【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、遊技釘および入賞
具を有して所定の遊技領域が形成され、この遊技領域が
遊技機前面のガラス扉に臨むように配設される遊技盤を
備え、遊技球を打球発射装置により遊技領域に打ち出し
て遊技を行う遊技機に関し、さらに詳細にはこのような
遊技機において遊技盤の着脱時に遊技盤を仮支持する遊
技盤の着脱補助機構に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】上記のような遊技機としてパチンコ機、
アレンジボール機、いわゆる雀球遊技機などがある。こ
の種の遊技機の代表例として例示されるパチンコ機で
は、案内レールで囲まれた遊技領域内に多数本の遊技釘
や風車、種々の入賞具等が所定のゲージ設定で配設され
た遊技盤を有し、この遊技盤の遊技領域に打球発射装置
から遊技球を打ち出して入賞具に落入させ入賞条件に応
じた賞球の払出を受けることで、その賞球の増減を通し
て遊技を展開するように構成されている。 【0003】遊技盤は、上下の球皿や打球発射装置の操
作ハンドルなどが設けられた前枠の前面側もしくは後面
側、または、遊技球を貯留するタンク部材や球払出装置
などの賞球機構が設けられて前枠の裏側に配設される裏
機構部材の前面側に取り付けられ、前枠の前面側に横開
き開閉可能に取り付けられたガラス扉を通して遊技領域
を遊技者に臨ませるように構成される。 【0004】ここで、遊技盤の取付構造は、機種変更時
における組み立て工程の対応の迅速化や遊技施設におけ
る遊技盤の交換作業容易化等のため着脱交換可能に構成
することが望ましい。そして、遊技盤の着脱交換に当た
っては遊技盤側の構成部材と前枠側の構成部材との位置
関係を一定の位置精度内に維持させる構成が好ましい。
このため、例えば、遊技盤を前枠の裏面側から着脱させ
る形態(本明細書において便宜的に「前枠後方着脱形
態」という)の遊技機にあっては、前枠の裏面側に遊技
盤の基板となる化粧板の外形寸法よりもわずかに(例え
ば巾方向に1mm程度)大きめな枠寸法を有する額縁状の
収容枠を形成するとともに、収容枠には前方の支持面か
ら裏面方向に向けて突出する位置決めピンを設け、化粧
板には位置決めピンと嵌脱自在に係合する位置決め孔を
形成して、これらを嵌合させることで遊技盤の着脱交換
に拘わらず相互の位置関係が一定となるように構成して
いる。収容枠にはこのようにして枠内に収容された遊技
盤を固定保持する閉鎖クランプが設けられており、作業
者がこの閉鎖クランプを操作することで遊技盤が収容枠
に固定保持される。 【0005】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記のような従来の遊
技盤取付構造では、作業者が遊技盤を着脱する際に、収
容枠と化粧板とのわずかな隙間を利用して遊技盤をはめ
込みあるいは引き出し操作せざるを得ない。ところが、
遊技盤は大きさが概ね縦470mm×横420mm程度、質
量が3〜5kg程度あり、その前面側には多数本の遊技釘
が突出している。このため、遊技盤を装着するときには
遊技盤に前方視界が遮られて収容枠の位置を正確に認識
しにくく、わずかな隙間を利用して大型かつ重量のある
遊技盤を装着する作業は熟練した作業者にとっても煩雑
かつ重労働であるという問題があった。 【0006】一方、遊技盤を取り外すときには、閉鎖ク
ランプによる係止を解除して収容枠から遊技盤を手前に
引き抜く作業を行うが、遊技盤の位置決め孔が収容枠側
の位置決めピンに嵌合した状態にあり、大型かつ重量の
ある遊技盤を片手で支持しながら嵌合状態を解除させな
ければならないという問題があった。また遊技機によっ
ては遊技盤前面のセルが収容枠の前方支持面に張り付い
た状態となっている場合もあり、このような嵌合状態や
張り付き状態を解除させて遊技盤を取り外す作業中に、
遊技盤が収容枠から急に滑り出て遊技盤を落下させるお
それがあるという問題もあった。とくに、遊技機を遊技
施設に設置した後の盤面交換作業は遊技盤の着脱を習熟
していない作業者が行うことが多く、熟練作業者でなく
ても容易に遊技盤の着脱交換を行うことができる遊技機

