Further, the exhaust gas suction method in the smokeless roaster is that the top ring is provided with a number of intake holes to suck the exhaust gas around the upper part of the food placing tool and to create a suction flow path between the outer box and the inner box. Since it is sucked downward, the flow direction of the exhaust gas bends at the connection point between the top ring and the suction flow path during such suction, so that particles of exhaust gas such as oil particles and soot collide and adhere to the inner wall surface of the outer box due to inertial force. Very high rate, and as a result,
On the inner wall of the outer box, which is the most difficult to clean in the roaster body,
It had a drawback that the largest amount of exhaust gas-containing particles, particularly fat and oil particles, adhered.

Burning by far-infrared rays generated by heating the heating power of 28 and the ceramic charcoal heated by the burner 28, and applying a suction pressure to the outer box 21 through the exhaust unit 20, the burning smoke rises as the cooking product is baked. Burnt smoke, which rises when the meat juice and the like drips on the burner 28 and the ceramic charcoal, is sucked together with the exhaust gas from the intake holes 34, 34a of the top ring 30 located around the upper part of the cooktop 24, at which time. Due to the laminar flow effect that occurs, the air in the room is entrained at the same time, and the exhaust gas is exhausted through the suction flow path 22 and the exhaust portion 20 while being cooled, so that the roaster body 15 becomes smokeless.

Exhaust gas is sucked outward and downward from the intake holes 34, 34a of the top ring 30 from the upper portion of the cooking plate 24, and is sequentially passed through the bent exhaust gas flow path to the lower suction flow path 22. Smoke that is sucked and passes through the suction flow path 22, large and small particles in the exhaust gas, fats and oils have an inertial force in the outward direction, so that the exhaust gas is sucked into the vertical suction flow path 22. Separately, they collide and adhere to the side surfaces of the ridges 5, 5a ... On the inner wall surface of the peripheral wall portion 2 of the exhaust gas-containing particle attachment material 1. Further, since the peripheral wall portion 2 has the peak portions 5, 5a ... And the valley portions 6, 6a ..., Exhaust gas sucked from the intake holes 34, 34a. By once concentrating on the parts 6, 6a ...

Since the actual suction flow path 22 is formed between the inner box 23 and the peripheral wall portion 2 of the exhaust gas-containing particle adhering material 1, the width becomes narrower, and the flow speed of the exhaust gas in the suction flow path 22 is slightly faster. Therefore, some of the extremely small contained particles are carried to the downstream side without adhering to the exhaust gas-containing particle adhering material 1, but almost all of them adhere to the fat and oil adsorbent 44.

Therefore, almost all of the exhaust gas-containing particles and the like in the exhaust gas are removed from the exhaust gas adhering to the exhaust gas-containing particle adhering material 1 to prevent contamination of the inner wall surface of the outer box 21 as much as possible, and at the downstream of the roaster body 15. The exhaust part 20, the exhaust duct, and the purification device are also prevented from becoming dirty and collide with the peripheral wall part 2,
The adhered exhaust gas-containing particle particles and the like flow down and stay in the oil and fat receiving section 4, and the used exhaust gas-containing particle adherent material 1 is removed from the roaster body 15 every day or every time a meal is changed, and discarded as non-combustible waste. A new exhaust gas-containing particle adhering material 1 is attached to the roaster body 15.

In summary, according to the present invention, the flange portion 3 is provided outside the upper portion of the peripheral wall portion 2 in which the peak portions 5, 5a ... And the valley portions 6, 6a ... Oil receiving part 4
Since it was installed around, the top ring 30 and the top visor 37
Of the exhaust gas-containing particle adhering material 1 before setting the
Since the exhaust gas-containing particle adhering material 1 can be installed on the roaster body 15 by seating at the open end of the table 16, the oil and fat receiving portion 4 in which the oil and fat stays after the oil and fat particles are captured from the exhaust gas. It can be removed from 15 to eliminate accumulated oil and fat. Further, since the peaks 5, 5a ... And the valleys 6, 6a ... Are alternately formed continuously, the surface area of the inner wall surface of the peripheral wall portion 2 is increased, so that the adhesion efficiency of the exhaust gas-containing particles can be improved. By increasing the removal amount of the exhaust gas-containing particles on the upstream side of the exhaust flow passage, the amount of the contained particles of the exhaust gas flowing on the downstream side can be halved, so that the exhaust gas-containing particles on the downstream side of the exhaust flow passage can be reduced. It is possible to reduce the removal burden. Further, since the rigidity of the exhaust gas-containing particle adhering material 1 is improved, it is possible to prevent the exhaust gas-containing particle adhering material 1 from being deformed by the exhaust gas passing through the suction passage 22.
Further, since the cleaning work of the outer box 21 is troublesome, if the user neglects to perform the cleaning work and leaves it as it is, a fire in the duct is likely to occur, but it is incombustible or flame-retardant and bent. Since it is made of an easy material, it can be discarded after use without cleaning, so the cleaning work can be simplified and the frequency of cleaning work on the downstream side of the outer box 21 and the exhaust flow path, which is the most difficult Can be kept extremely low. Moreover,
Since it is easily bent, the cooking section 17 can be bent so as to correspond to smokeless roasters of different models having different sizes and shapes. Further, since the intake holes 34, 34a, ... face the cooking section 17, the flow path of the sucked exhaust gas changes to the vertical direction in the suction flow path 22, and at this time, the inertial force acts on the oil particles. While colliding with and adhering to the upper portion of the peripheral wall portion 2, most of the residual particles in the exhaust gas flowing in the vertical direction are concentrated in the valley portions 6, 6a of the exhaust gas-containing particle adhering material 1 so that the valleys are formed. Since the adhered particles adhere to the parts 6, 6a, ... It can be prevented to facilitate daily cleaning work, and the exhaust part 4 is not directly under the outer box 5, or in the exhaust flow path downstream of the roaster body 15 with respect to the exhaust duct installed under the floor. Since these areas were originally difficult to clean, the reduction of dirt has a remarkable effect. It Moreover, the corrugated plate-like base material 7 made of a non-combustible or flame-retardant material that is easily bent
Since the upper wall is bent to one side and the lower part is folded back to the other, both end portions are fixed to each other to form the peripheral wall portion 2, the collar portion 3 and the oil and fat receiving portion 4, so that before mounting, a corrugated plate shape is formed. Since the base material 7 may be left as it is, and the base material 7 may be appropriately bent to form the exhaust gas-containing particle adhering material 1 immediately before attachment, handling becomes easy.

Since the inwardly projecting portion 11 is provided around the middle portion of the peripheral wall portion 2, the exhaust gas flowing in the vertical direction hits the inwardly projecting portion 11, that is, the contained particles also collide with and adhere to the inwardly projecting portion 11. It is possible to further improve the adhesion efficiency of the exhaust gas-containing particles.

The inner box 23 is attached to the receiving body 29 provided on the inner wall surface of the outer box 21.
In the smokeless roaster of the type in which the upper brim of the above is placed and the inner box 23 is set inside the outer box 21, the receiver 29 is an obstacle and the exhaust gas-containing particle adhering material 1 cannot be installed, but the peripheral wall Since the opening 10 is formed in the portion 2, the exhaust gas-containing particle adhering material 1 can be installed by inserting the receiving body 29 through the opening 10, and therefore, various types of smokeless roasters can be supported. Practical effect is enormous.
