Conventionally, in newspaper stores, troubles due to misdelivery occur daily. A typical example is the mistake of accidentally overlooking a delivery destination and leaving an undelivered newspaper where everything should be finished. Then, it is unclear even where the delivery member himself forgot to put in, and as a result, a countermeasure is taken to wait for complaints from the delivery destination and go to Chen Xie. Unexpectedly many mistakes of this kind occur. There is a tendency for this to occur frequently when roads around the delivery destination have to be changed due to road construction. The present invention firstly provides a method for detecting misdelivery of newspapers that solves this everyday problem.
After the misdelivery detection method is implemented, the method is skillfully operated to propose a new article delivery method such as mail.

FIG. 2 shows the code collected by the reader 10 described above.
The situation in which data is being transferred to the personal computer 4 is illustrated. This kind, transfer means are abundantly prepared, RS232C serial communication, IrDA optical interface 4a,
RCR-STD wireless communication or communication using the mobile phone 5 is appropriately selected. Then, the delivery destination data thus collected is totaled as illustrated in FIG. That is, when the delivery destination of the above-mentioned identification label 100 is treated as the delivery destination 100, the delivery person who uses the 012 reader is
The same label was read at 3:45 AM on the 25th of the month, and similarly, the next delivery destination, addressee 101, was at 3:48 AM on the same day, and so on. It is totaled. In addition, the 013 reader used by another delivery person also collects similar data, and a large number of delivery staff members can confirm all deliveries. Then, if the label reading time is not displayed on the destinations 197 and 202 as illustrated, it is possible that the delivery of the newspaper to this site may have been forgotten, and the possibility of misdelivery or misdelivery is immediately discovered. .
Although not shown, both the code information such as a bar code printed on a newspaper and the identification label provided at the delivery destination are displayed.
Read it with the reader 10 you brought, and read it at the time of delivery.
The present invention also includes an embodiment in which an incorrect delivery is found on the spot by collating with the delivery master data stored in the inside.

Now, the operation under the condition that the system of the present application is widespread will be described with reference to FIG. First, regarding the current state of newspaper retailers, it is well known that the retailers that deliver and sell newspapers are basically affiliated stores of major newspaper companies. Therefore, there are a plurality of stores in a specific area, the competition among the stores is intense, and mistakes such as incorrect distribution are a major loss in business. Under such circumstances, for example, if only the A newspaper company dealers implement the system of the present invention, it is expected that the competitor dealers will quickly construct a similar system in a short period of time. It In that case, as shown in the figure, each affiliated store will deliver to each of the delivery destinations 1000 to 2999. For example, the delivery destinations 1002, 1004, 1006, etc. will be visited by a plurality of stores. That is, the 1002 and 1004 recipients are the A and C newspaper distributors, and the 1006 recipients are the B and C newspaper distributors.
I will deliver the newspaper. In consideration of such multiple types of newspaper subscribers often found in corporations, there arises a problem of how to install a delivery destination identification label, which is indispensable for carrying out the present invention. Of course, from the perspective of the free economy, it is possible to install multiple labels for each company at one delivery destination, but that is only to obtain the consent of the customer. Although it is easy, it is expected that the latter will become more difficult. Therefore, it is expected that the latter will be forced to make a so-called paid or unpaid loan contract, which will allow the former label to be used. To create.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6, the invention for constructing an article delivery system by operating the misdelivery detection system will be described in detail. That is, FIG. 5 exemplifies that the present invention is carried out by lending the system infrastructure to the existing business when the newspaper shop becomes the main body of the business. In other words, it is essential to operate the misdelivery detection system as a delivery confirmation system, and by utilizing the delivery destination identification label installed at each delivery destination, a mail delivery business, a posting business, a courier delivery agency business, or It will also be carried out to the individual delivery business fields such as administrative delivery agency business. Currently, in the case of ordinary mail, a post office worker throws mail at a delivery mailbox and leaves. Businesses similar to this are posting companies. At the moment, the former are civil servants and the latter are civilians. It is self-evident that there is a big difference in reliability between the two from the viewpoint of delivery. On the other hand, newspaper delivery staff throws newspapers in the same way and leaves. However, its reliability is high due to the public nature of the business and the track record of local sales.
In addition, if the above-mentioned misdelivery detection system of the present application is operated and at least the history of what has been done to the delivery destination is secured and the business is developed, this type of delivery business is not superior in reliability. Secured without. To be specific, when you deliver your mail at the same time as delivering the newspaper, or when you deliver your mail separately from the newspaper, instead of just throwing them in and leaving, you should use the identification code reader each time. The identification label of the recipient is read, and the history is stored for a necessary period of time to maintain and improve the reliability of the shipper and the recipient.

On the other hand, an existing courier company generally obtains the seal of the recipient, probably because the parcel is mainly for parcels. However, mail equivalents have begun to be treated as mail services, and receipt confirmation is omitted in that field. Therefore, even if the recipient is absent, it is a great commercial advantage to be able to record the probability that it has arrived as it is. Therefore, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the system owned and managed by the newspaper dealer is
A paid or free loan to a posting company, a courier service company, or an administrative relationship can also be an effective business. Specifically, at least the use of the identification code label provided at the delivery destination is licensed or paid, and those businesses use their own identification code readers to save the history as described above. To do.

The word "postal matter" is, as the etymology, the first to fourth kind postal matters such as fixed-size letter envelopes, fixed-size letter envelopes, and various postcards delivered by a delivery route called postal mail organized by the current Post Office. It refers to parcels, etc., but the postal items referred to in this application are not always delivered by the mail route, and in some cases, the entire amount is delivered to the recipient by a private delivery route other than the mail carrier. Stored with including the 11-digit resident's card code (number) that will be given to all citizens in the near future, including both the resident code and zip code, or the personal name of the delivery destination, so to speak It is also possible to substitute the content and store the desired data content in the identification label. By the way, the two-dimensional QR code can store the amount of stored data such as the use of the IC chip more than the bar code.
The word "label" is not limited to a label shape as a shape, but also includes a card shape, a chip shape, a box shape, or the like, which is functionally a name tag or a nameplate.

As is apparent from the embodiments described in detail, the present invention can immediately find an erroneous delivery destination by collecting the code information collected by the delivery staff at each delivery at an appropriate timing. As a store, it has the effect of promptly correcting mistakes made by the delivery staff before the customer complains. In addition, when a newspaper store uses the system to enter the business of delivering non-newspaper items such as postal items, it is possible to secure at least a history that the delivery staff has visited the delivery destination and store it for a predetermined period. It is possible, that is, it has the effect of being evaluated as a special service peculiar to a newspaper dealer compared to a mail carrier, a courier service, or a posting carrier. In addition, even if a newspaper dealer does not enter such a business by itself, it is possible to lend the operation of such a system to those businesses, and to the logistics industry that is disturbed in response to the privatization of the postal business. And the value of the system that can check that the delivery staff has visited the delivery destination is great.

It should be noted that it is clear that the system according to the method of the present application cannot always be implemented without providing the identification label at the delivery destination, and newspaper sales that maintain high credibility with individual delivery destinations in a locally-based manner. It can be carried out only in a store, and such an operational effect is produced. Further, at the stage where the implementation of the system of the present application has spread and progressed, it is expected that the business of the current newspaper dealer will be similar to the business format of the posting business operator or the courier business operator.