球を発射する打球発射装置と、前枠の前面側に開閉可能
に取り付けられたガラス扉と、遊技釘および入賞具を有
して所定のゲージ設定に形成された遊技領域がガラス扉
に臨むように配設される遊技盤とを備え、遊技球を打球
発射装置により遊技領域に打ち出して遊技を行う遊技機
において、遊技盤が前枠または前枠の裏側に配設される
裏機構部材(例えば実施形態における裏セット盤30)
に着脱可能に取り付けられ、前枠または裏機構部材には
遊技盤の着脱方向に出没変位可能な遊技盤仮受け部材が
備えられている。この遊技盤仮受け部材は、遊技機が遊
技に供されるときには遊技機の内部に収容可能であり、
遊技盤を着脱するときに遊技盤の着脱方向に突出変位さ
せて遊技盤を仮支持可能に設けられて遊技盤の着脱補助
機構が構成される。 【0009】このような構成の遊技盤の着脱補助機構で
は、遊技盤の着脱方向に出没変位可能な遊技盤仮受け部
材を備え、遊技盤を着脱する作業時に遊技盤の着脱方向
に遊技盤仮受け部材を突出変位させて遊技盤を仮支持さ
せることができるように構成されている。このため、遊
技盤を装着しようとする作業者は、遊技機に収容されて
いた遊技盤仮受け部材を突出変位させて仮支持可能な状
態に設定し、装着しようとする遊技盤を一旦この遊技盤
仮受け部材に仮支持させた状態で細かい位置合わせを行
うことができ、これにより容易に遊技盤を装着させるこ
とができる。 【0010】また遊技盤を取り外す際に遊技盤仮受け部
材を突出させておき、取り外し過程の遊技盤を一旦遊技
盤仮受け部材に支持させることで、無理な姿勢をとるこ
となく両手で搬出に適宜な位置を把持して遊技盤を取り
外すことができるとともに、例えば取り外し作業中に遊
技盤が急に滑り出たような場合であっても、滑り出た遊
技盤が遊技盤仮受け部材に支持されるため、遊技盤を落
下させるおそれを大幅に低減させることができる。 【0011】従って、このような遊技盤の着脱補助機構
を備えた遊技機によれば、熟練作業者でなくとも容易に
遊技盤の着脱作業を行うことができ、作業性を向上させ
た遊技機を提供することができる。 【0012】 【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の好ましい実施形態
について図面を参照しながら説明する。本発明に係る遊
技盤の着脱補助機構を備えた遊技機の代表例として、遊
技盤を前枠の裏面側から着脱する前枠後方着脱形態のパ
チンコ機PMを図1〜図3に例示しており、まず、これ
らの図面を参照しながらパチンコ機PMの全体構成につ
いて要約説明する。ここで、図1はパチンコ機PMを正
面側から見た正面図、図2はパチンコ機PMを裏面側か
ら見た背面図、図3は裏セット盤を取り外した状態の前
枠の背面図である。なお、図2および図3では遊技盤の
裏面中央部の記載を省略している。 【0013】パチンコ機PMは、外郭方形枠サイズに構
成されて縦向きの固定保持枠をなす外枠1の開口前面
に、これに合わせた方形枠サイズに構成されて開閉搭載
枠をなす前枠2が互いの左側縁に配設された上下のヒン
ジ機構3a,3bにより横開き開閉および着脱が可能に
取り付けられ、常には右側縁に設けられた施錠装置4を
利用して外枠1に閉鎖施錠された状態で保持される。 【0014】前枠2の正面側には、前枠2の前面域に合
わせた方形状をなし中央部に取り付けられたポリカーボ
ネート板やガラス板等の透明板材を通して遊技盤20を
透視可能なガラス扉5、および球皿に貯留された遊技球
を整列させて1個ずつ打球発射装置9に導く上球皿6
が、ともに左側縁に内蔵されたヒンジ機構により横開き
開閉および着脱が可能に組付けられ、常には施錠装置4
および図示省略するロック機構を利用して前枠2の前面
を覆う閉止状態で保持される。前枠2の下部には遊技球
を貯留する下球皿7設けられ、この下球皿7と並んで遊
技球の発射操作を行う操作ハンドル8が取り付けられて
いる。 【0015】前枠2の上部には、遊技盤20を収容保持
する収容枠11が形成されている。収容枠11は、前枠
2から裏面方向に立設された壁面構成の左右ならびに下
方の枠部と、これらの枠部の前方に額縁状に形成された
前方支持部(図3では点線で示す)とを有し前枠2と一
体に成形される。収容枠11における左右枠部の内面寸
法は遊技盤20の幅寸法よりも1〜2mm程度大きく形成
され、前方支持部の上下所定位置に支持面から裏面方向
に突出し先端部がテーパ状に形成された位置決めピン1
1p,11pが突出成形されている。収容枠11の後縁
部には、遊技盤20および裏セット盤30をそれぞれ横
開き開閉並びに着脱可能に支持する固定ヒンジ部材1
2,13が上下に所定間隔をおいてねじ固定されるとと
もに、収容枠11に収容した遊技盤20を固定する閉鎖
クランプ14(14a,14b,14c)が回動操作可
能に取り付けられている。 【0016】遊技盤20は板厚19mm程度の積層合板を
図示する所定形状に切断およびルーター加工して、その
表面に所定意匠のセルを貼り付けた化粧板(ベニヤとも
称される)21を基板として構成される。化粧板21の
前面側には、帯状の外レール24aおよび内レール24
bが円弧状に固設され、これらの案内レール24a,2
4bで囲まれた内側に遊技領域PAが区画される。遊技
領域PAには、多数本の遊技釘とともにランプ風車25
aや一般風車25b等の風車25、一般入賞具26aや
始動入賞具26b並びに大入賞口を備えたアタッカー2
6c等の入賞具26、および遊技の進行状況に応じて所
定の図柄を表示させる図柄表示装置28などが取り付け
られ、遊技領域PAの下端には入賞具26に入賞せずに
落下した遊技球を遊技盤20の裏面側に排出させるアウ

