ba) having a stronger force than H 2 O is present, the ion and the carboxin group (COO—) are combined to form H 2 O. It is expelled and the phenomenon of dehydration (water separation) occurs, and the pulp component is easily recovered. The recovered pulp components are further separated in a specific gravity separation tank, and the cotton-like pulp obtained by washing, sterilizing and drying the high-quality pulp in the upper portion is used again as the sheet pulp of the urine absorbent.
Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.
