The conventional connecting means attempts to obtain the coupling effect by the frictional force based on the pressing force applied between the hose and the connecting pipe joint, and the tightening force is limited. Also, rubber or synthetic resin hose,
In particular, as a substitute for flexible hoses using some materials of rubber compound chemicals and vinyl chloride, which are said to cause dioxins at the time of incineration and disposal,
At the time of incineration, the development of flexible hoses made of elastomer materials such as polyolefin, polystyrene, polyester ether, etc., which are environmentally friendly, began to be developed. The conventional connection means for pipe fittings for flexible hoses using these ecologically friendly materials is to obtain the joining result by the friction force based on the pressing force applied between the hose and the connection fittings. There was a limit to the power. The conventional connection pipe joints, which had no problem in connection strength except for the flow resistance generated by the rubber / vinyl chloride hose, have an overall low physical property value of the material compared to the rubber / vinyl chloride hose, etc. It is extremely difficult to obtain a safe connection strength in the pressure breakdown test of the various hoses made of the new materials developed by the conventional connection method by frictional force based on the pressing force. In most cases, the connecting pipe joint easily comes off from these hoses in a pressure resistance test under a temperature environment of 40 ° C to 50 ° C. The present invention aims to provide a connecting pipe in which the joint surfaces of a flexible hose and a connecting pipe joint are welded to each other, and a connecting pipe in which the flow resistance of a fluid passing through the inside of the pipe is extremely small due to the shape of the connecting pipe joint. It is a thing.

The welding means using the above-mentioned IH resin heater will be described below with reference to FIG. As is clear from the figure, the IH resin heater H is inserted inside the outer cylinder 21 of the connection pipe joint 2, and this IH resin heater is connected to a flexible hose whose surface of the opening 11 is in contact. When connecting to the pipe joint, the high-frequency magnetic field generator E is operated to induction-heat the IH resin heater H, and this heat causes a contact portion between the outer cylinder 21 of the connection pipe joint and the opening 11 of the flexible hose. It melts and solidifies and welds both members at this portion to fix both members. The IH resin heater H has a heater body 5 formed as a cylindrical body made of a synthetic resin material, as is clear from the illustration, and a powder of a conductor or a magnetic material is used as a high frequency induction heating material in the heater body. The body 51 is mixed with a desired amount of thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic adhesive resin.

The means for welding and unifying the connecting pipe joint and the flexible hose described above will be described below with reference to FIG. As shown in the figure, a mold formed by inserting the opening 11 of the flexible hose 1 into the mandrel 62 of the lower mold 61 of the molding die 6 of the connection pipe joint 2 and forming the opening 11 and the upper mold 63. Connection pipe joint 2 formed by the cavity 64
By injecting a molten resin material into the inside, the contact portion between the connection pipe joint 2 and the opening portion 11 of the flexible hole is melted by the molten resin material, and both members of this portion are solidified and welded W to join both members. Fix it. This invention uses the IH resin heater and the injection molding and simultaneous fusion bonding method of the connecting pipe joint as a connecting means for connecting the connecting pipe joint and the flexible hose, thereby forming the connecting pipe joints at both ends of the flexible hole to obtain a predetermined length. It is possible to provide a flexible hose with a connection pipe joint for the sun.