き開閉および着脱可能に支持される。また、収容枠11
の前方支持部と当接する化粧板21の所定位置には、前
方支持部に突出成形された位置決めピン11p,11p
と嵌脱可能な位置決め孔21p,21pが穿設されてい
る。このため、固定ヒンジ部材12,13と遊技盤揺動
ヒンジ部材22,23とからなる遊技盤ヒンジ機構を利
用して遊技盤20を収容枠11に横開き開閉可能に支持
させ、位置決めピン11p,11pと位置決め孔21
p,21pとの嵌合を利用して遊技盤20を位置決めさ
せ、閉鎖クランプ14を回動操作して遊技盤を固定する
ことで、遊技盤20が前枠2に対して一定の位置関係に

射装置9側に戻ってきたファール球を下球皿7に排出さ
せるファール球回収経路部材、遊技の展開状況に応じた
効果音を発生させるスピーカなどが取り付けられてい
る。遊技補助盤15は上球皿6の背後に位置しており、
常には閉鎖保持される上球皿6によりその前面側が覆わ
れている。 【0019】前枠2の背後に位置して、裏セット盤(裏
機構盤とも称される)30が取り付けられる。裏セット
盤30は、外枠1の内寸サイズよりも幾分小さめの方形
状をなし中央に表裏貫通する窓口31wを有して一体成
形された基枠体31をベースとして構成される。基枠体
31の側縁部には上下に所定間隔をおいて裏セット盤揺
動ヒンジ部材32,33が固定されており、この上下の
裏セット盤揺動ヒンジ部材32,33を収容枠11側の
上下の固定ヒンジ部材12,13に係合させて揺動させ
あるいは係脱させることで、裏セット盤30が前枠2の
背後に横開き開閉および着脱可能に装備され、常には3
カ所の閉鎖レバー34を利用して前枠2の背面を覆うよ
うに閉鎖保持される。 【0020】裏セット盤30には、窓口31wを取り囲
むようにして賞球を払い出すための賞球装置や遊技球の
処理経路が設けられる。すなわち、基枠体31の裏面側
には、遊技球の貯留・供給を行うタンク部材41、タン
ク部材41から供給される遊技球を整列させて流下させ
る整列樋部材42、整列樋部材から供給される遊技球を
受けて所定数量の遊技球を待機保持させる賞球待機通路
43、賞球待機通路43に待機された遊技球を所定の入
賞条件等に基づいて払い出す球払出装置45、球払出装
置45から払い出された遊技球を上下の球皿6,7に導
く賞球払出経路47などの賞球装置よび賞球経路が設け
られている。また、基枠体31の前面側には、窓口31
wの下方に位置して遊技盤20の裏面側に排出されたア
ウト球およびセーフ球、球抜き機構によって賞球経路か
ら排出された抜き球等を集合させる集合経路が形成さ
れ、基枠体31の裏面側には集合経路と繋がって集合さ
れた遊技球を遊技施設側の回収バケットに排出させる球
排出経路が形成されている。 【0021】また、裏セット盤30の裏面各部には、パ
チンコ機PMの作動を統括的に制御するメイン基板B1
や、メイン基板B1からの指令信号に基づいて球払出装
置の作動制御を行う球払出基板B3、効果照明や効果音

制御基板や各種電子機器等に電力を供給する電源基板B
5などの回路基板が着脱交換可能に取り付けられ、各回
路基板や電子機器が図示しないワイヤーハーネスで接続
されてパチンコ機PMが構成される。 【0022】パチンコ機PMは、ガラス扉5、上球皿

枠1に閉鎖施錠された状態で遊技に供される。遊技は上
球皿6に遊技球を貯留させて操作ハンドル8を回動操作
することにより開始され、上球皿6に貯留された遊技球
が1球ずつ打球発射装置9に送られ操作ハンドル8の回
動操作角度に応じた強度で遊技領域PAに打ち出されて

にあって、機体の上部には図4および図5に示すよう
に、外枠1に対して前枠2を開放状態に保持させる前枠
開放保持機構150と、開放された前枠2に対して裏セ

じた長さのカラー等を嵌挿してナット153aを締め付
けることにより、ナット153aの緩みを防止して前枠
開放保持部材151を常時滑らかに揺動させることがで
きる。また、前枠開放保持部材の先端側の係合端部15
1bにはナット153bが螺合されている。 【0027】係合部材155には前枠開放保持部材の係

