以下、本発明の第一実施の形態について説明する。

また、中心位置から中継歯車(9)の中心部方向に延長させた内ケース(5)の側面位置に中継歯車(9)と接触しないように錘(10)が設けられている。指針用軸(20)を通すように表面盤(1)を取り付け、内ケース(5)に嵌め込む。この表面盤(1)には図1に示すように基準目印(14)が設けられている。

ハンドルを右に回せば外ケース(11)も右に回転する。この際回転する内ケース(5)は錘(10)によりもとの位置に回転して戻る、この回転が固定歯車(8)から中継歯車(9)の第一中継歯車(18)、第二中継歯車(19)に反転した回転として連動される。更にこれが反転して可動歯車(3)につたわる。これにより外ケース(11)と同回転方向に可動歯車(3)が回転する従って可動歯車(3)に取り付けられた指針(4)も内ケース(5)と同方向に動き図4−cに示すように表面盤(1)に対して指針(4)が回転方向に傾いて示すようになる。
ハンドルを左に回せば外ケース(11)も左に回転する。この際回転する内ケース(5)は錘(10)により元の位置に回転して戻る、この回転が固定歯車(8)から中継歯車(9)の第一中継歯車(18)、第二中継歯車(19)に反転した回転として連動される。更にこれが反転して可動歯車(3)に伝わる。これにより外ケース(11)と同回転方向に可動歯車(3)が回転する従って可動歯車(3)に取り付けられた指針(4)も内ケース(5)と同方向に動き図4−aに示すように表面盤(1)に対して指針(4)が回転方向に傾いて示すようになる。この際歯車比により実際の車のタイヤの回転角度に近似した状態で見ることが出来る。
