Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to connecting an output side and an input side of a power supply and the like of an air conditioner such as an air conditioner and an electric device such as an IH cooking heater using a cable. The present invention relates to the structure of a cable connection terminal block. 2. Description of the Related Art In an air conditioner or the like, a terminal block is attached to each of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, and a power supply and a signal are connected between the terminal blocks using a cable. In this case, the structure of the conventional terminal block is, for example, as shown in FIG. FIG. 4B is a plan view of the terminal block 101 as viewed from above.
FIG. 4A is a side view seen from the cable insertion side. FIG. 4C is a sectional view taken along line BB. Terminal block housing 1
A leaf spring member 140 is disposed in the terminal 00 so as to press a terminal terminal 120 and a cable inserted from the cable insertion hole 111 of the terminal block housing against the conductive base portion 122 of the terminal terminal. The leaf spring member is formed with a locking piece 142 for the cable and a cable pressing piece 141. A release button 114 is mounted in the terminal block housing so that the locking piece 142 can be pressed. FIG. 5 shows a method for connecting and disconnecting a cable to such a conventional terminal block. In the example of the cable 30 shown in FIG. 5A, the core wire of the cable is a stranded type, and a round pin-shaped cable terminal 31 is attached to the end of the stranded wire. In this case, a single core wire is inserted directly. When the cable is inserted from the cable insertion hole 111 of the terminal block housing, the pressing piece 141 of the leaf spring member acts to press the cable against the conductive base 122 of the terminal terminal 120 as shown in FIG. At the same time, the locking piece 142 of the leaf spring member is formed so as to be at an acute angle with respect to the cable insertion direction, and its distal end edge is in contact with the side of the cable terminal 31 to apply a force in the pulling direction. This portion works to prevent the cable from coming off. In order to release the connection between the cable and the terminal block, as shown in FIG. 5C, when the head of the release button 114 is pressed, the distal end of the release button 114 is engaged with the locking piece 142 of the leaf spring member.
Is pressed, the engagement with the cable is released, and the cable 30 can be pulled out in this state. However, in the conventional terminal block structure as described above, since the release button is attached in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction in which the cable is inserted into the terminal block housing, for example,
When the terminal block is attached to the main unit case of the indoor unit or the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, as shown in FIG. A method is conceivable in which a terminal block installation space is provided on the side of the main body case 5 to open and close the lid 5a so that a cable can be attached and detached. In many cases, it is difficult to adopt the method shown in FIG. 6A due to the design of the electric device. Usually, the method shown in FIG. 6B has been adopted. However, the above-described method not only requires opening / closing of a cover every time a cable terminal block is attached or detached, but also has a technical problem of limiting the degree of freedom in designing an electric device body case. there were. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above-mentioned technical problems of the prior art, the present invention has a high degree of freedom in designing a terminal block to be mounted on an electric device and makes it easy to remove a cable. The purpose is to provide. According to the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, a terminal terminal and a leaf spring member are arranged opposite to each other in a terminal block housing, and a cable is inserted and clamped therebetween. The locking piece provided on the leaf spring member is engaged with the cable core wire or the cable terminal attached to the cable core wire so as to be at an acute angle with respect to the cable insertion direction to prevent the cable from coming off, and one end of the terminal block is provided. In the terminal block which presses the locking piece of the above-mentioned leaf spring member through the other end of the release button protruding out of the housing and releases the connection between the cable and the terminal block, the release button is inserted in the cable insertion direction. And in the same direction. Here, "the release button is provided in the same direction as the cable insertion direction" means that when the cable is connected to the terminal block, the end of the cable (cable connection terminal) is inserted into the cable insertion hole of the terminal block housing. ) To complete the connection, but to remove the cable, pull out the cable while pressing the release button, which means that the direction in which the release button is pressed is the same as the direction in which the cable is connected and inserted. . Therefore, it is preferable that the head of the release button be projected on the same surface as the surface on which the cable insertion hole of the terminal block housing is arranged. Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a terminal block 1 according to the present invention, and FIG.
1A is a side view as viewed from the cable insertion side, and FIG. 1C is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA. This example is an example of a type having three connection portions for cable lines, but there are various types corresponding to the number of cable lines to be connected. The terminal block 1 mainly includes a terminal block housing 10, a terminal terminal 20, a leaf spring member 40, and a release button 14. The terminal block housing 10 is formed by injection molding or the like using an insulating material such as a resin. A release button 14 having one end (head) protruding outside and the other end facing the locking piece 42 of the leaf spring member is disposed in the terminal block housing 10 in the same direction as the cable insertion direction. The terminal terminal 20 is formed by press molding or the like using a good conductive material having a certain degree of elasticity such as phosphor bronze, and has a conductive base portion 22 in contact with the cable terminal, and a stopper for limiting the insertion depth of the cable terminal. The connection terminal portion 21 connected to the piece 23 and the circuit of the board by soldering or the like.
Are provided respectively. The leaf spring member 40 is formed using an elastic material such as SUS material, and is provided with a pressing piece 41 so as to press the cable terminal from the side toward the conductive base portion 22 of the terminal terminal. A locking piece 42 is provided on the side of the cable terminal so that the tip of the cable terminal abuts at an acute angle to the insertion direction. This leaf spring member 4
Numeral 0 is fixedly engaged with the lance engaging portion 13 of the terminal block housing by the lance portion 43. FIG. 2 shows a method for inserting and connecting a cable to the terminal block 1 according to the present invention, and a method for releasing the cable. FIG.
When the cable terminal 31 is inserted from the cable insertion hole 11 of the terminal block housing as shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, the pressing piece 41 of the leaf spring member acts so that the cable terminal is pressed against the conductive base portion 22 of the terminal terminal 20, the leading edge of the locking piece 42 hits the side of the cable terminal 31, and When a force in the pulling direction is applied to the cable, the tip of the locking piece 42 acts so as to bite in, thereby preventing the cable wire from coming off. To release the cable connection, FIG.
As shown in (c), a release button 1 arranged so that the head protrudes from the same surface of the cable insertion hole of the terminal block housing.
When the head 4 is pressed, the tip 14a of the release button 14 pushes up the locking piece 42 of the leaf spring member, and the leading edge of the locking piece is separated from the side of the cable. In this state, the cable can be pulled out. As described above, since the cable disconnection button is provided in the same direction as the cable insertion direction, as shown in FIG. 3, the terminal block is attached to an arbitrary side of the electric device body case 5. be able to. In addition, since there is no need to provide a lid as in the related art, the work of connecting cables is also facilitated.