所に形成されており、収容枠11上方の所定位置にねじ

技盤20の上面や裏セット盤30の上面よりも上方に設
定されており、前枠開放保持部材151を用いて前枠2
を開放保持させた状態でも、遊技盤20や裏セット盤3
0を自由に開放・閉鎖しあるいは着脱交換できるように

部161aとこの基端部から延びて先端がフック状に形
成された係止部161bとからなり、例えばABS樹脂
等の樹脂材料を用いて射出成形等の成形手段により一体

の係止部161bはフック状に形成されており、この係
止部161bを外枠1の前方に突出させたときに、裏セ
ット盤30のタンク部材41の後方壁面をこの係止部1
61bと外枠1の前端面との間に挟持するようにして係

て先端の係止部161bを外枠1の前面側に突出させ、
開放させた裏セット盤30のタンク部材41に係止部1

置させることで、裏セット盤開放保持部材161を外枠
1の内側に収容して裏セット盤30および前枠2を閉鎖

望の開放角度位置に保持させることができ、またこのよ
うに前枠2を開放させた状態で裏セット盤30を後方に
開き、開放保持部材の係止部161bをタンク部材41
に係合させることで、裏セット盤30を開放状態に保持
させることができる。これにより、作業者は前枠2およ
び裏セット盤30をともに開放保持させた状態で遊技盤
20の着脱作業等を行うことができる。 【0034】なお、前枠開放保持機構150により前枠
2が開放保持された状態において、係合端部151bに
螺合されたナット153bを締め付けることにより、前
枠2を開放状態に固定することも可能である。これによ
り、例えば遊技盤20の着脱交換時に作業者が誤って遊
技盤20の上端部を前枠開放保持部材151に当接さ
せ、係合端部151bと係合部(155aまたは155
b)との係合を解除するような外力が作用しても、ナッ

工手段により図示する形状に成型し、必要に応じて所要

け部52dには支持部材53と係合する長孔状の支持受
け孔52rが形成されるとともに、この支持受け孔52
rに支持部材53を受容するための切り欠き部52sが

rに挿通させ、突出した端部にナット57,57を螺合
させることで支持部51d,51dに揺動可能に支持さ

ボス16aが突出成型されるとともに、遊技補助盤15
の下方のリブには左右の支持脚部53bの幅および線形

したときに、左右の支持受け部52dがベース部材51

2の揺動軸が収容枠11の後端面よりも内側に設けら
れ、逃げ部52bが支持面部52aよりも前方にオフセ
ット成形されているため、収容姿勢において遊技盤仮受
け部材52の各部が後方に大きく突出するようなことが
ない。このため着脱補助機構50はわずかな厚さ(前後
方向寸法)に折りたたむことができ、前枠2と裏セット
盤30との間に収容保持させることができる。 【0050】上記のような収容姿勢から、遊技盤20を
仮支持可能な仮支持姿勢に変化させるときには、図8
(B)に示すように、遊技盤仮受け部材52を枢結ピン5

ー部53aを切り欠き部52sを通して支持受け孔52
r内に導入する。そして、遊技盤仮受け部材52を下方
に揺動させ支持部材53を裏面方向に傾動させて支持バ
ー部53aを支持受け孔52rの後方に移動させ、支持
バー部53aを支持受け孔52rの後端部と係合させる
ことで、着脱補助機構50が図8(C)に示すような仮支
持姿勢に設定される。 【0051】仮支持姿勢では、遊技盤仮受け部材52が
収容枠11の裏面方向(すなわち遊技盤20の着脱方
向)に突出した状態で係止され、支持面部52aの上面
が収容枠11の上面よりもわずかに高い位置で平行に配

