【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】 テルビナフィン、崩壊剤および緩衝性成分を含む、経口投与用固体医薬組成物。
【請求項２】 緩衝化剤が過剰の水での処置において５から６のｐＨを維持できる、請求項１に記載の医薬組成物。
【請求項３】 水性媒体中で９０秒以下の崩壊時間を有する、請求項１または２に記載の医薬組成物。
【請求項４】 結合剤、充填剤、滑沢剤および滑剤から選択される１個以上の成分を更に含む、請求項１から３のいずれかに記載の医薬組成物。
【請求項５】 甘味剤および香味剤を更に含む、請求項１から４のいずれかに記載の医薬組成物。
【請求項６】 錠剤、粉末または顆粒の形である、請求項１から５のいずれかに記載の医薬組成物。
【請求項７】 人体の真菌感染を処置するための請求項１から６のいずれかに記載の医薬組成物。
【請求項８】 投与前に組成物を溶解することを特徴とする、請求項７に記載の医薬組成物。
【請求項１】 テルビナフィン、崩壊剤および緩衝性成分を含む、経口投与用固体医薬組成物。
【請求項２】 緩衝化剤が過剰の水での処置において５から６のｐＨを維持できる、請求項１に記載の医薬組成物。
【請求項３】 水性媒体中で９０秒以下の崩壊時間を有する、請求項１または２に記載の医薬組成物。
【請求項４】 結合剤、充填剤、滑沢剤および滑剤から選択される１個以上の成分を更に含む、請求項１から３のいずれかに記載の医薬組成物。
【請求項５】 甘味剤および香味剤を更に含む、請求項１から４のいずれかに記載の医薬組成物。
【請求項６】 錠剤、粉末または顆粒の形である、請求項１から５のいずれかに記載の医薬組成物。
【請求項７】 人体の真菌感染を処置するための請求項１から６のいずれかに記載の医薬組成物。
【請求項８】 投与前に組成物を溶解することを特徴とする、請求項７に記載の医薬組成物。
テルビナフィンは、例えば、ＢＥ−ＰＳ−８５３９７６およびＥＰ−Ａ−２４５８７から既知である。これはアリルアミン抗真菌剤のクラスに属する。これは当分野で認知されており、商品名ラミシール(登録商標)の名前で商品として利用可能である。テルビナフィンは、局所および経口投与の両方で非常に活性である。局所および経口投与のための多くの医薬組成物が提案されているが、良好な患者利便性および受容性の、特に、子供または老人用の、経口投与用の商品として入手可能なテルビナフィン製剤の必要性が存在する。経口医薬組成物のテルビナフィンの製剤の一つの特別の困難さは、その不快な、例えば、苦い、味および／または低い物理的完全性である。
本発明の適当な崩壊剤は、水性環境に置いたときに、固体投与形、例えば錠剤の崩壊を促進する医薬賦形剤を含み、以下のものを含む：
(ｉ)メイズ澱粉、ジャガイモ澱粉等のような天然澱粉、直接圧縮可能澱粉、例えば、Sta-rx(登録商標) 1500、修飾澱粉、例えば、カルボキシメチル澱粉およびグリコール澱粉ナトリウム(sodium starch glycolate)、Primojel(登録商標)、Explotab(登録商標)、Explosol(登録商標)として入手可能、およびアミロースのような澱粉誘導体；
(ii)架橋ポリビニルピロリドン、例えば、クロスポビドン、例えば、Polyplasdone(登録商標) XLおよびKollidon(登録商標) CL；
(iii)アルギン酸およびアルギン酸ナトリウム；
(iv)メタクリル酸−ジビニルベンゼンコポリマー塩、例えばAmberlite(登録商標) IRP-88；および
(ｖ)架橋カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム、例えば、Ac-di-sol(登録商標)、Primellose(登録商標)、Pharmacel(登録商標) XL、Explocel(登録商標)およびNymcel(登録商標) ZSXとして入手可能。

更なる態様において、本発明は、テルビナフィン：崩壊剤の比率が１：０.１から２０、例えば、１：０.５から１５、好ましくは１：０.５から１０である、本発明の医薬組成物を提供する。
