(57)【要約】 【課題】針先が必ず一定方向に倒れ込む湾曲針収納ケー
スを提供する。 【解決手段】対になったサイド固定フックとセンター固
定フックにより針を挟み込み、固定する構造とした。複
数の針を収納する際には、サイド固定フックとセンター
固定フックが一列に複数連続し、相互のフックの背面が
一体となり成型加工された構造とした。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明が属する技術分野】本発明は、手術用縫合針や釣
り針等の湾曲した針を収納するためのケースに関する。

【従来の技術】湾曲針の針先が必ず一定方向に倒れ込む
収納ケースは未だ開発されていない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】湾曲した針はその収納
方法によっては鋭利な針先が上を向いてしまう。使用済
み手術用縫合針を収納する場合、感染症の問題もあり危
険である。針を立体的に収納するとケースの体積が大き
くなる。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記の問題点を解決する
ために本発明は、針の中央部分の両サイドを固定するた
めのサイド固定フックが底板上面から対になって突出し
ており、対になったサイド固定フックの間に少し離れて
針の中央部分を固定するためのセンター固定フックが同
様に底板上面から突出しており、センター固定フックの
上部は対になったサイド固定フックの間に挟みこまれる
位置に伸びており、且つバネ性がきく素材とした。サイ
ド固定フックの上部とセンター固定フックの上部はお互
いに向かい合う方向に湾曲しており、センター固定フッ
ク上部に針を落とし込むと、バネの力によりサイド固定
フックの溝に押し込まれ、針先が必ず一定方向に倒れ込
む構造とした。
【０００５】複数の針を収納する際には、サイド固定フ
ックとセンター固定フックが一列に複数連続して底板か
ら突出しており、相互のフックの背面が一体となり成型
加工された構造とした。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面
に基づいて説明する。図１は請求項１に係る実施例であ
る。底板１上面からサイド固定フック２a、２bとセンタ
ー固定フック３が向かい合って連続して突出している。
センター固定フック３の上から針を落とし込むと、バネ
の力によりサイド固定フック２a、２bの溝に押し込ま
れ、針先が必ず一定方向に倒れ込む。フックの横に連番
の数字を記しておくと使用後の手術用縫合針カウンター
として使用できる。ケースの蓋は透明にしておくと種類
及び本数が視認しやすい。トレイ及び蓋はＡＢＳ，ポリ
スチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン等の樹脂で成
型加工し、量産が可能である。収納する針が多い場合、
請求項２のとおり、フックの数を増やして相互のフック
の背面を一体成型加工する。

【発明の効果】本発明は以上説明したような形態で実施
され、以下に記載されるような効果を奏する。
【０００８】針を挿入すると一定方向に針が倒れ込み、
作業性が向上する。針先が底板に押し付けられるので感
染症等の心配がなく、安全である。平面で収納できるの
で全体がコンパクトになる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】湾曲した手術用縫合針や釣り針等を収納す
    るケースであり、針の中央部分の両サイドを固定するた
    めのサイド固定フックが底板上面から対になって突出し
    ており、対になったサイド固定フックの間に少し離れて
    針の中央部分を固定するためのセンター固定フックが同
    様に底板上面から突出しており、センター固定フックの
    上部は対になったサイド固定フックの間に挟みこまれる
    位置に伸びており、且つバネ性がきく素材であり、サイ
    ド固定フックの上部とセンター固定フックの上部はお互
    いに向かい合う方向に湾曲しており、センター固定フッ
    ク上部に針を落とし込むと、バネの力によりサイド固定
    フックの溝に押し込まれ、針先が必ず一定方向に倒れ込
    むことを特徴とした湾曲針収納ケース。
  2. 【請求項２】上記湾曲針収納ケースのうち、複数の針を
    収納するためにサイド固定フックとセンター固定フック
    が一列に複数連続して底板から突出しており、相互のフ
    ックの背面が一体となり成型加工された請求項１記載の
    湾曲針収納ケース。