2dと支持部51dとの間を繋ぐ梁として機能し、支持
面部52aに上方から作用する荷重に抗して、遊技盤仮
受け部材52を仮支持姿勢に保持させる。支持部材53
における左右の支持脚部53bは、左右の支持受け部5
2dを外側から挟み込むように位置しており、支持面部
52aに荷重が作用したときに、係合が外れたりねじれ
が生じたりし難い構成となっている。なお、支持バー部
53aに図6中に二点鎖線で示すように、左右の支持受
け部52dの内面間隔に合わせたなカラー53kを固設
し、あるいは内面間隔に合わせた左右位置にスナップリ
ングを嵌着等することにより、上記抗力をより高めた構
成とすることも可能である。 【0052】さて、このようにして着脱補助機構50を
仮支持姿勢に設定し、遊技盤20の着脱作業を行う。ま
ず、遊技盤20を収容枠11に装着する場合について説
明する。作業者は、既述した前枠開放保持機構150お
よび裏セット盤開放保持機構160を利用して前枠2お
よび裏セット盤30を図4に示すように開放保持させた
状態で、図中に二点鎖線で示すように遊技盤20を斜め
に搬入する。そして遊技盤20の左右位置が収容枠11
の左右位置と概略一致すると思われる位置で、一旦、遊
技盤20を遊技盤仮受け部材52の支持面部52a上に
載置し、着脱補助機構50に仮支持させる。 【0053】次いで、このように遊技盤20が仮支持さ
れた状態で、遊技盤20の位置を微調整し、右側縁上下
に取り付けられた遊技盤揺動ヒンジ部材22,23を収
容枠11側の固定ヒンジ部材12,13に位置合わせし
て係合させる。前述したように、支持面部52a上面の
高さ位置は収容枠11上面の高さ位置よりもわずかに高
く設定されており、作業者は遊技盤20(化粧板21)の
下端面を支持面部52aに支持させた状態で、遊技盤2
0の前後・左右位置を微調整しあるいは支持面部を支点
として水平および垂直面内に自由に遊技盤20を傾動さ
せることができる。このため、作業者は容易に遊技盤揺
動ヒンジ部材22,23を固定ヒンジ部材12,13に
位置合わせして係合させることができる。 【0054】こうして上下のヒンジ部材12,22、1
3,23が相互に係合されると、遊技盤20はこれらの
ヒンジ部材の係合軸まわりに横開き開閉可能になる。そ
こで、作業者は遊技盤20を前方に押圧して支持面部5
2a上を滑らせ、遊技盤20を収容枠11に収容させ
る。そして閉鎖クランプ14を利用して化粧板21の裏
面側を係止し遊技盤20を収容枠11に係止保持させ
る。 【0055】あとは、前述したと逆の手順(図8(C)→
(B)→(A))で着脱補助機構50を折りたたみ、裏セット
盤開放保持機構160による裏セット盤30の開放保持
を解除して裏セット盤30を前枠2の裏側を覆うように

持機構150による前枠2の開放保持を解除して前枠2
を外枠1に閉鎖させることで、通常の遊技状態に復帰さ

技盤20を手前に引き出し、遊技盤を横開きしてその下

部52aを支点として遊技盤20を左傾させ、遊技盤揺

点鎖線で示すように斜めに引き出し、遊技盤20を収容

後方に延出させるような機構に比べて使用時における遊
技盤仮受け部材52の突出量を大きく取って着脱作業を
容易化することができるとともに、前枠または裏セット
盤の厚さを増加させることなくコンパクトに構成するこ
とができる。 【0060】次に、本発明に係る第2実施例の遊技盤の

て、このように構成された着脱補助機構60は、収容姿

5の下方のリブに形成された切り欠き溝16gに収容さ
れる。このように着脱補助機構60はわずかな厚さおよ
び高さ寸法に折りたたむことができ、前枠2と裏セット
盤30との間にコンパクトに収容保持させることができ

バー部63aに左右支持部61の内面間隔に合わせたカ

棒材の軸心にローラ枢結ピン75を挿通させる軸孔74
aを穿孔して図示するローラ形状に形成する。ローラ部
材74は、着脱補助機構70が組み付けられ仮支持姿勢
にされたときにローラ部材74の頂部が収容枠11の上
面よりもわずかに高くなるように配設される。 【0077】支持部材73は、支持受け部72dの支持

