する車軸ケースを上下揺動自在に設け、これに前輪を駆
動する車軸を挿通すると共に、車軸ケースの突設端にギ
アケースを介して前輪を取り付けている。そして、前記
車軸ケース、またはギアケース内には、内部のギア部品
を円滑に作動させるために潤滑油が充填されている。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】前記従来の技術の移動
車両においては、各種作業の種類に応じて重量の異なる
作業機を装着して作業を行うが、この際、車両の前後バ
ランスを良好に保つことが必要であり、このため車体の
前部にウエイトを着脱自在に取り付けて車体の安定性を
確保していた。しかしながら、このウエイトを着脱可能
に構成すると、この着脱に非常に労力を必要とし、また
ウエイトを車体の一部、例えばバンパー等に固定する
と、強固な支持部材が必要となったり、車両の外観に影
響を及ぼしたり、法的な規制から種々の制約を受けてい
た。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、このような課
題を解消するために、次のような技術的手段を講じた。
即ち、車軸ケース2Fの中央内部に前輪デフ機構30を
設け、ミッションケース13内に設けた変速装置15か
ら取り出した回転動力を伝導軸31を介してこの前輪デ
フ機構30に伝達するように構成した移動車両におい
て、前記前輪デフ機構30の左右に前輪3F,3Fを駆
動する車軸4F,4Fを設け、この車軸4F,4Fの上
に間隔をあけてウェイト6,6を設けたことを特徴とす
る移動車両の車輪支架装置とした。 【0005】 【発明の効果】この発明は以上の如く、前輪荷重を増大
させるウェイト6,6を車軸ケース2内に設けたので、
従来のようにウェイトが機体前方に大きく突出して美観
を損ねたり法的規制も受けることがなく、更に着脱に労
力を要することもない。また、機体後部に作業機を装着
したときの前後バランスも良好に維持して車体の安定性
を十分確保できる。 【0006】 【実施例】次に移動車両の一例として農用トラクタ(以
下、トラクタ)の場合を説明する。トラクタ10は、車
体前部にブラケット9を設け、ブラケット9上部にエン
ジン11を設け、このエンジン11からクラッチハウジ
ング12、ミッションケース13、及びリアミッション
ケース14等を車体前後方向に一体的に連結し車体の剛
体主要部としている。ミッションケース13は、例えば
鋳物製の重量物等で構成され、ミッションケース13の
内部にトラクタの変速装置15が設けられ、エンジン1
1からの回転動力を変速装置15にて適宜減速し前輪3
F、または後輪3Rへ伝達している。前記ミッションケ
ース13の前部下方には、車輪支架装置として、車体左
右方向に設けられた前輪用の車軸ケース2Fと、この車
軸ケース2Fの先端部に前輪用ギアケース5Fとが設け
られている。これに前輪3Fを設けている。また、前記
リヤアクスルハウジング14の左右両端部には後輪3R
が設けられている。前記エンジン11の周囲はボンネッ
ト17で覆われ、このボンネット17の後方にステアリ
ング18、シート19、変速レバー20等からなる操縦
部を構成している。 【0007】トラクタ10の油圧昇降系の構成について
説明すると、前記リヤミッションケース14の後部上面
には、シリンダーケース21が設けられ、このシリンダ
ーケース21内の油圧ピストン22を伸縮することによ
り左右に枢支されたリフトアーム23・23を上下回動
する構成となっている。また、リヤミッションケース1
4の後部には、トップリンク24と左右ロアリンク25
・25からなる3点式リンク機構を設け、この3点式リ
ンク機構に各種作業機を連結する構成となっている。図
3では、車体後部にロータリ作業機1を連結している。 【0008】前記前輪用の車軸ケース2Fは、前記ミッ
ションケース13と同様に鋳物製の重量物で構成され、
前記ブラケット9の下方に左右揺動自在に設けられてい
る。車軸ケース2Fの中央内部には前輪デフ機構30が
設けられ、前記変速装置15から取り出した回転動力を
伝導軸31を介して、この前輪デフ機構30へ伝達して
いる。前輪デフ機構30の左右からは前輪3Fを駆動す
る車軸4Fが、車軸ケース2Fの中空部を挿通して設け
られている。この車軸4Fの左右先端部には、車軸ケー
ス2Fより突出した状態でべベルギア32を取り付け、
このべベルギア32の周囲を車軸ケース2Fの突出端に
取り付けられた前輪用ギアケース5Fで覆っている。ま
た、前輪用車軸ケース2Fの上部には、潤滑油を充填す
るための給油口34が設けられている。そして、車軸ケ
ース2Fの内部には、前記車軸4Fに近接する状態でウ
ェイトとなる厚肉部6を設けている。これにより、従来
の前輪用車軸ケースと比較すると車軸ケース自体の重量
が増加するようになっている。また、図2のように、車
軸ケース2Fの断面形状は、この厚肉部6の下部に溝状
の油路7が設けられ、上部にも溝状の空気路33を設け
ている。これにより、後述する前輪用ギアケース5F内
へ遅滞無く潤滑油を充填することができる。 【0009】前記前輪用ギアケース5Fは、車軸ケース
2Fの左右両端に、正面視、下方やや外側へ開いた状態
で取り付けられ、内部に中継軸35を設け、この中継軸
35の上下端には、上部べベルギア36と下部べベルギ
ア37が設けられている。そして、前記車軸4Fの先端
部のべベルギア32と上部べベルギア36が噛合し、下
部べベルギア37と前輪3Fと一体に設けられた前輪べ
ベルギア38と噛合し、車軸4Fからの回転動力を前輪
3Fへ伝達し駆動する構成となっている。前記油路7
は、ギアケース5Fと車軸ケース2Fの当接面にて、ギ
アケース5Fに連通して設けられている。よって、前記
給油口34から投入された潤滑油は、油路7を通りギヤ
ケース5Fの内部に落ちこんでギアケース5Fと前輪車
軸ケース2F内に充填される構成となっている。 【0010】このように、トラクタ10の前輪用車軸ケ
ース2Fに厚肉部6を設けたことで、ウエイトを車体前
部に設けることと同様の効果を生じ、車体の後部に重量
負荷が掛った場合でも車体の前後バランスを確保するこ
とができる。また、車軸ケース2F内部に厚肉部6を設
け、この厚肉部6に油路7と空気路33を設けたことに
より、潤滑油を充填する際、内部の空気が空気路33に
押し出され、潤滑油を遅滞無くギアケース5F、及び車
軸ケース2Fに充填することが可能となった。 【0011】また、この発明の別実施例として、図4に
示されるように車軸ケース2Fとギアケース5Fとの間
に中間車軸ケース2Nを設け、この中間車軸ケース2N
の内壁にだけ前記厚肉部6を形成している。これによ
り、既存の車軸ケース2Fを用いて、トレッドの調整と
ウエイト調整を同時に行うことが可能としている。ま
た、図5のように、この車軸4Fを管状に構成し、この
一部に挿通孔40を開口し、この挿通孔40と車軸4F
の管内41を通じて前記ギアケース5Fに潤滑油、また
は空気が挿通可能なように構成しても良い。 【0012】これにより、前記車軸を4Fを従来の中空
