本発明は、樹皮及びカンナ屑又は紙屑、プラスチック屑等を複数の鋸刃を組み込んだ鋸刃組体により細かく切断し、粉砕された挽粉を送風機で引き込んで排出する挽粉装置と送風機が一体化した粉砕装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の粉砕機においては、粉砕機で樹皮、カンナ屑等、高速回転軸にシュレッダー送風機もしくはチッパーナイフを取付け叩いて粉砕し、さらに送風機を設置して粉砕屑をその風圧で送り出すようにしていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の粉砕機にあってはシュレッダーもしくはチッパーナイフで叩いて大きい物を小さく粉砕するにはかなりの時間を必要とし、効率も悪く、粉砕屑の製品にバラツキが有り価値を悪くしていた。また製品である粉体は、粉砕機から落下したものをホッパーで受け、そして送風機で吸込み、空気輸送していた。このように粉砕機と送風機とは個別の装置となり高価にならざるを得なかった。かかる欠点を解消するために、簡易な構造で粉砕物を破砕し、破砕された挽粉をひとつの送風機で送風室内へ送り込み、さらに排出させる木屑などの粉砕装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の粉砕装置は、主として以下のことを特徴とする粉砕装置である。
1.鋸刃組体2を収容する粉砕室Aと、送風機10を収容する送風室Bとを連通させて一体的なケーシング1に収容すると共に、鋸刃組体2の回転軸4を延設して送風機10を同軸上に軸着した木屑などの粉砕装置である。
2.前記鋸刃組体2が複数の鋸刃5を間座6を介して連続的に組付けたものである。
3.前記鋸刃組体2が複数の孔7を開けたドラム8にて囲尭されていることを特徴とする。
4.木屑などの粉砕物を投入する投入口13が粉砕室Aに設けられ、破砕された粉砕物を排出する排出口14が送風室Bに設けられていることを特徴とする粉砕装置である。

上記のように構成された粉砕装置は、投入口より投入された樹皮・カンナ屑などを前記鋸刃組体によって瞬時に切断し、さらにドラムの複数の孔を一定の大きさに形成することにより、均一な挽粉のみが孔を通過して隣接する送風室へ送風機の作用で吸引し、さらに排出口より排出するようにしたことを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の1実施例を図面に基づき説明する。本発明の挽粉装置と送風機を一体化させた粉砕装置は、図1及び図2に示すように鋸刃組体2を収容する円筒状の粉砕室Aと、送風機10を収容する方形状の送風室Bとを連通させて一体的なケーシング1に収容したことを特徴とする。

そして粉砕室Aに収容される鋸刃組体2は、図3に示すように鋸刃5の間に間座6を介在させて連続的に鋸刃5を組み込んだものである。そしてこの鋸刃組体2を囲尭するドラム8は、刃先軌跡より僅かに大きな円筒に形成し、粉砕された挽粉を周方向に吐出させるための挽粉通過用の複数の孔7をドラム8の全面にわたって設けられている。そしてその外周を挽粉が送風室Bに向け通過できる程度の間隔をあけた円筒状のケーシング1aで覆われている。尚、ドラム8は図5に示すように底面を有する円筒に形成して他方開口側をケーシング1aの内壁に溶接固定する。そしてその上面の一部を切り欠いた開口8aを設け、この開口8aは粉砕室Aを構成する円筒状のケーシング1aの上面に形成した方形の投入口13の下端に連結している。

粉砕室Aに連設する送風室Bは、方形な筒状のケーシング1bに形成し、その上部に排出口14を設けてある。そして送風室B内に配される送風機10は、鋸刃組体2と同軸の回転軸4に軸着されている。そして回転軸4は駆動モ−ターMにより回転するプーリー11にベルト12を介して連結するプーリー3の回転軸となっている。また粉砕室Aのケーシング1aと送風室Bのケーシング1bとは、その側面開口を相互に接合させ、その周縁を複数のネジ9を用いてネジ止めしている。

本発明の粉砕装置を用いて挽粉を行う場合は、駆動モーターMのスイッチを入れるとプーリー11が回転し、ベルト12を介してプーリー3が回転してその回動軸4を回転させる。すなわち回動軸4に軸着された鋸刃組体2および送風機10が同時に回転する。この状態で樹皮・カンナ屑または紙屑、プラスチック屑など粉砕物を連続的に投入口13から投入する。投入された粉砕物は投入口に連通するドラム8の開口8aから鋸刃組体2に向け落下し粉々に粉砕される。そして粉砕された挽粉は送風機10の作用でドラム8の複数の孔7から周方向に吹きだして円筒状のケーシング1aの内壁を伝って送風室B内へ送り込まれる。そして送風機11の作用で上部に形成した吐出口15から排出される。すなわち送風機11は、ドラム8に形成された多数の孔7から吹きだした均一な挽粉を粉砕室Aから引き込み、かつ、排出口14から吐き出す役割を為すことになる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、ケーシング1内に粉砕室Aと送風室Bを連通させて設け、送風室に配した送風機10で粉砕室の鋸刃組体2で破砕した木屑などの粉体を送風室側へ引き込むようにしたものであり、しかも鋸刃組体2と送風機10は同一の回転軸4に軸着するものであるからひとつの動力源で本装置を駆動することができるという効果がある。