77の全長よりも幾分大きく設定されている。支持部材
73は、例えば所定線径のみがき鋼棒の両端に旋削や転
造等によりねじ部を形成したうえで図示する形状に曲げ
加工し、必要に応じて所要の表面処理を施すとともに、
両側の所定位置にワッシャをカシメ締結しあるいはスナ
ップリング等を嵌着固定して構成する。 【0078】ベース部材71、遊技盤仮受け部材72、
支持部材73およびローラ部材74は、それぞれ枢結ピ
ン75、ローラ枢結ピン77およびナット57等を利用
して組み立てられる。すなわち、遊技盤仮受け部材72
は、ベース部材71の左右の固定ヒンジ部71cの間に
揺動ヒンジ部72cを嵌挿して、固定ヒンジ孔71qと
揺動ヒンジ孔72qとを連通させ、これらの孔部を貫通
するように枢結ピン75挿通させ、突出した先端側にE
リング76を嵌着することで固定ヒンジ部71cに揺動
自在に枢結される。ローラ部材74も同様に軸孔74a
を左右のローラ支持孔72sに位置合わせしてローラ枢
結ピン77を挿通させ、突出した先端側にEリング78
を嵌着することでローラ支持片部72eに回動自在に枢
結される。また、支持部材73は、左右支持脚部73
b,73bの間隔を狭めるように弾性変形させて、先端
の雄ネジ部を左右の支持孔71r,71rに挿通させ、
突出した端部にナット57,57を螺合させることで支
持部71d,71dに揺動可能に支持される。 【0079】一方、遊技補助盤15の裏面側には、上記
のように部分組立された着脱補助機構70を取り付ける
ための機構取付部17が設けられている。機構取付部1
7には、遊技補助盤15から裏面方向に突出する壁面に
より枠状の凹部を形成し、位置決め部71bと係合して
ベース部材71の上下方向位置および角度姿勢を規定す
る係合枠17bが形成され、この係合枠内に位置決め孔
71pと係合してベース部材71の左右位置を規定する
位置決めピン17pが形成されている。また、この係合
枠17bの上下にはベース部71aに形成された4カ所
のねじ孔71hと位置整合するねじ受容部を有した円筒
状の取付ボス17aが突出成型されている。 【0080】このため、作業者がベース部材71の位置
決め部71bを係合枠17bに係合させ、位置決め孔7
1pを位置決めピン17pに嵌合させることでベース部
材71が位置決めされ、各ねじ孔71hにねじ58を挿
通させて取付ボス17aにねじ止めすることにより、ベ
ース部材71を含む部分組立体が遊技補助盤15の所定
位置に位置決め固定される。そして、このように構成さ
れた着脱補助機構70は、図15(A)(B)に示す収容姿勢
と仮支持姿勢とに変化させることができる。 【0081】パチンコ機PMが遊技に供される遊技時に
は、着脱補助機構70が図15(A)に示す収容姿勢に保
持される。この収容姿勢では、遊技盤仮受け部材72が
枢結ピン75を揺動軸として垂下し、先端の支持受け部
72dが位置決め部71bの裏側の凹部に収容される。
ここで、支持部材63においては、左右の支持脚部73
bの内面間隔を枢結ピン75やローラ枢結ピン77の全
長よりも幾分大きく設定しており、また支持脚部73b
は、仮支持姿勢を表す図15(B)からも明らかなよう
に、ベース部材71と遊技盤仮受け部材72と支持部材
73とで形成する直角三角形の斜辺に相当する。このた
め、支持部材73は揺動軸部73cを中心に前方に揺動
させたときに、左右の支持脚部73bがベース部71お
よび遊技盤仮受け部材72の左右側方を通過可能であ
り、また先端の支持バー部73aは枢結ピン75の上方
を通過して遊技補助盤15の裏面に当接するまで揺動さ
せることができる。従って、着脱補助機構70は、図1
5(B)に示すように、わずかな厚さおよび高さ寸法に折
りたたむことができ、前枠2と裏セット盤30との間に
コンパクトに収容保持させることができる。 【0082】上記のような収容姿勢から仮支持姿勢に変
化させるときには、支持バー部73aを手前に引き出す
ように支持部材73を揺動変位させ、遊技盤仮受け部材
72を枢結ピン55まわりに上方に揺動させて、支持バ
ー部73aを支持ベース部72aの下方に位置させる。
次いで遊技盤仮受け部材72を下方に揺動させて支持バ
ー部73aを支持ベース部72aの下面に当接させ、支
持バー部73aを後方に移動させて支持受け溝72rに
係合させる。これにより着脱補助機構70が図15(B)
に示すような仮支持姿勢に設定される。 【0083】仮支持姿勢では、遊技盤仮受け部材72が
収容枠11の裏面方向に突出した状態で係止され、ロー
ラ部材74の頂部が収容枠11の上面よりもわずかに高
い位置に配設される(図13を参照)。支持部材73は
支持受け部72dと支持部71dとの間を繋ぐ梁として
機能し、支持ベース部72aに上方から作用する荷重に
抗して、遊技盤仮受け部材72を仮支持姿勢に保持させ
る。支持バー部73aは支持受け部72dの全幅にわた
って支持受け溝72rに係合保持され、ローラ部材74
に作用する荷重をこの係合部全体で支持する。また本構
成の着脱補助機構70ではベース部材71と遊技盤仮受
け部材72との揺動機構として枢結ピン75との係合長
さが長い蝶番類似の構成としている。このため、遊技盤
仮受け部材72に大きな荷重が作用しても枢結部や係合
部に損傷が生じたりねじれが生じたりすることがなく、
耐荷重の大きな着脱補助機構となっている。 【0084】さて、このようにして仮支持姿勢に設定さ
れた着脱補助機構70の作用について説明する。なお、
遊技盤20の着脱操作については第1実施例の着脱補助
機構50について既述しており、その操作の大半が同様
であるため、ここでは、遊技盤20を収容枠11から取
り外す場合についてのみ簡潔に説明する。 【0085】作業者は、既述した前枠開放保持機構15
0および裏セット盤開放保持機構160を利用して前枠
2および裏セット盤30を図4に示すように開放保持さ
せ、着脱補助機構70を仮支持状体に設定した状態で、
閉鎖クランプ14による遊技盤20の閉止状態を解除さ
せ、化粧板21の上縁部に指をかけて遊技盤20を手前
に引き出し、遊技盤20をローラ部材74に仮支持させ
る。ローラ部材74はその頂部の高さ位置が収容枠11
の上面よりも幾分高く配設されているが、ローラ部材7
4の回動作用により円滑にローラ面に乗り上げ、遊技盤
揺動ヒンジ部材22,23が固定ヒンジ部材12,13
からわずかに浮き上がるようにしてローラ部材74に支
持される。 【0086】次いで、作業者は遊技盤20を搬出するの
に適宜な部位、例えば化粧板21の左右側縁部を把持
し、遊技盤20を上方に引き上げて遊技盤揺動ヒンジ部
材22,23と固定ヒンジ部材12,13との係合を解
除させ、遊技盤20を図4中に二点鎖線で示すように斜
めに引き出し、遊技盤20を収容枠11から取り外す。 【0087】従って、このような遊技盤の着脱補助機構
70によれば、大型かつ重量物の遊技盤であっても、熟
練者によることなく容易に着脱作業することができる。
また、着脱補助機構70では、この機構を使用するとき
に遊技盤仮受け部材72を遊技盤20の着脱方向に突出
変位させ、この機構を使用しないときに前枠2と裏セッ
ト盤30との間に収容させる形態のため、収容枠11を
後方に延出させるような機構に比べて使用時における遊
技盤仮受け部材72の突出量を大きく取って着脱作業を
容易化することができるとともに、前枠または裏セット
盤の厚さを増加させることなくコンパクトに構成するこ
とができる。 【0088】なお、以上説明した第1実施例から第3実
施例の着脱補助機構50,60,70では、各機構の構
成部分を適宜組み合わせて構成することができる。例え
ば、第1実施例の支持バー部53aにこの軸まわりに回
動可能なローラ部材を付設するとともに、支持面部52
aにローラ部材の頂部を突出させる孔部を形成し、仮支
持姿勢において遊技盤の開放角度に応じて支持面部また
はローラ部材で遊技盤を支持するように構成してもよい
(図12中の二点鎖線を参照)。また、第3実施例の遊
技盤仮受け部材72にローラ部材74を設けずに、第1
実施例の遊技盤仮受け部材52のように逃げ部52bお
よび支持受け部52aを設けて支持面部で遊技盤を支持
するように構成してもよい。 【0089】また、第1実施例から第3実施例の着脱補

