る。また、この一対の定着部材11a、11bを引き寄
せて両方のPC鋼材50a、50bに所要引張力を付与
する緊張手段として、例えば、ねじボルト21を備えて
いる。これらの部材からなる定着体1は、セグメントの
内側に設けられた凹孔内に収納される。PC鋼材の緊張
後、この凹孔にはセグメントと同強度のグラウト材が充
填される。この実施例ではねじボルト21は、図8に示
すように、一方の定着部材11aの孔24を通って他方
の定着部材11bに設けた雌ねじ23に螺合している。
ねじボルト21の頭をトルクレンチ等によって捻回する
と、ねじボルト21は定着部材11bと定着部材11a
を互いに引き寄せる。この捻回作業は図12に示すよう
な電動トルクレンチ31とダブルレンチ33とを用いて
行うことができる。電動トルクレンチ31は回転頭32
を有し、ダブルレンチ33はこの回転頭32を挿入する
角孔34を備え、ギヤボックス36内に内蔵された歯車
装置により2個のボルト頭係止スパナ35を同時に作動
させる。セグメントに設けられた凹部40内に収納され
ている定着体の定着部材11a,11bに取付けられた
2本のねじボルト21は、2個のスパナ35によって同

ションを導入して定着する。このときセットロスによる
緊張力の損失を全く生じない。また、PC鋼材の伸び量
を計測することができる。この定着体の採用により、特
に、シールドトンネルのライニングとして用いられるプ
レキャストコンクリートセグメントの周方向のPC鋼材
は従来、一円周に亘ってPC鋼材を挿入しその端部を交
差させて定着していたのに比し、PC鋼材を一円周を複
数本に分けて挿入し、分けたPC鋼材の各連結部に本発
明の定着体を用いるので、PC鋼材の挿入が容易でその
緊張定着が極めて容易になった。
