ように、油圧シリンダを倒立状に立設し、このシリンダ
のロッドの下端部に円盤状加圧体を止着する。一方この
油圧シリンダの下方に、前記円盤状加圧体と対向状に開
口させた円筒状の麺生地容器を配設し、この麺生地容器
の底板は蜂の巣状の多孔円板と成す。円盤状加圧体下面
の直径は麺容器に擦れ々々に嵌入する大きさと成し、シ
リンダのロッドを下限まで突出させた場合は円盤状加圧
体の下面が麺生地容器の底板近くまで嵌入するように成
したことを特徴とする麺類の押出成形装置。