成された係止溝81sに沿って移動可能に取り付けられ

と、左右のベース部81aの間に支軸82の軸径に合わ
せて円筒面状に曲げ加工され上下に延びる軸支持部81
bを主として構成され、左右ベース部81aの所定位置

成され、軸支持部81bにはサムスクリュー85を案内
するためにL字状に溝加工された係止溝81sが形成さ

に当接しない角度位置まで旋回できるように、雄ネジ部
が鉛直溝部内を左右に旋回できるように設定されてい
る。ベース部材81は所定板厚の金属板を公知の加工手
段を用いて図示する形状に成型し、必要に応じて所要の
表面処理を行って構成する。 【0094】支軸82は、所定外径の金属パイプをベー
スとして構成され、所定の軸方向位置にパイプを貫通し
て雌ネジ部82aが形成されている。支軸82の上端部
には雌ネジ部82aの軸線に対して所定のラジアル方向

る方向の相対角度が45度)となるように、遊技盤仮受
け部材83が固着される。なお、図16では雌ネジ部8

持する支持面部83aと、この支持面部83aから前方
に延びるとともに下方にオフセット成形された逃げ部8

面部83aの上面が収容枠11の上面よりもわずかに高
くなるように形成される。逃げ部83bには支軸82の
内径と略同径の円孔が形成されており、この円孔の上方
から支軸82に段付プラグ状の固定部材を圧入する等の
手段により、図示するように遊技盤仮受け部材83が支
軸82の上端部に上記所定角度をもって固着される。な
お、支持面部83aと逃げ部83bとの間には、支持面
部83aに作用する荷重によって遊技盤仮受け部材83
が撓み変形しないように、剛性を向上させるリブ83c
がプレス成形されている。 【0096】一方、遊技補助盤15の裏面側には、着脱
補助機構80を取り付けるための機構取付部18が形成
されている。機構取付部18には、支軸82の外周面に
合わせた支持面を有して上下に延びる支持レール部18
b、ベース部81aに形成されたねじ孔81hと位置整
合するねじ受容部を有した円筒状の取付ボス18aが突
出成型されている。また、収容枠11にはこの機構取付
部18の右方(固定ヒンジ12,13側)に位置して収
容枠11から後方に突出する第2支持面部18tが形成
されている。 【0097】このように構成される各部材の組み付けに
当たっては、ベース部材81の軸支部81bに支軸82
を係合させ、支軸82の円筒外周面を支持レール部18
bに支持させるようにベース部材81および支軸82を

