【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】 活性物質としてのミルタザピンの薬学的配合物と、薬学的に受容可能な賦形剤とを含む経口投与用の投薬単位であって、前記投薬単位が口で崩壊するタイプであり、ミルタザピンが口で放出されることを実質的に妨げる手段を含んでおり、それにより投薬単位が従来の錠剤と生物学的に等価であることを特徴とする、前記投薬単位。
【請求項２】 ミルタザピンが口で放出されることを実質的に妨げる手段が、ポリマー層をコーティングしたミルタザピンであることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の投薬単位。
【請求項３】 前記ポリマーが、約１５０，０００の平均分子量を有するブチルメタクリレート−（２−ジメチルアミノエチル）メタクリレート−メチルメタクリレート・コポリマー（１：２：１）であることを特徴とする、請求項２に記載の投薬単位。
【請求項４】 前記ミルタザピンがその状態で、不活性な粒子にコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項２に記載の投薬単位。
【請求項５】 前記粒子がノンパレイル（ｎｏｎ−ｐａｒｅｉｌ）であることを特徴とする、請求項４に記載の投薬単位。
【請求項１】 活性物質としてのミルタザピンの薬学的配合物と、薬学的に受容可能な賦形剤とを含む経口投与用の投薬単位であって、前記投薬単位が口で崩壊するタイプであり、ミルタザピンが口で放出されることを実質的に妨げる手段を含んでおり、それにより投薬単位が従来の錠剤と生物学的に等価であることを特徴とする、前記投薬単位。
【請求項２】 ミルタザピンが口で放出されることを実質的に妨げる手段が、ポリマー層をコーティングしたミルタザピンであることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の投薬単位。
【請求項３】 前記ポリマーが、約１５０，０００の平均分子量を有するブチルメタクリレート−（２−ジメチルアミノエチル）メタクリレート−メチルメタクリレート・コポリマー（１：２：１）であることを特徴とする、請求項２に記載の投薬単位。
【請求項４】 前記ミルタザピンがその状態で、不活性な粒子にコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項２に記載の投薬単位。
【請求項５】 前記粒子がノンパレイル（ｎｏｎ−ｐａｒｅｉｌ）であることを特徴とする、請求項４に記載の投薬単位。