カ所のねじ孔18hを位置決めボス18aと位置合わせ
し、裏面側からねじ58を挿通させてねじ止めする。そ
して、サムスクリュー85の雄ネジ部を係止溝81sを
通して支軸82の雌ネジ部82aに螺合締結させること
で、サムスクリュー85がこの係止溝81sに沿って移
動する範囲内で支軸82および遊技盤仮受け部材83の
上下および回転移動が許容され、サムスクリュー85を
締め込むことで支軸82が当該位置でベース部材81に
係止保持される。 【0098】以上のようにして構成される着脱補助機構
80では、サムスクリュー85を緩めて支軸82を上下
動および回転動させることで、遊技盤仮受け部材83を
各図に実線で示す仮支持姿勢と、二点鎖線で付記する収

止溝81sに沿って支軸82を上動させ、この係止溝8

盤20の着脱方向)に突出し、この位置でサムスクリュ
ー85を締め込むことで遊技盤仮受け部材83が仮支持
姿勢に保持される。仮支持姿勢では、遊技盤仮受け部材
の支持面部83aに遊技盤20(化粧板21)を仮支持
させることができ、この仮支持姿勢において既述した着
脱補助機構50,60と同様に遊技盤20を容易に着脱
することができる。 【0100】遊技盤20の着脱作業が終了した後には、
サムスクリュー85を緩めて遊技盤仮受け部材83を左
方向に水平旋回させ、サムスクリュー85の雄ネジ部が
係止溝81sの鉛直溝部にかかる位置まで旋回させ、下
方にスライド移動させて下端位置まで移動させる。この
下端位置では支持面部83aが収容枠11の下面よりも
低く位置し、この下端位置で左回りに旋回させることで
各図に二点鎖線で示すように遊技盤仮受け部材83が収
容枠11の下部に収容され、この位置でサムスクリュー
85を締め込むことで収容姿勢に保持される。 【0101】従って、このような遊技盤の着脱補助機構
80によれば、大型かつ重量物の遊技盤であっても、熟
練者によることなく容易に着脱作業することができる。
また、着脱補助機構80では、この機構を使用するとき
に遊技盤仮受け部材83を旋回させることで遊技盤20
の着脱方向に突出変位させ、この機構を使用しないとき
に前枠2と裏セット盤30との間に収容させる形態のた
め、遊技盤仮受け部材83を適宜大型化することが可能
であり、使用時における遊技盤仮受け部材83の突出量
を大きく取って着脱作業を容易化することができるとと
もに、前枠または裏セット盤の厚さを増加させることな
くコンパクトに構成することができる。 【0102】なお、本実施例における機構取付部18に
は収容枠11から後方に突出する第2支持面部18tが
形成されており、遊技盤20を取り外すときのように細
かい位置決め操作が不要の場合には、着脱補助機構80
を収容姿勢にしたまま第2支持面部18tのみを利用し
て遊技盤20の取り外し作業を行うことも可能である。
また、仮支持姿勢における支持部83aの高さ位置と第
2支持面部18tの高さ位置とを同一高さとすることに
より両者を併用するように構成することもできる。な
お、本実施例では係止溝81sをL字状に形成した例を
示したが、係止溝81sは仮支持姿勢において上方から
作用する荷重を支持可能な水平部を有し、収容姿勢にお
いて遊技盤仮受け部材83を収容枠11の下部に位置さ
せるように構成されていればよく、例えば左右に延びる
水平部と斜めに延びる斜面部とを設けてスロープ状に形
成してもよい。 【0103】次に、本発明に係る第5実施例の遊技盤の
着脱補助機構90について、図20および図21を参照
して説明する。この着脱補助機構90は前述した着脱補
助機構80と同様に上下摺動および回転動が可能な支軸
および遊技盤仮受け部材を有し、支軸を上動および回動
させることで遊技盤仮受け部材を仮支持姿勢と収容姿勢
とに変位させる着脱補助機構である。なお、図20は仮
支持姿勢にある着脱補助機構90の背面図および同機構
における係止溝の部分拡大図、図21は仮支持姿勢にあ
る着脱補助機構90の側面図(部分側断面図)および部

の円孔に支軸92を挿通させて、支持面部の延びる方向
をねじ孔部92aの軸線と同一方向合わせた状態で、カ
シメやスポット溶接の手段により支軸92の上端部に固
着される。なお、支持面部93aは、遊技盤仮受け部材
93が後述する仮支持姿勢に係止されたときに支持面部
93aの上面が収容枠11の上面よりもわずかに高くな
るように設定される。また、支持面部93aと逃げ部9
3bとの間には、支持面部93aに作用する荷重に対す
る抗力を向上させるリブ93cがプレス成形されてい
る。 【0107】支柱94は支柱部と、この支柱部の両端が
平坦にプレスされて形成されたタブ部とからなり、上下
のタブ部が平行になるように折り曲げられるとともに、

5を締め込むことで支軸92が当該位置でベース部材9

される。この仮支持姿勢では、遊技盤仮受け部材の支持
面部93aに遊技盤20(化粧板21)を仮支持させる
ことができ、既述した着脱補助機構50,60と同様に
遊技盤20を容易に着脱することができる。 【0114】遊技盤20の着脱作業が終了した後には、
